I was the User of TATA Indicom. I have given the complaint for Disconnection on Jan-2013, but they didn't disconnect out services and they are including the bills month by month. I got so many calls regarding the payment, i told them to clarify the bill amounts, but no body there to clarify the details.
I have 2 Connections, with out using they charged 9500/- for each connection.
By this month of 13th I got a call from Ms.Keerthi. She told me that She is a Legal Manager of TATA, I gave allt he details to her and she gave a me waiver of 4000/- for each connection and told me "this is the full and final settlement, then that time i was ready to pay that amount, but one of our management person told me that to take a confirmation mail before paying because he faced the same problem before with TATA. I asked her the same. She told me that if you pay the payment through CASH then, with in 10 mins i will be sending the mail. I made the payment on 16th of this month from that day i am calling her but she is not lifting my calls and i am not getting proper response from her.
Today, from the morning I am calling to her number which is [protected], again she is lifting my calls,
I called her from another number she picked my call and telling that "i am not Keerthi, she went out once she came back i will ask her to call you". I got a doubt because, i am getting the same answer from the past 10 days.
Then immediately, i called to TATA Customer care number for the billing information. they told me that there has a outstanding amount.
