This is Rounak bhatia with a tata walky no 6542173. I am a user of this walky since last 2.5 years. 1 year ago, i convereted my connection from post paid to pre paid plan. It was working smoothly but 2 months ago, my connection suddenly got disconnected. When i enquired the reason for the same in tata indicom centre, i was told that the connection has been disconnected due to non submission of documents.I was not given intimation through call or msg by the company. I am really troubled by this. So, i request you to look into the matter and resolve the matter.

TataIndicom — Disconnect the Connection

i had book the complaint in tata indicom on 17-oct for disconnect my tata indicom number [protected] and The Reference No. is 367101. i want to disconnect this connection because there are so many problems we are facing from last 3 years in this connection. and after talking of the executive of tata indicom i had paid my outstanding amount of Rs 380 as per talking the executive after that he tell me your number is disconnect with in 24 hours. but now 30-nov-2011 one executive call me and he/she says your payment is due for more than 200 rupees . but if i paid all outstanding amount of his company on oct month and i had disconnect the connection so why i make the payment again . so please i request to see this issue and strict action of this comapny

    I take a PORT of phone no [protected] dolfin with tata ,I get sim card ,but i unable to start the same because it can ony use in cdma it was useless for me sice i have gsm mobil.it was told by tata executive to me that this sim can be use in any phone.i send a number of mails and contact personnalybut no result.finally i take a new sim of idea .due to all this i need to inform a no of my clints and others to inform that my new no is this.
    today i get a call fro court that you have charged of not paying bill .
    since its a time consuming work so today while i have no money in my pocket but after borrow from someone i deposit.
    now i want to get reverse the money with a high pannalty on tata.

I am too fedup with unwanted servicess i was stoped many timess unwanted services like caller tune & cricket live etc.. but they are restart again and again... and cut my account balance many times. so please give me a sloution i dont want these kind of servies...

      Tata Teleservices (DOCOMO) — Activation Unwanted VAS Services

      I have a Prepaid Do CO MO connection. The No is [protected]. For the last 6-7 months i have been subscribed to some Dance Club. and Rs10/- was being deducted ever few days. I had complained to CC. No result. I personally went down to TATA office and got it stopped. But after a few weeks it started again. I put up my complaint on the discussion board of DOCOMO Facebook page. The complaint was acknowledged and the service stopped. But it started again after a gap of 2-weeks.Now I have again put up my complaint on FACEBOOK Discussion page of DOCOMO. But now they have not yet acknowledged nor the service stopped. Porting out is a very attractive proposition. But should we allow them to cheat consumers and get away. This is plain robbery.

        Dear Sir,

        I have had a connection of Tata photon for last 2 years. Number of my Tata photon device is [protected]. But, I requested the company to put my device in safe custody around six months back. Therefore, according to the policy, there should not have been any billing for my connection henceforth .But, they have been sending me monthly bills continuously .Six months after the continuous battle of harassment, the company conceded with the idea of reducing all the extra fees and corrected the amount. Subsequently, as agreed upon the terms and conditions, I cleared all the dues as mentioned by the company. The company issued No Objection Certificate (NoC). The same is attached here. The company assured that there would be no further billing until the device gets activated for further use. But, adding to unprofessional and unethical practices, the company sent me bills that were settled earlier. This is an example of terrible customer service. Please take this issue seriously and resolve the same asap although I know that intangible mental harassment for last 6 months caused due to the same can never be compensated. Your action at the earliest is mostly appreciated and solicited for.

          Sir, Sir,
          I would like to inform you that, I had booked the Tata Broadband connection on[protected], with a payment of four Months Advance rental by Ch.No.615599 Dated[protected] , on HDFC BANK LTD. for Rs.3309/=. I was promised that the above connection would be installed within three working days.
          But I am so sorry to write you that after many many reminders, the above connection was installed on[protected] with Old and Used Equipments, and worked only for a few minutes in the presence of Service Engineer, with a very low speed. I was told by the Service Engineer to close the connection and reconnect it, but it is still not working. He told me that the setting would be done from the server and my connection would be working normally in a day or two. Also I was not provided any Username and Password at the time of Installing the connection.

          I keep reminding them for providing me the Broadband service, and finally their Service Engineer visited our premises on[protected] and restored the service by changing some old equipments installed earlier. I never Imagine such a BAD SERVICE by Tata.

          I have asked the installation person to make installation report on[protected], but he replied that I dont have papers to make it. I again sent a mail to Tata Customer Care to Please look into the matter and let me insured that the Charges for My Broadband connection would be applicable fron[protected] onwards. But I was told that my connection is being used by some one else since[protected].
          The above connection was not working as I was promised as the speed was slow and it has problem in connecting, and finally stopped working on[protected].
          I made a complaint to Tata Customer care on[protected], but no action was taken. I keep waiting for 15 days, but received no response from Tata is received.
          And finally on[protected], I sent a mail to Tata Customer Care which read as :

          “I would like to inform you that My connection of Tata Broadband is not working.
          In this connection I had sent you a mail, and I had received a call from customer care and I was told that some one would visit my address to check the connection, but nobody has turned up to check the above connection.
          I would like to request you to please disconnect the above connection and refund the balance amount immediately on receipt of this mail and oblige.
          I am not satisfied with the services please note.”

          After that no refund is received by me nor any bill is received.
          Now on[protected], I have received a Legal Notice through their Advocate to clear the Balance dues of Rs.855/= along with Notice fees of Rs.500/=.
          Please look into the matter and oblige.

            I have a TATA INDICOM WALKY connection[protected],but i am extremely disappointed about what they are doing since last couple of months.In the month of August and September they charged 50 rupees respectively after i recharged.when i had a talk with them they refused my complain to say that i might activate some of their service packages.I asked for the proof they failed to show.Lastly one of their agents committed me to return my balance back.But the day has not come yet.It's not all about my 100 rupees why this will happen even it is one rupee or its with any common customer like us.Hope this forum will show some light.

            Tata Indicom Walky — cheating

            i had taken walky connection by watching their ad.i had paid 999/-rs cash to their dealer urmi telecommunication to their reprenstative mr rushabh.he had given promise next day delivery of instrument.they provided me after seven days i.e.also faulty instrument after much argument with dealer & teleofficer they changed the same after two days.It worked properly upto 15thjuly 2008.after that it has stooped working.I had given the complaint for the same on net nobody has given reply upto 48 hours.after that i called upon nodal officer he had sent the eng for the same.eng told to replace the instrument by submitting this at ghatkoper office.i told them i have no time to go ghatkoper sent your man at my biilling address otherwise kindly cancell myconnection i do not want to continue please take surrender of my line.
            they accepted my word of surrender instead of providing me the service.Is this way you are taken deposite or registration charges of rs.999/- not providing services.so i told them please give my 999/-cash back to me.they totally refuse to same & send the bill for rs.430/- for the current peiod. i told them to adjust your bill with my deposite & balance give refund to me by mailing all this detail.

            after this they had begain to hareess me by giving the telecall daily 5 to 6 time
            when i told them not to give any more calls to me otherwise i will file the complaint for the same.they had stopped to give call.now they i had given legal notice for such small amount.it is the harresement they know that nobody will fight for small amount & they will receive money.
            aap sai bol rayah campani sab ko dokah day rahi hay ham nay bhi karida hamaray to kan hi karab ho gay it ni jo say saund kar ta hay 1month nay hamay 5 waky cang kar kay gay par sab may hi yahi problam hay jab ham nay kah ki hamy nahi caiyay1 month may hi ham nay wapas lay jao kah to bhi to bhi 3 month ka bill hay baj diya dukano par tata waky bach nay walay uhi phir tay rah tay hay lao, lao, bad may pata cala ki kassa hay...musibat hay musibat. ...

            TATA Indicom — Money was not returned on recharge failure

            I rechanged with 202 Rs on july7th-2010 throgh online rechange option, money got diducted from my account but rechagre was not successful. I called customer cair thrice but , they are not responding at all.
            Just caliming that they have returned the money, but till date I have not received money.

            Tata Indicom Walky — Don't cheat us

            Dear Listener,

            My name is Chandan Talukdar ,i have a TATA INDICOM WALKY[protected]connection.I' am Extremely unhappy about what they are doing since last couple of months.Last August and September they took my Rs.50 + Rs.50 respectively after i recharged my phone!!When i asked them ,firstly they denied and said firmly that i activated some of their service packages but when i asked for the proof they failed.Lastly one of the agents committed me to return my balance back.But the day is not ending yet! It's not only about 100 rupees why this will happen even it is one rupee only, with anybody.Hope this forum will work as a path finder.

                I am using TATA INDICOM CDMA prepaid No. [protected] in Chandigarh City. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy CDMA Young SCH I509 handset on 07.09.2012 .But internet facilities is not working on it, when I asked the retailer then he told me that OMH SIM is compulsory for it.
                I asked all the TATA INDICOM showrooms & customer care centre in Chandigarh & near the Chandigarh for OMH SIM, but they refused me that they have no stock of OMH SIM. It becomes a big problem to me that my Office work is also suffering from this.
                Please do needful as early as possible & give me a positive feedback.

                  This is regarding the payment of my Tata Photon internet bill. I paid my Tata photon Internet bill 3 months back just before disconnection of my Tata connection. I am still sent repeated emails with payment reminders. I also sent proof of the bill payment to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com. Despite sending them proof of this bill payment(Bank transfer details), I was sent a legal notice for outstanding bill payment.

                  I tried contacting the team repeatedly via docket numbers[protected] and[protected], but there all they do is create a new docket number and close the old docket number to buy time.

                  I am extremely frustrated with this shabby customer treatment by Tata Indicom. Please take due action to resolve this asap.

                  I have placed this complaint 4 times before and each time I have been given a different docket number. No further action is taken by any Tata representative. And to top this you send me a litigation notice! This is absolutely pathetic customer service by Tata Docomo!!

                    I am using USB modem ( CDMA- 1x) , for internet since last 6.5 years and my Tataindicom number is –[protected]

                    But when I am using the modem for internet connection showing Error-628 , I am already inform about the customer care several times , but till now nobody can response.

                      This is Prateek from Chennai. I have been using Tata indicom Number from more than a year.
                      Few months back I activated one data plan of Rs.43.00.
                      However I got charged up some 19000 plus which is absolutely wrong.
                      I have called @ 121 more than 20 times, but didn’t get any positive response.
                      I have also sent email to KK Sarathy from Appellate Authority for Tata Teleservices Limited and Tata Teleservices, but he said that the charges are absolutely correct, which is not right because i have proof; the message which we get every month that i was using data plan of Rs.43
                      Also they said that I have downloaded some 30GB of data, however my mobile is not capable of downloading data of 30GB.

                        i used tataindicom photon in[protected]and submitted all bills.my last bill Rs1100 sumthing was cleared in nov 2010 after two years one call is comming from suchna aayog that u do not pay tata bill amount 1300 and he say the case may be large in court so i pay online again Rs. 1300 to him . sir tata indicom office representative Mr. Gopal Mr. Anurag Shukla & Mr.Suresh which was working in lalbanglow ,kanpur branch .all pesonals are change mobile no. and companycutmer service centre closed .
                        sir kindly notice my problem so others not face it.

                            Automatic activation o[censored]nnecessary packs
                            I am a customer of Tata Docomo. My mobile No. is [protected] (delhi). It is very difficult to contact their customer care. This company has activated a Parde ke peeche pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. I received their message only today - 9.8.12 and[protected]. This they have done without my consent. They have automatically activated the pack. I have not activated this pack. I could not get their customer care to deactivate this pack. Earlier also, this company has activated a pack and deducted Rs.30/- from my balance. Once I have told them to stop sending all company messages/packs.                             i used to face a problem due to deduction of balance.I don't know how some services automatically activated and some amount has been deducted.
                            recently yesterday at 8.45 pm i recharged 50 rs/-.without making a call now my balance is 13rs/-.used to i got this type of problem.,.so i wants recredit of that amount due to any rubbish services.thank you.

                              We are receiving calls not explaining anything and narrating that there is a case in Delhi district court on me. According to me there should not be any case in my name.
                              Upon checking websites I have found people getting calls from TATA Indicom collection agents stating that they are calling from Delhi Court and to contact some advocate.

                              On 13/1/2011 I have given a letter to disconnect my TATA phone with immediate effect for that I have the acknowledgement of the company with all dues cleared up to date.

                              Let me know if you have faced such problems. If yes then let me know the further proceedings if any.

                                my sim is not working([protected]) its not working now ,i got call from tata services ltd sales co-ordinator name is fakhruddin khan,who visited my office and tele calller name is Ms Heena,she sold me postpaid connection in 30 of april but my sim didnt converted in postpaint till 7 th of may, and now since 8 of may my sim is not working,i paid amt in 30 of april,take any action,i m using this sim since last 3 years,otherwise i will have to take portablity help and take other connection.

                                  My bill for this month is 878.74(this amount is incorrect see the
                                  complaints I made this month for the reasons, the complaints were closed
                                  without any action) and I am asked to pay 879.
                                  The website does not support payment in paisa/decimals(878.74).
                                  I am loosing 24 paise.

                                  My Last month bill was 869.67 and I had to Pay 870.
                                  my loss = 33 paise

                                  considering I am a 3 yr old customer total loss to me = 33 paise * 36 =
                                  11.88 rupees

                                  what if we calculate this on all customer base ( ~lakhs/crores o[censored]sers )
                                  = how much rupees customers loose?

                                  Summary/ Action items for Tata indicom:
                                  See the complaints by me which were closed without any actions and take
                                  appropriate action, I will keep paying as per my old plan till the issues
                                  are resolved.

                                  Adjust the round-off error in next bill.

                                    Hello, I am VIKAS GUPTA. I have purchased a OMH based CDMA mobile phone, Samsung DUOS i589 only for using INTERNET on my TATA INDICOM number. But the OMH Sim card required to enjoy such data facilities are not available with the Tata Indicom shops here.In last two months i have visited many TATA STORE in delhi..Such as ASHOK VIHAR,,KAMLA NAGAR,,CANNAUGHT PLACE,,NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE,,
                                    But everywhere i got one answer "OMH SIM IS NOT AVAILABLE".
                                    Only one store in WEST PATEL NGR having OMH sim but they demanding 300 Rs for the sim..when i told him the cost of sim is only 99 Rs he refused to give me..so please help me i m getting frustrated...PLZZZZZZZZ help me...

                                      I want to share with everyone an absolutely frustrating and disappointing service from tataindicom. I have had a prepaid connection since last 3-4 years with tataindicom. I even recharge my phone at least 5 times a month. However since 1 week am not able to make calls neither receive calls, whenever someone dials my number they get the message "please check the number you have dialed". I called up their customer service and after a wait of 10 minutes on two occasions finally got connected. The guy on the phone refused to help and hung up saying she can't access my account and it has been permanently disconnected and I should contact the tataindicom outlet. Is this the sort of service tataindiccom gives to its customers? I went to the ahmedabad, shivranjani outlet the customer exe says : sir this number is not in our database and you will not get this number in prepaid you can get this in postpaid???? disappointing at this stage and it being my primary contact number I said please check and let me know if I can get the same number in postpaid after asking me the number again & again the executive finally said "sir sorry this number is not available and its not in our database". I really don't understand what kind of services is this?

                                      nobody has been able to make me understand how can my account be deleted or permanently disconnected when I was using this number since 3-4 years.

                                      Can anyone address this issue and make me explain???
