Sir, Sir,
I would like to inform you that, I had booked the Tata Broadband connection on[protected], with a payment of four Months Advance rental by Ch.No.615599 Dated[protected] , on HDFC BANK LTD. for Rs.3309/=. I was promised that the above connection would be installed within three working days.
But I am so sorry to write you that after many many reminders, the above connection was installed on[protected] with Old and Used Equipments, and worked only for a few minutes in the presence of Service Engineer, with a very low speed. I was told by the Service Engineer to close the connection and reconnect it, but it is still not working. He told me that the setting would be done from the server and my connection would be working normally in a day or two. Also I was not provided any Username and Password at the time of Installing the connection.
I keep reminding them for providing me the Broadband service, and finally their Service Engineer visited our premises on[protected] and restored the service by changing some old equipments installed earlier. I never Imagine such a BAD SERVICE by Tata.
I have asked the installation person to make installation report on[protected], but he replied that I dont have papers to make it. I again sent a mail to Tata Customer Care to Please look into the matter and let me insured that the Charges for My Broadband connection would be applicable fron[protected] onwards. But I was told that my connection is being used by some one else since[protected].
The above connection was not working as I was promised as the speed was slow and it has problem in connecting, and finally stopped working on[protected].
I made a complaint to Tata Customer care on[protected], but no action was taken. I keep waiting for 15 days, but received no response from Tata is received.
And finally on[protected], I sent a mail to Tata Customer Care which read as :
“I would like to inform you that My connection of Tata Broadband is not working.
In this connection I had sent you a mail, and I had received a call from customer care and I was told that some one would visit my address to check the connection, but nobody has turned up to check the above connection.
I would like to request you to please disconnect the above connection and refund the balance amount immediately on receipt of this mail and oblige.
I am not satisfied with the services please note.”
After that no refund is received by me nor any bill is received.
Now on[protected], I have received a Legal Notice through their Advocate to clear the Balance dues of Rs.855/= along with Notice fees of Rs.500/=.
Please look into the matter and oblige.

TataIndicom — Disconnect the Connection
i had book the complaint in tata indicom on 17-oct for disconnect my tata indicom number [protected] and The Reference No. is 367101. i want to disconnect this connection because there are so many problems we are facing from last 3 years in this connection. and after talking of the executive of tata indicom i had paid my outstanding amount of Rs 380 as per talking the executive after that he tell me your number is disconnect with in 24 hours. but now 30-nov-2011 one executive call me and he/she says your payment is due for more than 200 rupees . but if i paid all outstanding amount of his company on oct month and i had disconnect the connection so why i make the payment again . so please i request to see this issue and strict action of this comapnyName = Rohit Kumar Bhugra
