I changed my monthly internet rental from a 1Gb limited Parivar 250 plan to an unlimited DS 405 plan effective from June 23, 2011. Refund promised, not paid!!

My Tata Indicom number is:[protected]. (alternate number: [protected]).
I got a call from Tata Indicom saying that they have refunded my money (Rs. 501/-).
However, on verifying the same with the Tata Indicom call center as well as my bank statements, I was told that no such amount has ever been credited!

I had recharged my Photon Plus through a friend via the internet for Rs. 501/- on 10th September, 2011....

Cutting balances for no reason

unauthorised debit for value added services

I am a Tata VSNL broad band prepaid service user for over 3 years and the service of this service provider was average. My ID is VVV27.Recently when I saw my account I found an amount of Rs.650 was charged for value added service for PC security without my authorisation.
