I have got Tata Indicom photon plus since a year. But facing problems since this friday, 28th October 2011. I am not getting any connection since friday till today. I got a call from Tata Indicom saying that they have refunded my money (Rs. 501/-).
However, on verifying the same with the Tata Indicom call center as well as my bank statements, I was told that no such amount has ever been credited!

I had recharged my Photon Plus through a friend via the internet for Rs. 501/- on 10th September, 2011....

They asked me contact the outlet where I paid the bill wrongly by mistake. I contacted them yesterday, they said... it will take 2-3 days of time to adjust/transfer the amount to right account number.

As you know telecallers, I took an offer after speaking one of them in respect of Valentines Day. She told me specifically that my offer consists of purchasing a Walky and Mobile only for Rs. 1,600 & there will be no rental charge. I agreed.
