WE ARE WRITING YOU AFTER A MONTH OF MISLEADING BY EMPLOYEES OF A BIG INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER TATA INDICOM. WE WANTED TO TAKE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM TATA INDICOM AS THEY HAVE MONOPOLY IN OUR SOCIETY BEING THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER. This is to bring to ur attention that i got a prepaid tata indicom number 2-3 days back from Jhansi.At activation it had around 46 Rs.After that next day morning when i tried calling ,i couldn`t make calls as balnce was found zero and then i recharged for Rs 100 again,as i needed to make a call.but other than confirmation of talktime 86 Rs i didne get the balance,and it was still zero,Then due to for...

THIS IS REGARDING THE EXISTING TATA BROADBAND CONNECTION I HAD AT MY HOME IN MALLESHPALYA.
I WAS OUT OF STATION FOR 3 MONTHS AND MY CELL PHONE WAS NOT REACHABLE DUE TO COVERAGE ISSUE.

TATA INDICOM PEOPLE DROPPED ME A MAIL THAT YOUR CONNECTION WILL BE SUSPENDED IN MARCH - APRIL 2012
I REPLIED I WILL COME AND MAKE THE PAYMENT IN MAY 2012.

BUT WITHOUT INFORMING THEY TERMINATED...

i want to complain regarding the services provided by tata indicom post paid connections in suratgarh, rajasthan. i want to close my connection of phone no. [protected]. i have already paid my bill for month of may 12. there is no customer care at my place so i had called customer care and they did not provide correct information. i am moving out of this station so i want to close my connection . if any thing could be done....

I am customer of Tata Indicom from last 5 to 10 year but now I am countinue facing amount deducting problem without any intimation. And when I call to customer care, he said that you have allow any serivice activated at your phone .

I am Rohit KUMAR CHOUDHARY ,Using one Tata indicom prepaid no:- [protected] From last 4+ year,
Initially it was working well,but from past few month money is deducted from my account for the services which i do not use,i complained every month at first they used to give our money back,But in the month of May again when my money was deducted i asked them the reason they said that we are using services...

On 1th May I have puchased a sim with no [protected] and submitted the requried indentity proof. The sim was working up to 12th mayI have made complaint to the vender, He asked for fresh identity proof. I have submiited. then also the sim is not working....

I am having problem with tata communications, i recharged my account on 16th feb and recvd mail for congratulations of reactivated your account from tata on 16th feb, i am having that mail in my computer and tata co. Person nitin told me that my account is reactivated till 12th feb 2013
And till today 22nd may 2013 i havent used foe 1 minute = 60 second

Hi,
I bought a connection of NCR Region from TATA Indicom. From other service providers (like Vodafone/Airtel/MTNL/BSNL etc) we are able to dial toll free conference numbers, like 000117,[protected] etc, but from this tata indicom number I always get some beeps or "this facilty is not available..."
I have made n number of calls to customer care and also have mailed complaints to TATA indicom. After so may calls...

tata indicom mobile user (ph no [protected]) is disturbing my sister. owner of the number [protected] misbehave with my sister. so i just want to know about the owner of the no [protected]. i want to know his name and full address. please send me the detail as soon as possible....

I am writting this complaint with great frustration, being harrassed by tata indicom broadband people again and again.
I am sandeep from bangalore. i met "mr narsimha" from tata indicom broadband sales team on 29 april and he made a lot of promisses regarding their excellent services.

my sim card is blocked by my own mistak, so need puk code of my tata indicom number [protected] to unblock it....

I am a Tata Indicom CDMA subscriber. On 2nd May I received a call from [protected] where a lady named Preeti informed me that she is calling from Tata Indicom and I can get a new number similar to my existing number. I accepted the offer and she sent me a representative who collected Rs. 650 along with my ID proof and PAN card copy. He gave me the Tata indicom sim the same day and told me the new no will be activated within 24 hours. But...

sir I am poonam from delhi there are 3 mobile numbers on my name but I don't issue that numbers. I thought that anyone plays fraud with me and using fake number on my name, those numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] so i requested you to close or reject these numbers because they are not mine please take action about this............

I have lost my cell phone so my request is please blocked that number from use......

i am the customer of tata indicom.. they hav done fraud with me. they have cut my balance unnecessarily. i have recharged my phone with 95 rupees internet plan. bt i have not got it till now. instead my balance has gone in negative..if i call to customer care they are not giving me positive response my alternate cell no. is [protected]...

Tata Indicom are running a scam.
A few months ago I recharged my photon device no.[protected] with 1000 Rs. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was never done. Also they never refunded the amount.

Second time, after a few months, I recharged my device with 750 Rs and the amount was deducted and recharge was never done.
They never bother to refund.

It seems they are running a scam....
