Respected Sir,
This is to bring to ur attention that i got a prepaid tata indicom number 2-3 days back from Jhansi.At activation it had around 46 Rs.After that next day morning when i tried calling ,i couldn`t make calls as balnce was found zero and then i recharged for Rs 100 again,as i needed to make a call.but other than confirmation of talktime 86 Rs i didne get the balance,and it was still zero,Then due to for an urgent call ,i again recharged it for Rs 110 ,and same ,like before ,msg was sent back that 110 talktime is credited but ,unfortunately 2nd time too it said,zero balance.then i called customer care,from my number but unable to get them because my outgoing is barred.After repeated tries from other connection mobiles i got 2 customer care people which would ask me to keep my phone on hold and later they will drop the call.Then for the whole day ,i couldn`t get there call from any numbers.Next day after repeated attempts from different numbers and continous mental strain ,i finally got a lady customer care personal,which after a loong hold informs me that ,my balance is minus 700 plus.I was shocked to know this.And she told me may be some net charges,but i repeatedly requested her that ,after 0 balance how could anyone use net and also i had got the sim activated a day before ,and has not tried using net,then how come so high negative balance.but she asked me to recharge for more than Rs 500 and also a internet recharge of 503 Rs but in my mobile there is already a plan of Rs 95 for 4.5 gb activated.And other than that i never used any internet and downloaded anything and that too so high usage.Kindly help me to get my balance of both my recharges of Rs 100 and 110.It is a simple fraud,as for minus 700 Rs it will require MB`s of download which i never attempted.my Tata indicom prepaid mobile no is [protected] and alternate number is [protected] ...Kindly help me to get justice...

Personal number — Balance minus
Respected Sir,I Mr.G.Nayak, C/O Niranjan Nayak.my number is [protected], this is registered with my fathers Id proof as Niranjan Nayak.Sir actually I have activated the job alert for amonth & after a month I already deactive it through the propper way 2/3 times, but still now it is active and last 29th july again the balanced Rs/20 .I complained again they said your minus balance will credited soon and your job alert already deactivevated.Today the message is coming again.
So I request you to take necessary action in this regard.
