Rupees Deducted without intimation.

I am customer of Tata Indicom from last 5 to 10 year but now I am countinue facing amount deducting problem without any intimation. And when I call to customer care, he said that you have allow any serivice activated at your phone .

Unwanted services

Unprofessional way

I am having problem with tata communications, i recharged my account on 16th feb and recvd mail for congratulations of reactivated your account from tata on 16th feb, i am having that mail in my computer and tata co. Person nitin told me that my account is reactivated till 12th feb 2013
And till today 22nd may 2013 i havent used foe 1 minute = 60 second

Not allowing AT&T 000117 number from TATA Prepaid

Hi,
I bought a connection of NCR Region from TATA Indicom. From other service providers (like Vodafone/Airtel/MTNL/BSNL etc) we are able to dial toll free conference numbers, like 000117,[protected] etc, but from this tata indicom number I always get some beeps or "this facilty is not available..."
I have made n number of calls to customer care and also have mailed complaints to TATA indicom. After so may calls...

Don't take tata indicom broadband connection

On 2nd May I received a call from [protected] where a lady named Preeti informed me that she is calling from Tata Indicom and I can get a new number similar to my existing number. I accepted the offer and she sent me a representative who collected Rs. 650 along with my ID proof and PAN card copy. He gave me the Tata indicom sim the same day and told me the new no will be activated within 24 hours. But...

unreasonably balance goes in negative

Amount Deducted Failed Recharge

Tata Indicom are running a scam.
A few months ago I recharged my photon device no.[protected] with 1000 Rs. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was never done. Also they never refunded the amount.

Second time, after a few months, I recharged my device with 750 Rs and the amount was deducted and recharge was never done.
They never bother to refund.

It seems they are running a scam....
