I called up customer care to report unwanted SMS'es and they refused to accept the complaint since there was no mobile number mentioned with the SMS.
The SMS'es I get, are shown as sent from: LM-AFPS2011 AND LM-JYOTIsh.
The contents of the sms are "Register now for Adobe Flash Platform summit at very early bird free & save BIG! use code %u201CAFPS11AD176%[protected]@http://bit.ly/kU9YLf. Hurry few seats left."

and the second sms:
"Jaaniye Pandit ji Se Apne career, Business, Marriage, Love-Life Aur Jivan Se Judi Har Samasya Ka Samadhan. For FREE consultation Call now on[protected]"

and also a third sms from [protected] which said "ANNAEDU: Admission Open @ ur Doorsteps 4 Annamalai University, MBA, Mgmt, Arts, Science, Law, Commerce, 1yr Dip&PG Dip prog in Engg & Medical Avail Ct: [protected]/12"

I'm getting these sms'es even at midnight, even though I'm registered for Do Not Call service. It's very annoying. Please take action against these people.

    My name is Sunil Kumar and my phone no is [protected] and I had rechareg my a/C with 43rupees on 06/06/2011 with remaining balance of 13rupees when I switched on my phone then balance left was 3rupees I DID not send any message before and after then so C.Care told me that u requested for value added service plan of 53 any so u r charged.Now when i call to c.care executive they do not help me.So i request u please help me.

    TATA Indicom — Activating service and deducting balance without any request

    My phone no is [protected] and I had rechareg my a/C with 43 for one monthe of internet on 12/06/2011 at 18:52 with transid[protected] also I topup my a/C with 50 using coupon at 12/06/2011 18:43, then I used about 10mb data after one hour and switched off my phone with remaining balance of 26.98 when I switched on my phone then balance left was 3.98 I DID not send any message before and after then so C.Care told me that u requested for internet plan of 23 any so u r charged.

    m also facing same problem due to reliance gsm services.i just want to advice you go through proper channel, i[censored]r complaint is nt resolved till nw, thn u can submit ur compliant at core centre also. there ur problm will be easily resolved.
    i have also regd their and one to two times i got my problem resolved nd they refunded my amt to my a/c. so i hope ur problem will also get reslved through this.

      Sir,
      I had done recharge of Rs. 349 from Tata Indicom website through Net Banking. Recharge was not successful but the amount is deducted from my Union bank Savings A/c. I dont have a transaction ID but I have Transaction Statement o[censored]nion bank attached with this. Transaction time- About 12:20 AM (Today).
      When i had completed all formalities of recharging from tata indicom website and i had entered transaction password in union bank website then a new website opens i.e "www.rechargeitnow.com" but this website stops and did not show me the "Transaction Id".
      But the amount was deducted from my A/c and recharge not activate till now.

      So please help me about this and solve my problem. Either refund my money back or make a recharge of Rs. 349 on my no. i.e [protected].

          I mr kamar hafeez zaid kazi mobile no [protected] had activated data plan 94 which includes 5 gb of internet usage for 30 days, immediately my balance was reduced by rs 94 and i received a sms stating that my plan has been activated ,as i started using internet on my cellphone my balance was being reduced but this should not happen as i have 5 gb of data free for 30 days i called customer care for the same after transferring me from executive to executive they weren't ready to budge they didn't even take my complaint pls do the need full the connection is registered on my friends name praful birje

              My name is Rupesh Desai. I stay in Andheri (East), Mumbai. My email ID is rupesh.v.[protected]@gmail.com I was having a reliance CDMA prepaid number [protected] and i had applied for portability from Reliance CDMA prepaid to Tata Indicom CDMA (prepaid) on 18th April 2011. But it has been more than two months or so but number is not ported in Tata. I have visited Sakinaka Customer care thrice and Goregaon custome care centre twice. But nothing has worked out. Executives over there keeps on telling me that number portability is not possible from Reliance CDMA to Tata CDMA easily. There are several technical issues. i had applied for Portability through a dealer (Expressway) Jatin Mehta at Andheri and I paid Rs. 75/- for portability. I also got tata sim from him but outgoing is not possible from that sim. Whenever i insert tata's sim and call customer care they always tell me to wait for 24 hours which is not at all worth. i am fed up. Then why tata is advertising so much on portability. Sometimes customer care executives says that portablitity is done sometimes they says it is not. can someone tell me what has happened exactly in this case. Why common man like me suffer for this. Now i have also finished balance in my reliance number. i can't call anyone or sms anyone since two months. i am using my wife's phone or my office number for outgoing calls.

              TATA - RELIANCE — NUMBER PORTABILITY ISSUE

              I HAD APPLIED FOR NUMBER PORTABILITY FROM TATA CDMA TO RELIANCE CDMA I HAVE BEEN GIVEN RELIANCE CDMA CARD THEY TOLD IT WILL BE DONE IN A WEEK BUT TILL NOW ITS MORE THAN 10 DAYS ITS NOT DONE MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] CAN I GET JUSTICE WHY THEIR IS SO MUCH OF DELAY.

                My phone number is [protected]. I have submitted my request for mobile portability (TM419728 valid upto[protected]. But there is no action from either TATA or Airtel.

                I got conformation sms from 59110 but no action. The validity date is bound to get over and TATA is remain the operator. I suspect something is wrong from TATA end as each time some one is calling from TATA and trying to pursuade me to stay in with TATA. This is not acceptable because everywhere it mentioned that it takes 7 days to get MNP. Its more than 7 days now.

                I am desperate to change the operator and move to 3G phone. I don't know why my moblie MNP request is not honoured.

                TATA Indicom — TATA Indicom rejecting my MNP request to move to Airtel

                My phone number is [protected]. I have submitted my request for mobile portability (TD193729 valid upto[protected]. But there is no action from either TATA or Airtel.

                Again I have submitted another request to change my mobile opertor from TATA to Airtel ( TD526839 valid upto[protected]. This time I got conformation sms from 59110 but no action.                   Hello,

                  This mail contains detailed explanation to the issues I'm facing with Tata Indicom's service. Kindly be patient and read through the entire thing.

                  I am a tata WiMax broadband user since 13th Jan 2011.

                  I use it on a single system without the router. It's an Ethernet wired connection.

                  I have several complaints against it. Both technically and billing wise.


                  Billing Wise:
                  =========

                  1)
                  My connection got activated on 13th Jan. 2011 and while taking the connection I had paid the bill for
                  the first 4 months, in advance.

                  I had obviously assumed that the next bill won't come till 13th May. But I didn't know that according to
                  tata indicom billing cycle, my bill gets generated 21st of every month.

                  Then on 9th May, without any intimation, my connection was deactivated. I was not able to log in. But as this problem occurs a lot of times, I did not this it had got anything to do with bill. I thought it's just
                  another technical glitch.

                  Then I called customer care and came to know that some amount is pending to be paid. Before the end of the 4th month !! Bill was generated for the days between 13th and 21st Jan on prorate basis.

                  Anyway, I paid the amount immediately on 9th May itself.

                  But look at this for the customer experience. A person who has paid bill for 4 months in advance, his connection gets deactivated before the 4 months ends.

                  Moreover, I had taken 'work from home' on that day and was working on my company's project. I had to take a leave just because the internet connection was down.

                  2)
                  Now, about the second issue. And a major one. Please pay attention.

                  I got a call from billing department and also got an SMS, indicating me to pay the amount 1213.61 before
                  6th June 2011 "to enjoy continued services".

                  And guess what? The bill is for the month of May. Amount for which I have already paid on 13th January.
                  What is this bill for? I was expecting next bill on 21st June. Not before that for sure.

                  3)
                  Another big problem. While taking the connection, tata indicom manager, Mr. Surya Prakash as well as
                  the connection field man convinced me to pay the 4 months bill in advance. And when I asked what will I
                  get in return, I got the answer that if I pay 4 months bill in advance, I'll get 15 days of connection for
                  free.

                  That was the only reason, why I paid the bill in advance for 4 long months containing faulty and gruesome
                  service.


                  Technical Issues:
                  ============

                  1)
                  In spite uninterrupted supply to the modem, the connection suddenly logs out and I have login again in
                  order to continue the internet access.

                  This makes the torrent downloading next to impossible. Every night, I start the download and wake up in
                  the morning to find out that it stopped at 2% while actually at 500 Kbps, the full movie would have been
                  downloaded.

                  No action has been taken in spite of numerous complaints.

                  2)
                  A lot of times, even after waiting for 10-15 minutes, the login page does not appear. After restarting
                  the modem 5 times also, it does not work. And when you call customer care at level 1 of assistance and
                  level 2 of technical assistance, they again make you restart the modem some more times.
                  Finally when you and the technical person who is assisting you gives up hope, it starts working without
                  doing anything.

                  3)
                  Speed is very rarely at 500 Kbps. It always comes around 350-400 Kbps. But in general, speed is not as
                  big an issue as the connectivity itself.




                  I hope this mail reached someone who read it in full and would understand the pains I have gone through.

                  I do not intend to pay anymore money for this filthy service. I wish to disconnect the connection with
                  immediate effect. Kindly consider this mail as an intimation to discontinue the services.


                  Please be informed that on asking for bill one more time, you'll convince me to go to consumer forum with all the evidences I have of horrible service along with the taped conversations that I have of my talking to the customer care executives.


                  And I'm not expecting a reply, but if you do, please reply, do not start it with the phrase "We sincerely
                  apologize for the inconvenience caused to you." Because, people want good, uninterrupted and transparent service. Not your apologies.


                  And I'll make sure to spread the word to my contacts that they should never ever opt for tata indicom
                  broadband.

In my letter dated 1/05/08, I told them that third party agency kept modem for onr=e month and gave back in poor non functioning condtion. i am paying bills for months togather inspite of I could not use their internet service.

                  I am using The tataindicom Broadband wimax connection I am paid the bill promptly on 30 bill date, but they inactive my line after 6 days ie. 5th . I call to customer Care they told that is your bill amount is due.
                  Please settle the bill amount. We will active the line. And then I give the bill number they active the line.
                  I paid the bill But they disconnect my line. and they didnt give correct speed in night time they give in Ad night 10.00 to Morning 8.00 1.5 mpbs but only 256 speed only activated. So the worst service is Tata indicom Broadband wimax Service.

                  Tata Indicom Broadband — Unnecessary calls and SMS

                  Hii,

                  I never took Broadband connection from TATA INdicom , My friend (Vivek tripathi) took a Connection from tata Indicom Broadband WI MAX and placed my number as the ALTERNATE contact number, but the Tata indicom Guys Call and SMS me continuously from 1st day of the month to pay the Bill (BILLING Date 5th) and strange thing is that they dont communicate to my friend actually who uses the connection. In-fact Connection is in his name then also these guys call me and SMS me EVERY time till the bill is payed by my friend.

                  I have Called their customer Care and also Mailed them several times they just say will be removed and every month the same thing happens . I get bugged by Calls and SMS 3-4 times a day to pay The bill.

                  Please help me .

                  I have paid 6 month rental in advance hence I was eligible for 1 month free internet connection. As per my last bill my payment lasts until 20th JAN 2010. This connection cost is reimbursed by my company. Recently they revised a policy which states max of INR 1000 inclusive of tax can be reimbursed. Hence I thought of switching to a different service provider. So I sent a email to terminate the connection by 20th JAN 2010. But back end team has suspended my account from 15th JAN 2010.

                  Request In Progress:

                  I requested either extension of the usage period (7 Days) or Refund of money before removing the instrument from my residence.

                  Action Taken:

                  Following emails have been sent, Without any prior intimation a technician is at my home to collect the instrument today.

                  I wonder why an corporate company behaves in an unprofessional way. Since I did not get proper rectification from customer service, I am forwarding my request you.

Handset which had all the facilities like speaker, light weight, speed dial, etc. My 73 years old mother was using it very easily. But unfortunately it got defected. so I went to the tata hub, and asked their help. they told me to purchase a new handset. they sold me a handset with F.M. band. the hand set was not having any such facilities like speaker phone, speed dial, etc. and is also very bulky. Now, my mother is unable to use such a phone, which lacks all the above mentioned facilities. I repeatedly approached to the hub, but all in vain.                       I was using TATA Photon and one month I received a bill of Rs.1700 (approx.). This was double than my usual monthly bill. I saw the days wise billing and discovered that I have been billed for the dys when I was out with family or in meetings. I lodged a complint to make the necessary rectification as I might have happened due to some error. My complaint was not resolved and I started getting regular call from TATA INDICON to pay the bill. At last the local vendor asked me to pay the average bill and I agreed and paid with a request to discontinue the connection as this has happened xsecond time. The issue was resolved but now I am getting calls that a case has been filed against me under section 420 and so on. It is share harresment.

How many times should i submitt my proof are they using for some one i think so even i gave in vijayawada because i lost trust in my nearest show rooms even the same problem i am facing even i submitted in hyderabad again i am facing the same problem as i am using tataindicom account in tataindicom website from many mnths but when i opened account it showed my address but later on they took away my address and asking again and again i am very much sad with this type of service given to valuable customers i dnt belong to other country if there is any problem when submitted the executive should consult but they are throwing away applications because i saw these type of problems with my friend number in bangalore keeping application aside and asking once again i think this is the same problem with andhra executives very much sad if this problem doesnt solve i may change my network.

                          I'm a Tata Indicom Photon Plus post-paid customer (Photon Plus Account Number:[protected]. I'm in monthly Rs. 500 (30 hours free internet) plan.

                          For the last few days, I'm getting only 50-60 kbps download speed whereas the promised download speed is 200 kbps.

                          An instance of the very slow speed is below:

                          I downloaded some songs from a website today morning and it took 200 minutes for downloading around 800 MB. I started the download at 29-May-2011 at 5:55 AM and it ended only at 9:20 AM. Totally it took 200 minutes for downloading 800 MB. I'm having proof for this slowness in my laptop.

                          This means that, the speed is 4 MB per MINUTE (68 kbps) download speed whereas as per the service level agreement (SLA), the promised download speed is 10 MB per MINUTE (200 kbps) download speed.

                          IF TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS DOESN'T ACT ON THIS COMPLAINT, I WILL STOP PAYING THE TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS BILLS TILL THE TIME THE SPEED IS RESTORED TO THE PROMISED SPEED OF 200 KBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED (3.2 MBPS BROWSING SPEED).

                          BECAUSE OF THIS, IF TATA INDICOM STOPS MY PHOTON PLUS SERVICE, I WILL SUE (TAKE LEGAL ACTION) AGAINST TATA INDICOM FOR CHEATING ME ON NOT DELIVERING THE SPEED AS PER THE SLA (SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT)

                          TATA Indicom — PHOTON SPEED ISSUE

                          I had purchased TATA Photon device a month back and I am getting a very low speed. If i call customer care , they say that the technical dept. would call me and then the tecnical dept tells me to visit gallery. when I visit gallery they are unable to solve the problem and then also guide me to tech. dept. whos in turn again advices me to visit gallery.I am attaching the speed test done on my TATA PHOTON and RELIANCE netconnect simultanously. I am facing a lot of problems professionally due to this. PLease look into this and solve the query at the earliest. They are not even ready to refund me my amount

                          TATA Indicom — Speed

                          I am have bought Tata Photon Whiz on jan 2010 and when i was buying it then company dealer told me that the speed you will get 152 mbps from that but from that day i am getting only 40 to 50 speed. and i have complained alots of time in their zonal office and local office but they are not solving my problem.
                          See, I don't want this standard answer "YOUR ISSUE IS BEING ATTENDED AND WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS". This answer is being given to all your customers, as a temporary reply. But no action is being taken on the slowness issue.

                          I want the exact reason why my slowness is observed. This is not the first time I'm experiencing the slowness. I'm observing this slowness for almost 75% of the times that I connect to Tata Indicom Photon Plus.

                          It is very much ironical that even after complaining to Mr. Sunil Batra and Mr. Anil Chandra (CEO & MD respectively), this issue is still not resolved

                          THIS SLOWNESS IS A BREACH IN THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) AND I NEED A PERMENANT RESOLUTION FOR THIS, FAILING WHICH I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT OF LAW FOR CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
                          this is manju here i am here to tell that tata photon plus is worse than any other companies. they just promise about all the things and they dont give back any reply. i have given more than 10 complaints not yet got any reply. i will proudly tell u all dat tata photon plus customer service is lesser dan zero. dey don care for any complaints and to any customers lso. dey just want 2 hit maximum no of sales not users!!!

                            This is Himanshu Gera, residing near Vidya Niketan School in NIT 2 Faridabad.
                            This is regarding a complaint against my immediate neighbour, who has installed a Mobile Network Tower of Tata Indicom on top of his house, in-spite of neighbour's objections.

                            We all know it may cause major issues like ‘Brain Tumour’ or ‘Brain Hemorrhage’ or even ‘Cancer’ to the health of human beings.
                            This is densely populated residential area and there is a school nearby. All people here are afraid of issues and side-affects of mobile tower radiations.

                            The installation of the tower started 2 years back and we approached MCF regarding this problem. We had written the application with the signatures of neighbour's raising objections against the installation of tower. We had a word with Previous MCF commissioner regarding this matter and he accepted the fact regarding the hazards and neighbours raising objections and as a result stopped the further work on tower installation.

                            In between, we had written several applications to MCF regarding the removal of tower and neighbour's objections.

                            Now all of a sudden, after 2 years, the development work has started again.

                            We had a word with Present Municipal Commissioner regarding this matter.
                            He has also accepted the fact regarding the hazards and neighbours raising objections, as a result advised to stop the further work on tower installation but still the construction work hasn't stopped for the tower.

                            Till date, We have sent around 5 written applications to MCF having signatures of neighbours raising objections in this regard.


                            I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible because we are afraid after hearing this fact of hazards to us.
                            I hope an urgent and positive response from your side.

                            TATA Indicom — Cell tower issues

                            Hi,
                            In our apartment there is a tata indicome cell tower installed. This is causing lot of damage to the building and people living in our apartment. In spite many complaints there is no action taken. The generator installed is making lot of noise. Also there are some work done for earth bits which are not properly completed. They are damaging the car bay and cars are getting stuck. I have asked them several times, but of no use. Kindly treat this as urgent and rectify at the earliest.

                                Issue no.1
                                I bought Tata dsl connection on May 2003 for Rs.8000 and they had offered two free flight tickets which can be used to travel anywhere within India.
                                They never sent any tickets and when I asked they said the offer was closed by end of May, but I purchased this DSL account Middle of May. I had no time to fight back, so I left it as it is.

                                Issue no 2.
                                My account plan was Business 3000 which means I am limited to 3000MB a month @ Rs.600 a month plus taxes and if there is an extra usage I was billed Rs. 1 per MB.
                                Recently they offered me Infinity 512 they said its a infinity account and I will be billed only a fixed Rs.800, so I thought its good because I can download movies, music etc. A Month after changing this I receive a bill for Rs.1800, it was shocking, I sent them mails, called their customer support and I get really confusing response. They say my infinity account is limited to 1200 MB a month and I will be billed Rs.1 per extra MB, since I had used 2000MB I am billed an extra Rs.700 plus taxes plus pro-rata charges.
                                Isn't this ridiculous how can they name it infinity and then say its limited? this is a misnomer. I checked their site for explanation, there is no detail about the monthly upload/download limit it only says "Usage as per fair usage policy" god only knows what it means and there is no link which explains what this means.
                                Tomorrow I can also sell my old ambassador car by renaming it as Mercedes benz, at least the product is visible and no body can be cheated. But software products and plans of this kind are not visible and thus we get the shock of our life when we receive the bills at the end of the month.
                                How can they name something infinity when its actually limited?
                                Why don't they explain this in detail, over the phone while giving their offer?

                                Past 2 days I am asking for explanation via mail, but they insist on explaining over phone.
                                I asked them all the questions I need to ask and no response yet. But one thing is clear, they call a product as infinity which in reality is limited.

                                  Issue Regarding the restriction in calling customer care after three times in TATA INDICOM.

                                  1. We are highly suffering with this restriction when we need to call after 3 times in urgent issues like sim blocking or service providence or service blocking or querying any serious issues.

                                  2 .Nearly 2100 users are of tata-indicom in my mission out of which 400 members raise this issue to me and we are using their internet and mobile service and we turn up lacs of rupees in their business every month.

                                  4.If TATA Indicom cannot release the restrict of calling the customer care after 3 times, we would like to switch over to other service provider with the same existing mobile nos.

                                  .I being the senior head of our organization need a immediate action over it.

                                    I am using the Tata Indicom WiMax Broadband internet connection since April 2010. On May 23, 2011 i returned from my business trip and needed to use internet for some work however it was not functional and i called the area manager and he gave me number of a local engineer/executive and i called them the time then was 10:00 AM in the morning and said since i have a half day kindly rectify the problem just on lower level and as soon as possible yet there was no satisfactory result then between 12:30 PM and 01:00 PM i got a complaint registered for "Network cable unplugged" error with the customer care.I was told that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours which was ok with me i told them that my available timings are before 9:00 AM and after 08:00 PM. The thing worth noting here is i also got a request registered on MAY 22, 2011 for collection of bill amount. I got return call for collection at 11:30 AM on May 23, 2011 and the payment was collected by 12:30 PM. By evening while i was in certain business meeting i got a call from Tata Indicom to confirm whether i have paid my bill or not. Yet in evening i called to the customer care saying that I got the call for payment yet there are no calls for the issue registered. I was assured that the matter would be resolved and I will certainly get a call back. However, the next day i.e. today May 24, 2011 again Tata Indicom calls for Payment yet the executive was clueless about the complaint and similarly Tata Indicom calls yet again in afternoon for payment confirmation and yet no call for the resolution of problem and by 06:00 PM when i write this complaint there is no call back for the issue i.e. even though the customer (i.e. me) was given the resolution time of 24 hours but there was not even single call for the problem in 30 hours yet they cared to call 4-5 times for payment in the same time frame.

                                    I had got a complaint registered for "low or no connectivity" error on May 13, 2011 12:30 AM which was resolved by May 15, 2011 05:00 PM i.e. almost 66 hours. And on May 16, 2011 05:00 AM I left on business trip which i returned on May 23 as i told earlier. That means the earlier problem wasnt even resolved and even got worst. I would like to bring in notice that, exactly similar faults had been encountered number of times in past and i.e. 4 times to be precise and the only problem is due to rain the connector of cables get faulty which are to be changed and hardly take 10-15minutes. In February during one such similar problem the field executive/engineer said that there were multiple breakages in the cable to the cable needs to be changed and will be changed soon yet since February till date that cable haven't yet changed and I have conveyed this to the customer care all the time. More over in February, my complaint was marked as "resolved" without even my knowledge. I got a call from the executive on the next day of my registering the complaint saying he will be visiting in evening and evening the executive calls back and says his bike fell and wont be able to come today but will come the next day. the complaint was registered on a Saturday. After that phone call i did not got any other communication on Tata Indicom's part till Wednesday. When i called back to the customer care I got to know that my complaint was already resolved. I was shocked to know that, yet i got this complaint registered again on Wednesday. This problem was again resolved by Saturday. So it took full 8 days for the matter to be resolved and that too my earlier complaint was closed and marked "resolved" by lies and false statements. Every month, after the bill is generated, i get numerous calls and messages for bill payment yet they never care to communicate back the status of complaints and faults.

                                    Moreover the executives who calls for bill collections, talk very impolitely and try to force their own conditions. During March-April when I was on business trip for 2 months straight, I have told the collection agent to collect the bill amount from my landlord as I have authorized him to pay this month's amount on my behalf, and since then, my landlord is being harassed every month for bill payment. The landlord is called for bill payment even before they care to call me, the subscriber himself. I even told the customer care people to stop this kind of harassment yet the same continues till date which is not acceptable and very objectionable. In last 1 year, i have faced faults numerous times, and every time i have been harassed and have to endure the torture i m subjected to by Tata Indicom.

                                    I want to get a case registered in consumer forum for negligence of service, harassing the consumer, traumatizing the consumer, loss of business due to unavailability of service. And i also want to get a criminal case registered against them under IPC for harassing me and traumatizing me to the level of committing suicide. Kindly help me with the procedure how to do so.

                                    Tata indicom Wimax Broadband internet — Poor service and harassment

                                    I, Dr. AnanthaPrasad Holla is junior resident at dept. of dermatology at PGIMER, Chandigarh. I had taken Tata Indicom Wi Max Internet service this April. I had paid Rs 6067 and supposed to get unlimited and uninterrupted internet. Unfortunately, since the day they installed it was not working properly. According to their brochure one should get an antenna, a receiver box and dynamic IP address for this particular plan. But these people gave multiple connections from a single antenna using a ethernet router. And i am getting internet as if i am getting ration or limited water supply from municipality. Even if I get it is slower than dial up connection and one cannot download or up load a file size of 2 to 3 mb. It goes of every 2-3 min and sometimes it doesn’t work for days together. I had complained to their call center but those in call center doesn’t understand my problem and they say that one can’t get a connection with out separate antenna and receiver box. My several attempts convince them regarding my problems failed. Then i had sent mail to their nodal officer and appellate authority, even though they agreed that there was a problem in the net connection but they started claiming that it is working properly from their end. My repeated requests failed and they did not do anything to solve my problem. I had requested them accept that they can’t repair it so that I could go to another connection because I had to do thesis work for which I needed net. But they didn’t show mercy. I suffered like anything while finishing my thesis; I had to depend on my friends for net even though i had one. My warning regarding consumer forum too did not change their ignorance. Kindly help me to get justice in this case.

                                    TATA Indicom — poor services and harassment

                                    Tata Indicom Post Paid Connection Complaints - Neither Tata Indicom is disconnect my number nor are they accepting the due charges.






                                    I purchased two tata indicom corporate postpaid connection[protected] and [protected] for plan of 250/- monthly in Feb, 2009. The day I purchased the set and took the connection it never worked properly. Inspite of repeated complaints nothing was done. But when we decided to disconnect both the connections, neither they accepted the application for disconnection nor they accepted the due charges which are 900/.
                                    Not only extra charges were levied on me but inspite of repeated complaints I was not heard.

                                    Tata Indicom Broadband — Harrasment calls

                                    To Tata Indicom Broad Band Services,

                                    i would like to register a complaint for being harrased by Tata Indicom Recovery Team for payment of charges where in i have already discontinued for services and had made full and final payment 2mths back of approx 4k.

                                    i am getting calls from[protected] & [protected]. the lady is talking in a very harsh and arrogant language.

                                    i am surprised to receive this kind of behaviour from a company like Tata.

                                    i would like to register a complaint and need urgent assistance.

                                    I am also facing the same problem by Tata Indicum, I have purchased New Infinity 400KBPS Internet connection plan for which I have paid them 4 Month in advance & they are Sending me the bill of New Infinity 750KBPS Internet connection plan.

                                        I have recharged my TATA Indicom mobile by Rs.39. As it was showing failure, I tried recharging & It got recharged thrice. The TATA Indicom is neither ready to refund my money nor ready to register my complain or giving me a proper feedback.



                                        Not only this, They have not even credited my SMS. And, the Customer Service guys are always frustrated and never give a proper response.

                                        PLEASE NEVER GO FOR TATA INDICOM.

                                        ITS BETTER TO BE WITHOUT MOBILE THEN TO BE WITH TATA MOBILE
                                        The Local Office Rep (Chetna) in Makarpura (Vadodara) office has just disconnected my phone after talking to me very rudely, which is really unacceptable & I may go for further complains to wherever I can reach.
