No internet access & very poor customer care response

Very Low Download Speeds At Night

For the past one week I was facing issues with my boardband internet connection during night times, which hardly gives me 1/5 or even 1/6 of download speed which was promised I would receive. Problem starts exactly at 9 pm in the night and continues till 9 am in the morning until my download speeds are restored almost every day.
