      Hi,
      I'm getting call from the following three land line number belongs to Tataindicom and if you pick the phone the call end and if you try to call back no one will pick the phone. It seems to me the error automated call from Tataindicom. I'm getting this call every dat atleast 3-4 times in three different numbers.

      #3 - [protected]

      If somebody know about this issue, please let me know hot to handle this.

      i have been receiving missed call from this no. at odd hours, 8 to 10 times daily... when i call up thr is no response. can sumone pls tell me the name and address to whom this no. belongs to. its a tataincom no. of maharashtra.
      Its surprising that you mentioned it... i came online searching for this number to check who does it belong to and found your complaint!! - I am facing the exact same issue where every day I get atleast 1-2 missed called from #3 - [protected]!!

      Everytime I call back on this number i get a msg stating it is on call wait!!! - never got through...

      Its quite annoying actually...since you get calls at weird hours and then when you answer someone just HANGS UP!!!

      I am facing same problem. I am on international roaming due to a business trip and ended paying unwanted money because this caller simply does not give up.

      I rejected the call but the number keeps calling again and again.

      Dear Tata Indicom,
      I am not able to go to Police station to lodge FIR or any complaint. However, I am registered in the DND registry. Still I am getting these calls, unsolicited. These are definitely some sort of marketing calls being made from some call center which must be paid by you... I will definitely complain against your company for making such calls to so many telephone users.

      Why are you simply apologising for the inconvenience, and collecting our email IDs/phone numbers?

      Better way out - why don't you just stop calling and use other non intrusive ways to do your marketing and selling. You should sell based on quality of service - good service will attract customers. No point in "acquiring" customers by any means and harass then in the process.

        Hi,

        I had registered for two postpaid connections of TATA Indicom from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for two months that is from Dec 2008 to Feb 2009. The two numbers that were registered to me were [protected] and [protected]. I had paid all my bills for the two months o[censored]sage and had asked the service provider for termination of services for these numbers since I was relocating to Bangalore. However, after about 6 months, I got a bill for one of the numbers from Tata Tele Services that I had dues on my cell phone and I had to pay a penalty on avoiding which I would be liable to prosecution by law. Since I did not want to go through the hassles of courts, I paid the bill and again disconnected the number for which I had recieved the bill.

        Now after 2 years of no communication, an advocate representing Tata tele services has again sent me a notice stating that I have pending dues on both the above mentioned numbers and I need to pay up. I do not even have the reciepts of my payment since this incident was 2 years back and there was no communication whatsoever about any dues all this long. I myself work for a company (TCS) from the Tata group and this kind of money extracting process from innocent customers is totally uncalled for especially when it comes from such a reputed company like Tata. This should be immediately put to stop and there is abosolutely no logic for these kinds of bils out of the blue.

        I hope that my grievance is resolved and I hope that it helps in avoiding such incidents for other customers

        TATA TELE SERVICES KERALA — BILLING ME WITHOUT A MOBILE

        I HAD 2 POST PAID MOBILE CONNECTIONS WITH TATA INDICOM,I HAD LATER ASKED FOR BOTH OF THE CONNECTIONS TO BE DISCONNECTED AS I WAS MOVING OUT..INSPITE OF MY REPEATED PHONE AND LETTER REQUESTS THEY DIDNT DISCONNECT FOR LONG AND AT LAST WHEN THEY DISCONNECTED IT,IAM CONTINUOUSLY RECEIVING BILLS EVERY MONTH WITH OUT ANY CONNECTION.THEY ARE TELLING ME EVERYTIME THAT, MY CONNECTION IS DISCONNECTED AND I WONT RECEIVE BILL...BUT IT COMES AGAIN....IM DAMN FED UP...
        ITS A BIG MENTAL TORTURE......
        I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES...

        I FEEL TERRIBLY SORRY FOR YOU FOR TAKING A TATA CONNECTION...

          Dear sir/Madam,

          I had Tata Indicom card last from 2 years My cell no is [protected]. I am having many complaints from few month as this phone is always remaining with my mom so i was thinking my mom might be pressing some time. But last from one month this phone was with me and i am always receiving calls from company i had called many times to customer care to deactivate this then also i am receiving calls 2-3times in a day.

          The main complaint that i want to registered is i am receiving News SMS Alerts which was started from your company as a trial but then after it had started to deduct 1Re per days. As i was not seeing the message i was unkown to it. But last from 15days i had seen my balance is deducting so i had just checked my message there i know my balance is deducting from the "NEWS ALERTS"

          I had read it and their was written to "unsubscribe please SMS STOP to 155223" I had sent sms with me also.

          I had message it & i had received the confirmation message and i had not seen the message again my balance started deductibility so again i had message it.But it is still going on already my round 100Rs had been deducted due to company misleading service by providing free and then charging. If person is not seeing the message. "Your company is starting the service for trial and there they write to deactive message to......" so any professional person is not having time to see the meassage so they will ignore so as the trial version completed u start the counting charges, that is not fair it is fully making the customer unfair....." Monopolies & Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969.... will be applicable

          Making the customers fool by charging non-requested value added services ......

          TATA Indicom — Misleading sms

          Sir,
          My wife has a Tata Indicom Mobile (# [protected]) connection. She received a message from them under the name of BT Mobile stating that she has won a prize money. On getting lured from it we have spent a lot approx. Rs. 70,000/- and no money is there with me now. I have lost my precious money because of this TATA INDICOM messages. Please be kind enough to see that these type of nusiances should be stopped from these companies otherwise people like me will be in their bankrupty. The person who was transacting was from London and was naming himself to be Mr. David Zombrano (# [protected]) diplomat from BT Telecommunications. As per his version he is staying at Janakpuri, New Delhi. I am attaching the photograph which was sent to me.
          Please do something otherwise people like these will destroy our country.

            I, Tushar Singh a resident of Chandigarh, bought a TATA PHOTON+ datacard, (wireless internet service) for my laptop. It wasnt working properly since after a month that i bought it, as the speed that i was getting was not even close to how much i was promised, and was slower that TATA PHOTON WHIZ( the lowest version of the datacards), and it got disconnected frequently, i had to face a lot of troubles in my studies as well as professionally. I lodged a complaint with TATA INDICOM helpline on
            29/04/11, Complaint No.[protected] as on 29/04/11 and[protected] as on 04/05/11. I was told an engineer will visit me soon. But the Enginner called and fixed up a time and didnt show up! the i left for delhi after calling them severral times for repairs or the necessary service to be provided..but they paid no heed. I even visited their outlets. Then again after coming back from Delhi, I asked them to resolve the complaint ( meanwhile the engineer called me and asken not to complain abt him and he wil resolve mu compaint as soon as i come back to Chandigarh). I called them on 9/05/11 again to let them know that i am back to Chandigarh and oi need my datacard repaire and since then they have been giving me times to visit, but they never come. And moreover at the time they say the will visit, they stop picking up my calls and everytime they do, a different person picks up the call and then they jus tell me a different story and the Manager is refusing to talk to me directly. This is the number of some JE at TATA, Mr. Subhash - [protected] . Today after almost 2 weeks of harassment i decided to do something about it. As they have made me suffer a lot both on personal as well as professional fronts! as i could'nt leave my house as the enginner promised to visit, and neither could i do my work online. I really want TATA authorities to take some strict action against the ones responsible and i would like to lodge a strict complaint against them of Customer unsatisfaction and MENTAL TRAUMA!

              Due to poor connectivity and bad services, I have stopped using my Tata Indicom Broadband Servince No.[protected] for more than 3 months. In between I have got some customer care service calls from Tata indicom from payment dues, I told them about bad services and also confirm them to disconnect. Instead of diconnecting the services, Tataindicom are sending the bill every month automatic generated messages for which I have not responded, as I have told them to disconnect and I have not even used the services. They can check up the logging data. Last week I got a call from Delhi court that TATAINDICOM has lodged compliant for cheating them. Being a leagal issue, I have immediately paid the amount of Rs 1010/- and informed tgheir lawyer.. Immediately I have lodged the complaint to Tataindicom on this issue and also asked the disconnect the connection immediatley. I have not received any responc e from them till date.

              Even the fault is with Tataindicom, they have taken such a wrong step which is expected from such a company.

              I need justice.

                But now after too many days we have received no message from Tata Indicom regarding portability.
                Vodafone executive says to talk to Tata indicome executive and so.
                What can I do now to port my provider.

                  Hi, A few months back I took my internet connection from a combo plan provided by Tata Indicom. The advertisement said the installation/ registration charges are all "FREE" but dont get fooled by those type of offers - you have to pay for the bsnl phone installation more than 500 to 800 rs/.

                  Anyways after a month later, my friend who resides just near my house in the same area got the same offer with much more speed and for the same price. As mentioned in the tata indicom bill (* you can change to any other plan for free), I tried to change my broadband plan by calling the customer care and dsl desk, but after writing so many emails I just got one answer from them that "My plan cannot be changed because of feasibility problem" I wrote so many emails after that still I didn't get any proper explanation from Tata indicom service desk. I asked them to discontinue my services for this type of service and they eagerly agreed. So my advice is to take other internet providers instead of tata indicom... Thanks.

                  TATA Indicom — DENIED INTERNET CONNECTION

                  I PAID RS. 1320 TO A REPRESENTATIVE MR.TRIPURARI BY CHEQUE ON 11 SEP 2009 FOR FOUR MONTHS FOR BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION. THIS CHEQUE AMOUNT WAS CREDITED TO TATA INDICOM ACCOUNT ON SEP16. I WAS TOLD BY REP TRIPURARI THAT MY INTERNET CONNECTION WOULD BE MADE NEXT DAY AFTER THE CHEQUE IS CLEARED. ON CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MR.TRIPURARI NOTHING WAS DONE REGARDING WIRRING AND CONNECTION. NOT ONLY CONNECTION WAS DENIED BUT THE CUSTMER CARE ASKED ME TO GO TO MY BANK AND GET SOME PROOF OF CHEQUE CLEARANCE.

                  IN SPITE OF REPEATED PHONE CALLS TO GET THE CONNECTION, I WAS TOLD EVERY TIME THAT I WILL NOT GET MY INTERNET CONNECTION BECAUSE I AM NOT LISTED AS A CUSTOMER IN THEIR DATA SYSTEM.

                  I AM SO FRUSTEDED BY THIS RUN AROUND GIVEN TO ME I AM WARNING OTHER POTENTIAL TATA INDICOM CUSTMERS TO BYPASS TATA INDICOM SERVICES.
                  It was in Pimple Saudagar, Pune.

                  I am the one who posted this one, there was no response after waiting for so long... They just post some reply to fool other people who are looking at this post, So my decision still stands DONT get TATA Indicom Internet, if you are in Pimple Saudagar Pune.. you Plan wont get changed, you have to get the same plan for your entire life.

                    i lost my mobile 3 days before.And we had requested the company to block that SIM card and they took almost 1 and half day to unblock.Still the thieve is using that card somewhere and they denied to give us last some call list so that we can track thief but they didnt.Additionaly they are taking unwanted time to reissue new SIM card with existing number..The processing is very slow and its not good to keep the mobile number off as it will hinder many tasks.They are not paying enough attention.today they told that they could not do that and tell me to come on Monday.Now i frustrated they are making me to wait and wait..i had visited tata tele services limited,Near sub jail,surat

                      Tata Indicom customer service is the worst customer service i had ever seen.
                      Please never choose Tata Indicom.

                      When i want to change my dialer tone, i have contacted the customer service at least 20 times for the past one month and i am unable to change my dialer tone atlest.

                      I have been charged for SMS and Calls so far 50/- But no use.
                      We can speak to customer care executive only once a day.. ha ha ..What a worst service it is....

                      The customer service of Tata Indicom Prepaid is the worst one that i have experienced all my life. there are no executives who can speak in english.Hindi is the default language..in case if one wants to choose english, he cant. The executive says "kya main aapse hindi mein baat kar sakta hu?" Its ok if one speaks in Hindi..but its literally poor communication skills. Is anyone hired for as a CCE? Are there no interviews taken? If they are..then y is the quality of CCE is been compromised? Its the worst one can ever experience. You get irritated when u hear the CCE talks to u. Pl remember your executive represents your company.

                      I made a call today and was not satisfied with your executive because i the information i wanted was not available with him. I asked him to transfer the call to some senior person. He was so stubborn & said that no i wont do it coz i think i have cleared all your doubts. Excuse me..!! who will decide if he has cleared my doubts or not.. Him or Me. Still when i insisted, he held my call for 10 seconds and then disconnected it. It could not be rude than this.

                      Last time also when i called, the executive was in such a hurry..i m asking him questions, in between he was like "kya aapko aur koi jaankari chahiye?". he never let me finish. Is one call limited to only 1 query? The same line your executive said atleast 5 times and i had no option but to hang up without my query been resolved.

                      It really is a waste of time and a bad experience with Tata Indicom prepaid customer care.

                      FYI..In my family, we have 5 tata indicom connections, out of which 2 we have already discontinued..and i guess this quality of customer service will force me to stop indicom at all.

                      See to it that your executives are upto the mark. Spending a little more on salary of CCEs is ok..but having a bad word is far more worse..

                        My problem is this my phone instrument does not have battery backup after replace battery two time now I want to change my phone instrument.
                        Tata indicom deposit Rs.1000/ as security money for my phone means instrument is the property of Tata indicom and Tata indicom should replace my instrument without any cost.

                        gentleman sited on the reception said to me for the change of instrument you have to pay Rs.1300/ how ever for new connection you pay Rs.1000/.

                        It shows that Tata indicom unnecessarily enjoy my Rs.1000/ free of interest and for new prepaid connection no security money is required.

                        I requested to you pl arrange to replace my phone instrument earliest possible without any charge or send back my security money than I will pay the money for instrument change.

                            TATA Indicom — Recharge Issue

                            Respected Sir/ Mam,

                            This is to bring into your kind notice that today i.e Jan 22, 2012.....I recharged my walky no. 65764595 of Rs. 50. But we got credit of only rs. 13 instead of Rs. 43. On inquiring about the same from the customer care, I was shocked on hearing that I have not recharged with that amount although I had the copy of the same but the cc cell continued that I have not made any recharge of the amount.

                            Pls help me on this as I am fed up with the service of Tata Indicom as they at their own wish activate the caller tunes service and deduct Rs. 40-50 monthly basis. But the cc cell is not ready to listen. I am using around 25-28 numbers in my circle but about half the numbers are facing the problem. We have been hit by around Rs.[protected] on this but they are not ready to look into these matters.

                                sir, I had tata indicom walky connection since apr 2007 and T/phno is[protected] .I requested for disconnection because of I have another two connection of mtnl which is better than TATA indicom .my request no is[protected] dated 14/01/11. but company sending monthly bill contineously .I clear all outstanding dues against me before placing request for disconnection .last bill payment of Rs.360/- in the month of jan 2011.I ask to custmor care ,he says that you are holding connection till date. pse rectify my problem and solve it .

                                  Though i have cleared the outstanding, given a request for deactivation both oral and in writing ( i have the acknowledgment & receipt.) i continue to recieve calls from recovery agents.

                                  Also i received a letter from Suman V , Dpty GM for Customer Care, I have promptly replied with all the evidences.

                                  Now i recieve a legal notice from the company's lawyers that i have intentionally not paid the amount and have not replied to the company's attempts ro reach me.

                                  They also are claiming the legal charges from me.

                                  This is such an harassment from some of the big trust worthy companies in India.

                                    i am fed up by photon plus pre paid ,its unfortunate that i have almost made 10 complaints through customers care and local dealer at Raj Bagh ,srinagar but no results till date ,the speed of photon plus prepaid is very very low ,my device though photon plus shows photon whiz network almost all the times .......when i bought the photon plus company assured me speed upto3.1Mbps downlink speed and says which is faster than any other service provider but i found its all fake and false promises as the speed never goes beyond 3kbps my Gprs connection of Bsnl is faster than tata photon + ,since i am an advocate i had to do lot of work on internet in searching law and authorities /judgments of various courts and weekly causelists but i found by availing the services of Tata photon i wasted my time and money .................. they have cheated me wasted my time and money ............i pray that they be held liable for deficiency of service and liable to pay me the damages of Rs. 10,000/ and directions be passed to them to provide the service to its customers as promised by the company

                                        As I am writing you this mail I dont know wether you are going to read this or not but still I am writing. my brother Deepanshu Varshney is having a tata indicom prepaid connection number [protected] in UP west. he buys this number on date[protected] and it is also activated on the same date but after few days we recieve a call from tata indicom that we have not recieved your documents kindly submit those documents otherwise the service to your no. will stop so we have submitted the documents again to your true value outlet in aligarh but after some time we also recieved the same call from tata indicom atleast three times stating the same reason then we again submitted our documents three times. I think that we have submitted last time in July or August 2009 after that his connection is working properly upto[protected] but on[protected] Tata indicom again stops all services to his phone without giving him any call or sms but when he call to the customer care he astonished to hear an all time favourite excuse from your executive that please submit your document again your documents are not available with us and your exective has denied to start his connection. We have also registered a complaint (complaint no. 273360) online to tataindicom site on date:[protected] but no response for the very same we have recieved till date. Afterwards i call your costumer care no. [protected] on date[protected] at 07:09 PM and I talked to your customer care executive Mr. Ashutosh explaining the situation but he disconnected my phone saying thanx without listening my whole problem. Again i called on the same no. on 07:18 PM this time i got some other executive ( i dont remember the name) on line i explain him all situation and after listening my words he told me i am transferring your call to my seniors please talk to them and he put me on hold for 20min. but nobody from tata indicom side responded to my query. this is the problem what we are facing.

                                        Now I ask Tata indicom some questions, kindly reply:

                                        1. Is this the way to provide services to their customers or Tata Indicom has invented a new way for creating harrassment to their customers?
                                        2. Tata Indicom is unable to maintain the records of their customer or their documents?
                                        3. We have submitted our documents four times to Tata Indicom but suppose as Tata Indicom is saying we have not submitted our documents then why our connection is working from[protected] to[protected] , (Government of India guidelines not only came on[protected] it is also there on[protected] ?
                                        4. Last but most important If I submit my documents again fifth time then what is the guarantee/ surity Tata Indicom side that it will not miss again?

                                        With this I conclude that we are just sick of the lacklusture approach shown by your staff in maintaining the records of Tata indicom user. In future I cant advise anybody to get new Tata Indicom connection.

                                        Hoping for better response from Tata Indicom side or leave it on God's sake.

                                        This is to inform you that I have been using tata indicom prepaid mobile service for more than 5 years. I had no trouble so far with this connection but for the past 3 months my account balance is getting deducted on a monthly basis. So far nearly Rs.100 is deducted. I did not activate any services on my phone but after some inspection I found that a horrorscope service is activated without my knowledge. I have repeatedly called [protected], which is the number enlisted on tata indicom website as the customer care for prepaid services in west bengal, but all I got is the "Not Reachable" message. I tried calling 121 but I got no help as they kept me redirecting from one desk to another. I want any and all services activated on my phone as soon as possible.This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional work from a major mobile company.Please look into this matter immidietly otherwise I have to discontinue my mobile service.
