Hi,

My name is Vipin Kammili, Son of Mr Raghunath Kammili. My Account no. is[protected]. I have been Giving complaints abt the problems i have been facing for the last one year due to the pathetic customer service of Tata Indicom. Just to summarize the entire scenario, I will provide you with the Sr No[protected]. given to me by Miss Sonali from The Vashi Gallery on 8th Dec, 2010.

I and my dad have been recieving collection calls for a long time even after providing with complaint nos on a regular basis. The Limit was on 19th Dec, 2010 when a girl from the collection department called both o[censored]s on Sunday and used very rude language asking for the money. She denied to give her name as well. I myself have been associated with the Call center industry so i know the ethics very well. She was outright rude and very offensive and kept calling continously.

I am very shocked with this kind of behaviour and i want strict action to be taken against the telecaller for ruining my day. I got calls from the telephone no. [protected] between 12 noon and 12:20 PM on 19th dec, 2010. I want a call back by a manager to address my concerns after going through my account history. If i dont get a response this time soon then i plan to forward the no. to the police station as i m very much sure that i m correct and i have the Bills paid and i have all the complaint and request nos with me.

Never again in my life would i take up a Tata connection. I belived as Tata group of companies to be the best but not any more. They are loosing their worth due to their backend support and primarily customer service. Very Disappointed.

Hope to hear from u soon. Will appreciate i[censored] read the enitre mail properly and call me after u go through my account history, the amt of mails i have written and the times i have been to the gallery and called up the customer service.

Hey dude,

There is no point in writing on this forum. Nobody from Tata groups will look into your problem. Even if you find a comment that will be from a bot which they send to all the complaints filed on this forum. This has been the problem with Tata groups from a long time. There were never good in service, not now and nor in the future. They cheat ppl like anything. You need to lookout for an alternative if possible legal action. This company don't even have a proper portal to file a complaint, even if they have they don't have any ppl to solve it. They suck big time. So try to resolve the issue asap.

    With due regard I want to draw ur kind attention towards problem I am facing.I am residing at H.NO 220 VPO LADPUR DELHI 110081. and I AM using the TATA phone e.g. My land line no [protected] , My mobile no. [protected].
    I a customer of TATA more then then SIX year. Since last SIX month I am facing POOR SIGNAL in my area. I hav register many complained regarding this to customer care. latest is Ref. no[protected] Dtd. 16/12/2010 of my LAND LINE no.[protected]. TATA Jr. Er. visit my house and found poor signals and prepare a report regarding this and handover a copy to me. NEXT day I received a call from [protected] and the person told me that he is from TATA technical TEAM and that currently they don’t hav any solution of this problem . and closed my service complained without any solution. I am paying MONTHLY rent to the service provider so it is the duty of TATA TELESERVICES to provide me an uninterrupted service to me . i[censored] seen the matter u find that I notify regarding this several times but TATA TELESERVICES FAILED to solve my problem . SO till the service provider is not solve poor signal QUALITY I demand rent free service and all my all MONTHLY rent which I paid in this worst service duration . and request u pls giv directions to the concern persons to look in to the matter to solve this problem in my area .

    TATA Indicom — poor signal

    Dear sir, we are in tataindicom prepaid 128kbps plan.but we get only 86.75kbps speed and frequent problems in downloading.plz take necessary action.
    While the signal is so poor & TODAY I recieved a call from customer care that I have to pay Rs 90 up to 26th of feb & your service is free for two months & I am a new user why I have to pay the bill for this you have done wrong with my believe.

      Tata Indicom Mobile — misbehaviour and manhadling

      I am a tata indicom customer since aug 2006 with phone number
      [protected] and [protected] both my connections were disconnected without any intimation on 28th feb'08 and on my call to vishakapatnam town head Mr.Srinivas Dushi he abused me on phone and asked me to not to use the phone if i am not happy with the service, on my arrival to the vishakapatnam office he maintained semilar stand and and his assistant manager services manhandled me and my friend on 29th feb'08, inspite of my complain to customer care and nodal officer andhra pradesh no action is taken as on date,
      on 1st march when i visited the office again without listening to me the assistant manager asked me to get out of office and ordered the security to assit me out of the campus forcing me to go to the police.
      i need justice and my honor back.

        I have 6 years old intrument from Tata Indicom. Account#[protected] in MUMBAI
        On many previous complaints TATA Indicom has changed the receiver and battery of that with USED ONEs. Due to that the instrument issues are not fixed permanently and come back after 3-4 months. One can bear for sometime but has to again contact the NON-RESPONSIVE tata indicom 121 line.

        24th Nov - logged complaint for change of instrument
        26th Nov - when the technician refused to change the intrument - logged another complaint and talked to the supervisor of the call centre.
        2nd Dec - NO RESPONSE SO FAR for the new intrument - so talked to Nodal Office. Good lady promised quick action within 24 hrs and that a NEW instrument will be given to replace the old one
        7th Dec - 5 days have passed and their 24 hrs are not over yet. Called again and told that they can not change the instrument to new one. And that I have to purchase a new instrument and pay for it.

        Today is 12th Dec and NO SOLUTION provided yet.

        VERY DISGUSTING and ANNOYING - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

        Piece of advise to all - DO NOT TAKE TATA INDOCOM CONNECTIONS - THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

        The issue is NOT RESOLVED the way we wanted it. - My phone has been replaces with a REFURBISHED instrument - that too after 4 visits of the technician from TATA Indicom. The service is Pathetic and I want a New Instrument at my place - Not the Refurbished one. This will again go bad in 2-3 months as happened earlier and I will again fall prey to your disgusting service where even Nodal officer does not know the rules and nothing happens when we go to Nodal Officer as well. Nodal officer promised me NEW PHONE in 24 hrs on 2nd Dec 2010.

        All FALSE Promises only.

        I want everyone to stay away from TATA INDOCOM pls. No one hears your complaints there and they all make false promises.

        I too have a WLL landline and I must say the signal quality is very very very disappointing. My trip to the TATAINDICOM dealer has yielded no improvement. Now they want me to go to another branch where they will check the instrument...why the hell shud I go somewhere, when their instrument is faulty ??? I expect them to come and replace the instrument either temporarily or permanantly until whatever repairs need to be done.

        The new generation of service industry in Maharashtra is ruining whatever name Ratan Tata Jee had earned, worldwide...sooooooo sad, pathetic I must say...

          I had purchased a tata indicom walky 4 months back. The handset had stoped working. I went to replace the handset. Mr. Harish in Tata indicom gallery at naupada thane told me that it will be replaced in a weeks time.My walky number is is 64467799

          four months have passed but they have not replaced the handset. Every time i visit the gallery they tell me that it will be done in 48 hours but it is not done till now.

          Kindly help me in this case.

            1. I am an old customer OF VSNL.
            2. I maintain an old vsnl email account since 1999 , i use internet-services of various other providers.
            3. TATA INDICOM buys over all accounts and dial up connection from VSNL
            4.I am forced to pay validity charges and minimum amount of Rs.6500 to maintain a email account with TATA INDICOM.
            5. Existing money in my account , nearly Rs. 3000 will not be returned and will be retained by TATA INDICOM, in 60 days time , if i fail to renew my email account by paying Rs.6500 for 1 year.
            6. Customer service issues gracious email replies , detailing the above.

            My email-account of more than 12 years is set to expire on the 12th of December, if i do not pay Rs. 6500 to TATAINDICOM , to maintain an old @vsnl.com email account. Also in 60 days , I will also lose all my money in my account ( around Rs. 3000). This is TATA INDICOM's policy as detailed by customer service replies.

            If this is not BLACKMAIL + CHEATING + SCAMMING + POOR POLICY MANAGEMENT , What is ?

            Can anyone in this forum, enlighten me , as to what is going on here with TATA INDICOM ?
            Where should i seek redressal ?

            To TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER CARE,

            I get the following email - from someone who seems to be on no way related to TATA INDICOM.
            ---- in response to the above complaint.

            After 5 days of no response from TATA INDICOM representatives,
            I am getting the mail as detailed below.

            Is this a valid approved email from TATA INDICOM or something else ?

            Does someone at TATA INDICOM know what is going on ? Is there a solution to this confusion ?

            My account is supposed to be discontinued tomorrow. What is going on here ??

            Your Tata indicom total ionternet account is due for renewal on 12th Dec.

            so kindly renew this account and please contact us for renewal. Last time your renewed with 100hrs

            and the amount is Rs.883 valid for 1yr now it is Rs.900 valid for 360days. Your payment can be by

            cash or cheque if it is a cheque means it should be in favour of R.P.ASSOCIATES.

            have sent you an email..I am in exactly the same situation as you. I just want to renew my vsnl email id, do not ever use their internet. Do not want to pay 6500/- for this. Had paid Rs.883/- last year.
            Also have a balance of Rs.4000/- in my account.

            Have you resolved this issue by paying Rs.900/-?? If so, how did you do this?

            As of today - TATA Indicom Service has deducted Rs. 900 from the existing account t and have re-enabled the email account.

            So, in your case, i think you can cite this case and get re-dressal.

              Hi, i purchased an omh sim card bearing connection number [protected] from the tata true value hub of hazratganj in lucknow on 14th november 2010 and installed it in mpower txt sim set but internet services didnt work in that set inspite of the sim card bearing diamond logo of the omh mark.When i contacted the tata helpline i was told that the set is at fault and i should visit samung service center and get the set checked.The samsung guys checked the set and found it ok but still no net was available over my set.When i tried tata zone the message flashed unable to verify ur account info,when browser was used it showed network down error 0 and when modem was used it flashed username/password does not exist on the domain.I changed the set to corby tv susequently and using the same sim was again facing the problem.till date many calls to and fro tata helpline assure of checking and rectifying the problem but no result inspite of running pillar to post.One executive of true value hub said the sim even though marked omh is in reality NOT OMH and i need to buy omh upgrade kit and then use it and as of now neither the upgrade kit is available in entire up east nor are there plans to make it available.I feel i have been cheated by the TVH guys....help please....

              i purchased new sim of tata indicom but internet is not working on my phone samsung corby tv and my set is not defected because reliance net is working on it but i do not prefer reliance net because reliance is not providing data plans for users otherwise main to kehta tata ko tata. my contact no [protected]

              Hi i ahave purchased a sumsang Ace duos, As it was duel sim CDMA & GSM, where the internet works only on CDMA. For that i purchased a omh sim from Tata Docomo Kukatpally Housing board Office.

              But i was shocked to hear that regular data packs are not applicable on this omh sim. but for the first month i recharged Rs 95 data pack form a retailer it worked properly till[protected]. then i called customer care that ia have validity till today midnight. But i shocked to listen that i was having Rs 84 Minus balance for using the internet by that nearly Rs 10 as deducted, i was got a message that recharge data packs for interupted services.

              Realy i pitty tata docomo for the negligence work . no proper update in the website. they have not communicated about the omh card will not support the data packs

              Stay away from TATA services, sat TATA to them (except their Cars).
              Vodafone is the best option, may be a bit expensive, but now i have peace of mind.

                Respected Sir,
                I submit the follolwing few lines to take action as per rule and save me harassment and agony
                After receipt of telephonic request from the consumer care of Tata Indicom Tele Service I accept their request and paid an amount of Rs.1622/- for a Tata walky connection with effect from 16.10.2007 on the scheme of two years free rental basis. I have paid all bills from 16.10.2007 to last August 2009 and their after request at the Tata Hub at Saheed Nagar, BBSR for disconnections of the service. From that day onwards we did not use the phone any way. The staff at the HUB directed me to contact the Costumer Care for disconnection. Accordingly I requested them over telephone for disconnection and sent massage for disconnection of service, return my security deposit and receive their Hand set.
                The did not took any interest for disconnection on the other hand some body from the C.C. said me over telephone for deposit of bills amounting to Rs.540/-. I replied him that We are not using the phone and it was a rent free connection. So without using the phone there is no question of payment of bill. I also requested him to disconnect the service but he told me to continue the phone with other scheme so that they will waive the bill. But I did not agree his proposal and he also did not disconnect the phone line.
                In the month of October, 2010 some body told my father to deposit the bill amounting Rs.900/- for the walky service and he refused to pay and requested him to take away their handset and return the security deposit. He threatened to drag us to court of law for non payment of dues. I contacted their consumer complain department regarding the issue. And received email that he had directed their Bhubaneswar Nodal officer to finalize the matter. I have also requested the Nodal officer to sent me detailed final bill for payment and to adjust the security money and get back their hand set. But they are not finalizing the dispute and harassing me.
                I, there fore request you to take steps for direct the Nodal officer, Tata Indicom Service to finalsie the dispute and return the security money and receive the handset. I have no interest to utilise their service any more. I shall be obliged for your timely action in the matter.

                TATA Indicom / Walky — Disconnection

                I have a Tata Indicom walky at my residence in my brohter's name & I have given standing instruction to my Credit Card issuing bank to clear the bill amount of Tata Indicom for the past 3 years.

                The amount used to be debited to my Card all these days and now Tata Indicom has disconnected the outgoing calls siting non payment of bills.

                I am unable to speak to their customer care executives also as Tata Indicom have put in a ridiculuos system, which does not allow any one to their customer care executives.

                This is ridiculuos by any standards of customer service

                TATA Indicom — No Refund for the Handset after cancellation

                This is to inform you that I took this connection 65836381 in Aug or sept 2008 paying Rs.1000 as deposit. As mentioned by the sales representative and have been barely using it since then. Now that i have no use of it, planning to cancel it. When i spoke to Customer service they say that, there is no deposit against my phone account. When asked what do i do with the walkie, these people say i got the walkie for Rs.1000 and i own it so i should keep it. Now tell me what do i do with the walkie after cancellation.
                This is absolute Cheating

                Driving license and PAN Card xerox.
                but this day our Phone is disconnected they are asking to submit document.
                when we i go to submit document it's not tally with there record, they say the phone is not
                booked for you.

                As the subject above, the so-called complaint(s) against the service provider are gradually increasing day by day and has become a fashion or habit of such companies as the instances in vogue. Earlier communication(s) vide dated 21/10/2010 to the TATA TELESERVICES Ltd., New Delhi for the disconnection & refund of my Security deposit amount after the adjustment of the bill-amount and followed by a complaint[protected]:48 AM dated 07/12/2010) to TATA Tele through NET as reminder by the subsequent communication (REMINDER) to the TATA TELESERVICES, Rewari (Haryana),the local office dated 13/12/2010 for the same purpose. But there was no response from the esteemed company. I do not think the cause of apathetic attitude may lead to any positive view in the mind of a victimized consumer. Is this independent India our freedom fighters envisaged to be followed?

                It’s a matter of grave concern that poor consumer services & harassment of sorts are increasing despite repeated instructions by the Hon’ble Regulatory authorities/Hon’ble Consumer courts or the similar from time to time.
                Actually such malpractices & apathy lead the consumer-service provider relationship negatively. The rapport be amicable & cooperative so that the same be persistent with the passage of time for long & in future.
                What to talk about a common consumer fighting with such so-called ‘trouble provider(s)’!
                Expecting justice and the staunch directions to the service provider(s)/ Telephone/mobile companies avoiding the incidents of victimization of the consumer(s) in future for brighter INDIA.

                  Tata Indicom is up to dirty tricks of raising bill after the cancellation done and then keep on calling daily to remind for bill payment.

                  I had USB modem and I wanted to discontinue the service, I stopped using the modem 6 days before going to the Customer support center and requested to stop my usb modem and gave the application on the spot and then cleared all the remaining pending amount and got the receipt.

                  To my suprise when the billing cycle was completed I got bill from tata indicom, and it also mentions the payment yet it has raised some amount and now the call center is daily calling to settle the bills.

                  This is ridiculous once the cancellation is requested the usb is suspended and bill paid how come they start sending bills means they are into some sort of racket as the cancellation was done in person at the customer support center.

                  It requires the consumer court takes action on Tata indicom for such behaviour.

                  TATA Indicom — Billing after cancellation

                  I had the service with Tata Indicom Photon+ for about 4 months. I put a request for cancellation on May 7th and they said it will be cancelled on May11th. I verified around May 15th and they told me that it is cancelled. But now I am getting a bill in June for the period of May 20th to June 5th even though the account is cancelled. I am having a tough time with Tata Indicom to cancel the account. They are cutting me off when I call them and try to resolve this. I would need your help in resolving this issue with Tata Indicom.

                      I am staying in Mathikere, Bangalore(Nov 30/11/2010) and i have a TATA wimax connection and the incident which i faced today i am sharing with you guys. When i came back from office i tried to access the internet through my tata wimax modem then i checked i am not getting signal after that i went terrace to check antenna position. After that i found that my antenna was missing. I don't know who has stolen or any company person has taken my antenna. I called to customer care to inform them that my wimax broadband antenna is missing . They said to me that i have to pay 7000Rs for that but why i will pay that much amount to them when i am not responsible for this incident. Without my knowledge any person came and he has stolen the antenna then why i will pay. Please advise me what should i will do now. Is this good to file FIR in police station for my missing antenna and also if i will not pay or not file any FIR then what will be the consequence or what are the legal action should i take to disconnect my Tata wimax service. I have noticed that this things are only happening with Tata Wimax broadband antenna and mostly 90% cases are from Bangalore.Please help me .Thanks in advance.

                      Tata Indicom Broadband - Antenna — Antenna Missing - Tata

                      Hi Frundz,

                      I have been a Tataindicom Broadband user for the past 4 months. Recently, I shifted to a new location, very near to my old location. After one week of constant ringing and formalities, two guyz came to my house for shifting of location (From old location to new one). When I went to my old location, I found out that the antenna (SS Box) was missing. Immediately, the Tata guyz informed this to there office and informed me that I have to file a FIR in police station and have to pay a heafty fine of Rs. 7000. How can a customer have an eye on an antenna 24 x 7????

                      Before shifting, when I contacted the Customercare, they informed me not to take the SS Box with me, and I have acted per there instruction only.

                      After 2-3 days I found out that one Tataindicom guy who came for disconnection of another customer's service has taken my SS Box also.

                      When I contacted the customerservice and Tataindicom's office, they are playing blame game on us, also not behaving properly and shouting on me saying the SS Box was my responsibility. I have given the customer's details for whom the Tata guy came and disconnected the service, for further enquiry; but the executives are asking for the person's details who came and disconnected. Also again and again informing me of 7000 Rs fine. Is this fair on a guy from whom an amount of 500 has already been deducted as shifting charges, and not able to use Internet for the past 2 weeks.

                      Awaiting a reply for solving this issue of which the Tata company is so irresponsible and acting smart with the customers who has already paid 6000+ Rs for 6 month charges...

                      Tata Indicom Customer Care. What kind of connection details do you want and what is the relationship between my missing antenna with my current plan. I have already paid all the broadband charges. I have no any dues .How can i will believe that you are representing Tata Indicom Customer care.If you are really representing tata indicom customer care then please resolve my problem as soon as possible. In my point view i am sure that by mistake any one of your technical person or any recovery person has removed my antenna because tata indicom antenna only works with tata wimax modem, so for any stranger or for any other person it will be not useful do this silly work.Mostly in Bangalore these type of incidents are happening and i don't know what is the trick and matter behind this. If this things will continue or will be faced by some other customers then i think no will like to use or buy your wimax broadband service.                             Hi,

                            I have purchased Tata Indicom Photon plus USB Broadband.
                            The speed of the broadband offered was 3+ MBPS.

                            I purchased it in January'10, for first two months the response was good,
                            not 3+ mbps but was satisfactory.
                            But from March ending the speed went pathetic, approximately 126 kbps.

                            I complained for this to tata indicom customer care, but at that time there was no response from them.
                            then again in July'10 raised another complaint, for which they sent some technician to look for the issue.

                            The person came was not an authorized personnel of Tata Indicom, but he did some settings and changes by sending some e-mail, and the internet speed was again somewhat satisfactory, but still was not up to the mark (nowhere around 3mbps).

                            Now since last few days, I am again facing the pathetic speed issue.
                            I am really frustated with the service TATA Indicom is providing, inspite of that we paid for the service.

                                I completely agree with Vinod Lakhani. Its disgusting that Tata "India calling cards" are freely available in the market but there are no top-ups cards.                                 I have purchased SPLIT AC through Shiv Rajni Dealer Samsung Plaza (Alpha Digital) . It was purchased on 17.03.2010.

                                I am also facing the same issue. I bought new Samsung Galaxy Pop handset. Although I searched for almost 15 days for a OMH card in all tata indicom galaries across Pune, I got the same answer, "OMH card is not available."

                                The height is, though it was available in Mumbai, they were not ready to give since my connection is from Pune circle. I don't know why do they call their system online if they are not able to provide the service to a customer only because he/she is not from the same region.

                                If at all any Tata Indicom representative is going to follow-up this issue, please contact me on [protected]. Also kindly dont ask me to email to anybody (since I have already did it quiet a lot times) or to visit any Tata Indicom Gallary, I am literally fed up of receiving negative reply.

                                No need to say about the customer care guys, since as usual they dont know anything, they will just tell you to be online, ask your personal information with hell lot of other questions for almost 10 minutes & then ask you to send a mail to some address. Endof the day your query remains unresolved & those Customer Care guys sucks another 10 minutes from your schedule.

                                Kindly provide me precise information about when & where can I get the OMH card...

                                Even I felt the same. I am in Pune. Looking for OMH Sim card. I have visited almost 5 Tata FSO(Full service out let). Even they don't have it. When I called custom care. One of her executive called Sheetal asked me to reach out Bajirao Road branch. They said She just confirm with showroom they have stock. When I asked her to provide contact number of Bajirao road outlet. She said she don't have that. Later on I searched number on internet and called them directly. They were running out of stock.                                 Can you please visit Bajirao Road Tata indicom branch. This is the only branch in pune which has stock of OMH sim card. I bought it one on last Friday i.e. 3 days back.

                                It is situated opp. Maharana Pratap Udyan. Complex name is Vardhman Heights. Make sure you give them call and visit the place. When I bought the card at that time he was left with 2 more OMH sim card. If stock is available then only you visit otherwise ask them when they are getting next lot and then go.                                 Same problem here. I purchased a brand new expensive Samsung Pop, cdma, so I can use Internet on the phone.
                                I visited the Bajirao Road Branch day before, that is on the 20th August.
                                They said the stock is not available, and they are least concerned whether the customer is happy or not - customer service / attention is zero!! The employees there didn't feel it weird or pathetic they they do not have availability of these cards!! How worse can it get!!
                                I am not a phone-savvy person. I asked if there is ANY other way of accessing the Net from my phone.
                                They said no alternative, you have to wait. I think i would have to wait for another ten years until i find the stupid OMH card!!

                                I had same problem. I switched to tata indicom, but had a message " check network settings "
                                So I went to tata indicom office in pimpri. They has wrongly supplied me OMH card costing 100 rs which is meant for new connection.

                                The fellow called Dinesh helped me a lot at Tata Indicom office.

                                They replaced it with rs49 hand set change card . I think th ecard was available as Fergusson road office . "PRECHANGE pin number" smsed to the number mentions on the instruction set. you get sms in return and need to call *228 and do the procedure as prompted on phone. You get hand set programmed and activated message .pl note the OMH gets activated only by call to *228 . But again the internet did not work .The tata indicom guys took my complaint and sent me sms with complaint number . Then with in 24 hrs the internet started and EVDO channel came on.Now I enjoy internet with Rs94 plan with Tata Indicom

                                  There has been excessive and exorbitant billing for the 3 year rental free walky no[protected], I have been using the phone very sparingly in the past 6 months or so, this is being reflected in the bills as well. . In feb 2010, I had credit balance of rs. 1508, in mar I had credit balance of rs. 144, there was no usage and hence no bills from April - sep 2010. in oct I got a call saying my outstanding was rs. 4592.00 only, when I checked the phone - it has been in my safe custody in switch off mode - there was dial tone but no incoming and outgoing was allowed, When I tried to place the complaint through my cell tatindicom [protected] - on 121 - the call centre asked me to go to tata true value hub, pay bill and lodge complaint!!! when I tried to seek help through one of my acquaintance Vijay Mathur - working in Tata Teleservices - CSD Head Bihar. He referred me some other person and both of them were in meeting whenever I called, hence no avail, then I again I got a call to pay the bill in Nov 2010 - now the outstanding has climbed to rs. 9122=00 only whiles the incoming and outgoing was barred from last month (that is what I discovered since I have kept walky in switch off and safe mode). Then I went to Tata Indicom True Value shop on boring canal road on 23 Nov. the server / system was down, On 24 Nov I went again and this time I was told to pay the bill so that they may take the complaint. When I insisted that there was no logic for me to pay the bill for non usage, they gave me toll free no to lodge the complaint, when I could not lodge the complaint in front of them on the given toll free number, they said that they would mail it someone - rajnikant in the system - I have them to send me the copy of mail so escalated,

                                  All this is causing me mental harassment and waste of energy and the very purpose of having the 3 year zero rental is lost, On top of it, I am being slapped with increasing mental tension every month. Please help me.

                                    TATA Indicom — SMS after every outgoing call

                                    I am a prepaid subscriber of TATA INDICOM my number is [protected]. Recently TATA INDICOM introduced a NUISANCE SMS after completion of every outgoing call giving the call details and balance which is being sent as a SMS to the INBOX. This facility was introduced by people at TATA INDICOM who very well knew that CDMA does not support FLASH SMS and for this reason it is stored in the INBOX.

                                    I feel people who are responsible for giving this useless SERVICE which is a nuisance to subscribers should be given capital punishment.HOPE after this the service or rather USELESS SERVICE is disbaled by TATA INDICOM

                                      Hi,

                                      When subscribed to Tata indicom photon+ connection (account number[protected] i was told that i would get 3.1 MBPS speed. Intially i got speed upto 1.5 MBPS. but from last 3 months speed has been drastically reduced i am hardly getting spped upto 150kbps. When contacted TAta indicom i am getting any help.

                                      I am residing at New Sangvi pune. and Paying connection bills very regularly.

                                      Please help.

                                        I had a Tata Indicom Pco[protected]. Due to lose in business the above Pco surrendered in HARYANA Circle main branch. After surrender the Company duty is to be refund my security money, but still now don't refund my security amount. As per Tata Indicom company rule, they failed their time period. Still no I don't got my refund money. So I request you take necesary action against Tata Indicom Pco Company. I hope as soon as you repaly in my email ([protected]@ymail.com) for further proceeding .
