Bad Service / Worst product

I bought a Photon Plus connection for Rs. 3500 from Tata Indicom dealer on 22 September.

After using for few minutes the device started giving error message and remote server stopped responding. For more than 10 days I have been logging compliants with Tata and no one is there to attend .

Highly inflated bills by Tata Indicom-Photon plus

I had taken Tata indicom photon plus connection on 8 jun 2009 thinking to be associated with a good company only to realise my forthcoming nightmares.My plan was of 950 rs. rental where i get 2 GB in day and 10GB in night.In july i was charged with a whopping bill of 12623 whereby i filed a complaint with Tata Indicom customer care department.my connection was consequently terminated.The customer care used to ask for five days permission...

taataindicom mobile network related problem

sir,

i have used the tata indicom no [protected] since 2005.
from that date i had not faced any problem.
last one year i faced the network related problem.
related that problem i had made many complaint in tataindicom costomer care center.
but the executive says that your problem has been solved .
but situation is same as before.

Charging for VAS

I took the connection of Tata Broadband with an initial installation cost of 2100/- and took the 750 kbps unlimited plan. (@ 1550/- per month+Tax). But now, it is showing my billing for the first month as the monthly amount +2000/- extra for VAS which I never asked for. INAPPROPRIATE/FRAUDULENT BILLING STRUCTURE

Hi,

I purchased Photon Plus @ Nite Surf connection from Tata Indicom on 5/8/09 and was told that I would be given 2GB free download during daytime(7AM - 11PM) and 10GB download during night(11PM - 7AM). Any extra usage must have been charged @0.50 per MB.

Upon receiving the bill, it was shocking to see that they have charged me on the basis of HH/MM/SS taking my bill to Rs2313 which would have been otherwise...

Here is my experience:
2nd week of August: Purchased a Tata Photon USB card. The salessman promised me the world as to how they will come and make sure that the card works. The card did not work on my laptop. The support guy came and blamed it on the system - was rude and had this attitude “it’s a system problem…I can’t do anything. Sucks to be you!”

We have registered Nation DND with the company and for which the company agree. But still they send the promotion calls. On complaining to customer care they behave rudely and disconnect the call the when asked about the matter. Login to Application with two different passwords

Dear Sir,

I am using Tata Indicom Wimax Connection
I am able to login to my Tata Indicom account,Tata indicom email with two different passwords.
Customer Care is not responding to my calls.When ever I call, either call will be put on hold or there will be No response.
I dont think tata indicom connection is secure since i am able to login to my account with two different passwords....

Got below reply from Tata Indicom customer care from one of the deputy manager but when i asked below question they did not turn up .
