NON AVAILABILITY OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

Dear Sir,

I want to bring to your notice that I have been facing non-availability of broadband connection since 21 Oct 09, although, it is always promised by the Customer Care staff that the issue will be rectified within 24 working hours, they are yet to restore and rectifiy the problem.

In this regard, I have registered numerous complaints viz. 10772004, 11024472, 11066328 & 11085468. My ID with TataIndicom...

Regarding the Tata Service SMS

Respected Sir/Madam,

I dont know what is the problem with the TATA Indicom. Even after activating the "START DND" to 1909, i continuously recieve the TATA messages and TATA tele service calls too after lot of assurances made by the Customer care officers. It may be awkward to you, but it creates lot of trouble while we are at our workplace. Because of this reason i have changed the number many times but still i find...

Poor Speed and Hopeless Service

This is with reference to the tata indicom photon plus connection. The promised speed is upto 3.1 Mbps which till date I never saw coming in my computer. Atleast I never saw 2.0 Mbps speed. I was disappointed and frustrated and the customer service tells me that the average speed is only 640 kbps and say that my connection is working fine.

The customer service that they promised is 24 hours customer service,but if you call...

Waste of money CMO 450 Honest Plan

I have recently subscribed the Tata Indicom CMO 450 Plan. In this plan subscriber can use unlimited calls to Tata Indicom to Tata indicom. but now at the time whenever I goes to make a call to any Tata Indicom phone, my calls is not connected to the particular Tata Indicom no. I am facing this problem 6 out of 10 attempts. This plan is really waste of money. Tata indicom customer care is also unable to resolve this problem.

RECHARGE SERVICE POOR

Sir,
In our hospital 3 nos of Coin boxes are installed3 years back.But the recharge service from ADOOR office is very poor and it takes weeks to rectify the issues.
These office not at all interested to attened the calls from our officers.
We are planning to approach the concerned forum immediately....

inadequate information in billing

BY UTILISING THE GENTLEMAN IMAGE OF TATA, TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS STARTED CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY SENDING WRONG BILLING INFORMATION IT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FOOLS

I TAKEN 750 PER MONTH 3600 MIN FREE PLAN AND I UTILISED ONLY FOR 60 HOURS. BUT I GOT THE BILL THAT SHOWS THE BILLING AMOUNT RS.500 ETC., THAN MY UTILISED AMOUNT

INFORMATION ON HOW THEY ARE CHEATING (EVEN CHILD KNOW HOW MUCH IMPORTANT THESE DETAILS...

I had brought a samsung super hero with the bundel offer with the cost of Rs.1800 which number is [protected].In this plan the company said to me that I got 200 min. of free local and std talktime every month and I got this for 6 months.But I got 200x2month=400 min talktime and the talktime of september I cannot get still now.Then I contract my customercare and they said that your phone has not been such as traiff plan.Please help me that...

documentation submission

i a person from chennai..i m fed up with tata indicom prepaid..i have submited my documents 3 months back in a tata indicom hub...after three months they r saying my documents is not reached to them....in india a person can use a mobile sim for 3 months without proper verification....sad to say and look for those people who r miss using it,....haha what a joke...again i have submitted my document 5 days back but still it is not received by...

Caller tunes set automatically

I was never interested in caller tunes, but indicom is very big fraud company to earn money by putting caller tunes on automatically and deduction Rs 20 every month for that. I have complained against this many times but every time i get the same reply that i need to send sms to deactivate that caller tune, i did that too but again next month a new caller tune set again and my money keeps on deducting. I am fed up with keep on complaining....

CHANGE POSTPAID TO PREPAID

Sir,
I have three Postpaid connection of Tata Indicom ([protected],57,63)
I gave a request to convert all to prepaid but customer care had told me that is not possible to convert postpaid to prepaid in Tata Indicom.

I saw a advertisement of TRAI (Telecom Regularity Authority of India) says you can change postpaid to prepaid and also change prepaid to postpaid .

I don't want to change my numbersbr...

incorrect billing

hey i signed up with tata photon plus.. its been three months.. my plan is 1100rs / month 10gb bandwidth...my second bill is with 5 gb as per the bill .. but my actuall usage is only 3 gb.. i called and complinte almost 100times.. but no go. i left it becos anyway i had 10gb usage.. but the last month bill gave me a heart atack in which i already expected.. becos form the day one in there usage meter shows me incorrect reading.. i called...
