Dear Sir/Ma`m,
I have taken a postpaid connection(Cmo Honest 450 plan) on 11th of Nov.2008.And during that time STD will be totally free from Tata to Tata.But now without any prior notice the service provider will be changed my plan to `Cmo cap honest 450`.And in it STD will not free.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      After using tataindicom walky for four + years, the services suddenly discuntiued without noice due to Identity verification reasons.After submitting the documents in Tataindicom shoppe, the services not resumed even after a month. I am not understading how to treat with these people, whereas the customer support is zero as usual.

        Dear Sir,
        I had a Tata Indicom Pco. Due to lose in business the above Pco surrendered in Orissa Circle main branch. After surrender the Company duty is to be refund my security money, but still now don't refund my security amount. As per Tata Indicom company rule, they failed their time period. Still no I don't got my refund money. So I request you take necesary action against Tata Indicom Pco Company. I hope as soon as you repaly in my email Id for further proceeding .

        Sir, I had taken a p.c.o connection from tataindicom last year having In the name of BIBHUTI BHUSAN SABAT bearing number [protected].From local dealer i had recharge for one year for my p.c.o. But after 2 month they disconnect my P.C.O. booth.When contacted My local dealer Send a mail to Tata Indicom Office and set right the problem.Again same situation happend after 2 months.I had given several complaints to my dealer but all are in vein.Mt booth is switched off from last 5 month. The dealer is neither responding nor returning my deposit.So kindly take earliest action to the dealer at KORAPUT&respond my mail.

        I was operating a TATA INDICOM STD BOOTH at Aluva. (“CITY QUEEN “Bridge Road, Bank Junction, Aluva) This is shop is run by my brother Francis M.V. Booth No was 6940334. On 18/04/2005-Rs. 6102 (Six Thousand One Hundred Two) D.D is taken in favor of TATA TELE SERVICE LTD, COCHIN .The Booth was operative till May 2009 . After along wait I lodged a complaint for REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT on SEPT 14-2010 complaint NO is[protected].
        An officer Mr. JAYASANKAR (PH 6660345) From your Palarivattom(Cochin) office advised me to apply for Re Issue of Cheque on my name . He told me that the cheque was issued and due to in proper address the same is returned to the company. An application was submitted. I am yet to receive the Refund. Kindly Refund my security deposit with compensation for the log delay. The compensation may be deducted from the salary of your staff, who is responsible for the long delay.

          I have been using tata indicom prepaid service since 15 days . I have been calling prepaid cust care since first day to check about my sim activation but till now i am not reaching cust.care by dialing 12524 or 121 instead it is telling me to contact "customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in" (not going to cust.care executive to discuss about my problem ) . In fact, i contacted the above email even though no reponse from them . I strongly suggest everyone "NOT TO GO FOR TATA INDICOM MOBILE " . What hell need to go for TATA mobile if no customer care service from them ?

          i am in romming this sim is of gorkhpur and in kolkata i am facing problm that i can;t recive anuy cal or give cal to another one becoz whenever i calling some one my mobille showes that "origination failed "i have complaint on the first day but my problem is at it is my no is [protected] plsz do some thing as soon as posible
          From last 10 days out going and incoming cals are unable and i have raised complaints 5 times and still complaint(Latching) has not been solved and also i have tried my sim in new handset the problem was not solved fallowing are the comp nos ptco[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] customercare pre paid service is very worst no one is responding to our cals nor any of your tataindicom showrooms pls take it serious abouth the complaint my indicom no is [protected].
          now from morning i am not able to register the complaint
          My mobile.no. is [protected]. I have already made a complaint to customer care tataindicom prepaid service in karnataka that i am unable to connect BSNL to jharkhand. Since 4 days i am unable to connect BSNL no. to jharkhand. Tata indicom prepaid service connectivity is so poor. As of now i am unable to reach to customer care through my mobile.
          i have recharge my phone online in 12.10.10 .number is [protected].100 Rs debit in my account. but phone is not recharge.

            I have purchased new tata indicom sim for rs. 200 with Rs.100 talktime from retailer 2 days back but when i insert my sim on my old cdma mobile (SCH S109) . This is asking for "enter a valid sim" . Immediately i went to tata indicom outlet but to my surprise they told "new sim will not work on old mobile" . In fact, they are not ready to take back my new sim .Now what should i do with my new sim if this is not working on old tata cdma mobile ? . I could have not purchased that sim if they had informed me before . Not understand , What for they are changing the software in the sim ? They may come up after 2 yrs "saying all new sims will not work in old mobiles" Hence we need to throw our old cdma phone and again need to purchase new cdma mobiles after 2 yrs . This is really REDICULOUS!!!! . I belive this is one type of marketing they are doing for selling their mobiles which is VERY BAD!!!!

            TATA Indicom Cdma Mobile — mobile is not working

            i have tata indicom cdma mobile [protected] that is not working .this is not prosesed in outgoing and incoming calls
            so pls solve my problem .
            I have Been Using a Nokia CDMA Mobile Model 3105 With Tata Indicom Connection for the past 5 Years.

            Recently I faced Many Issuses With my Mobile and Went to many Priority Dealers Of Nokia Where As I have Not Been Satisfied By Providing My Requirement Standards.

            So I Write this Letter with Emotions As my Sentimental And lucky Mobile Centre Peice pannel To be Provided A.

            Please Help me The Details ASAP.

            Hi frnd, there is no need to buy new phone or sim, just go to samsung phone service centre & tell them to unlock or change the firmware/software of your samsung phone. it cost you minimum 100-200rs. after that you can put any sim card of tata in it. i has done the same way
            I am using Tata indicom CDMA mobile. it causes radiation and health problems. When it shows near to computer CRT monitor its cool but other sim like gsm are showing a lot of vibration. It has any connection with radiation
            it happened to me too but i opened the lock in 100rs
            i have old tata indicom cdma phone and i have inserted new sim in it and my handset is locked so i want help

              The bill received have been incorrect in the past 3 months. The customer care acknowledges the receipt of the payment, but the amount is kept added to subsequest bills. On complaint to the customer care, the line is abruptly disconnected.
              Tired of this unacceptable behaviour, i requested the customer care to disconnect my connection. This was also not done and bills kept coming with rentals being added though the services have been suspended for long and i have not been using the data card at all.
              Calls keep coming for payment of bill but when asked to resolve query again the line is disconnected without a resolution.
              Tata indicom has been the worst experience in all my data card/ internet usage services

But the bill amount reflected in the latest bill is for 1 GB plan which was not the one opted even while taking the connection. Pl do the needful and intimate the correct charges.

              Hello sir iam using tata indicom plug and surf postpaid connection with 799 unlimited plan now the plan rent has been reduced to 699 unlimited plan the company or any customer service has not informed me abt the reduced rent they are charged 100 excess

              I just receive 1 to 4 kbps only... Most of the time only 1kbps, its loads a google page for 30 seconds and more... If it happens means wt the use of this network??? Waste rs.3000.. Try to increase the speed or shut down ur network!!!...

              Tata indicom has one of the most pathetic customer care in india... Idiotic policies... They have found all the ways to evade the customer once they have sold them the device.. I have been suffering for many days now too... The speed has gone down. (The networks are chocked... Was sold the device on false promise... Took 15 days to activate... Took 1 hr of hold time to be able to talk to a customer care executive... Cannot return the device either... Truly pathetic... Would love to sue them... But in india the courts are even more pathetic...

                Hi,

                We have a post-paid broadband connection from tata indicom. However, since we haven't yet paid this month's bill, the account has been suspended.We were told by the customer care officer that our account will be enabled the instant we pay our bill through netbanking.I have been trying for the past one hour to pay through netbanking, using the website. However, it just doesn't work ! For each step, I had to login and re-login, which is not just irritating, but frustrating. Even when I click on the list of accepted banks, it takes me to the page http://www.tataindicomtotalinternet.in/, and does not show the list of banks at all ! How disgusting can that be ? Finally, when I do click on the option of netbanking and then, the next page, it opens, saying "Forwarding to the application", which ultimately just ends up in an Error page. If the website is not allowing us to pay, how would we pay and get our account up and running. Surprisingly, none of the other payment options work too !

                  Unable to browse the internet.

                  I am totally frustrated with the service from Tataindicom broadband
                  I renewed my broadband connection the third time in the month of June 2009, as per the detail given below.

                  1) Name : Deepak Asthana

                  3) Broad band : 200 mbps
                  4) Alternate Email address: [protected]@tatamotors.com
                  My computer settings are as follows.
                  TCPIP Settings
                  1) Static IP Address: 10.28.34.63
                  2) Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
                  3) Default gate way: 10.28.34.1
                  4) Preferred DNS: 172.31.6.5
                  5) Alternate DNS: 172.31.6.133

                  LAN setting : set to automatically detect proxy server.

                  I have put up numerous complains on unable to browse as follows.
                  1) Complain No: 10293442 Dated 19/7/09
                  2) Complain No: 10370284 Dated 28/7/09
                  3) Complain No: 10407036 Dated 2/8/09
                  4) Complain No: 10504410 Dated 16/8/09
                  5) Complain No: 10537986 Dated 20/8/09
                  6) Repeat complain: 10537986 Dated 25/8/09
                  7) Complain No: 10621362 Dated 31/8/09

                  Every time I receive reply that the problem has been resolved, and the fault was traced at the hub switch.
                  However I was never able to browse at the promised speed. The available internet service remained always short lived and unable to browse page start reappearing after 2 to 3 days.
                  Hence on pinging the default gate way, I get the following result.

                    My Internet was disabled for over 10 days despite having paid for 6 months in advance.. Tata refuses to pay me back my advance money when I decided I had to opt for another service provider. They even refuse to admit in plain words that their "policy" does not permit refund of my money despite service being down for 10+ days. I choose to find legal recourse but they are not even ethical enough to put in writing what they tell me over the phone.

                    As my records will clearly indicate, we have faced SCORES of downtimes over the past few months - 10 days continuous downtime from 6th August completely taking the cake
                    Your no refund policy is absolutely unbelievable - even to a client to whom you have failed to provide the most basic service for 10 continuous days
                    If despite all this, you do not believe in a refund policy - that is fine - please keep the money - your Company will need it more need it more than I do.                     In spite of repeated requests to their customer service, Tata Communications has still not terminated my account. Looks like they want it to cross the next billing cycle so that they get paid for nothing.

                      I am Photon+ user and my account no is[protected] , the telephone no is [protected].

                      I have recently taken the Photon+ connection. The speed is very good ,but bad part is that, these guys don't have any customer care.

                      If you call to their no they will be just forwarding your calls and no body knows who is the person incharge.

                      The problem started on 2nd of Sept , when my connection was deactivated without any notice.
                      I came to know about the deactivation when I called up customercare. I was not feeling well on that day still I went to the nearby Tata Indicom [Sai Teja communictaions,Chanda Nagar] shop and given the verification documents as requested by the customer care. The shop fellow also told that the connection will be restored in 30 min, but nothing has been done till now.
                      When I tried to log a complaint through site , the site was not accepting my complaint.

                      But still the conection is not being restored ...

                      Dear Arunabha, if you haven't read the Tata Indicom Photon Plus specifications, you might want to. It says there quite clearly it supports only upto 2GB Micro SD cards. Not sure why, but that might be the most likely reason. Try getting a card within that limit or just ask a friend for one and try it out. Even then if it does not work try giving a complaint to Tata as the device itself might have a problem. Try customer care. Not sure how god customer care is though.

                      I got a Photon Plus connection this August. The offer was that the initial month bill would be waived off. However, it was only when i was not able to get connected that i realised that my connection had been terminated for non payment of bill (Y on earth was i supposed to pay the bill..?) I called up the customer care but kept waiting to get connected to an executive for almost 15 mins.. It was a disgusting experience since i did not get a feeling that anybody was concerned. I then drove down to the nearest Tata Indicom shop. Luckily, they got me connected to an executive. I explained the problem and they said they had taken a request. Its now 3 days past and i am still disconnected for no fault of mine. I however plan to take up this matter in the consumer court if i dont get the issue resolved in a day's time.

                      Why did they not increased my C.Limit when I upgraded. And why all of a sudden and why this black mailing??

                      I advise all IBMer please do not go for Tata Photon plus. they will make your life miserable.

                        It is again very embarrassing movement when the customer executive cut down my call which I done at around 10:55 am today, she took 5 minutes to take the details and she is saying that i don't have any Fsecure purchased from Tataindicom. What the training they have ? How could they give me support if they could not understand my problem ? First of all they all are south indian who can't under stand Hindi or English ? What the services are you giving ?
                        One Customer Exe. just listen and opened my complaint in 1 minute but unfortunately connection was disconnect [off course it is Tata phone] when again i make a call other representative received the phone after wasting my 10 minutes, she wants to tell me story that I dont have Fsecure because it is not in my bill surprising if i purchased on 12th it should be on my next bill?
                        And What the hell she wants to do with billing ? I have a complaint launched on 13th July I want to know the status for that only why she is doing the spy work ?
                        If you want to check the record please do at your end and give the solution or tell me i should purchase Virus scanner from other party.

                        I am using the F secure before also it was working fine buy when i renew it in June it installed accepted the key buy not registered. I made the complaint no action was taken. Then i got the mail with new key on 12 July as it was auto renewal even with that key it does not work. I make a complaint to customer care again by phone and by mail.

                        Till date nothing has been done and viruses are attacking on my PC

                        I know this is the quality of TATA services but after 4 months somebody should listen !

                        Tata Broadband — The worst service i have even got

                        I applied for a broadband connection in Dec 2007 and paid 12 months advance for a 2Mbps line from TATA. However from the time i have taken the connection it has been a painful story. I have been calling their contact centre, nodal office, appeleant office almost twice a week to get the proble fixed once and for all. However there has been no improvement in their service. A call to their contact centre makes me feel that instead of me paying them they have paid me to use their internet connection. Agents, superviors are on the verg of getting rude and NEVER have an answer to any question that i ask them. A call to the nodal officer does the trick all the time and the problem actually gets resolved i a day but i am always back to square one on the next day. At time i have had to wait for a long as 10 days for my internet connection to work.

                        Please advise if any action can be taken.

                        I am earning my livelihood from running transport business using Tata vehicles. During my latest procurement of Tata-1613 TURBO (Chassis Number – 373145GRZ124888, Engine number – 697TC56GRZ132590) , on 14-Aug- 2008. Against invoice number 3378, from Pasco Motors, NH21, Distt- Roopnagar. I have experienced a lot of mental and financial trouble.
                        The incident took place is as follows. Within 10 months of buying the vehicle, its fuel pump started malfunctioning. So I went to dealer, who in turn advised me to MICO Dealer for getting service[protected]. So I approached JAECO DIESEL (CHD), SCF344-345, Motor Market, Manimajra, Chandigarh. 160101, who is authorized service dealer for MICO products. They provided me only the repair of the pump and refused me for replacement for the pump. Whereas that should be replaced as it was giving problem within Warranty period. (Bill number – JD[protected]
                        Within 4 months of its repair on date 8-Oct-2009, I again faced problem with the pump. It stopped working, which resulted in my loss in business. I again approached the dealer and they denied replacing the pump. This was the worst service I have undergone through any dealership in my whole life. Afterwards, I came to know that the dealer have also provided me the wrong bill for the repair. The parts that they have assembled in the pump while repairing were not matching the bill, that they have billed to me. The parts in the bill were costly than the ones they have actually used in pump. Part number Cam Plate used in pump is [protected] and the part number for which I was billed is [protected]. When I asked for the explanation for this they not only abused me, but also manhandled me with his associates. And refused to pay me the extra amount that the charged tome. I never expected this type of service from a reputed company’s service dealer.

                        Hi this is Iqbal Hussain from chennai, My User Id : [protected]@vsnl.net & My mobile no:[protected]. i m using ur flash 256 unlimited broadband connection past 1 yr. its very very gud in the begining time but from past some months i m facing lots of problem bcoz o[censored]r irregular connection. from past 2 wks i m not able to connect internet regularly , several times i complaint regarding this connectivity issues but no proper response from the customer care. complaint no's: 12717972 , 12723870, 12742418, 12765880 etc etc. in this month more than 15 days i m not using the internet connection properly due to ur irresponse. & the modem is also not good. i feel that ur moto is not customer care service its customer careless service. plz try to response customer querys & complaints. & i wont pay this month internet bill I m Not satisfied with ur service. from comming month i m going to switch over to other broadband connection. Thanks for ur service.

                        Tata Broadband — Defective Services

                        I had lodged a complaint with TATA Broadband Services informing them that the Local Internet agent Hrishi has disconnected my cable since they have not paid their agency charges since January 2010. This complaint was lodged on 07.06.2011. I even informed them that I need the connection to be restored urgently since my daughter's result for SSC is declared online and also the admission process has to be done online. I had renewed my connection by paying Rs. 3500/-.

                        Except for assuarances there is no response from TATA and neither are they ready to refund by Rs. 3500/-.

                        In addition to these they have already started deducting my per day charges @ Rs. 21/- day even when there is no log in from 07.06.2011.

                        Kindly help in getting my total amount refunded

                        Tata Broadband — worst service ever

                        I am a long time user of VSNL broadband right from dishnet dial up service for more than 11 yrs time. Recently 22/02/2012 i happened to log a compliant stating
                        that whenever EB gets off, my broadband connection is also disconnected automatically irrespective of my house equipped with UPS. When i tried to register a complaint, the service provider casually replies that their battery at their is very weak and so disconnection happens, and this could only be rectified when the battery is replaced... I am a online trader and investor and self professional, without internet most of work gets interrupted and incur loss also..

                          my tata indicom phone is [protected].i purchased this number on 11 or 12 aug .its a prepaid number and i purchased for 100 ruppes.i deposited all the documents ( photograph,photo id with permanent address and a refrence number)they demanded.i used the services for few days and suddenly my number was deactivated .i was out of station on 20 and i got a call from the person from tataindicom that he needs the refrence number.he was very rude so i did not give him the refrence number.after 2 days i cme back and gave the refrence number once again to the tataindicom employee.but my services were deactivated.he told that the services will be activated with in 24 hours howeverfor the next seven days the services were not activated on 8th days i went to the tataindicom showroom and returned the sim.i got a call from tataindicom chandigarh from sanjeev he told that the sim has not been activated.but the matter will be resolved out.after two days i got a call from manish and he took the details about what had ahppened he said the same thing that the matter will beresolved out and i told him that the sim is with the dealer.i mailed to tataindicom repaetedly.and then i had a word with mr sunny he also told me the same thing that it will be resolved however till now(3 sep 2009) i dont have the sim and did not get any call from the dealer or any body.my loss is i purchased the tataindicom phone for 1450 ,my wife purchased the tataindicom phone for 2000 and she has a postpaid connection for which she is paying the rent of 450 per month.she purchased the paln as she has 2000 minutes of std with my prepaid number free every month.but that service is not being used by us as she is calling me on my other number for which the call rates are 1 rupee per minutes.i am fed up of going to tataindicom store and talking to the exexcutives over the phone .hope the matter will be resolved and i will get the compensation for it.

                            TATA Indicom — Handset problem

                            We are using the Tata Indicom LandLine connection since Nov'07 at our company MD residence. Since starting, we are facing a lot of problems. Right now, the hand set is having a display problems . We approaced to the customercare executive of the said company and asked to repair or replace the handset . but, they refused the same asked us to take the the handset to the LG service centre at nehruplace and get the handset changed or repaired. when, our office boy went the LG repair centre at nehre place on 12 th of july, 2008, they asked to hold the hand set till monday to get the investigation of nature of problem and refused to replace the hand set . Thes also refused to repair the handset inspite of our request as the handset is using by the MD. Finally we taking back the handset without repairing. Futher, ther have also refused to provide us the standby handset in palce of faulty handset. when we approaced the customer care executive, they asked to dissconnect the connection by providing the writeen application. is this the correct way ofm behaving ???. kindly take the corrective action

                            TATA Indicom — Problem in HAndset

                            We had purchase the phones set of your company vide bill no. 1171 dated 19/08/2010. These phones were given for repair dated 19/12/2010 (1 ½ month later) ( your order no. NNK/HU/10/00083 dated 23/01/2011) (your order no. NNK/HU/10/00091 dated 01/02/2011). We have contacted you again and again but till date these phones was not been repaired.
                            Please get our phones repair immediately and take the necessary action for the concern persons.

                                I have USB Dongle of Tata Indicom for Accessing Internet on my Laptop, but it is not working from last 20 days. I register complaint several time on TATA Indicom Customer Care. Some of the details of complaint registered are as follows -

                                I have to work on internet frequently for my thesis purpose and it is very urgent as my exams are coming next month. Because of this I am facing huge problems and it is very frustrating and irritating and effects a lot on my studies. Please help me.

                                My Internet Wi Max connection of tata indicom is not working from past 6 days. We have called up at their toll free number too. And they disconnected the call in the middle.
                                After lodging a complaint with them, we recieved several calls from their office but still the connection is not working. The settings of the laptop are completely fine.
                                I dont want to pay for the days, the internet connection was not working.

                                  I have purchase a data card ([protected]) from Sky Com Services, Baner On Dated 18/04/09, After 4 month is giving 721 error. To know about this I just had called to Cust care 1st time he said to me that there is no balance so I had done recharge with Rs. 801.00 . 2nd time I got reply there is minus balance on main account, so I recharged with Rs. 10.00. after theses processes while my card was showing the error 721, again I called to cust care. Now I got the reply your documents are invalid. Than on dated 25th August, I have the fresh documents (Passport and PAN card Color Photo Copy) to Tata shop (SKY COM). Until my no. is not activated. While I call to cust care, I get reply please contact to Reseller, and while I contact to reseller, I get reply please contact customer care.

                                  Now again I have call to cust care now (28th) I got a new reply problem will be shorted till 2nd Sept.
                                  Totally agree with this feedback. Tata Indicom is the worst telecom provider in the world. Their customer care has no clue what they are talking about. I'm having the same problem.

                                    I was using a tata indicom postpaid connection from karnataka circle before 4 months and the no. was [protected].
                                    I surrendered the same connection on 30th april, 09. They have promised me to return the security deposit of Rs. 1500 within 55 days of surrendering the connection which i havent received yet. I raised a complaint with tata indicom customer care so many times, but they are not responding me properly.
                                    So please look into my genuine problem.

                                    Tata indicom mobile phone — harrasment and financial

                                    i was purchase a cell phone from tata concern (named, drive india enterprise solutions limited, ground floor shephali sadan milanpally s.f road siliguri)on[protected].unfortunetly my phone was repetedly disturbing me.I was 1st complained 0n march and they repeair my phone without any documents.then 2nd time my phone was distrub on 25-09-08.then i was lodge a complain at driver india enterprise and they told me to go at t.v.s enter prise .As per their verbal information i went to T.V.S enter prise and they received my phone against jobsheet no-HU[protected].then i was complained at tata customer care 9COMPLAIN NUMBER19720 DATED[protected] THEN THE T>V>S center issue me a replacement certificate (no[protected], dated[protected]but now the concern of tata indicom repetedly harras me to replace the phone.i also lodge at customer care 2 complain(20464 dated 30-09-08 &20745 dated[protected].but without solving my problem customer care service repetedly trying to close my complain.

                                      I have taken Tata indicom Broadband connection on July 3rd 2009. From the day of connection given we have started facing these connectivity problem. We always call customer services. Their repeated words are nothing but 'Server is down' 'The problem will be resolved in 6 working hrs'. Whenever we raise a complaint we have to wait minimum 6hrs literally. But after couple of hours the same thing happens again. We so tired of calling these customer services again and again. Recently I have requested them to cancel this connection.
                                      They charge like anything and we have to pay our monthly charges 1 month in advance and the service is not at all fine..

                                      In fact I'm so frustrated about this service and I don't know where to complaint . I was escalated this issues to higher end officers but no use at all. They have to be warned or punished with penalty of something that would be good...

                                        My name is Praful Gorakh Kamble, I want Tata Indicom Landline.. for that i call Mr. Vaibhav (Tata Indicom Branch Manager MHA026AY0005) on 09/08/2009. he Gave me all the deatils about plan, then he send his executive Mr.Sunil Shinde ( Parent ID 6AY0005 ) for collect the cash and document's.
                                        Mr. Sunil Came my house and on 10/08/2009, i give him document's and cash Rs.900/- (Recipt. No. 2774040)
                                        he gave me the Landline No. is[protected] ...
                                        Then after 2 days Varification done at my home, but in varification the model no. 800.. and i didn't want that because i demand that
                                        i want model 340 or 345.. and this was known Mr. Vaibhav and Mr.sunil also..
                                        After that Mr. Vhibhav demand me extra 300/- Rs for the model 340 or 345...
                                        I paid Rs. 300/- to Mr. Sunil Then he gave me the (Recipt no.[protected]
                                        After That Mr. Vaibhat Didn't Pick up my Phone...till today...
                                        And Mr. Sunil didn't know any information...
                                        What i Do...
                                        Because i Apply Tata Indicom Land line on 10th August 2009.. and today is the 23rd August 2009
                                        14 days Over...
                                        I spend Rs 1300/- but I recieve Only Landline number... not the instrument ... not any clarification ...or not any commnication..
