i have download caller tune from internet i have complaint that it is only for 30 days yesterday i was for 90 days so i m requesting you to make it for 30 days

My name is Sameer Ahmed, My Mobile number is [protected], on 15/04/2009 15 rupees wrere deducted from my account i spoke to customer care of TATA indicom they transfered my call to there team leaders like.. Mahesh, Tahseen, Bacchan, they all told me that there is system problem due to my 15 rupees were deducted from my account and they assured me that within 48 hours the amount will be refunded in my account after following more than a month also i have not received my amount back in my TATAindicom account
Can you Please take an action aginst them so that i ca receive my amount of 15 rupees.

    MY TATA INDICOM NUMBER [protected] AND MY DATA CARD NUMBER [protected] HAS BEEN BARRED SINCE 09.05.2009 WITHOUT ANY REASON.I HAVE NO PENDING BILLS AND I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS.THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPTT REASONED ME THAT THE WELCOME CALL GIVEN BY THEM WAS UNATTENDED.HOWEVER I HAVE RECEIVED NO SUCH CALLS .I HAVE CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME SOME TIMESPAN BUT FAILED TO UNBARR MY NUMBER TILL NOW.SO I WD LIKE TO KNOW THE REASON FOR THE UNNCESSARY HARASSEMENT AND IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY SHOULD TELL ME I WOULD CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO SOME DIFFERENT OPERATOR.PLZZ EXPLAIN FOR THE INDIFFERENCE ...

      sir,
      my tata indicom no. is [protected].
      there is a problem that the caller tune gets activated itself.ther's a option of pressing * button if we want to activate any caller tune but on my no. there have been around 4 caller tune at the same time.i have never opted for any caller tune or song but still i have to pay rs.50-100 every month.

      i want the company to deactivate this caller tune service on my no. forever.because i dont need it at all

      TATA Indicom — Cutting of Charges without request & Permission

      i m tata indicom user,

      sir on 07/01/08 they cut hello tunes charges without my request and on 09/01/08 they again cut hello tunes charges.
      sir u can investigate it that i never request to apply hello tune in my No.
      i complained in thier customer care department but they refuse my complain,
      sir this is the case of Mental Haressment,
      plz do the needful.
      i have voice chat.but i am no want this.

      TATA Indicom — ACTIVATING CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND CUTTING THE BALANCE

      I M USING TATA INDICOM MOBILE AND MY NUMBER IS [protected].
      I M USING THIS NUMBER FROM PAST 4 TO 5 YEARS.
      MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR THE CALLER TUNE EVEN THEN THE COMPANY HAS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED THE CALLER TUNE TO MY NUMBER THAT IS [protected] AND CHARGE MY ACCOUNT WITH RS. 40.
      WHEN I TALK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND RS 40 IS ALREADY CHARGED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

      SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS CASE AND HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.

      Tata Indicom is fraud and company full of thieves. My mother is
      using a tata indicom phone and all of a sudden some random
      callertune got activated and 40/- were deducted from prepaid account. Complaints were registered several times, no response from customer service at
      all. Finally I searched google and found a way to contact Nodal Officer. Got a
      call saying that the caller tune was activated by replying to an specific SMS. My mother does not know anything other than making a call or answering a call !!! They would not be able to refund the amount back.

      I am fed up, willing to go to consumer court, complaining to TRAI, for harassment. I want to return the handset and get my money back that I paid for handset plus the remaining amount in prepaid account.

        I have A Very Peculiar Problem. I am a post Paid Customer. My Credit limit Was Suddenly raised from Sub 2000 to 10000 Rs Per month Without Asking me.Alarmed I Asked Tata Indicom with a written request to Decrease it.It was Done

        But Again they have increased My Credit limit to Rs 12500.I am tired of Asking Them.
        I just need a Credit limit upto Rs 1500 per month.Totally Frustrated I have lodged a Complaint with them too.Just Wanted to tell Others

          THERE WAS PROBLEM OF CALL DROPPING & DISCONNECTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER DIALLING ANY No.
          AFTER COMPLAINING & AS DIRECTED BYTATA INDICOM CUSTOMER CARE THEM I VISITED THE ALL CENTERES OF TATA INDICOM IN FARIDABAD FOR SOLVING THIS. SOMETIME THEY SAY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH HANDSET SOMETIME THEY SAY THAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE COMPANY'S END .
          EVEN TO MY DISBELIEF SOME DEALERS OF TATA INDICOM HAVE TOLD ME TO BETTER TO TAKE A NEW No.
          AFTER SO MANY CALLS AGAIN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE SOMEBODY FROM THE NODAL OFFICE TOLD US THAT A JE WILL COME & CHECK THE HANDSET AT OUR END.

          BUT THE ISSUE IS PENDING FROM LAST 20 DAYS & THE TATA INDICOM HAS EMAILED US FINALLY THAT THEY ARE CLOSING THIS COMPLAINT.

            I had a TATA indicom walky connection which was surrendered with the instrument [LG-400T] in a working condition on 7 Aug 2006. Refund form was with A/c No-[protected]. Del No[protected].ESN No-1D17342D.SR NO-REF06012466 handed over to MS Shivani.I made several visit but came back disappointed.Necessary action may be taken.I may be informed on telephone no.[protected]

            Most pathetic service and frustrating agents in TATA walky office. I have visited more than 5 times to collect refund check of tata walky deposit. and at the end of 5 th visit they tell me that I need to give all document proofs which will take 25 days minimum..

            I am looking for consumer redressal body who can teach them proper lesson.

              I have purchased a prepaid sim card from a retailers shop, by submitting all the necessary documents. Got it activated on 28thApril' 09 and got it dectivated on 30th April'09 without the prior information. I went back to the retailer and resubmitted all the documents and was asked to wait till 2nd May '09 evening. Then again the number did not activated and then again i resubmitted all the documents but this time to an executive of Tata Indicom. But as of 5th may '09 my services are still deactivated. I also contacxted the customer care But they asked me always to wait for 72 hrs, nor they are giving me mty complaint number.
              My tata indicom barred number is [protected]

              I have submitted Pan card and driving license photocopies as a photo identity proof .
              As a residence proof i have attached my MTNL telephone bill + Bank Pass book photocopies.

              Sir,

              I have two post paid connection's of Tata Indicom[protected], and 97).
              I gave a request to convert 97 to prepaid and accordingly completed all the formalities as told.

              Next day i travelled to delhi and was shock to see my [protected] number being out of service, when i called the customer care they told this number has been changed to pre-paid, further when i told that [protected] was to converted and not 96 they told me by mistake they have converted 96 to prepaid and now they cannot recovert it to post paid.

              I am in delhi now without any mobile communication, its my official no and since i am a support manager i receive lots of support calls from all places in India. Further when i asked them to atleast activate incomeing on this number they did it 4 few hours and stopped it again.. my mail box is flodded with support mails and i dont have means to contact. I had to take a new mobile and a prepaid sim and all thanks to Tata and their Mistakes.

              After sending several mails i have not yet received any response from them as to what to be done next.
              Tata boost of receiving customer satisfaction award, , , , i dont know who has awarded them??

              I just want to hear from Tata what they are going to do next in this case.

              TATA Indicom — connection barred

              I have purchased an usb port(plug to surf) from tataindicom outlet in new friends colony.Inspite of receiving the welcome letter and people coming for verification my connection has been barred from 26th feb.I have visited the outlet after that two times and also given request to start my connection three times.Apart from this when i asked the dealers to see my complain status it showed negative verification for the second time without anybody going to my place for verifying.It has been almost a fortninght that i have to suffer without any fault of mine.I would be highly grateful to you if you would look into the matter as soon as possible.

              I am prakash raval one of your customer who believes more in TATA, right now i have five tata prepaid connection with me. one of that is "[protected]"(FROM DEC 2008)it is in my name only from last two day is out of service & when i called tata i got following points from your pune branch (known as bum 3 prepaid...) from mr rajesh iyer, sachine nikam (SR.).mr Shetty(SR)

              1. MY MOBILE IS CLOSE DOWN DUE TO WRONG REPLY (ANSWER) AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION

              My tata indicom prepaid no [protected] Serial no [protected] services has been barred without any prior notice to me.I have submitted all relevent documents i.e. I card, local house allotment letter provided by govt.I am facing major problem because of your carelessness.
              Please short out my problem as soon as possible.

              TATA Indicom — Connection barred

              Dear sir,
              I have been using a Tata indicom mobile number ([protected]) since January 2008. It was a post paid number and I got it changed to Pre-Paid in February 2010.
              On 22nd July’2010 I found that services of my number have been barred. I contacted the customer care 2-3 times and each time I was told that due to some problem in server most of the number has been affected and services of my mobile no. will be restored in 24 hours.
              I contacted customer care again on 2nd August’2010 at 10.45 A.M. Some Mr. Mukesh received my call and told me that my services have been barred as I did not respond to the verification call on 30th July 2010 and for services to resume I will have to submit all the related documents again. Moreover he did not take my formal complain. My Point is that when my services have been barred due to some problem in the server of my mobile service provider than how could I respond to the verification call during this period. SECONDLY I have been using this number for two and a half year and while getting it converted to prepaid I had submitted all the documents I was asked for.
              Now I am a marketing professional and disconnection of my mobile number ([protected]) is causing me business loss and mental harassment as well.

But before one month it has been blocked by you.When I visit to your executive Mr. Chander about this then he asked me to submit id proof. So i have submitted my id proof on dated 31/05/2011.But after 15 days it is totally blocked till now.I have visited to Mr.Chander manty times after this .But he making me fool. It may be possible that the all coustomers of tata indicom like me are fool because they are not going to purchase a new sim but they are wondering to your offices.Mr. Chander is really a irresponsible person.I am suffered a lot by him.

                Hi,
                This is the second time I am facing this problem with TATA Indicom - data card.
                My due date of payment was 26.04.09 and somehow i could not make the payment on 26th.
                On 27th Morning my data card services was deactivated without even informing me. I made the payment immediately on 27th afternoon and i was being told that the services will resume within 6 hours. However, it never happened and after that thrice the request was given to resume services. Till date (5th May 09), they have not taken any action.At last I had to call up the nodal officer and complain.

                I have two questions -

                1. How can you deactive services without informing the customer and not even giving extra 24 hours after the due date.

                2. Even the payment was made on the same date (27), service was not resumed.

                Who is responsible for this harrassment ??

                Almost all the data card service providers are very keen to sell the data card, but after service is very very worst, especially in the case of billing, there is no proper procedure and followup. They are sending bills whenever they want, so that we could not predict on this date the bill will come, so that occasionally customers forget to remit the payment on or before due date. These service providers are having a pacca system to disconnect the lines immediately on the due date without any remainders and information. I don't know how it could be taken up and who is responsible. In my case sometimes, while i am paying the bills before the due date and forget the things, on or after due date the line is getting disconnected and if i try to call their call center, after several attempts, somebody pickingup and diverting to call some other number, again several attempts, they ask the history of billing and payment after few days they refer the already received payments and details then enabling the connectivity. I am wondering about the systems and procedure of these service providers. Moreover, almost all the service providers in this case are identical.

                  This is Rajesh Boddapati mailing from hyderabad.Its regarding billing dispute with TATA INDICOM .
                  I have taken tata indicom photon+, walky and a mobile connection for my training institute.After using it for some days, suddenly one day suddenly all the above 3 services were disconnected and later got a call from their customer care saying that my photon+ usage charges are Rs8000 and hence as it is exceeding my credit limit i am asked to pay the amt so that services can be activated again.

                  So, i went to TATA Teleservices, AP circle office at Khan Lathif Khan estate in Hyderabad.To surprise i was told that my bill amy due was Rs25000.Then i immediately contacted the nodal desk office Mr.Dheeraj Sharma & praveen krishna from legal deartment asking them for billing details and alerted them that i should be getting a credit limit call after it crosses Rs8000.
                  As the business hrs were closed for that day, i went to the same office the very next day.They then say that my due amt to payed is around Rs37000.
                  i was very much upset with their customer approach, beacuse they blocked my other services like walky and mobile.Becasue of this i am loosing my business to my competitors.Also tata officials are still showing some connections (one mobile+ DSL)which were already sent for cancellations from my side.there was no feasibility for DSL in my building, but still DSL account is acivated in my firm's name.(This is being reflecting in my over all credit limit ).they say credit limit for each connection is Rs7000 and as 5 services were activated in my office's name my credit limit has gone to Rs35000.But strictly i was using only servies which i mentioned first which could take my credit limit to Rs21000.
                  I am ready to settle my bill with them saying that i was using only 3 services and hence i should havegot a credit limit crossing call after my bill touches Rs21000 and hence i will be paying accordingly.also i am requesting them for bills which they are not ready to give immediately.

                  TATA INDICOM PHOTON+ — Billing Disputes

                  I have purchased Tata Indicom Photon+ on 22-May-09 from Srinagar Circle for working in the J&K Civil Secretariat. I subscribed to the monthly charges of Rs 1100 scheme which includes free 10GB data download.

                  After using the services till 7-Jun-09, mainly for official emails and normal internet browsing for official work, the services got disconnected. I received an SMS on 8-May-09 morning mentioning "Your Photon+ internet usage has crossed 75% of your bundled usage limit as on 08.06/2009. Usage beyond the limit will be charged at Rs 2/MB or Rs 1/min." I called customer care and requested the reason why my services are barred. I got a response that my limit has already crossed of Rs 1500 because of which the Internet service has been barred. I told the person that I received an SMS saying its only 75% of my usage limit in response to which I was told that as per record it's crossed the limit and if I need to access internet I need to pay at least Rs. 1165. I requested for the details of my usage and I was told that the details are not available and the details would be available only when the bill is generated. I called the Srinagar Tata Indicom office from where the connection was taken, no help was available. I called Mr. Neeraj Fotedar, J&K nodal officer. The call was received by some other person who said would get back to me. After waiting, I tried calling the same number 4 times but my call was not answered.

                  I paid online Rs. 1200/- as I was in urgent need of Internet access and my Internet Service was resumed on 12-Jun-09. Again on 16-Jun-09 my internet service was disconnected. After repeated complaint the service was resumed on 20-Jun-09. On 23-Jun-09 again my services was disconnected for crossing the credit limit of Rs. 1500.

                  In the mean time I received the bill online which has usage charges (between 22-May-09 to 12-Jun-09) of Rs. 18, 168/-. After giving the discounts my charges to be paid has come out to be Rs. 4, 414.46. I complaint about it in the customer care (No.[protected]. The response was that whatever come in the bill is correct and I need to pay the amount. I requested for the details of my usage, the person behaved very rudely and told me that the detail of internet usage would not be available.

                  Looking at no other option, I visiting the Tata Indicom office of Lal Chawk, Srinagar personally and explained the situation. The person (Name: Mobashir) took down my email id and promised to send me the itemized billing details by next day. For a change, as per promise, I received an xl sheet giving the details of my usage for the billing period.

                  I checked the xl sheet in detail and found that there are lot of entry which are wrong. For example, on 8th June the internet service to my Photon+ was not available, but I see the entry o[censored]sage on 8th June. Similarly, for a specific day in the same time there are multiple entry o[censored]sage. For example, on 5/23/2009, 6:04:52 PM there are 3 entries o[censored]sage.

                  I have written about it by email and no response and till date my internet service remains cut. I believed in the Tata name and if this is the kind of services and harassment received from a prestigious organization like Tata Tele, I am sure a customer like me will soon loose all the hope from the brand name of "TATA".
                  The same thing happend to me also...I dont know how to overcome this issue. I got a bill Rs 15000, with 10 days of internet usage, Please anyone let me know where to complaint about this.

                    I had been told by the representatives of tata indicom tele services that i am going to have high speed internet access through photon and after reading all their brochures and advertisements i went for photon.The first couple of days were ok but after it was so iritating as i am getting a speed of only 20 kbps.And after calling them couple of times on their customer care they have not responded to my calls.

                    hi, this is om and i have been almost ripped off.i took a tata indicom photon + connection 13 (8-21 apr)days back.my credit limit for it is 1100, anything downloaded extra is 2rs/mb.(which has not been mentioned when i bought it)

                    i used the stupid thing only to check 5 mails and it got diconnected 2 days back.i recieved a bill of 32, 965+outstanding=3, 998.and when i went to complain that i haven't used it they started showing records of me downloading(16786) and uploading(1587) numerous amounts.when i kept insisting that i haven't used it they insist that i have to pay the bill, why should i pay the bill for something i haven't used?they offered to give me 7, 000 discount at the least when my point is I HAVEN'T USED IT.

                    in the record it is also showing a usage of 2 and half hours o[censored]sage the day after my photon was disconnected.when i complained about that they are saying that we will see about that next month.and the customer people talk to me as if am doing all this to avoid paying the bill.indirectly they are disprespecting the customer.

                    if i had used it i would have payed it in blink of an eye, my point is why should i pay when i've not used it?am deciding to sue them.

                    Same here. It sucks. Never reaches 100 KBps speed. Some engineers came and checked and all useless talks. And the billing is too high, I did not use at all for last month and they have added Rs 1600.
                    I am going to disconnect from them.

                    Such a sad experience, My USB cost - 4000 or so I wont be able to recover.

                    I m using Tata Photon + service last 3 months but i have been fade up by using tata service because after lost of complain no body is taking pain to short out my problem, there is lot of problem in my device, i m not getting speed(speed is 30-40 Kbps) & side r not been opened, i m not hapy to use tata photon service, now it has been proofed that bsnl is best & i will never suggest to use tata photon.

                    I am TATA photon prepaid plug 2 surf whiz user , my no is [protected],
                    I had purchsed the item from M/S Shreyas Marketing Services, 04, Citi Avenue, Near Bharat Gas, Sector1/S, New panvel (E),410206, Tel:[protected].
                    I had faced problem with internet accessing and as per Vashi Service Center for TATA Indicom, finally i had received a replacement order of the modem. The replacement certificate serial no is[protected], job sheet no.[protected].
                    I have submitted the replacement order along with the modem to dealer as mentioned above. But, even after three months over I have not recived my item bace. My specific request is that:
                    1. Kindly arrange to dispatch the item to me at the earliest.
                    2. Kindly, cancel the dealer licence to sell the TATA product and afterwards harassing people by not taking any responsibility. The ownner is always busy with online trading and the lady is most irresponsible. They are spoiling the image of TATA. Many of the unsatisfied customer may not raise voice like me against this type of service. To protect the Brand TATA, do needful.

                    Kindly look into the matter and relook the option of selling TATA products other than TATA GAllery.

                    I have ONCE AGAIN received a call from the same number [protected] at about 6:18 PM today on 6th September 2011.

                    The person who called was playing around and mocking me for not taking the Internet connection!!!

                    I was in a very important meeting at that time, I had received the call not taking notice of that number.

                    He was laughing at me when I told him that I was busy and then I had to disconnect the call right away.

                    If you read my complaint properly you would understand that this was a REPEATED incident AFTER your department concerned apologised to me.And that is exactly why I am complaining again!

                    Tata Photon — poor service and network

                    I had logged a complain regarding slow speed of HSIA photon plus on[protected]. The complain no is[protected]. The technician visited and updated the networking section of the problem. Without any call to me they closed the matter when the problem still persisted.

                    Again on[protected] a second complain was logged. the no is[protected] after repeated calls to the service center and calls from the so called experts from Kolkata and Jamshedpur the problem persisted. The technician visited on July 18, 2012. The speed checked through test my speed showed down speed 290 kbps and up speed 230 kbps. when asked of the speed from the networking section they said 256 is average and if its 290 then its good. The basic problem is the speed is not uniform. sites rarely open.
                    When i go out of Patna the speed is excellent. In Patna its disgusting and frustrating.
                    I just want to know why do you advertise 3.1mbs???? and is 256 kbs a good speed ?? The problem is more than 2 months old.

                    Not at all satisfied with their internet services. You will not get the desired speed. If you want to discontinue the services, then also they will keep on delaying it so that the meter goes on;instead of helping the customer.

                      Tata Indicom Prepaid Mobile Connection — Talktime balance reduced to Zero; Tata-to-tata calls barred; All outgoing calls barred

                      I got a new tata indicom prepaid mobile connection some 13 days back. As i am a college student tata indicom's scheme attracted me as they offer a sms voucher of rs.30/- againt 600 local sms and local tata-to-tata calls free for the first 2 months.

                      Suddenly i discovered that my Talktime balance has been reduced to zero..
                      and not only this my tata-2-tata outgoing calls have also been barred.
                      All i am left is with the sms voucher!

                      I filed a complaint with the customer care guy, but he told it is a network problem.
                      I am just wondering how the heck a network problem can get me into such a situation..?

                      i am a customer of tata indicom prepaid services. i recharged it with Rs. 2008 when scheme was recharge with Rs.2008 & get tata 2 tata free for 5 years.

                      Now they change their scheme without any prior notice & charged me for the calling to tata phone.

                      This was came to my knowledge when i checked my balance on 19th of december & i was shocked by hearing my balance it was bout Rs. 400 short as i compare to my last balnce.

                      i want to register my complaint strictly because tata indicom cut 30 rupees from my account yesterday i call him yesterday they are saying to me that my problem will consider today but now they are not ateending my call and only tape is saying that if i have any problem then register into the email-id

                      TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom Prepaid Phone set is very bad!!!

                      I got a new Tata indicom prepaid phone and it was fine for 2 months. now if at all i make a call with that phone for more than 3 minutes, the phone gets hotter and hotter that you can never even hold it near your ears!! When i took back to the Tata indicom showroom near T-Nagar bus stand, the response that i received from the customer care person was extremely horrible.
                      He asked me the price of the phone. I said it is Rs.2200
                      He then took a phone from his desk and showed it to me and asked me what the price was. He continued saying that the phone that he was having was costing Rs.7000 and even then it is getting heated up when being used for more than 5 mins!!

                      is this a rule that a tata indicom phone set will get hot like an iron box when used for more than 5 mins???

                      I have recently purchased the tataindicom handset with prepaid connection on 10/09/2009 in Shop no 13,18,21, 22, and 23 on 1st floor, located at cinewonder, shopping mall, near kapurbawadi, ghodbhunder road, thane west Mumbai 411001.

                      But up to now I didn’t get activated with the connection. Please tell me how many days it will take to get activate with the prepaid connection.

                      I have to lodge complain against Welcome tune a value added services facility provided by your Network.

                      Firstly,
                      I am regularly harassed mentaly by all these welcome tune call and sending continous 15 - 20 SMS within a time a disturbing me for no reason.

                      Secondly,
                      This is second time my balance is been deducted one was on 15thOct2009 and other one on 03Nov 2009 at 18:59:34 after getting an SMS from 12828. Details mention in the SMS is The Song(DIL De Diya ha) will be copied from ([protected]). You will be subscribed to Welcome tune and song will be copied. To cancel this request SMS Cancel to 12828 within (30 Minutes). Subscription Rs.(30)/(30) days.

                      Same SMS was received on 15th Oct 2009 at the same and I lodged complaint against it through Customer but nothing authentic was done from your side.

                      Sending such kind of SMS and activating the caller tune is not an ethical practice or good practice by an Telecom Company.
                      So, Please remit amount of Rs 60 which has been deducted from my account in the name of caller tune/welcome tune.

                      May, I let you know that I know how to lodge complain against telecom company though TRAI, Media, Cusomer Court and varrious other process to bring this matter to the higher authority. Its up to you which way you want me to go ahead.

                      Please do not disturb me with the request of welcome tune or any other facility without my prior permission. Its a request which has turned into warning.

Now I lodged again the complaint on 14/11/2009 ,they assured that complaint will be rectified within 24 hours but till today i.e. on dated 16/11/2009 evening my phone is not ringing even unable to contact customer .

                      Without informing me, the talk Time is reduced for last few months.I informed this matter the Customer Care for Several times but they cannot take any action against this type of problems.Customer Care frequently,reduces the Talk Time with introducing different types of money reducing system without informing the Customer.

                      I purchased a tata indicom motoraola q phone for my prepaid number after some time my phone stopped working due to some problem but when I got it repaired I found that it was not working for tata connection .when i enquired at the tata indicom shop they told that now they are not offering prepaid connection on non t-sim phones .now they should tell me that what should I do with the handset which was made to work only on tata indicom connection.

                      I HAVE TATA INDICOM MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO.IS [protected].EARLIER I HAD ENROLLED FOR A TATA SMS SERVICE[ PAID/ GITA QUOTATIONS. BUT ON AUGUST 1ST 2010 I HAD INFORMED THE TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE THE GITA QUOTATION SMS AND TOLD THEM TO STOP IT.BUT THEY ARE NOT STOPPING IT.                       i have a tata indicom no [protected]. today tata has activated welcome tune on my number even without my permission and has deducted rs 30. when i called to customer care they told me to call after some time as there was some problem in their system.                         I have taken a new post paid connection from the agent of Purohit India Infocom, Mumbai Goregaon
                        The no is [protected] ( APPLICATION NO MHMUM2447319),

                        It has been conveyed before taking the connection that the line will be activate immediatly but after taking the connection the agent has demanded to give extra money to activate the line.
                        The line has been activated for local calls post fulfilling the demand of the agent representative Sameer [protected] on extra money .

                        I have taken this connection since my company aurionpro is a corporate customer of tata indicom and provides good services always.

                        It has been acknowledge by the agent that I have submitted the complete documents:

                        1) Pan card
                        2) Company ID card
                        3) Company issue later as an employee including my address record ( there was an address mismatch on the form ( office address) and the certificate( Home address) for which agent has taken the responsibilty to do the necessary correction)

                        Instead of activating my STD line now the local calls are also being stopped, On calling to call center the representative are not able to find my cell no details

                        The worst experience with the agent company member who is not ready to answer my queries and disconnecting the line using abusive language which is not acceptable

                        I am always inspired by the TATA products but this time it is my worst experience with any service providing company's agents.

                        On top of the it, in this customer centric approach environment TATA is partnet to such company whose agents are taking extra money for activating the line and on asking the reason for the connection related issue giving the answer " what you will do if we will not activate the line" kind of statement.

                        This is an open feedback from the ground reality for your Agent Company member of Purohit India Infocom, Goregaon Mumbai
                        I bought a new connection in the month of May, 2009 through agent Vedprakash Tata Indicom.
                        After 2 days I got a call from the customer care that my number number is activated.
                        But that was not activated. So I called to the customer care and they told that my documents are not correct, also asked for other documents.
                        I sent what ever documents they asked for...

                        It's July, 2009 still the number is activated and my money is not refunded.

                        Neither the customer care nor the agent through whom I took the connection is picking my call.

                        So please help me out...

                          If you are really Customer Care, you MUST give proper Customer Care and NOT ensure that your customers “Kast Se Mor Jaye.”. I got dejected when I had called on Customer Care today at about 1:19 in the afternoon. The case is as follows:

                          I am a Sr Citizen and also an Ex Sr Executive from Tata Steel and post superannuation, I am still continuing as a Consultant for the last three years.

                          Only recently, I shifted my residence from Tata Steel Executive Flats to my own flat. Accordingly for “change of addresss”, I went to Sakchi Hub, Jamshedpur on 13/03 and gave a letter for “Change of Address” along with all necessary documents. As also desired by the lady at the hub, I had also submitted a p/copy of the PAN Card on 14/03/09.She assured that these are under process.Thereafter also I recd. a SMS that the request for change of address in being processed and again recd. a confirmation that necessary change of address have been done and all subsequent bills shall be sent to my new address.Not only this, as per confirmation recd. I have also recd. the subsequent bill at my changed address and paid already in time.

                          These are:

                          I would like to know why and why I am being unnecessarily harassed of NO FAULT OF MINE.Can some senior person look at my case and restore the facility?

                          If at all some one is responsible for misplacing the changed address details, it is TATA INDICOM staff only and NOT me.

                          Pl consider this complaint as SERIOUS and would request someone to speak to me & explain, but restoration need to be done IMMEDIATELY.

                            The mobile of my colleague was lost hence I was trying to get the calls temporarily blocked on that number. After asking some intial quentions I was asked to hold as the line was to be transferred to the supervisor. The supervisor took almost 7 minutes to pick-up the phone. He then asked my name in which the connection was registered and the billing address. This information was provided to him by me. However, then he asked the last billed amount. I told him that this is in the name of company so the last billed ammount of the company would not be known to me. He kept on insisting and refused to take my temporary disconnection request till the time I provided him these details. I requested him that in order to stop the misuse of the phone you may block the calls now and I shall have the details sent to you once the office opens. But he did not agree to that. Once again I got the detaiols from their web site only through IVR and called again. This time the person asked about the plan that is being used. Now since these phones are being used for more than 3 years how would I have remembered the plan. The person again refused to agree.

                            It is a ploy of the company to delay taking of the disconnection request for as long a duration as possible so that the unauthorized usage of the device can be done and their revenue is increased. Secondly they also keep charging the rentals even though the services are suspended. These companies should be taken to task so that they do not harass the customer in their greed to increase their profits by ensuring delay in undertaking such requests.

                              Its been 10 days since we asked for tata indicom connection, as net is extremly important for our work, we needed it to be done in max 5 days. The people from tata indicom asssured us of dng it before 5 days. Till today its not done and our work is suffuring like anything . Who will pay for the loss incurred due to poor service of tata indicom ?

                              How to escalate this issue?

                              Tata Indiacom broad Band — Worst Broadband service

                              I am a customer of Tata Indiacom broadband, I have to admit i made a big mistake of taking this useless service. From the date of my joining I still not received my connection and I have made 10 complaints to their customer care, nobody has turned up to my premises or called to inform on the status of the complaint. Never they able to tell by what time they could rectify also. I strongly recommend every one to pledge not go for Tata indicom broad band service, other wise its simply a loss of ones hard earned money. I will never ever go for their service, its the WORST service !

                                  i am receiving blank calls from this mumbai tata indicom number[protected].. can anybody please tell whose can it be...plz help!!!
                                  I am also receiving blank call from this no[protected]. I do not know how to get read of thos. Can any one rally help me.
                                  I am also receiving such calls from this[protected]. I wonder if it is someone checking to see if we are at home before they attempt a burglary. Can Tata Indicom help identify the people who use this number before some harm is done?
                                  I had sent a mail to Tata Teleservices regarding the blank calls.

                                  Today I received a mail from M/s. Tata Teleservices, stating that the nos. 41574700 & 41574800 do not belong to Tata Indicom.

                                  Then, do these nos. belong to Reliance ?

                                  If anyone knows to which telephone operator do these nos. actually belong, please help.
                                  I am getting blank calls from the Tata Indicom No 6915250 and 6913456 everyday at night at about 9.30 till 10.00. Almost for about half an hour. Next day when I try those numbers one they do not ans and the other on comes switch off. Its very Strange.

                                      This is K.Anwer with tata numbers- [protected] & [protected], a regular customer of Tata since long ago moving from Up to delhi and now in jaipur, Rajasthan, is writing this mail with a deep SORROW given by the organisation of tata indicom and the service of Rajasthan Jaipur, and not hearing my complains.

                                      I have recharged my no. with Rs 699 so that i can get the facility o[censored]nlimited tata to tata lacal+std call, on 12-04-09.

                                      But since then it has been regularly happening that i found deductions from my main account making a wholesum of more than 100 Rs calling on tata numbers.

                                      Riticulous, They are not solving this disgusting problem. The reply of the complain is--the problem is due to the home zone--whats this home zone matter---ok if problem is bcoz of home zone then it must be happening regularly--but on the first moment the call, seems to be normal that is free and right at the second moment sitting on the same chair, calling at the same time on same tata number, balance found to be deducting---amazing---this is nothing but robbing poor customers by fake explanations.

                                      On telling all these, customer cares are not ready to hear me & just repeating home zone home zone and home zone----it was my fault as i trusted & selected tata leaving rim which, atleast will never do this type of peculiar robbings. Further before making the recharge of 699 i asked customer care- whether there is any problem for me on recharging this---reply was a bold confident NO---whats up.

                                      I will not only close all my & my family members tata numbers of different states but will also spread all your these robbing behaviours to as more persons as possible. Will stop definately to known ones to get the connection of tata if my problem have not been solved and my money comes back.

                                      Thaking all tata members, for the irritation given by them,

                                        I took a new connection and handset from Tata indicom office on 3rd ApriI 09 and I have submitted all my documents(as requested by the dealer- RC book copy, PAN Card Xerox) for connection verification twice to the dealer(Tata indicom office, C-Block, Silicon Terrace, 30/1, Hosur Main Road, Koramangala, Bangalore 560 095 ) but still the services are blocked on my phone. Whenever I go to the office they say that your services will be activated by evening or late night.
                                        Noboody responds properly at the office and it is extremely irresponsible attitude. They are more after minting money then caring and helping the customer.
                                        When I contacted the customer care of tata indicom they are saying it will take another 5 days to reactivate the phone since the documents are not received yet. I am facing lot of problem because of this plz help me out in this regard.
                                        I have seen similar cases with other people also.
                                        One more thing is there they are asking for a extra deposit of Rs1000 if you are a bachelor and Rs500 if you are staying with the family which is not asked in any other place as per my knowledge. It doesnt make sense to ask for such a deposit.

                                        TATA Indicom — Not received new connection with phone

                                        My self Pooja bhasin from Delhi. I booked Tata post paid connection around 15 days back with the promise that it will be installed in 3 days. Based on my request it is assured to me that before going for installation they will make call on my alternate number. But they did not received my call.

                                        Prepaid connection — connection not working

                                        Bought a sim-prepaid connection from a store in rajouri garden, New Delhi.on 30/31 Aug.2008.Submitted him a Zerox copy of passport( as proof of residence), Two photograph, reference of another connection no.. also filled a form provided by store.
                                        It worked for 20/25 days & stoped working.
                                        Enquired the reason, was asked to submit the papers again.
                                        did so but with no results.
                                        again visited the store on on 8th sept, 2008 was advised to wait.
                                        visited again on 10th & 12th sept2008. with no results .
                                        advise what to do.

                                        TATA Indicom — Connection not working

                                        My network connection is not working for the past 7/8 days. I made several complaints but no one bothered to rectify the same. I have made written complaints and got a feed back saying that as per the verbal talk the connection is now working and the complaint has been closed.

                                        This is the attitute of the Tata Indicom.

                                        I bought a new connection on 30th October. I was activated on 3rd November. Then after 10 days on 14 October it was surprisingly deactivated. I raised so many complains through customer care and online also. They are saying that my address verification was negative thats why my calls have been barred. I received bills and welcome letter from form Tata Indicom on my address and they are saying that my address was not verified. It doesn't make any sense.
                                        I am using this mobile number since last 4 months,
                                        suddenly they cut my connection and asked me to resubmit my documents. i have submmited all documents at sec-18 noida, tata indicom shop. and my service is started after 5 days. suddenly after 5 days, number stops working it saying invalid number, i have complained two times for the same at same shop but no outcome.


                                        i am still facing the issue from last 5 days and helpless as customer care number is also not working

                                        After 2 days I got a call from the customer care that my number number is activated.
                                        But that was not activated. So I called to the customer care and they told that my documents are not correct, also asked for other documents.
                                        I sent what ever documents they asked for...

                                        It's July, 2009 still the number is activated and my money is not refunded.

                                        Neither the customer care nor the employee through whom I took the connection is picking my call.

                                        So please help me out...
