Extremely bad service and a disorganised company.

Cheating customers

I am using Tata Indicom broadband internet since several years and never realized that my login and password has been shared to the others by tata Indicom service people for misuse.
several times I had to renew my account before the due date because of lesser or negative account balance in my account.

I have been paying my TATA Indicom bill (Wireless Walky) BEFORE the due date, even since it was installed.

However, EVERY month, as soon as the bill is dispatched from the company, TATA Indicom will call up and harrass us to pay the bill (which has not even reached home). Misuse & hacking of Landline & excess billing

broadband quality and service

We had a very bad experience of tata indicom broadband. There was no connection for almost 15 days every month, still they send bills for all 30 days and never waived off the amount inspite of there technical problems. The customer care executives are the liars. They never pay attention to any complaint launched through customer care telephone number given by them.

They have tortured us a lot and I advice all the ppl not to...

I have purchased one tata indicom sim from SJ Communications, Nehru Place yesterday. It is not yet activated. I talked to Customer Care on 1515 they said that there is no request sent for that till now. I am unable to find out contact no of the concerned shop. It is not even printed on the bill.
