TATA motors refused to service my vehicle since recommended kilometer is 2000 but my total kilometers was 3000. i was not told earlier that if i cross 2000KM then service would not be done.

i fail to understand how anyone can just bring their vehicle exactly when it is 2000 kilometers. This policy should be changed by TATA. what is someone has gone on a long drive and 2000 KM is reached, is the car owner supposed to immediately look for service center.

    We have purchase new Nexon XZ+ 2023 Petrol model in Jan 2023.It started leaking oil just after 6 days i[censored]sage and run below 150km.We took to dealer and then to Tata service station. There they found that some nuts/bolts in the engine are loose and tightened them and told to check for more two days.We came back home and just after 2 hours it started leaking again.Now after 2 days as said took back to service station and now they are saying some part need to be changed. I dont understand a brand new car just ran below 150kms starts leakage in just 6 days .How can we say QC check passed by TATA and no responsibility either from the dealer or any one TATA motors. End of the day customer who choose the TATA car has to struggle.

      I never seen such kind of poor service in any car dealerships. I have purchased Tata punch in June 2022 and from the starting I am facing AC problem, my 3rd service too done but again and again raised my complaint they didn't resolved. Now onwards I will raise this issue in social media for not buying Tata cars

        Myself Veeresh Kumar H from Raichur, Karnataka. Last month on 18-Jan-2023 I had booked Tata Tiago NRG XT car at Tata Motors Raichur showroom. One of the executives of showroom called Narsimha, explained about car and I have asked them to deliver the car on 23-Jan-2023 but if not I will take the car on 29-Jan-2023 and the executive said the car will deliver within 10days will deliver on 29th. But until 28th of Jan 2023 no one informed about delay in car deliver that too after I have called about deliver of my car on next day even after all the total payment of car from me was paid. After that the executive & manager Ghouse request me for adjustment due to delay in deliver of car and I will get my car after 5 to 6days, I have said them that my plan was to buy car on 29th of Jan but they are saying that still car was not loaded, car will load the truck tomorrow i.e.29th from Gujarat, after that manager Ghouse has said Rs.2500/- off will provide on payment, but I have to go out with family outing on 29th Jan where I lose of Rs.6600/- for rented car. However I was disappointed and I have planned for my journey next day so I have said ok I want my car on next 5days. On Feb 2nd 2023 I have received my car from showroom, at the time of delivery of car there was a damage at indicator, but still not received any accessories later 3days of car delivery I went back for accessories where i again got disappointment due to lose of money about car accessories they provided, where I have paid 12500/- for accessories but I have received 5to6 items without car cover (because I have paid 12500/- I will not get car cover in accessories, executive said) where as I have seen car covers are given in accessories for other cars at the time of delivery. Totally disappointed with the employees of Tata Motors showroom Raichur. I have paid all my payments as per their convinent as booking amount, down payment, and full settlement. But they keep going on wrong commitments about car, car delivery timing, car accessories and etc, . I have a proper response from the company and employee Narsimha & Ghouse of Raichur showroom.               I have purchased a brand new TATA Nexon on nov 20th 2022. I noticed a sudden acceleration drop issue on january 30th so i took my car to VARALAKSHMI TATA SERVICE in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. They said to wait till evening for inspection and later with no update they asked me to leave saying they need time to inspect the vehicle so i left home with chin down emoji on my face. I waited a day, two, three with multiple follow up calls but they keep saying it is still inspective need more time because of less man power. Finally on 4th day evening manager called me and said they found a black metal dust in the tank which requires a full clean up of tank and pump, asked for 2 more days.
              Another bad morning manager pinged me and said that i would need to replace the fuel pump and fuel injectors because they are totally damaged, Also saying those will not cover under warranty, the issue is because of the fuel you got refilled last time. I always refuel from Indian Oil which is in my hometown near by from years, i never faced any issue. They gave an estimated bill of 22000 for the parts and asked me to pay 80% of the bill before to order the parts. Im all upset.
              How can some amount of dust will totally damage a fuel pump and injectors for a brand new car which is known for its great engine, build quality and parts(NEXON). Im literally frustrated of getting a major repair with a bill around 25k for my brand new car which is not yet registered. So i am expecting the company should look for possibilities of replacing the parts which is in first month of warranty, not years or refund the amount. I will look for a positive call back from Tata Team.

                I have booked tata nexon on oct 8 n they have promised delivery by Feb mid..but still not yet received any allocation..the tata motor n Kropex Auto(dealer ) is telling me to wait indefinitely.

                Worst service by Kropex Auto as well tata motor

                  Bought a new tata nexon xma AMT from KHA MOTORS Bangalore on 22 feb 2020, just drove it 250000 kms and found gearbox oil seal broken and oil leaking, went to Belgaum service center i.e MANICKBAG AUTOMOBILES PVT for service in person are saying that they will replace in warranty but why in a new car, i think they gave me old or used car... I had a trust on Tata motors but here I can see there are lot of issues are coming after using the car in just two years.

                    Mail sent to KHT motors on 8th Feb for Tata Safari registration no. KA03NP0478.

                    Dear KHT team,

                    I took the delivery of this car on 1st Dec and shockingly within one month the AV system started shutting down on its own.

                    I tried to contact Pranjal but couldn't get thru, I thought of the escalating matter at the time of the first service.

                    I took the car to KHT service station on 22nd Jan and I discussed the seriousness of this matter with service advisor who filled the voucher and to my horror they admitted that Safar AV system has been of issue and they would update the software and if the problem still persists then they will escalate the matter to Tata. I spoke with Rudresh also and advised him of this problem.
                    Also need to advise that i was told by KHT team that this car was the top end version and that i was told by KHT team that this car was the top end version and it had Harman system but turned out that the car has a vestin system.

                    The same problem is continuing and it still shuts down and reboots on its own, last week i got a call from KHT service feedback team and i told her that Sahas was supposed to advice on the escalation part and today I got a call saying whats the problem.

                    I am appalled with the quality issues in the top end version of the car from Tata Motors and if this happens in this car then what would have been happening to others, I want an immediate replacement of either the car or AV system with no excuses or delays.

                    And i am requesting Srini at Arvind to take this on record before suggesting Tata car to any other employee unless we see some significant step from KHT/ Tata Motors.

                        Hi team,

                        I own a tata nano cng + petrol car.
                        I would like to bring in to notice to the company about the faulty cng pressure regulator issue.
                        My car has running of 24000kms any after that my cng pressure regulator started showing issues. I have checked it from nearest tata sevice station. But they say your pressure regulator has to be changed.

                        So i would like to highlight some points and urge company to kindly look in to it.

                        1- how long an cng pressure regulator runs from the purchase of the car.
                        2- why company is offering so high cost for the pressure regulator.
                        3- if the engine itself is made to run for 3lkh kms.
                        Then why the pressure regulator is giving issues at such a low run.
                        3- although it's a newly launched nano cng +petrol then why company is not aware of this issue
                        As its creating a huge price dump for customer for his small dream car.
                        If the maintainance cost is high how can a common man afford this car.
                        4- what should be the next step to resolve this company fault.

                          I own Nexon XM petrol 2018 model. Servicing has been done at Pune a week back. After servicing planned for weekend trip, drive on good road for @90kms and suddenly noise coming from front wheels. After checking it is observed front axle is dislocated and engine tilted to one side. Luckily speed was low hence major mishaps didn't happened. After checking with local mechanic as no authorised service available at remote location it is observed all three mounting bolts sheared and broken. And engine dislocated.
                          My concerns are as follows
                          1. How these bolts all together sheared. It's safety critical item and what's it's reliability?
                          2. How i can trust and drive my car further for long journey?
                          3. Service centre told it might happened due to rough roads and pathholes sudden impact. Please note road was pretty smooth and my driving is not rough as I am always travelling with my family with my 2 year child.
                          4. Why service centre not noticed looseness of those bolts because unless and untill there is misalignment bolts will not sheared.
                          5. What if I was at high speed and this happens? It might cause loosing control and major accident would happned.

                          Please let me know is same incident happened earlier? How you have taken corrective action?
                          How i can replie on service centre and trust tata car for long drives as even after regular servicing. My and my family life was at stake.
                          This incident affected me mentally and economically a lot.
                          I have written mail to tata motors customer complaint but didn't got reply. When called customer care number they only said just visit service centre. I have visited service centre and asked whether it's happening with other vehicles also, but it's not mentioned in service schedule to check engine mount bolts, then what corrective action taken by tata motors.
                          My total expenditure on this as follows
                          1. Servicing cost - 8000
                          2. At local repair cost - 4000 ( able to remove only one bolt and replaced it, on that bolt I travelled back to home by canceling my weekend trip)
                          3. Hotel stay - inr 3500
                          4. Tata service centre repair cost ( 3 bolt replacement and rubber cover for axle)- inr 5000

                          Total cost incurred is inr 20500.
                          What's my fault ?

                            I have purchased new TATA ALTROZ XT DARK EDITIONS car as per below mentioned details.
                            1- Car purchase Date 31.12.2022 and Car Taken from showroom on 03.01.2023.
                            2- Car Model - ALTROZ XT (Petrol)DARK EDITION
                            3- Delar Name: TATA HIMGIRI Manesar Gurgaon

                            I have purchase this new and car and having below issues in day one.
                            i- Car Rear Mirror was having problem and there was no clear visibility
                            ii- Car Gloves box was defected (Broken condition)
                            Above issue has been raised to Sales Guys very next day.

                            After so many follow-ups calls they replace the Gloves Box and rectified the mirror issue and they have taken almost 20-25 days.
                            After that when i wen to service centre for first car service, then i was surprised when i came to know this car was sold in october-2022 to other persons and car first service already expired 2 months back, this information i got because i went my hometown other city tata service centre.
                            I have paid the first car service amount to tata motor service centre same information I have giving to sales guy and they told the story we have issue this car to other person to fulfil the year target and we will pay this amount to you.

                            Sir i really frustrated from HIMIGIRI TATA MOTORS and this car as well as this kind of services.
                            Please help us on this.

                                  Same problem with my tata Tiago diesel, rear twist Beam(axle) got broken, insurance surveyer saying that it is wear and tear and may be manufacturing defect.and neither the company giving any claim for such damage. How can reputed company use such a low quality part of an important aspect to car on which whole weight of car resides. I had to take 24*7 assistance from insurer to reach the showroom.But the company showroom didn't bothered to even contact the owner for starting the repair work. I had to visit the 2nd day to open the job card.
                                  Very Pathetic TATA.

                                    I've face weird issue with my car, the rear twist beam or dead axle have a crack and It hasn't been hit even once. My car have just done 42000 kms. This is a serious issue this could have caused an accident if dead axle broke while driving. my car is no more under warrenty coz its 3 years now. but Tata should replace dead axle as its due to their poor engineering not a customers fault. I've searched and have seen numerous people facing this issue. Tata should also work to resolve this issue permanently.
