    This is the first time I've ever faced a ruthless lie and trust deficit in car servicing (TN45BK5321) which i faced with Automatrix Mangalore.. Having spended almost ₹37000 on servicing within the past 3-4 months, yet they silently covered up asking me to pay entire bill, though i have a gold club membership which is activated and available in Tata's Central server all time... And these people here didn't deduct the charges for it.. and even lots more to tell about their service deficits because of which i had to face sudden breakdown of my vehicle just 2-3 weeks I've given for my car service here.. I've recorded all calls and have all my bills and documents with me.. and reimburse my extra amount paid, as it's 200% a fault of the servicing/billing team who're the main people responsible for my loss! kindly do the needful at the earliest...

      I am the owner of Tata Tiago XZ.
      My car registration number is JK03H1166.
      I have purchased it from Tata Motors dealership Sringagar J&K.The car started making noise from backside i took it for checkup and the person from dealership said that rear twist beam is cracked. I was in a deep shock that how come this beam can get cracked as its a base foundation of any car. I did huge research over this issue and found that every second customer is complaining for the same.
      Its so weird that tata motors that they have started compromising with the life of their customers.For temporary basis they have suggested me to do some kind of welding till my complaint gets resolved but unfortunately they have closed my complaint without my consent

        I have tata tiago xz model purchased in dec 2018.Its Rear beam got cracked on its own.
        Every single customer is complaining for the same.
        When I visited Tata service centre they refused to replace it as its a manufacturer defect. My car registration number is JK03H1166

            I have bought tata punch in 2022 and taken delivery of vehicle on feb 5th.If I close my back diki it get locked but there will not be aligned both the side.

            One side it goes more inside and shows more gap.

            The tail lights looks like it's not fixed properly.

            I bought this vehicle from kht motors and informed them about this from day 1 of delivery.

            They sent me back saying that it's manufacturing defect or it comes same in all vehicles.

            I checked multiple vehicles but the issue it's only in my vehicle.

            I visited 3 days before to kht service center they said they will resolve the issue in next service.

            Pls support.

              I bought a car from Heritage motors Panvel on 6/10/2022. I accepted the car with scratch on OVRM back cover with promise from dealer to replace the same as soon as possible. During first service they failed to do so as they were cheating on our face. The part they gave was painted locally and on first look no one can accept that. Again they promised me to replace it within 15 days. Same thing happened as again they got the cover which was obviously duplicate and of way inferior quality. I did not accept the same. I am at the moment fed up of this dealer as this is kind of harassment I am going through,

              Recently I got my car ceramic coated. During paint repair process the detailing guy informed me that 2 panels of the car has been repainted. I was so disappointed hearing so as I paid a full price for the new car and few parts were repainted. Disappointed with the quality of service from Tata,

              This dealer is defaming the name of Tata Motors and they need to be punished for the same. They are cheating on face. I hope Tata motors will do something against the dealer.

                I have purchased tata punch and paid for fasttag but my vehicle has already been used and fasttag of idfc bank linked to the vehicle on chasis no. Even if I brought a fasttag that is not working as the fasttag already associated with the vehicle is hotlisted. I submit that strict action be taken against KY motors anant ag kashmir for providing used vehicle and for get it blacklisted before my purchase and for not resolving my problem for a month and for causing me great inconvenience during traveling

                  My car number is TN95B2929. My city is Sivakasi (virudhunagar district - Tamilnadu). We used to service our car in Madurai City - Cheema motors. I have my extended warranty until Sep 2023.
                  Our recent service was on JUN-27-2022 which was a detailed service for more than Rs.30, 000.
                  From Oct 11-2022 we are having issues with our Air-conditioner. When we checked with Derik Motors-TATA showroom in Tirunelveli, they said the compressor is gone and they will replace it under extended warranty but the warranty request got rejected saying we missed a service on Dec-2020 and delayed the service to Mar-2021.
                  Hope everyone aware that we are in strict covid restrictions to cross the district border without valid reasons. When we explained the same to Regional managers on this issue, they are saying their policy cannot accept this.
                  I am working in TCS for the past 12 years. My Emp id - 399987. I chose Tata car as a respect of being in TATA family. But this warranty rejection is hurting my moral on the TATA family.
                  Someone please pitch in and approve the warranty coverage request.

                      I Dr Dipak Kumar Kundu from Ganga Greens, BL- F, Flat- 701, Bhadrakali, Hooghly, made entire payment towards purchasing of Altroz XT car vide Chasis no MAT632103NPGR5180 and Makers classification- TATA ALTROZ XT 1.2 RTN BS6 2501 from Sales Executive of Srirampore, Hooghly, West Bengal Show room, Lexus Motors Pvt Ltd on 26th September, 2022 and I was committed to deliver my car within 21st October. But car was not delivered and I was again informed for makin delivery my car on 8th November. I went with my wife to take my car but a defect(Crash) was detected on the hatchback position and I refused to take the new car. I complained the Delivery manager and she committed me to deliver new car. But I have not received any update position regarding this. I couldn't expect this type of bad service from Tata erstwhile Lexus Motors. I don't know how many days I have to wait even after makin full payment too earlier

                            Ssues from day 1 of delivery Ac not working in idle mode, reverse camera switches on when gear is shifted from netural to drive during traffic signals but cluster shows "D", boot not locking, wrong notifications, harman freezes after every call, roof lining showed water marks, too many scratches. So within 25 days roof lining changes, silver lining box changed. After 17 days during drive in high way "F" appears in red with all details in cluster turning red with error message faulty transmission. but surprising that it didnt get register in log. Then park assist faulty message appears frequently in screen. vehicles has issues in pick up within 20 km to 40 km on road. I used to get jerks while driving. Then in last week of sep during bumper to bumper traffic, vehicle refused to move. needed more than 2000 rpm to get a 10 km speed, burnt smell in car. Post service i was told issues resolved but on 3rd day same issue. so went for test drive with tafe team. no errors in cluster. but when i was about to sign the job card in tafe, the car stopped in D mode, i was able to get out of the car in " D" mode and technician got it.. brakes were not applied, the car was not at all moving, then for another week or so it was in TAFE was told software was reuploaded. so took vehicle on 17th oct. then in highways it was clearly notices that the pickup issue was cropping up. Told tafe. Later sensor started beeping continuously when i started the car but not error message was told water would have got in . the car was idle for 3 days no way water could have gone in.. Gave the car to tafe.. still there. was told software version 31 uploaded again. till date except the "faulty transmission" error i have never seen another error but car is giving too many problems .Issue was escalated to RM- Thirumal Murugan. So many intermittent issues cannot come in a new car. Car stopping in traffic and not moving or pick up at 20 40 can lead to accidents. I need a replacement.

The pickup and drop and all other things were done nicely, but just after a day I started getting battery issues and every time I have to start the car I'll have to jump start it now. My car is two years old.

                                  I purchased the Nexon ZXA+(0) in March 2022, and after the KYC process required for the iRA connected feature to activate. the feature didn't get activated, of further diagnoses, the dealership said that the TCU is faulty and will be replaced, and on the replacement of the TCU, the iRA feature started working, and it worked only for a day and after which there is no sync happening between the TCU and iRA server this reported to the dealership...

                                  I have taken Nexon dark edition delivery on 24th Oct 22 around 7 30 pm from Suryoday Tata Showroom Vasai west
                                  Same time we noticed dents and some marks on the right and left doors top roofs front bonnet.
                                  As we have taken delivery at night 7.30 we dint drive too much. Very next day. While driving we noticed some noise from the right side door. immedetliy we rushed to the tata showroom and they told me to go workshop.
                                  So I and my family went there.
                                  After spending 4 to 5 hrs. The result was nothing. And they advised us that we will solve it once our workshop is moved to Vasai west as now we don't have a competent person for door alignment. And for the dents.
                                  Now they are going to paint my new car. I mean one day old car.
                                  Were the PDI reports. Have they done PDI before the delivery of the car?
                                  What kind of new car they are delivering to the customer after spending 16lakhs customer has to run to the workshop for his new car.

                                  This is totaly unfair and unacceptable

                                  After keeping one in the Tata workshop nothing has been done.
                                  They have spoiled my new car by making dents on the door during door alignment.
                                  It looks like the staff working in the workshop are not competent.

                                  It was a bad choice to going.

                                  The next day of delivery we noticed all these issues even during delivery we have shown this but as it was night time we were not able to see all of these dents, scratches, and bubbles. The door is nice while driving.

                                  This was mentioned in the feedback form, not all but whatever was visible at the delivery time.

                                    Hello Consumer Forum,

                                    We ordered a Tata Nexon XMA vehicle on 13/05/2022 from a local dealership in our hometown, Warangal. This includes a payment of 25000 INR advance. The dealer initially promised delivery within 3 months, and subsequently delayed for a month each time we enquired. It has been about 6 months now, and we still have not received our order.

                                    The dealer is trying to manipulate us by using these delaying tactics and constantly insisting to buy a more expensive model, and that it is readily available. All of our friends who bought the same model got it delivered within just 2 months.

                                    We really need your help in reaching the higher management of TATA motors to take some action against the local dealer in order to get our car delivered.
