I took delivery of My safari brand new on Oct 16 2023 [ TR was on Ocy 15 2023 ]
From Oct 17 onwards I have been trying to register for IRA but I keep getting an error that user is already registered.
When I contacted tata IRA support via service number they told me that this vehicle was previous registered on a different customer name on June 29, 2023 and was directed to contact dealership for which dealership replied that it was previously allocated to a different customer who backed off at the last moment and also there was mistake from someone that they also registered in IRA with this vehicles Chasis number and not only that I found that the 1 service interval was also claimed back in June for this chasis number safari by another customer.

Up until now I have been contacting both TATA motors customer care, iRA SUPPORT and Dealer ship ( Venkataramana Motors in Hyderabad) for the kyc and resolution on IRA registration to no avail.

the only email that ira support sends is a ticket number and after that nothing. I feel Tata motors is cheating customers with non working features and registering vehicles before the actual sale for numbers.

    I bought my Tata Harrier on November 9, 2021. They have promised a 2-year warranty on paper. On October 23, 2023, I visited SRM Motors Lucknow. They are saying your warranty already expired on October 23, 2023, so we cannot extend your warranty. So how is this possible? On record, my warranty expiry date is November 9, 2023. but I don't understand why this is happening with your servers and manpower. So please provide me with the solution. I am waiting to extend my warranty period. and This is really unprofessional.

    I have already filed a Complaint#[protected], and[protected] complaint number.

        I canceled my booking over 1.5 months ago, but they haven't refunded my money yet.

        They keep promising to pay, but it's frustrating and unprofessional.

        There should be a proper cancellation policy and a grievance system for customers.

        I planned to buy a car from the same showroom in May 2024, but due to this experience,

        I'll choose another brand. I doubt their ability to provide good service and deliver on their promises for a 16L car, considering they can't handle a simple refund of 5K INR.

          I bought my car on May 2022 and during the delivery of my car Kropex Auto CRM told that there is 18months of warranty for the battery. On 17th-October-2023 the car battery dead and not able to restart the car. I called Tata Motors customer care no. [protected], they confirmed me that battery warranty is there for 18months from the date of purchase and requested me to go the car dealer. I have handed over my car at Kropex auto on 18-October-2023. Where there was no response from the Kropex auto for 9days. After having several call to Tata motors customer care and Kropex auto and since there was no response. I have asked them to return the car. Even Tata Motors Service person did not help me. I was feeling that Tata motors was working in the favor of Kropex auto not the customer.

          Finally, Kropex auto started offering the Battey replacement with cost of Rs.3000/-

          If the warranty is there then why i should pay i single rupees.

          That why i have opted to replace the battery outside. I was having a trust on Tata Motors but now, all the trust is broken.

          The only thing i can say is there no guaranty for the warranty provided by Tata Motors.

            I want to bring this to your notice that your dealers are doing fraud with us customers which is a huge disappointment as well as mentally harassing.
            I went for tiago/altroz in garve, after the executives convinced us we went for TAta Nexon XZ+S. When we asked for test drive they forced us to do the booking first and made us pay Rs 51000 as booking amount instead of 11000Rs. After that they provided us test drive. When we asked for PDI again they asked us to wait for two days and asked to process the loan by the time so delivery wont be delayed and sent their loan person. The loan was processed on 9th only.Since i had a preapproved loan, on 11th when we got to do the PDI they disbursed it on the same day after PDI. SINCE WE TRUST TATA AS IT IS OUR FAVOURITE. We didn’t question until then. Now in PDI the car wasn’t washed, there were spider webs inside and it was not presentable. Then we had to fight to get it washed first. After wasting our 3 hours, we got to see the car which had many issues when we asked them to resolve, they wrote in PDI and told us that they will rectify. Now this happened on 11th, after that there was no follow up and we were again pushed and harassed to take the vehicle whole 85% of payment was done. Now on 20th they gave us a call that car is ready again our whole day was wasted as they had done nothing and at the end accepted that they can’t do anything and we should register it and then send the car to workshop. What does this mean. Now we have tried your customer care, CRMs, GM but there is no solution they can give and we have raised complaints as well but haven’t got any solution
            Now we haven’t got our car, if we have to cancel the loan I have to pay around 15-20k for all the cancellations and processing charges because it has been more than 14 days since the loan is disbursed .
            This all have started since 8th october and today is 25th and the delay is done by tata and U have to pay. Totally harassed no solution provided. I had sent cancellation mail on 21st and they still haven’t cancelled the mail in my loan acc and refunded the money. I m totally mentally harassed and on the verge of breakdown. This is unacceptable
            What kind of service is this

              Complaint: Non-Compliance of Engine Warranty Coverage on Glanza Car UP 32 MA 1625: Purchase March 21, 2021, [ Under Warranty and Duly Insured: Total Km Run 42000
              The owner is a 63-year-old Diabetic patient who had a Knee transplant done a few months ago.

              Last Service Done Chinhat Service Station Lucknow September 21, 2023. The Car is currently Parked at Toyota Chinhat Service Station Lucknow since October 19 (7 PM) when it was towed by Toyota RSA from Raebareli to Lucknow.

              While we had parked the car on the left side of the road [Rattapur Crossing] because of a traffic jam, we noticed a sudden leakage of entire Mobil Oil from the Engine area, the moment the ignition was put on & we heard a Knocking sound.

              On October 19, 2023, the car with its owner and Driver left Lucknow around 9 am for NTPC Unchahar (About 90 Kms). It went on the road with a smooth drive at an average speed of 80 Kms/ per hour and we reached Raebareli around 10.10 am before the above-mentioned problem occurred.

              In a situation where we had got stuck in traffic, we reached out to a local mechanic (Pankaj Automobiles- Civil Lines) who towed the vehicle to his Garage and lifted the Car with Jack. He noticed the problem in the engine and expressed his inability to do anything and suggested seeking help from Toyota RSA.

              With the Car under Warranty, the service station officials are giving one or other logic to shirk from the Company’s responsibility and put the blame on the Owner so that they save their skin and make no cost to the company!!
              The fact however remains that the 42000 Km driven Car was serviced on September 21 at the same Service Station, and it has been functioning smoothly always except for the current episode.
              I paid Rs.7, 000/- plus towards the service and the entire record is with the Service Station.

              So far Technical Team has failed to detect the exact cause of leakages & just passing on the buck to the owner on one or another pretext which is just illogical.

              I am surprised that my complaints at all the ends to whom I addressed/posted have been registered and even replied to through the automatically generated system, but no official has so far responded.
              I hope this complaint gets noticed by the officials concerned immediately and you contact me before I am forced to take extreme steps.

                I have tata harrier DL2CBE6001 whenever i speed up my car above 60km to 80 km i hear some kind of sound from front ride side corner of my car its like having some issue in my engine belt and when i complaint about that sound in tata service center they tell me this sound is normal but i cant hear this sound when i purchase my car, from past 1 month this kind of sound is happening in my car

                  I had purchased Tata Nexon XZ+ on 25 jan 2019 from gola ganpati tata showroom. At the time of selling they didn't inform me that its manufacturing date is Nov 2018, rather they told me it is manufactured in 2019. I didn't notice at that time. Now in 2023 i decided to sell my car, it came to my notice that this car is manufactured in 2018. I feel cheated on this matter by the service provider. Request to submit my complaint and took necessary action.

                      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at M/s.PPS motors Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu post an unfortunate accident that my car was involved in. I have taken delivery of car from service centre on 07/10/2023.

                      The rear bumper of my [ TN07CX5413–Tiago XZA Plus] was damaged during the accident. When I approached the aforementioned service center for repairs, the back bumper was replaced; however, I was informed that they could not fix the reverse parking sensors. I wish to stress that my car, being the Tiago XZA Plus model, came equipped with reverse parking sensors as part of its standard features when I purchased it. Moreover, my vehicle is still covered under the extended warranty.

                      It is disconcerting and unacceptable for an authorized Tata Motors service center to suggest that I get the reverse parking sensors fixed at an external shop. This not only raises concerns about the quality of service provided but also makes me question the value of the extended warranty if it doesn’t cover essential features of the vehicle.

                      I kindly request:

                      1. A thorough investigation into this matter at M/S. PPS motors Chrompet, chennai, Tamilnadu
                      2. Immediate rectification of the issue with my vehicle's reverse parking sensors, preferably under the extended warranty terms.
                      3. Assurance of improved service quality and adherence to warranty terms in the future.

                      As a loyal Tata Motors customer, I trust the company to uphold its reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. I hope to see a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

                        My TATA Nexon EV Max got serviced yesterday[protected] at Ambattur Industrial Estate Service unit. It was a wonderful experience. The unit is huge and the personnel work tirelessly. Right from morning 9.30 till evening 7.30, they are very busy with the booking, taking complaints and clearing the vehicles. Vehicles are flooding in for service and they get cleared in a fast mode. They are trying their best to satisfy the customers. I think extra manpower may be provided to make the task easily achievable. Further, I can suggest that an extra unit may be installed, so that the vehicles may be addressed in an effective manner.
                        Here, I want to register my complaint against the negligence of service. Inside the bonnet, it was noticed by the technician while taking the complaint that rats were occupying there. But it is left untouched. In the upper part of the four tires, the mud was not washed.
                        It's said this is a free service and I'm billed for Rs.1851. Mr. Ilayaraja was very pleased, and this complaint is not against him. The whole team is responsible. But, this should be addressed. I'm ready to bring the vehicle again to fix the problem. Ensure a required minimum satisfaction. Hope for the positive response from your end.

                          We Purchased Tata Altroz -XM+ (petrol – Opera Blue) w from TAFE ACCESS Showroom in Racecourse, Coimbatore on 25 August 2023.

                          Car Registration number TN37DR4284
                          Engine Chasis number - MAT632287PPGB8698.

                          After running for just 500 odd kms, the vehicle has a problem of oil leak with some noise from the engine today at 4pm at my place. There was total engine oil leakage from the car on the floor and inside gear box (photos attached).

                          I am yet to get my RC book till now and the car has incurred a major problem… With such faulty machine how am I expected to use this new car.

                          I am extremely disappointed with the quality of TATA ALTROZ provided to me by both TATA and TAFE ACCESS. I request that I be provided with the right solution to this major problem

                          This is a serious issue and should be attended immediately by the service team on high priority. If required the car may be replaced with a new one.

                            I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues regarding the performance of one of your company's vehicles, which I recently purchased. As a long-time admirer of Tata Motors and its commitment to excellence, I believe it is crucial to communicate my experience and concerns with you directly.
                            I purchased a Tata Nexon on[protected] from Garve Motors Tathawade Pune-411033, and while I was initially excited about owning a Tata vehicle, I have been disappointed by the car's performance in several aspects:
                            1. Engine Performance: The engine of the car has not been performing up to the expected standards. There have been instances o[censored]nusual noises, reduced power output, and frequent stalling, which has made driving the vehicle an unpleasant experience.
                            2. Automatic Transmission:
                            3. While driving the car automatically stop down and stand still at one place. This issues is faced multiple times in 2 years as I have purchased new car.
                            4. As the dealership told there is manufacturing defect in the car we cannot do anything please contact tata motors for this issue.
                            5. As Tata it Is a reputed brand In the market was not expecting this kind of services form Tata Motors.
                            6. Please look into this matter and solve my problem.
                            I understand that even the most reputable automobile manufacturers may encounter occasional quality control issues, and I have faith in Tata Motors' commitment to customer satisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in addressing these concerns and rectifying the issues with my vehicle.

                              I purchased TATA Nexon XM on Mar 2022.on 10.9.23 while travwlling a stone hitted the car from downside resulted into damage of silensor of vehicle. I reported car at service station MAX MOTORS Ahmednagar. They said silensor needs to be replaced and it costs ~ 1.09 Lakhs.
                              Now tell me
                              1.if a stone scratching car from downside costs 1.09 lakhI, is TATA Motors car quality so weak??
                              2. Why the body of silensor is given ~2cm below other part of body.that below the ground clearance provided

                              I need complete replacement of that part free of cost as it is in warranty else keep your car with you

                                  I have Purchased Tata Nexon XZA Plus on November 2022, since then i ma facing regular one or another's problem with this CAR. Like

                                  1. Gear stooped working 3 times in last two years while driving and every time they says it will not happen again. You can imagine what will happen if your gear stooped working all of a sudden and you are stuck in mid traffic's of deli NCR.

                                  2. Its battery stooped responding all of a sudden when your going somewhere and take a break. Normally battery got drained when you did not start CAR for few days, but in this case it happens when you take a brake while driving, Once they have replaced the battery in warranty as well but the issue did not get resolved and i faced the same problem again with new new battery also.
