Dear sir/madam,

This letter is with regards to the advertisement posted on tata motors website that says on account of 150 years of celebration tata motors is providing special offers on entire range of tata cars. Also, get maximum benefits upto ₹93, 000.

I am looking to buy a new car and thus after i saw this offer, i went to tata dealer showroom sudharshan motors at bhiwandi, kalyan to enquire about one of the car tata tiago. And i was told by them that there is no benefit on tata tiago and the one showed in the advertisement on website is only for tata hexa which is a premium class vehicle.

My query is if there are no benefits provided on account of the tata celebration on all range of cars, why is it mentioned as such in your website, which is misleading. I spent my time on getting down to the showroom and found only to be decieved by the advertisement.

    I have purchased tata nexon in october 2017 having engine no. W17766 and chassis number j06686. From the date of delivery i am complaining about a peculiar noise in the cabin. I amd in constant touch with deogiri auto and people from the plant have visited but they couldnt find a solution.
    So i consider it as a manufacturing defect.
    Kindly replace the car as i have bought a new car not a second hand car.

    I have plan to buy tata tigor in this month. I live in jammu and have taken Quotation from M/S Fairdeal motors & Workshop PVT. LTD Jammu. They are charging Rs 5000 for the logistics and handling charges. In view of this concern, I want to know that who will bear these charges either customer or Dealer or Tata motors

      Dear sir,

      My self kottilingam from chennai i am purchasing tata indigo ecs - in july 2015 & using satisfy but unhappy with last service with concorde motors chennai i am observed that their is some noise & vibration from engine side, same problem i am escalating to tata authorized service dealer ambattur concorde service center at time of my last servicing which is done in 19.03.2018 but that time they neglecting this issue and give some reason noise coming from ac compressor not a serious issue then raised a complaint they called and did some adjustments and left but now my car was break down on the road. I show my car to your authorized dealer ecr chennai concord and they say that you need to replace turbo and your warranty experied in 9 months ago and approximate estimate is 90 k, i don't understand how this problem not resolved that time of my last service at time of observed & hows this type of part damage in just 2 years & 8 months and had driven only 70000 km so far. My complaint against concorde motors & also against tata motor, note that if any mishap happens with my car tata motors totally responsible for that due to this turbo problem, so again request you please look in to the matter & do needful, note that i am not paying anything that type of issue.

      I bought Tata Tiago for around 6.5L and the dealer promised to give free insurance, floor mat, seat cover along with new car. However none of the items were given and they have cheated. Dealer takes the money without informing TATA.

      Tata customer service is just a formality asking for how the service was.

        I have purchased 2 year gold amc for my tata tiago and trivandrum motors, the tatas service center in trivandrum charged me for my 18 month's scheduled service. The service center is reluctant and even after complaining this on tatas customer care email, there is no response. Thought if buying an indian made vehicle but now i'm regretting to have a tata car and my friends and relatives too advised me not to go for tata. There after sales service is very bad. It's best to go for a maruti suzuki or hyundai.

        I have purchased 2 year Gold AMC for my Tata Tiago and Trivandrum Motors, the Tatas service center in Trivandrum charged me for my 18 month's scheduled service.The service center is reluctant to refunf and Tatas customer care is too inactive even after complaining this on Tatas customer care email, there is no response. Thought of buying an Indian made vehicle but now I'm regretting to have a Tata car and my Friends and relatives too advised me not to go for Tata. Their after sales service is very bad. It's best to go for a Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai

        For free service on 1-6-2018 i got a bill from popular mega motors for the service of my ace (kl-08-bn-8351) vehcle. And it seems to be very expensive bill because there is some additional things added to it which is needless. I need to get the reimbursement of excess paid money. Kindly provide proper service for further actions.
        Noise coming from steering and properly fitted the steering .

        Noise also coming from chasis.

        And engine is making sound .
        Sales man says its because of turbo engine .plz tell me it is right or not.

          Car was purchased on 2014 on a taxi permit numbering mh 01 bt 6570.
          The car is getting overheat and cng mileage is not getting as expected though we are doing cng settings every 15 days.
          Your service centre had given us warranty of not overheating and proper mileage but the problem continues.
          Current mileage is 8km/1kg cng.
          So i have left my car in your service centre at concord motors worli.
          Sir i am widow woman.
          Not you tell me what should i do, pay bank installments or my home expenditure and what i give to driver commission.
          My home is totally based on the car income only.
          If you are unable to help me then i don't want your car i will pay your balance bank installments anyway.

            It has been 2 years since i bought a tata tiago and i regret the decision of buying it... The problems started since beginning and i feel as if i am accompanying some cancer patient who needs to c a doctor every now n then... I have been mailing tata motors since beginning about the starting problem in ma car.. But till date the mystery is not solved...
            Then was the problem with stereo, which smhw got replaced as it was within warranty period..
            2 days back ma ac compressor stopped working and ur technicians advised to get it changed but getting the part will take smtime.. I mean what sort of service is this that too in noida that the part is not available..
            Now as i have reached a new service station (Sagar noida), they are telling me it comes for hefty 15000plus labour n gas... Also they want to change condenser now which although is alright but may have sm problem in future.. It has price of 10000, making total amount roughly 30000.. The amount needs to be paid as the warranty has expired one month back... This is the way they make people like me fool,.. First they try to be humble, keep u busy visiting tata motors, n then i[censored]r 2 years warranty is crossed, they tell u their responsibility is over and even if the car breaks into pieces or all the parts stop functioning its on the head of the customer.. I mean in place of warranty u should issue expiry date or best before date for ur car... Getting a problem once or twice is tolerable but the story continued till date.. And malfunction of such costly items in just two years tells u about the quality of such items..
            I mean wht wrong have i done, i have burnt petrol more than 15000 in these years going to tata motors.. I tried to understand that there might occur sm problem and have been cooperating throughout.. But as soon as the warranty has expired, the company people have started showing colors..
            Wht kind of product is this, every 3months their is a new issue.. This is not a car.. But a patient.. Who needs regular check ups

              We had purchased a nexon xz+ (Petrol) and was delivered to home on 7th june 2018. Insurance policy was taken on 06th june 2018 prior to temporary registration on the same day. Dealer has charged inr 40, 000 towards insurance in the previous month and is denying the jine month offer, saying your billing was done in may. If insurance also was taken in may, i would not have asked for it. But, insurance policy was issued on 06th june 2018. This is quite unfair & totally unacceptable to a customer like me.

                Myself mathew from trivandrum kerala. I bought a tata tigor dated 12may '18. The dealer trivandrum motors had offered me a 1 gm gold coin at the time of delivery. Its almost one month, and the executives are not even picking my call!! This is cheating from their part. I am really disappointed to see this behaviour from the executive. It goes as very nagative and a bad impression towards the dealer. I want this issue to be taken up and fulfill the offer. My contact details given as below;

                  Dear sirl, please ref to my complaint ref no 1-[protected] dated 12.03.2018 with you. Wherin till date the dealer m/s srt tata, coimbatore is not refunding my money in-spite of many reminders.in this regard i wish to inform you that i am an ex service man and long satisfied customer of tata motors which prompted me to go for the second vehicle. The actual complaint is as follows.
                  I bought the vehicle through csd by paying the amount eligible rs 441574. But while making the temporary registration at coimbatore, the dealer has registered for a higher amount of rs487242. For the permanent registration i had to pay rs 48, 724 as 10% of the vehicle cost as registration fee. Had it been registered to the actual cost of rs 441574 i would have paid only rs44157 as registration fee. This difference amount of rs[protected]=rs 4567 has been paid by me which is loss to me. Upon complaining wiith the above ref reference with you the dealer has agreed to pay the amount. But till date the payment is not forth coming. Hence after waiting this long period i took up the matter with you with the hope the proplem will be settled at the earliest. Thanking you

                    I purchased Tata Neon XZ+ petrol version model six months back. From the beginning the product could not give mileage more than 10 kms per litre. Now it has reduced to 8 kms. It was assured during the pre purchase visit that the product had mileage of 14 kms and it would increase as we use the vehicle engine for longer time. But it had never touched the mark of mileage as declared. I regret to have taken a decision to purchase Tata Nexon. We as the customers feel disappointed for having taken a decision for the product.

                      With due respect, I would like to inform you that on August, 2017, I have purchased a SUV car Tata Hexa from the dealer Niladri Motors, wherein an amount of Rs.11, 750/- was taken as TCS. They have told me that after three months it will be automatically updated in my TDS page of my Income tax return and i will get refund the said money. But still then to till date, I did not get refund my money. Rather I have made a several communication with the authorized representative of Niladri motors, Agartala but could not able to give a justifiable reply.
                      Hence, made complaint to do the needful.

                        The distance b/n the pedals we're too narrow that we can easily get an accident.
                        I am really worried when i have given my car to my friends.
                        I have already discussed with the service center exicutives but their response is like hell.

                        I personally have patriotic sense on tata but now comes to safety and service feel like taken wrong decision.

I booked for repair/replacement of my car right side door glass which is not working at about one month ago in jonson automobile, at silchar, cachar assam a tata motor dealer, but till today this spare parts not come from your end, as they are not informed me regarding this. Kindly arrange needful for repair/ replacement of my car right side door glass which is not operating automatically/manually. This car was purchase from this dealer.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            This is regarding my ongoing experience in dealing with m/s abc autolink during insurance claim related to hexa vehicle.

                            I met with an accident on 16th may’18 @ 10 pm in the night and i intimated them on 17th may’18 morning, as was not having the details of concern person handling the insurance claim at m/s abc autolink. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, i could reach out to them at their service station with the vehicle only on 21st may’18. Representative, handling the insurance for m/s abc autolink, informed on 21st may’18 morning that some of the parts are not available in stock and they will have to place the order for balance parts on their plant in pune. They also informed that parts will be ordered next day i. E, on 22nd may’18 and delivery is likely to happen for those parts in next couple of days and i left service station with the car with his assurance of giving update further latest by 24th may’18. I did not receive any call / update till 26th may’18, the day i happen to be at the service station for delivering my another tata made car i. E tiago xza for routine service. After checking with representative on the status of ordered parts for my hexa, they informed that the they could not process the order for the balance parts yet as their manager / owner was out of station and could not initiate the order for the reason o[censored]navailability of funds. Subsequent to this, they informed me that the owner is now back and order for parts will be processed on the same day. I expressed my displeasure to the representative as i was expecting positive response, after having no response/update on the status on parts in past 6 days and i was at least expecting the availability of parts at the service station and delivering my hexa for repair work to start on 26th may’18 so that i get the delivery of hexa after repair by 31st may’18 (As i had a plan to go on trip from 1st june’18). On 26th may’18 evening, while taking delivery of my tiago after service, representative shared their internal order details and eventually met this commitment of processing their internal order on the same day. They informed me that hexa car can be delivered at the service station on 29th may’18 and delivery of the vehicle in 3 days i. E. On 31st may’18. I categorically informed them that i have a travel plan to start from 1st june’18 and i will be needing the vehicle repaired latest by 31st may’18 which their representative confirmed with confidence stating that parts are normally delivered 3 days and should not be an issue and he will try to make up most in covering the delay caused in processing the internal order. I left the service center on 26th may’18 with his assurance of giving me a call on 28th may’18 and to update further.

                            With no surprise and as expected, got no update from m/s abc autolink on 28th may’18 and when enquired on 29th may’18 on if i can come and deliver the car, as per the plan, they gave shocker update stating that the parts are only billed (Challan is prepared at manufacturing plant in pune) but same has not moved yet. I was very unhappy by hearing the update and expressed again by displeasure to him. After the brief conversation, he then informed that they will do the repair in single day and i can deliver the car on 31st may’18 morning and get the delivery after repair on 31st may’18 evening.

                            On next day i. E. On 30th may’18, i tried reaching the representative 4 times in the first half but none of the call was responded back. Finally they attended by call in the second half and informed me that the part delivery will take 10 days to get delivered from that day. As i was already annoyed with the treatment of m/s abc autolink and the behavior of representative by then with the way they are handling customers like me, who has bought two cars in the span of just three months (Hexa and tiago), i simply made a request to give their plan to rectify the vehicle and settling the insurance claim in writing from them, which i earlier requested on 29th may’18 as i was not getting any kind comfort from any angle in dealing with them. I followed up for the same next day but no response from the organization till date, even no call / update on the same till today (I. E. 7th june’18).

                            I have had very bad experience in dealing with sales team earlier at m/s abc autolink when they did not delivery the accessory (Side foot step) even after made commitment at the time of sales of hexa vehicle to fix it in 6 week time. I then lodged the complaint, after following up with them for more then 4.1/s months, to tata motors after which the issue got settled in no time. It seems m/s abc autolink is considering people like me only takers and not customers. I personally have great respect towards tata and i believe tata motors have great products now in their kitty and future tool looks promising as far as product as concern. However, this journey for tata motors will be really tough with the kind of service their dealers like m/s abc autolink is providing to their customers.

                            I expect tata motors to take immediate actions and arrange response from m/s abc autolink dealer on their plan to rectify my vehicle without further trouble.

                              Hello,
                              I have purchased tata nano emax (Cng) 2 years back. Since after purchasing i was facing the issue as mentioned in subject that switching from cng to petrol by the time of accelerating.
                              As my car was in warranty 2 times it was submitted in the servicing centre.
                              They took almost 1 to 2 months to resolve the issue after brining back my car again the issue started.
                              2 times the issue was not resolved.
                              Now again i have taken it to the service centre now they are asking for charges to resolve the issue as my warranty period is over.
                              This is totally insane as at the time of warranty they didn't resolve it and now they are asking for charges.

                                Complaint no. 1-[protected], 1-[protected] are not solve yet. It is responsibility of Jaika Motors, Amaravati. They delivered the 🚗 with a elect. Part in hanging position. Caused wiring damage.Want proper solution Free of charge. Don't close the complaints until they were solve.When I reached at Jaika Motors Amaravati on 19/05/2018 they refuse to service my 🚗.. I have also two issues that I want to solve. First issue is complaint registered, second is Break jam, third is driver side mirror broken Jaika Motors Amaravati refused to make job card. How can they refuse to service a Tata 🚗? It is very irritating for me. Tata dealers are not providing good after sales service .If they do this Tata will be a largest car manufacturerer in India. Tiago car is best car. But some dealers like Jaika Motors Amaravati are big obstacles in such a growing brand. I raised so many complaints against Jaika Motors Amaravati but unfortunately it was no use. Now unwillingly I decided to go to consumer forum. I want Jaika Motors Amaravati do /solve complaint without any cost. They dI'd this mistake and they will pay for it.

                                Complaint no. 08/05/2018 --[protected], 19/05/2018--[protected], 15/06/2018--[protected] . Related to this complaint nos. I raised complaint on consumer complaints.in .Today I saw complaint resolved. I got surprised .How this is possible? My complaints is not solve yet. Related to this complaint I got call from Tata motors on 15/06/2018.As per their promises they agree to give new ECU unit and related service free of cost. But from 15/06/2018 to 21/07/2018 I didn't get the new part. As per company promise they will send the part to Satish motors, Akola. After the part reaches to the dealer I will get call from the dealer . But nothing happened like that. I did call to know the status of my complaints.i discussed three times with company. They told me as soon as the part reaches to the dealer they will call you. Also they gave me a no. of Mr. Dinesh(spare part department). I call him on 20/07/2018 and asked him that related part reaches to him or not. He said to me that he don't know about this. I was shocked. I don't know what is going on. So unwillingly today I did new complaint and the complaint no. is 1-[protected]. Now this is too much. Company didn't keep its promise. Remember my complaint is not solve yet. Please don't hurt customers. Keep your promise.

                                  This is to inform you that my name is rajiv rathi i am the owner of tata car – indica ev2, the car number is wb04h-0473, i have many points to raise against my car from the time i entered your showroom till now, firstly the car was delevered late to me, from the starting their was false commitment from your end, i got the car late by allmost 1 month and that to after requesting so much, i was not even aloted a chasis number on making lot of request i was given chasis number, your dealer from whom i bought the car * tc motors salab west bengal * who cheated on me by delivering me the defacted car, which has lot of problem inbuild in it, somehow i got the delivery after that i had mileage problem which was never taken into some serious action by you service agent * howrah forser road service center * even on making lot of request they did not solve my problem, after that their was service problem. Car always goes to service on time but i really don’t understant what they really check, this means that the service staff where not at all active in checking or i can say they where not have a technical knowledge about it, then crops up ac problem and not even once it came twice, i really don’t understant whether tata have sold a car or a toy which gets damage after every alternative day, all that i have to pay extra means the cost of maintenance of my car is so high that it came as a reality check how tata is looting its customer, the list of problem doesnot ends here every single part is defective and you cannot hide defect, then came warranty problem which i have a pay rs.12000/- extra, normally we pay prenium to protect ourself from damage, but tata logic is not to protect but to cheat by looting and making false commitment to customer and unnecessary showing high morals which you don’t follow, recently few days latter my battery got brust as the result of which i need to buy a new one at a cost af around 7000/- who will pay me this tata? But tata is a cheater, tata only know how to cheat, not service you can accept from tata, again day after my i installed new battery my tire got busted reason you will be shock to hear their was no proper alligment done on your part means the so called free service you provide are like this only
                                  I would request you to call back your car and kindly refund me my money including interst @ 12% plus i loss and harrestment i suffered on your behalf, i would take this issue forward and will take every possible againt tata and make sure your reputation ais hit and let every one know how fake and irresponsible tata is, which show high value but ground reality is different, if no action is taken then i need to file a case in consumer forum as well and lodge a general dairy in police about the breach o aggrement you did

                                      I bought new tata tiago xta last month. Upon repeatedly asking dealer about refund of illegal handling charges but he is claiming that handling charges are legal. Raised complaint with tata motors under ref #1-[protected] and also raised complaint in rto pune under ref # mh12/030618/ef009. As per my understanding, handling charges are illegal and there have been cases wherein tata motors & rto pitched in and forced dealer to refund the amount. Awaiting for positive feedback.

                                        I have bought tata tigor in august 2017.
                                        My car ac is not working properly since that time.
                                        I have already got it repaired 7 to 8 times since that time at malwa motors jahagir puri new delhi but the issue is not resolved till yet.
