I Am realy happy - Tata Changed a lot But Staff in service section is
still working as government staffs ( great job they are doing - they
need ten mark for service with out proper service )

Hurting my dreams -...Complaint regarding my new Tata Tiago Xza
- form 3 day of purchase chassis no MAT626283JKB14315 ENGINE
NO-REVTRN02BRYK11701 ( dealer Concord motors cochin)

I purchase a tiago xza on[protected] to join tata family for
fulfilling my travel passion. but after 3 days of purchase i faced a
break down in lulu shopping mall at cochin due to failure in amt gear
box . After lot of calling and discussion concord motors taken vehicle
for repairing( they are telling to customer to come with vehicle then
only the can give service to new vehicle).The chips of amt replaced
and software updated . The y told me every thing solved but after two
days appeared time lagging in all gears and slip in first gear and
reverse, creping/ hill assistance function is not much responsive.
again the have taken the vehicle for service on[protected] the kept
the[protected] for service and running repair . with out rectifying
the error they have completed first service and the lagging issues
and slipping not corrected .On[protected] i am traveling with my
family vehicle showed the the spilling and lagging in heavy traffic
area . Again i have registered complaint on[protected] i got call
from concord motors the will take vehicle for correction still today
the y have not taken for service and vehicle covered only-2333kms
.Also given complaints in toll free there is no aggressive response .
the are is no technical engineer from company side to clarifying our
issues regarding vehicle

I am totally disturbed with after taking my dream car . my dream are
faced breakdowns

1, amt is not responsive some time silent
2, sliping in fisrt gear and reverce
3, time laging for changing gears
4, initial response in first is not satisfactory - ( while crossing
the road and taking signals )
5 creaping / hill assistance is not satisfactory
6- noice from ac winds not corrected
7 after first service while operating horn noice coming in fm radio
frequency is not matching

    tata nexon new vehicle problems

    My name is vipin balakrishnan and i purchased tata nexon petrol xz+ in feb 2018 from ebony motors nagawara, bangalore. I am writing this to you with high hopes to solve my issues with the vehicle.

    From the date of purchase i had multiple issues with the vehicle starting with the music player knobs and physical switches not working which i had to work with dealer taking it to pdi center again. Later...

        This is dr. Manish pithwa, i bought nexon diesel xz+ in diesel thinking tata motors have improved with their cars but my thinking was wrong.

        Within 1st month i noticed that my seat belt could not be put on the driver side when i increased the seat height which required loosening of the anchors. Then immediately after 1st free service i noticed headlights stopped working. This needed emergency repairs as i was suppose to take my car to pune next weekend.in next month my steering wheel started making weird noise and became unstable. I had to register emergency complaint to resolve the issue. This problem kept on repeating and had to take my car to service station at least thrice.in a few days air condition vent controls came into my hands which is still not resolved almost after 1 months. While returning from gujarat my headlights stopped working again so i had to stop by till morning. Service center people r not sure why this problem is recurring so they want to check with the wiring of the vehicle which is hardly 6 months old. They r saying that to open the headlights they ll have to remove the chrome accessory which won't be covered in the warranty. I got it installed from tata showroom itself during the purchase and they say it wont be covered.

        I think i made biggest mistake by buying a tata car. I had lot of people saying not to buy tata car but i thought tata motors had improved. Feeling sad that i made a wrong choice. I need all my complaints resolved or need my vehicle replaced with all the accessories which i purchased. Can not depend on the built of the car. Have to think twice before taking the car anywhere.

        Wasan service center have rectified the problem with the headlight. According to them wire connection was broken due to internal vibration in a new car. They are also not sure how it can happen. They have also disconnected TATA grill glowing logo which is a company fitted TATA accessory, they also charged a lot for that. According to the service person it may also be the reason for the headlight short circuit. Now i am definite about my opinion for TATA motors that they just want to sell their products for money, they r not concerned about the quality of the product, they are least bothered about R&D of the product before selling it in the market.

          I bought tata tiago xt petrol on 6th dec 2017, with in 3000 kms / within 5 months of purchase, front left tyre (Goodyear 175/65 r14) got damaged while running, luckly no injury to anyone, when check the tyre it is not usable, such a poor quality of tyres used in my tiago, i need at least replacement of the same. I have also taken a gold amc for one year, which is also live. When contacted concorde motors, ambatur chennai, they says this will not be covered under warranty and need to pay for new tyre.             Hi,
            I’m venkat siddani. I booked a tata tiago xta orange colour in koduri tata motors, rajahmundry on march 10th 2018. While booking they promised me that they will deliver in 15 days but not yet delivered. It’s not a matter of 10000rs booking amount, at that time hyundai was giving 40000 rs discount and now car prices are increased to 15000 to 20000 rs. I hope you understand that it’s a matter of 80000 rs + petrol bill + phone bill + time. I raised a complaint to tata customer service they received a reply from dealer stating that customer satisfied. But i haven’t received a call and car from dealer. Please help me some one.

            Hi,
            My problem isn’t yet solved. Now they are saying Car is available but there is no nil dip insurance offer which is approximately 25000 rupees and car price increased to 15000 rupees. They r directly saying to pay extra 40000 rupees. I discussed with rajahmundry branch manager and CRM, they told me that I booked a Tata Tiago XTA 2017 model while booking my vehicle on March 12th then I informed him that have a bill for 2018 model. Later they agreed their mistake but told me to pay new price amount bcz car prices increased and there is no offer for insurance . This is the way they r behaving with customer. They’re simply closing my complaints by saying customer satisfied bcz they can’t keep it open for more than 7 days. Here I’m attaching my complaint numbers. It’s my worst experience with great Indian company called TATA. Kindly help me if not I will raise a complaint in consumer court as i don’t have any alternative.

              I brought three tata ace zip vehicles and every time one or the other vehicle
              Got trouble and i have zero response from company every time i have to pay 1000 or 1500 for towing vehicle. I couldn't understand how a vehicle gets break down which is not even 3 month old. The company is not following basic standards. When ever i call tata customer care they will make me to wait at least a day to get back to me and every time i have to find the nearest service centre by my own. Thanks to google, this is very distrubing that this people or more concerned about profits than customer satisfaction. Please give a good service or take back your vehicles.

              Tata motors gives exclusive offers in advertisement only...we didn't get any offers while delivering Tata Nexon on march 10 from Hyson motors Thrissur, offer full Mat, wheel cup mug flap etc... we didn't any of one😢 much disappointed approach from India's great company...                 On 25th april 2018, when i was driving my above mentioned tata tiago car, it suddenly stopped and came to stand still. Fortunately i was driving very slowly and nothing untoward happened. Then i contacted tata motors ratnagiri. They arranged to toe away the vehicle to service center but i was not informed where it was taken to. Then i contacted through toll free number to your office many times but they also could not give any information on the status of the vehicle and where it was. Then i went to mahad to find out whereabouts of my vehicle, there i came to know that it was with bhandari motors mahad.
                It is requested that latest position and probable date of handing over back may please be informed and till that date arrangement for some other vehicle from your side may piease. Be made. As of now i am hiring a vehicle for my day to day work since 25 th of april.

                  After so many valuable discussion and advice given from Tata Motors Finance limited, I have cleared my dues (on dated 20/03/2018) to the organization, against the finance of my vehicle..
                  On dated 25/03/2018 I have recd Notice of Contract Termination (NOCT, copy attached ) from Tata Motors Finance Limited that Agreement, purchase hypothecation entered in between me and organization has been terminated..
                  After clearance of all dues, I asked them about my vehicle and they told me that my vehicle was lying at Parking of Abhishek Motors Pvt Ltd (Authorized Dealer of Tata Motors) So, immediately moved to the dealers to collect my vehicle.. But, the Manager of the dealers told me to pay the parking charge of my vehicle and I have paid per day @ Rs 60 total Rs 6480 at dealers point ...
                  But, after physical verification of my vehicle I had found following items have been missing from my vehicle ( Item list attached..) and When I asked the manager about the missing item he straightly told me that he don’t know about this ..
                  Now, my question is, under his custody how material can be missing from my vehicle, where as, it was lying under his dealer’s parking area??
                  Finally I didn’t collect my vehicle and request him to provide all those missing items after that I will collect my vehicle and returned back to home without recd. my vehicle..
                  Now, my sincere request you, please help me to get the vehicle with my missing items and also like to inform you that since I have cleared all my due, to finance company on date 25/03/2018.. so I should get the vehicle that day only and my vehicle is bread and butter and so, I have been losing my day to day earning money @ Rs 1000 so also requesting you to compensate lost amount from dealer.

                  I have bought a TATA Nexon in month of FEB- 2018, 1st service is also done but the average is still worse . In city, its giving an average of 8 Km/Ltr and on highways in Giving an average of 11.5 KM/Ltr.
                  On road drawing stop the engine .try to start but do not start, so help and support me how to start may car .and told me what is the engine km use company warranty and gyarenty .

                    Purchased tiago petrol amt full option from kvr kannur kerala last sept 2017.
                    Done second service, covered 5951 kms. Milage is very poor 10.2 kms per liter of petrol.in other words rs. 500 every other day.
                    I am a handicap (Stroke plus cancer patient) and that is why i purchased your amt so that i can travel and see places before dusk.
                    Service center is also not giving a proper answer. They say they will try loosening the wheels or change the filters and try.
                    Can i give back my car to you for free? If you dont want it, i will have to put it in fb.

                    Tata motors is selling the cars without proper testing. They are playing with customer lives. I bought the car before 6 months. It spends most of the time with the Tata motors service center only.

                    both the dealer and customer care person play the games after selling the vehicle. They will say there is no problem in your vehicle. If you try to explain the issue, they will threaten the customers.

                    I sincere request is not buy any vehicle from TATA motors.

                        I have logged complaint regarding service and threaten by services provider hi tech satluj motors. Force to purchase amc. I have service of car in all service centers chd hamirpur mandi. Only harassed and treating money. My car service done in chd they not insert fuse properly then car stopped working after one month then i have taken service from luna pani service station mandi and they said there is problem in oil pump they changed it then car again not working properly then again i go there they said it's fuse problem then they changed after that i want to home and at petrol pump all oil out of the container. Now again go for service in mandi they said your cost is for service will be 8000 without checking. Now again call said there is rack and bush problem i agreed to change. Then they delivered the car to me after two days car is again making noise. I again go there they said one chimta and bush size is different now they said to change chimta. They i again agree. Now hourn is not working they said change it again i will again agree to change within warranty. Now again bulbs are fuse i go to hamirpur center and they changed in warranty. After that one week my car to started again visit to hi tech satluj hamirpur they said you are late so purchase new bettry and install. They force me to purchaces from out side. Then i again register complaint regarding this. Then ready to purchase from out side and insert. I just to inform why they not inform me to change battery. Now they charged 5700 from me for battery. Now i harassed too much with wastage of money.

                          I have purchased tata tiago xz on 31-march-2018 from gurudev motors, arumbakkam. During delivery, i had lot of issues like scratches, dents, etc., but the dealer promised to rectify all in a week. After 2 weeks, he rectified some problems but brake problem he didn't rectify at all. Due to which, i have met with an accident and my car fully damaged.                             It was pre fitted cng.
                            After follow up of 3 months i got rc from tayal motors in april 1st wk.
                            There was no cng fuel mentioned on rc. Its mentioned petrol fuel only.
                            Now i am following up with their staff but no body is taking responsibility to get it change.
                            Since they are no more tata motors authorised seller they are not listening.

                            Please sort out thus issue and get me new rc with petrol and cng dual fuel registration.

                            It was pre fitted CNG.
                            After follow up of 3 months i got RC from Tayal Motors in April 1st wk.
                            There was no CNG fuel mentioned on RC. Its mentioned Petrol fuel only.
                            Now I am following up with their staff but no body is taking responsibility to get it change.
                            Since they are no more Tata motors authorised seller they are not listening.

                            Please sort out thus issue and get me new RC with Petrol and CNG dual fuel registration.

                              Hi i'm mohammed mazher from hyderabad i had purchased tata tigor on 9th of april and from day one i have very loud engine sound in it when i give escalaration and have spend 15000 in fuel as there is very very less mileage in the car and i have purchased this vehicle from malik cars banjara hills and show the car 3 times in the malik motors serviceing in shaikpet and still my problem is not resolved after purchase the vehicle i have no peace of mind i feel like burning my vehicle down

                                I and my dad had a very bad experience from the concorde motors, edapally, cochin
                                My dad being an ex service person had contacted concorde motors edappally for booking a new tiago, we had conveyed that we will be booking the card through csd as my dad was an ex service man, the salesman mr saran however compelled us to book the car in the name of my mom as they had some womens day offer running and later change the booking to my dad's name so that we get the csd offer, we had booked the car on 8th march and on confirmation we had applied for a loan from sbi, the csd however closed on 14th of march stating annual closing and the same was conveyed to us by the showroom, however in april when the loan was sanctioned and we demanded the delivery of the vehicle the showroom were reluctant to give the offers we had booked for womens day, after multiple follow ups the showroom people said that they were ready to give the vehicle with the offers we had booked on women's day but on a non csd price, still we are yet to recieve a response from the showroom and the salesman claims all his seniors are not avaiable at office

                                  HY, i bought a tata zest car on 25th OCt'2017 from Garyson Motors LDH, they promised to give me the second key within 15 days or as soon as the loan gets sanctioned... Its been almost 6 months now i didn't receive the key.. I just kept getting false promises from them... i would never suggest someone to buy a car from them ever again... really bad experience

                                    I had purchased a tata tiago on nov 2017 on my wife name the car engine made a problem when i purchased a car i already told to the tata mortors mohali but they said no fault n m visiting your agencies in a month 4 to 5 times now m shifited to mandi gobindgarh the car engine not start n i called a customer care they transfer my call to breakdown dept n no body will come with toe van now m not paying the car amount there are hudge problems in my car i will submitt a case on tata for giving me a wrong commitment and manufacturing faulty product...                                       I brought tata tiago xza under my name preetham from bangalore dealership kundanahalli branch 10 days back and yesterday my car broke down in the middle of the highway as vehicle stalled 15 times before it came into running.
                                      How can you guys play with a customers life?
                                      You have no rights to hand over a vehicle which is total disastrous as automatic vehicle stalled continuously.
