Sir i am annie a simon from neyyattinkara. I have tata tiago issued in 20/12/2017. First free service is done in correct time. The car run by1966 km. Now the car is given to the second service in thiruvananthapuram. The wiper is complaint in the issue time. We never use the wiper. So the wiper will be replaced in free of cost.

    I bought tata tiago in february, but i received exshoroom bill less than the quotation exshoroom price by 11000, and i need quotation exshoroom price bill,. I had booked from a k gandhi motors bhandara nagpur. Sir resolve this matter by taking necessary action. My name is harihar s shende, my car model tiago xz mob no is [protected]. Car has insurance free discount, i got insurance copy, rto according to quotation but exshoroom bill is mismatch.

      I like to have tata cars. My first car was Vista. And i was so satisfied with company that i bought two new cars tiago and hexa. I live hexa so much bur my car damaged by tata service centre, every time I put my car with them. I requested three times to be careful with service but they didn't listen. Please do something about it. I love my tata haxa such that I can't see someone damage it.

        Many of my friend and me like tata nexon but still not buying due to only non availability of pearl white colour. As per my opinion tata shoult provide nexon in pearl white colour. And another problem about silver nexon's white strip. Silver nexon have only problem of white strip, it should be black or gray. We want it in pearl white colour. Then we will go for it.

        I have booked a test drive for Tata Heda on Saturday for test drive on Sunday they attended my call but still no service is given and no response from the executive have came to me the executive Phone number is-[protected] contact him for the negligence and he is not picking up the customer call also.😡

          It is intimated that a car nano genx amt (Xia) was booked by me vide your receipt mentioned above (Photocopy attached) with an intimation from you to supply the vehicle within 30 to 45 days after booking date. Approximate 03 months have been passed but you have failed to supply the vehicle within double the stipulated time. Therefore, you are requested to cancel my booking for the said vehicle and refund the booking money of rs 11000/- at the earliest please.in this connection refer to my letter no 177/car/apsk dated 18 sep 2015 and 11 dec 2015.

            It is very sad that tata motors dealer based at bicholim=- goa m/s eishwari motors is not providing service on time. Today on 15th may, 2018 i had taken my tata bolt diesel car for checkup. However, after checking my vehicle i was told by technician that brake pads are to be replaced but i was told that the brake pads are not in stock with the dealer. Now, this incident happened with me for the third time. Last two times, one for replacement of shock absorber assmbly of my tata bolt diesel car and secondly for replacement of front lower arm i was called by the executive by giving me prior appointment on telephone however when i went to the dealer i was told that products were not in stock. All this happened to me alll the two times and today it was the third time i had to retuen back to my residence without my car getting repaired. Now, first of all i had to travel 21 kms from my residence at mapusa - goa to the dealer at bicholim - goa and on visiting the dealer i had to return back to my residence in an empty hand with my car unrepaired. Hence, i request you to strictly instruct the said dealer m/s eishwari motors to keep the spare parts in stock in order to make it convenient for the customers to get the efficient service on time. Further, i request you to instruct the said dealer to get the brake pads in stock and replace them to my car within 4 (Four) days from today failing which i shall be left with no other go but to make the said irresponsible service by your dealer to general public by means of social media and also mouth to mouth publicity.               As big a brand as tata is, it was extremely disappointing to be a victim of their lack of professionalism. The team showed utter lack of coordination. They did not know when the vehicle (Already in their showroom) would be delivered to me. All promises turned into lies, be it the choice of vehicle or the timing of delivery.
              The delivery promised on saturday was then promised for monday ay 11am. I called and i got the reply hat i would be delivered at 3pm instead. I cancelled all meetings and went to get my vehicle. I waited patiently for 2 hours only to find out that it would be delivered the next day.

              Sadly, there is no culture of making a commitment to customers and honouring the deadline.

              Now here is the really funny part, i am at the dealership cmpl right now, and there is no one to deliver the vehicle. I guess i will have to wait more or come back again tomorrow.

              Does tata even care about it's customers?

                Hi tata team,

                I faced burst ever experience of my life by bringing my car to concorde service center,
                On saturday after 15 days wait and many phone calls, i got my car from service center, when i reached service center backyard car was already in start condition, the person (Not engineer/technician) who was there said that team could not recharge car battery so let car be in start condition for some time and then battery will be charged.
                The bill receipt was not available at service center, so he drove me to nearby showroom, he insist to drive the car by himself and at showroom also he asked to car be in start condition, they were aware that the battery has been totally exhausted (Do not know what they did with battery that it was totally/deep exhausted).

                When i came home which is 20 km from service center and stop the car it could not start again, i had to go some where with my family but my car was dead, i called pankaj the adviser 4-5 time and varun the crm, argued with them, during call both excepted that they were knowing that car battery was deeply exhausted and they were not having charging machine because service center was locked and car would not be start if it will be stopped, but still they had given this half repaired car to me because i had made complain and was asking for my car for last 15 days.

                I called customer care number/emergency breakdown number talked to team for one hour to explain the matter and then the call was transferred to shridhar from emergency team to get on time support but neither concorde nor tata team could support me as it was late evening, but shridhar called ajit from dealership team and assured to give all support in morning time,

                Still after so much drama, in morning person came with just a battery to start my car and he just started my car and when i said will this charge car battery, he said you try, but it will not charge your need to carry it to nearby charging point, i said you should have bring it or take my battery there but he said we can not support on this and asked to keep the car start for an hour and also said that this will not help and they went back, i called varun the crm he said this is the only support he can give.

                After burning fuel for one hour i stopped and again started the car and as expected the car was dead,

                Now i had/have hope from tata/concodre motors the dealer, so just sharing this feedback that how much you can torture a customer.

                Engineer was knowing that car can be stopped anywhere in traffic, it could be life threatening as well, still car was given in on condition without telling facts to me.

                Thank you so much for giving such a nice service, and also thanks for returning my running car in dead condition after 100s of calls and 15 days.

                What is the status of this complain. I still have not received the car.
                Very poor and pathetic,

                Still no action its 12 days not received my car no proper response why not you barred and close such service center,
                Will tata provide me all 12 days taxi bills which i had to spend because my car has been captured by service center. I need 12 days taxi expenses which i had to spend on taxi because i am not having car, please pay rs 25000 for same.

                Your new delhi concorde motors service center has disappointed me, i brought my indigo car to service center on 29th april for back gear issue, first it was told to me car will be repaired on monday 30th april then it was told parts is not available it will be given on friday 4th may and then again i called on friday then it was told to me it will be given on monday, then i called on monday it was told to me it will be given on 9th may wednesday, you can imagine such a pathetic service i got from your service center, can you please respond what type of service tata service center is providing??? Such service and response in delhi ncr is a pain, i am very frustrated will not advise anyone to buy any tata vehicle. They even do not keep job slip number on job card.

                And for such service the labor cost estimation is inr 3500, just to change a gear part.

                  As we all now going for buy indian products then such service center providing third class service and disappointed customers.
                  When i give my car tiago for first service i mentioned clearly issue of cooled glove box not working (Air flow not coming inside). Service advisor has listen but not done work. Now he saying to me take back car again at their service center, which is 20km away from my home.

                  First of all who bear that time loss and fuel cost of 40 km due to lacking of knowledge of technician/ managers?
                  Secondly if purposely tata service team has ignored to do work then they need to close that service center and making fool to customers, just start car wash center i suggest them.

                  I need strong action against that person who really don't want to work in indian company and due to such employee public don't buying indian cars.

                    This is to inform you that due to an accident my tata tigor registration no. Up65 cy 6165 was handed over to service centre (Body shop) of m/s brijlex motors, lahartara, varanasi u. P. On 09/04/2018 for repair as the vehicle was purchased just two months before in january, 2018 and the vehicle is fully insured by m/s the new india assurance company, ltd. I was assured that the vehicle will be delivered latest by 18/04/2018 as the parts of rear end is to be replaced. I visit the service centre almost every alternate day, but tno repair work was yet started till date. The people posted there do not even pick up my phone and on visit tell me that the order has been placed with pune depot of the company and the same is not yet received.
                    You are requested to look into the matter urgently as i am in great mental and financial loss by this irrinsponsible act of your service centre and the service centre is blaming the pune spare part depot, pune for this deficiency in service.

We many times called them for pickup the car for service purpose but they not giving any response for it and getting late. And also they giving bad service to us, abt this we asking the staff & manager they not giving proper response for it. So we fully upset for this now we thinking why we buy the car from tata company.                           On 10.5.18 i took my car up 32 dz 1249 to tata goldrush, faizabad road, lucknow for some repairs. While taking delivery of my car at around 7 pm, i noticed a dent just above the front left tyre. Immediately i told the service advisor that the dent has been caused during repairs in the workshop. With some hesitation he said that he would check cctv footage to find whether the damage has been done during repairs in the workshop. Being a proud customer of tata motors for the last 7 years, i hope that my complaint would be viewed in true spirit and would be resolved at the earliest.

                              Tata tiago was delivered on may 04, 2018 but until (May 09, 2018) the authorized dealer (Trivandrum motors) could not register (Temporary also) to rto or failed to submit the relevant registration certificate, insurance etc to the customer after clearing payment (Full payment has been done april 15, and advance for billing has been given march 28).

                              Very bad service at trivandrum motors from beginning. Twice they didnt deliver the vehicle on commitment dates.

                                I purchased tiago car 6 months back. I had my car 1st service in gurgaon. At that time, no service center was available in faridabad. Now, my cars's 2nd service is due and still there is no autharized service center in faridabad. I am very much disappointed that every time for service i have to go to other city. Faridabad also is one of the metro cities. All other brands like maruti, hyundai, renault etc. Are having many dealers as well as many service centers. If this is the case, from next time onwards i will go for another brand. Open atleast one service center as well as one dealer in faridabad.

                                  Purchased tata zest rt in nov 2015 - anti theft alarm was erratic and could not be solved by pandit motors even after 5 times attendance - issue got resolved only after software code got automatically defused - loss of facility for me - problem of vehicle suddenly losing all speed to zero anytime anywhere not being resolved at national wheels since last one year - car given 5-6 times

                                  Need guidance to claim replacement of the vehicle as it is purely manufacturing defect which Tata Motors service team has not been able to solve and with two important features : Anti theft alarm and Vehicle losing speed to zero both being risky on life front and security front, I need replacement of vehicle - either TATA team does it amicably or I will demand this through consumer court

                                    I have complaing in my tata ace vehicle which i have purchased on 14-8-17 at mgs auto fab, lucknow.
                                    After then i make many complaints for the starting problem in my vehicle, but upto now it is not corrected.
                                    What can i do??

                                    The tata motors service centre employee tells nothing to resolve this problem. He kept my battery & told that to come after 2 weeks to know about battery position. If your battery changes then good, otherwise take your old battery & you purchase new one from market.
                                    Now my question is that, when my vehicle & battery is in gurantee then why should i purchase new one.

                                      I purchased tata hexa xt on dated 12.04.2017 but problem is that it's four rims are bend now and steering vibrates at speed 80 and above i lodged the complaint to tata motors but they are refusing how all the four rims can be bend there is no harsh driving they can check my car all others the things is fine even not a major dent in my car this is manufacturing problem. Should i go to consumer court.

                                      I still have the same problem and very disappointing for such type of response for such a old customer as I am purchasing tata commercial vehicle since 1987 and purchasing passenger vehicle since 1998.

                                        I had bought & regd tata nexon xz+ from kvr tata, kannur - took delivery on 8th jan 2018. Regd the vehicle in the name c harinarayanan. Initially i had booked for dual tone xz+, but recvd single tone due to delay in arrival of dual tone. The refund amt of rs 15k has not been given till date. No proper response for delay. Kindly revert to my complaint
