Car is just three weeks old bought it on 25th may 2018 and on the 15th june 2018 found a leakage in coolant pipe, the mechanic came on 16th june but could not repair and the car was towed to the service center on 17th june 2018 and the service center has said that the coolant hose pipe will be replaced but will be available in ten days and i will have to pay for the hose pipe and the coolant. My car is in the service center for more than a week.

    engine turning off while in driving mode

    This is to bring to your notice that our vehicle tata bolt – jk02bq 2949, top model which was purchased from fair deal motors, jammu in the year 2016 has been suffering from fatal issues which have put our life at risk. The problem has been repeatedly logged with the service centre staff and the manager namely sahil jamwal but to no avail.
    The car which is still as good as new had started giving trouble in the first year after purchase....

    Tata motors rolled out an offer for specific period on 150 anniversary, where as they have no cars available to be purchased.
    Enquired for tata nexon amt petrol at multiple dealers. They said there is a waiting of 6-8 weeks and there is no availability of the model. Anniversary offer was started just few days ago till 25 june. If there is no availability then why creating panic in market about offer and all. That too it's for full payment not on booking. Strange offer.

    We have enquired about a TATA Commercial vehicle named "TATA Yodha" and your salesman told that he will bring the vehicle for test drive within two days. But now one month have finished and that salesman didn't came with the vehicle. Now he is not attending the call. This is pure act of cheating.

      3rd free service were done at dealer pd cars bhavnagar, break related issues were not resolve even after 3 times visit. Even though i have given good feedback for dealer and given 8 out of ten and requested company to provide me solution for my pending issue. Company has shared audio clip with dealer and dealer forced to give 10 out of 10 then why feedback is taken by company. They can update fake feedback by own.
      I have taken 4 year amc from company but not getting issue resolved. I want to request to permit to get it repaired from local mechanic under warranty as now visit to dealer workshop is not worth.

        I booked a zest and i paid 65000 as initial payment and then the loan process has done i waited for 3weeks and then they had told tat my cibil score was not good and they rejected the loan.i wrote a letter to srt tata regarding to repay my amount and then they did not consider my issue later i shouted to a tl and then at a eveng i had a call from sales manager about repayment he told tat they charge 2000 for cancellation and this is not fair in other showrooms really this is cheating and i disappointed with the sales manager so i mail to customer support to repay my full amount as soon as possible .

        I booked a zest for commercial purpose they said to pay only 65000 and then balance as loan so i paid 65000 then my loan process were rejected and then i wrote a letter to srt tata to refund my amount 65000 im longing for three weeks for my payment but they are saying tomorrow monday tuesday and i fully broked and disappointed .And they were telling refundable amount is only 63000 and 2000 for cancellation for wat i have to pay 2000 .dont do like this to others tata then ur brand name will get destroyed . Kindly make to refund my total amount 65000 as soon as possible.my number [protected]

        Even now i just waited for past one month they are saying cheque is ready but Md has to sign.This is not my responsibility to get sign from ur md .i cancelled the booking so u have to return my money.im totally get stress in my inner soul, never do this to other people srt tata.i need my payment as soon as possible dont get cheated name on u .final complaint of me.i wont wait from here so do the customer need quick and get a sign give the cheque to me. today is 28/6/2018, so do response soon.Thank u

          Dear tata motors,

          I am a customer of tata tiago now.
          But i want to share my experience with the tata dealer prerana motors at btm layout, bengaluru. I opted to go for tata tiago xz through car lease and went for inquiry and got the proforma invoice amount to 6.13 lakh rupees believing in their false information that the tata june month offers have been included in the proforma and also they charged me on 16june-2018 that i need to give a booking amount of 11000 rupees and its completely refundable. I believed so and paid the amount through credit card.
          But later after two days i found that the offers is not included instead of saying that this offer is not applicable for car lease they simply charged me so i went and inquired with the manager-jayram and his explanation is not satisfactory and hi unruly behaviour he told to cancel if not required and i was very much broken speaking to that guy and decided to not go ahead with this dealer and told to cancel and refund the amount but he said that cannot be done and we need to take the cancellation charges and it may take 48hours. I have sent the mail to cancellation and my account details still now refund has not been received and they are asking the receipt amount 11000 rupees back. My car lease company orix (Cisco) has not yet arppoved or the order has been sent to rto or no process has been started on that yet they charge me for nothing giving false information just to improve the sales.

          Please take action against the branch manager and provide me the full refund of the amount.

          My tata manza reg no MH04FA9043 was given in was an workshop @ kandivali on 4/5/18 for body repair in perfectly running condition. Now after many days, they are claiming that there is engine failure and car is not working. I want my car to be handed over in running condition as it was given in the workshop

          Did you get the entire booking amount back? As i am facing the same issue now.
          I had almost paid the booking amount to Prerna Motors in bangalore when I noticed their illegal handling charges, compulsory amc and extended warranty. These thugs are looting the customers and demanding ransom money before releasing your car and Tata Motors is okay with it. Shame on you Tata Motors
          After all these horrible reviews about Tata Motors and their nationwide network of thugs, niether will I ever buy a Tata nor ask my friends and family to.
          I have made a booking for tigor xz with Tata Concorde patparganj with the booking amount of Rs . 5000. But due to loan sanction procedure problem, I won't able to purchase the car. So, I have to cancel my booking for the same.

          Please let me know what is the provision for deduction chargesof Tata motors in terms of booking cancellation ??

            Usha martin school, malda had booked a 712 (N/ac) bus through usha breco education infrastructure limited, malda for its school through tata motors tsm mr. Pawan and got the bus booked from durga auto mart, malda (Phone : [protected]) under rainbow scheme. As per the scheme hdfc bank which had provided 100% finance had remitted rs 17, 69, 603/- to durga auto mart, malda as full payment of 712 tata school bus, in april 2018 after the approval from tata motors under rainbow scheme.
            Thereafter, mr. Pawan ([protected]) tsm, tata motors of that region had been telling that the bus is not under production and pressuring the school to take 709 bus and also offered to give discount of rs 40, 000/- on that. When the school did not agree, he got a two years old 712 bus from some tata motors yard and offered to the school. The bus was in bad shape, even the dealer durga auto mart advised the school not to accept that bus. On that mr. Pawan offered to the school a discount of rs 2 lac. School did not take the bus.
            Now, today i. E 19th june 18, the principal of the school was called to inspect the bus and take it. On inspection it was found that it is a 709 bus. Now pawan tsm tata motors is saying that as the bus price of 709 is rs 20, 31, 410/- it will be give on the rate of 712 which was paid by the school for 712 in march 2018.
            The school wants 712 why tata motors is pressuring to take 709 where as today also 712 (N/ac) is being produced.
            Kindly resolve the issue and provide the school with 712 bus. As the school is already paying emi of the money paid to durga motors by hdfc bank.

              I have been a loyal customer since several years, and have been using the services from aadya motors. Should mention that service, whether during purchase of new car or servicing has been quite good.

              I had called up aadya motors towards 3rd week of march to book a service which was getting due. They informed that they are not taking any service bookings as there is a scheduled change of management and shall however call back once they resume accepting bookings.

              On 13th june, i got a call from adishakti motors saying that my car is due for service, i had requested for earliest available date and they confirmed on 14th.
              The car was picked up promptly and i recieved a call from the service advisor that the cost of service is rs 6400. The crm of the branch contacted and he mentioned that the free service has been lapsed and i need to pay the full amount. He was very stubborn and un willing to consider the fact that it was not my fault that there was a change of management and the fact that nobody called me back as was committed, is it expected from a customer that under such circumstances follows up with the branch on when the service bookings would be re started? The person went to the extent that it was my responsibility alone and should have opted for any other authorised centre any where in india.
              Reluctantly i had to agree to pay the full amount, as the person/agency did not seem to have any customer orientation. He promised the delivery at 730 pm yesterday, which did not happen, further he promised delivery today at 08.30 am. I had clearly told him that delivery has to happen before 10.30 am, as otherwise there shall be no body at home. Totally mismanaged nobody turned up but started calling at 11 am asking to take the delivery inspite of specific instructions.
              Finally the person comes at 4.30 and refuses to accept cash, which was told to the crm as the option for settling the bill. The person after taking the card says that does the card have cash, as he is not able to do the transaction, does one handover a card without cash loaded? This is more than embarassing. Finally he tries one more time and settlement goes thru.

              Should say that the whole experience is horrifying, in fact it made no difference to the crm when i mentioned that i will never step in to adishakti for all these defeciency in service.

              Further i tried mutlilple times to register a complaint in tata motors website, was showing as system error.
              Had called up the toll free number, the lady was polite in saying that she will ask the complaint cell to call me back. Have been waiting for a call the whole day and since nobody has called as yet, the above mail.

              I dont think this is what tata motors would want their customers to go thru..
              Hope to get a revert!!

              Ref trail mail, and further would like to state that the only...
              Complaint about the car to be attended which was clearly explained / written while taking delivery as well as to the service advisor was that the front left side door is not opening from inside. While i got a call on completion of service, further followed up on status of this complaint and was confirmed that this was done.

              Quite reflective of the approach and effectiveness, sad to say that the complaint has not been attended as yet. Further today morning i did call up the concerned person and reported that this issue has not been attended, he has the audacity to say that it has been attended to and refuse to even accept my point.

              A true case of adding insult to injury!

              I would now leave it to the concerned at tata motors management to approach the complaint in whatever way the company feels appropriate
              Appreciate a revert!

                I purchased a TIAGO XZ model car from Johnson Automobiles, Sonai Road, Silchar on July 11, 2016 and the warranty is for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The Registration No of my car is AS 11 L 0098. On 13th of this month I noticed some malfunctioning of the power windows of both the front doors of the car. I approached the only authorised service provider, the Johnson Automobiles, Sonai Road, Silchar for repair. The said authorised service provider told me that they were unable to correct the fault, for they were not provided with the spare parts by Tata Motors. On the same day I sent I mail to the customer care, Tata Motors, but nothing was done. Today, I sent another mail to the Customer Care of Tata Motors but a reply is awaited. I am quite not sure what is to be done under such circumstances. Should I send mail to the Chairman of the Tata Motors or should I approach the consumer court. It has become difficult to use the car with both the front doors windows closed all the same time. Sending this mail with the hope that due attention will be paid to the problem that I have been confronted with.

                  1 dear sir, i had taken your above car for test drive. Arun your dealer assured me that it will be delivered through csd by mid june 18.
                  Accordingly, i paid rs 17000/= and booked. After that arun is not responding to our calls.
                  2. We are fed of him and have no option but to lodge an fir against him.
                  3. Pl send your rep to meet me or call me forthwith. This shoul d never happen with such a reputed co. Like tata.

                    I have given my car for repair work

                    - 28th may 2018 - given car for repair
                    -29th may 2018 - no feedback even after 2 times followup
                    -30th may 2018 - got the status update
                    - 31st may 2018 - given all documents and details for insurance processing
                    -8th may 2018 - after followup got update that insurance approval received
                    -16th may 2018 - after followup got update that - part ordered

                    But there is no date when part will be delivered and no eta.

                    Can you please look into this and expedite the process for early delivery of vehicle.

                    Since last 21 days my car is at service center and daily i am struggling for office commute and spending money for cab.

                    According to advisory - once part is received 2-3 hrs of work is there to solve the problem.

                    So much delay is this tata motors - service standard?

                    I had trust in tata brand but due to such instances no more trust on this such well known brand.

                    Hope you will provide me regular update and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                    I received response from service center saying part is ordered and waiting for part.

                    The response received from TATA Motors is the same status which I have provided in my complaint. They have not provided anything new.

                    Even TATA AIG insurance executive called and he said he has said over phone that he has provided approved on 1st June 2018.
                    But when I checked at service station they have shown that they have raised part request on 8th June and part ordered on 11th June.

                    So if Insurance executive is providing correct date then this is clear delay by service department team and part supplying team who has ordered part after 10 days and yet to be delivered.

                    I want
                    1. When my car can be delivered to me?
                    2. Reason why there is so much delay ?
                    3. Daily I am struggling for my daily commute due to un availability of the car and spending money on cab. As I understand time require for repair work is not much but this is due to delay in insurance processing and part delivery what is alternative that you can provide to me. I am not able to drop my kid for his classes and also due to rainy season I am facing lot of trouble.
                    It is clear harassment by Service department and Tata motors.

                    So expect response for these points.
                    And expect that you will not close the ticket until customer has confirmed to do so.
                    Also want to inform you that I am going to take this issue with consumer forum.

                    I am still waiting for response from Tata Motors Service department.

                    - today is 27th day since I have given car for repair.
                    - Insurance company (TATA AIG) person said he has given approval in 1 day
                    - Part order was raised after 14 day since car was given for repair.

                    this is absolutely not professional - if this is the way people from such a well known Indian brand is going to sever customer then it is better not to go for TATA vehicles in future.

                    I was having free service for my new car Tata Tigor but the service center people told me that I have to pay for it. I have purchased the car only two months back.
                    This was not expected from a big name TATA.

                        Dear team

                        I had taken my suv for the 1st servise on 5th june'18 to the arya motors gurugram.
                        There i mentioned for teflon coating and also mentioned the cruise control on staring and near to the gare the round control cruise, dynamic, rough road panel was not working.
                        I also told him after purchasing the car i also faced the same type of problem at that point of time i received a call from arya motors showroom for the sales feedback and i told him that i right now i am facing the problem of cruise control problem and he told me i will ask technical team to call you up but no call received till 30 mins the i switched off the car and again restart it. Then it's working fine.
                        But after the service i asked the executive all work done fine he said yes.
                        I was in hurry. He said sir i have taken the test drive now it's working fine we have updated the software.
                        Then while coming back i checked the cruise control system it was not working.
                        Then i called him he said sir we will send someone to check but no one came.
                        Again after 2-3 days i called him he said i was on leave will join tomorrow then i will send someone.
                        On 12th june'18 i received a call from customer care arya motors regarding the service feedback i told her all the things and gave 0 points to the service. And she told me i will ask some seniors to give you a call back.
                        But no call received till date. And nor the things get resolved.

                        Pls ask the team to get it resolved and also the coating was not up to the mark.

                          I booked tigor car from concorde motors patparganj delhi.
                          They cheated me as they are not delivering the car on promised date.
                          Secondly,
                          Now when i wants to cancel my booking,
                          They are not refunding my booking amount
                          They are saying that do whatever you want to do we will not return your full amount.
                          They are deducting 20000 rs which is against rule.
                          I wants to talk with there head.

                            I have bought tata tiago xz on 4th april from krishnanagar outlet of lexus motors ltd. 209, ajc bose road, kolkata-700017. Its more than 75 days but the dealer is not getting my car registered. They have not given me invoice or tcr. I have bought it with car loan from uco bank. A copy of tax invoice was sent to the bank by the dealer. My car chasis number - mat626281jkc27317. They had been dillydallying for months. Now they are taking my calls either. Worst experience for me. I am unable to use my car as it is yet to be registered.

                                I recently purchased tata nexon xm (Petrol) model from concorde motors in december 2017. From the beginning i’v had issues with the fuel economy and the same has been told to the service executive. Even after three visits the problem persists.                                   I had handed over my indica vista reg no wb26r7312 to tc motors, kolkata 700136 on 12/06/2018 for ac cooling problem. On 12/06/2018, they informed cooling coil problem. On 14/06/18, after my enquirey, they have informed that cooling is not proper, may be fault of our parts. Again in the evening, they are telling that there may be fault in compressor.
                                  Pl tell me if this is the expertise of your service people, how customer believe on your co. Moreover for one ac repairing they are keeping my car for indefinite period. Pl take up the matter with the tc motors authority, otherwise, i will lodge fir to police station for in authorising detention of my car for long time.

                                    I took my tatasafari - up-63-p-2428 for repair to ok motors mirzapur on 05.06.2018. The vehicle was not starting and outside mechanics were not able to find out the problem. They advised me to send the vehicle to authorised dealer as they did not have the software to locate the problem. Vehicle was inspected by the dealers mechanic with the tata safari software for fault location. It did not show any fault and i was told that manual wiring check was required and it may take a few days. On 09.06.2018 i was told that fault had been found and corrected but the clutch of the vehicle was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. I agreed. However when today i went to take the vehicle. I was given a bill of around rs - 40000/-. When i enquired about the bill i was told that all four injectors were got repaired from outside hence the additional charges. No information was given to me either telephonically or through sms nor my consent was sought. When asked about the same, they tried to brazen it out that i was informed. However when i asked to provide proof of call or sms to me, they started passing the buck around. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle today as they refused to reduce charges for unauthorized work. Now they have sent a sms that parking charges @ rs-250/- per day will be charged. I request the company to intervene in the matter and charges for unauthorised work be reduced from the bill. I will happily pay for the requested work.

                                    No response at all from tata motors. They do not even have the curtsey to even contact me and hearout my complaint. CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE TATA MOTORS LEAVES A LOT TO DESIRE. Well with this kind of apathy toward the customers doesn't portend well for the company. Already the market share of the company is dwindling. Such lack of custpmer service accelerate the decline.

                                      This is regarding the periodic breakdown of tata tiago 1.05 l diesel car due to faulty fitment of parts. My car is just 1 year and 10 months old. Just 15 days back ac compressor pipe of my car got cracked releasing all the refrigerant gas due to interference of pipe with the front bumper. Today just after 15-18 days, the car failed to start and when checked by the electrician the front wiring cracked due to interference with the battery terminal. These incidents show the poor fitment design of the parts of tiago as if parts are forced amongst each other in the car. One cannot trust tiago for long drives. Moreover, tata dealership took more than 3 days to diagnose the fault with electric wiring which i believe was merely a task of few hours. I am completely unhappy with such periodic breakdowns and planning to switch the brand.
