Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given my Tata Ace ( UP14GT-1884 ) for service at United Mechanical, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P on 2nd July-2018.
When I received the vehicle after service, I was surprised to see the
poor washing of the vehicle. No one has done anything inside the cabin
of vehicle and it was found very dirty at the time of delivery. My
driver has told me that on asking about cleaning it, he has been denied by
the service people, and he has been told that vehicle will not be cleaned from inside as they don't have the polish and air pressure with them.
If this is the quality of service provided by Tata, then I am sorry
to say that I have taken a wrong decision to get the vehicle serviced
at your service station.
Kindly provide the alternative means

Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today again after calling up showroom, they are telling me to go to RTO, search the agent, stand in line with other agents & get signature from some RTO official, else pay Rs. 2000/- to some showroom agent to get the work done.
I would have payed 2000 in beginning itself, if I would have been told of all this trouble to get TATA car, but at this stage I will not pay even a single rupee extra.
PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, & TO GET MY 6 LACS BACK FROM SHOWROOM. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE TROUBLE FROM YOUR SHOWROOM.
