I had to run from one RTO official to another & had to spend 2 hours at local police station, because showroom employees did not clarify the required documents at the time of booking & payment.
It was utter mental harassment, to take leave from office & do my vehicle registration on my own, which the dealer is supposed to be doing.
I would never recommend anyone to buy A TATA car, after facing such bad experience. Other automotive companies are working towards customer delight & here the showroom staff is least bothered about customer, once payments are made.

I have not yet received the vehicle, I have booked the vehicle after paying full amount upfront & now the showroom staff has stopped providing any assistance.

Today again after calling up showroom, they are telling me to go to RTO, search the agent, stand in line with other agents & get signature from some RTO official, else pay Rs. 2000/- to some showroom agent to get the work done.

I would have payed 2000 in beginning itself, if I would have been told of all this trouble to get TATA car, but at this stage I will not pay even a single rupee extra.

PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, & TO GET MY 6 LACS BACK FROM SHOWROOM. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE TROUBLE FROM YOUR SHOWROOM.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have given my Tata Ace ( UP14GT-1884 ) for service at United Mechanical, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P on 2nd July-2018.

    When I received the vehicle after service, I was surprised to see the
    poor washing of the vehicle. No one has done anything inside the cabin
    of vehicle and it was found very dirty at the time of delivery. My
    driver has told me that on asking about cleaning it, he has been denied by
    the service people, and he has been told that vehicle will not be cleaned from inside as they don't have the polish and air pressure with them.

    If this is the quality of service provided by Tata, then I am sorry
    to say that I have taken a wrong decision to get the vehicle serviced
    at your service station.
    Kindly provide the alternative means

          I was got an email of job alert of tata motors from www.careesma.in. Job was posted by Sixsence H.R. Solutions Pvt.ltd. Along with job details contact number was also mentioned in www.careesma.in. I was just called this number Mr karan picked the call. He said you need to come Delhi with 3050 registration amount which is refundable with your 1st salary, 4 photo & CV. I went Delhi on 29.05.2018. After my interview the interviewer taken 3050 rupees & provide me receipt & said within 10-15 you will recieve a call for joining in tata motors. 1month passed no call come. Its address Sixsence H.R.             Dear tata motor
            I have purchased brand new tata tiago xz petrol white colour 04 january 2018 while i was ordering i was informed that the higher end car consists of boot light where as two days prior to the delivery i was informed that nowadays new car wont be available with boot light. Now to ge that boot light facility the dealer is asking me to pay the additional amount.
            Kindly look into this issue asap.

                I have taken my car tata indigo to sudarshan motors at kon gaon kalyan, maharashtra for engine over heating problem. They prepared a long job sheet saying the whole engine job has to be done, ecm/ ecu to replace & they gaurantee me after this work is done ur car will work very fine & also u will get a good average. After almost 2 months of repair work they hand over my vehicle to me. After couple of day the same problem of engine over heating started again. They have cheated me & also charged rs. 1 lacs from me for repair work.

                I need full investigation in this case & also my money back or get the complete work done with complaint or else i have to take this matter to next level.

                  Concorde motor baner pune has taken 5000 rs charges for tata nexon which they are denying to refund or even denying to give invoice... I am really troubled with these charges and when disputed the same with the manager he was really very pathetic and manner less to explain and bluntly denied of giving back the money... I don’t what to do and where to complaint about this so writing this post here... May be if someone can guide me here before i lodge a complaint in police station.

                        Iam resident of Miraroad, I have purchased a car from concorde motors dadar, Prabhadevi they have fooled me given me old car in the name of new car taken amount of 5 lacsfor the car, i am paying 15 k emi for it and from the first day it is facing an issue something or the else, now they have taken my car this time for servicing for 15 days hve passed, how will i earn my bread and butter and also forcing me to pay emi on time. I wanted to file to replace it with new car or i wanted my money back . this incident took place when i bought the car on 22nd feb 2018 and they have taken for servicing on 18th June2018 yet not received .From the date of purchase i have been servicing 6-7 times every month

                          Please don't buy any cars from omkar motors sasaram bihar. These people had cheated me. During car delivery they had charged 18000 thousand extra amount for processing and handing charge this is not fair. I request tata motors to take a legal action against this dealer.

                            Just hardly 2 month into purchase of nexon xt petrol, the car developed a problem with regards to starting the engine. After a visit to servicing centre twice and keeping the car overnite once the problem is not rectified. Met the service manager and mechanic, but no proper solution is in sight. The problem still persists and made a visit to service centre again today 29.06.2018 but could not meet the sm and call too not responding.
                            Was proud to own a nexon now that pride is giving way to shame!

                              I have a tata zest xt bought in 2016.

                              Had a problem with car that car is not starting - so given car in tata concord motors tathavade, pune service center on 28th may.
                              Issue found was wires were cut by rat or dog.

                              Today is 28th june still wiring work is not completed, there is very poor response from tata motors team.

                              This is disgusting - looking at such response and behavior from tata team we really need to think if we should think 2-3 times while buying tata vehicle.

                                As tata brand is very reputed moreover its indian. I trust u n purchase this model. But got harrasment only in all ways.

                                [protected]st serving done. Nayan service engineer at nalbari bhagyashree found the same issue. Without solving the problem delivered car to me. Interestingly job card not provided me.

                                [protected] due the starring lock issue i have to face accident n some how myselfe escaped and got damaged back side of my car.

                                After this i am bound to lodge a complain. Now the vendor asking my car but without any pickup recieving copy.
                                Vendor should replace all damage n defect part with car pickup acknowledgement. Hope this is justified.

                                  I booked tata ace at lawrence automotive pvt ltd, near vasavi college, erode on 14.06.2018. My finance payment credited to the dealer on 20.06.2018. But still now (27.06.2018) the vehicle is not delivered to me. Utr no is hsbcr[protected]. Dealer told me that due to billing delay of gold color ace gold delivery is late. I am really unsatisfied..

                                    Fe. Showed on techo meter @ 25% height then actule full to full tank measurmed total km. Runn / filling of ltr. Of petrol system it is cheating techometer app based cheating... What to do any justification or clearification from tata motor? I find on techometer @20kmpl and full to full tank menual calculated @15kmpl on heigh way drive so in city must be 10 full to full system as techometer shows less then 13 most of the time

                                      I m mr. Sunil mahajan owner of tata zest xms (Mh15 ex6798) purchased in december 2015. There is some problem with the shock absorbers. Front shock absorber's balance rod of left side has broken yesterday... Of right side has already broken 5 months ago... As tata brand is very reputed i trust u n purchase this model.. N there is no problem with the driving as i m always driving my car.. So as per my opinion its the fault of company that within 2years i have replaced both the shock absorbers.. Pls kindly note this n provide the applicable refund... I m ur very old customer n so pls take the concern action...

                                        In response to my first complaint, i got a mail from trivandrum motors, saying that i purchased the car when the offer for 1 gram gold coin was not there. I have copy of offer letter written by the executive mr. Pranav of trivandrum motors, clearly mentioning about the 1 gram gold coin offer eligible to me. I can send you the copy of same. This is clear cheating from sales team of trivandrum motors.

                                        I am using tata ace mega 2017, but due to engine fault it causing lot of problems to me. in its turbo specialty it creating lot of faults. it is using lot of engine oils during driving. and in service centre chandigarh, turbo fault occurs again and again from their behalf. no tell me what is the solution for this???
