Tata nexon diesel xz+ 5861 km old has faced engine failure yesterday. Have been soured and identified a engine failure, I regert for buying this vehicle.
Tata should have found the quality failure before launching the vehicle. One of 'n' costumers can face it but consumer faces it once and loose hope on the whole brand . I have posted on social media which is of no use and is being removed of the time lines and not responded too.

This is a painful scene when your trusting in national brand and getting screwed by technical terms.

      brake oil leakage

      With reference to the above subject, i have purchased tata tiago from concorde motors- Mysore road three months ago.

      I was shocked to know that my vehicle brake oil was leaking when i was driving in a national highway. I have just driven 1500 Kms, but the vehicle has already started giving problem. I just missed an accident due to your faulty vehicle.

      I had taken tata nexon XZA+ petrol on 14th july. in its interior i had not found the 12V charging point at the back side of seats. i have only one 12V charger point in it. while in it advertisement they are showing two 12V charger point. plz do needful and guide me what to about it. i am attaching the photo of it. i had seen two charger point in demo car in TATA show room.

        It's been only one week since I bought Tata Nexon
        XZ and already I am facing issues with electric system and controls of Car.
        One day Horn suddenly started sounding on its own while I was driving and stopped on its own after 5-6 min.
        One morning suddenly AC switch decided not to work and after 2-3 restart it fortunately started working.
        One day it took 5 clicks to open the rear boot.
        The display on music system hangs on multiple occasion.

            Bought Tata Nexon Diesel XZ+ in November 2017. Done with second servicing & Crossed 11k+ kms.
            Recently from 10 days, while vehicle is moving, giving sudden Jerks / pauses..
            Don't know why.
            I fear something is seriously wrong with the clutch or the engine..
            Recently viewed a similar complaints online from Nexon.. However no resolution provided...
            Didn't expect this kind of performance from my loyal brand of Tata vehicle ...
            Yet to visit near by service center...

                  I purchased Tata Tiago on march2017. On 11/07/2018, while I was driving, someone noticed that the petrol from my car was leaking.
                  If he hasn't warned me the car might have been in flames with me. The petrol is spreaded over entire engine cabinet but by God's grace the car not got fired.
                  Then I called roadside assistance and sent the car to the service station. Today I got a call from service station stating that the both petrol line is damaged by a rodent and they asked me to pay INR 2500.(high rate)

                  My question here is, "if I pay the amount, will they provide a hose which is rodent proof"? Even for domestic gas, we use a house that cannot be tampered by rodents. And I checked few of my friends car and all those companies provide a metal cover over the petrol tube that is tamper proof.

                  Only Tata Tiago has a cheap petrol line that is life threatening.

                      Respected Sir / Madam,
                      Hi! This is S.Vijayaraghavan working as Branch Head, Punjab National Bank, Trichy WB Road Branch. I am a first time car buyer and my first experience turned out to be a horrible one. Tata Motors and their vehicle was superb as ususal, but the problem is your dealer again. Being nation’s largest fully indigenous vehicle manufacturer without any tie-up of MNCs, TATA MOTORS is failing big on its dealers.
                      I have purchased TATA TIGOR XZ (O) Petrol vehicle from your authorised dealer M/s Kaveri Garage Private Limited, Trichy on 25.05.2018. The vehicle details are as below:
                      Chassis No: MAT629301JKD32236 & Engine No.REVTRN05DRYK30477.
                      I have been completely cheated by the executive Mr.Amalan and Mr.Biju Paul, the showroom incharge was very rude to me and he is not even bothered to hear my issue for almost a month. I am very much upset over this and I pity the service of TATA to a branch head of nationalised bank and I pity much on common man as a customer of TATA. I am wondering how much deep is the root of this organised loot by your dealers.
                      When I initially approached the showroom, I have been explained about the pricing by the dealer executive, Mr.Amalan as below:

                      Road Tax, registration and Road Safety tax 71, 396
                      Insurance 23, 058

                      And he has promised that the following discounts will be made available for us:

                      Discount in Insurance Price 11, 578/- (insurance priced at Rs.11, 480/-)
                      Cash Discount 10, 000/-
                      Corporate Offer 4, 000/-
                      In the form of free Accessories to the tune of 5, 000/-
                      Total 30, 578/-

                      But they informed me the proforma invoice will be for actual cost and they promised me to refund all the promised discounts through cheque to me.
                      But to my shock, I have been cheated completely on various aspects as below.

                      1. The ex-showroom price of the vehicle as invoice dated 23.05.2018 is Rs.6, 13, 631/-. No refund given still, but I have paid for Rs.6, 40, 960/-.
                      2. The insurance cost is Rs.14, 750/- but whereas I have been informed the insurance amount as Rs.11, 480/- earlier. I have not been informed the reasons for escalation of insurance cost. No refund given still, but I have paid for Rs.23, 058/-
                      3. The cost of fast tag has been shown as Rs.600/- but on enquiry the actual cost of fast tag is Rs.500/-. All other RMC and their dealer and even our bank is selling fast tag at Rs.500/-. I have been cheated of Rs.100/- in fast tag also.
                      4. The biggest cheating has taken place in Road Tax and registration only. The road tax has been paid to RTO at Rs.64, 097/- as per Registration copy. There is no proper explanation given by dealer still. Mr.Amalan, Executive informs the remaining is Handling charges. I think you may be well aware of Supreme Court Judgement on Handling charges. How come Rs.7, 299/- can be handling charges. This is daylight robbery.
                      5. Your dealer has fitted the free accessories only as promised to the tune of Rs.5, 330/-.
                      6. Additionally I have asked them to Fit the accessories such as seat cover etc to the tune of Rs.9, 039/-, which I have asked them to adjust in the refund amount pending.
                      On a whole, the total refund required is as tabulated as below: (in Rs.)

                      In total, my refund tune of Rs.37, 267/- is pending from the dealer for past one month. You are requested to intervene at the earliest and instruct them to pay the amount within a week’s time along with car loan interest for a month at ROI of 8.90%. Failing which, I will approach consumer court with your dealer as first party and TATA motors as second party.

                        Tata need to improve their services alot.
                        As i purchased tata tiago around 1.5 months ago and at that time they told me that stereo system is not available and they told me that it will be available in next 10 days..but its around 45 days and still stereo is not in the stock and they are not allowing us to get it fixed from outside as they saying if we do that warranty will go void and even if we call to customer care they put our phone on hold..and there is complain against a service executive named MAHESH KUMAR, AADI SHAKTI cars, HEBBAL branch, OPPOSITE LUMBINE GARDEN, BENGALURU. Strict actions should be taken against him as he was not at all helpful.

                          Recently I bought a Tata HEXA XTA high end model from Concorde Motors of Tata in the city of Bangalore. Starting from the day one I am suffering from pathetic customer experience and quality of the car and the service.
                          Recently (last two weeks) I am trying to book my VERY 1st SERVICE with them and till date no one is co-operating with me. There are so many complaints in the car (like squeaking sound while applying the break, Acceleration) and still no one co-operates. I even drove the car to the service station but there were no supervisor, no engineer and the mechanic just told me to leave the car and go. Mind it, it is just 4500 km driven car. I am seriously disappointed and thinking of going to court unless I receive the service in next 48 hours.

                            we have bought tata jeep no.Gj-05-bx-4587 from shree ambica auto sales & service, amboli, surat, gujarat.On dt.16/06/2017 but we cannot setisfide because we have 9 time take for repairing purpose and warranty now finished but our problem cannot solved then we pay payment also but cannot setisfide at present ou r vehicle cannot run so what can we do now? we cannot understand what we do.

                              It hasn't been even 2 months since i bought my tata nexon xm petrol. And now I'm having
                              1. engine starting problem.
                              2. A very weird clanking noise from d front tyre side
                              3. And various body sounds.

                              Now are those manufacturing defects? If yes then can d car b replaced? The mechanic told me those issues are minor and present in every nexon.
                              If such is d case then why are they selling the car with such known defects fooling us the poor public.
                              Very very disappointed with tata motors.

                                I have bought a tata aria used car and my troubles starts from there after it was the worst experience i had have with any automobile that I have used the vehicle isn't even a little reliable it had brokedown several times and had left me and my family in the middle of travel and had most un resonable service charges i had ever seen. once it brokedown the next day i had finished periodic service and wearable part change worth about 50000 from tata authorized service center focuz kottayam kerala i have been fed up with this thing that you calls a car after spending nearly 2 lakhs on maintenance only
                                within an year of ownership and as a humble request i asks you to stop the manufacturing such cars if you can't even provide half a decent service and learn form other companies like toyota, suzuki, or even ford about the basics of producing a reliable vehicle or how to provide a decent sevice
                                this complaint nothing but a letter faced by many similar owners

                                  I had to run from one RTO official to another & had to spend 2 hours at local police station, because showroom employees did not clarify the required documents at the time of booking & payment.
                                  It was utter mental harassment, to take leave from office & do my vehicle registration on my own, which the dealer is supposed to be doing.
                                  I would never recommend anyone to buy A TATA car, after facing such bad experience. Other automotive companies are working towards customer delight & here the showroom staff is least bothered about customer, once payments are made.

                                  I have not yet received the vehicle, I have booked the vehicle after paying full amount upfront & now the showroom staff has stopped providing any assistance.

                                  Today again after calling up showroom, they are telling me to go to RTO, search the agent, stand in line with other agents & get signature from some RTO official, else pay Rs. 2000/- to some showroom agent to get the work done.

                                  I would have payed 2000 in beginning itself, if I would have been told of all this trouble to get TATA car, but at this stage I will not pay even a single rupee extra.

                                  PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, & TO GET MY 6 LACS BACK FROM SHOWROOM. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE TROUBLE FROM YOUR SHOWROOM.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have given my Tata Ace ( UP14GT-1884 ) for service at United Mechanical, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P on 2nd July-2018.

                                    When I received the vehicle after service, I was surprised to see the
                                    poor washing of the vehicle. No one has done anything inside the cabin
                                    of vehicle and it was found very dirty at the time of delivery. My
                                    driver has told me that on asking about cleaning it, he has been denied by
                                    the service people, and he has been told that vehicle will not be cleaned from inside as they don't have the polish and air pressure with them.

                                    If this is the quality of service provided by Tata, then I am sorry
                                    to say that I have taken a wrong decision to get the vehicle serviced
                                    at your service station.
                                    Kindly provide the alternative means
