I have booked tata nexon xm red colour on 12 feb 2018 at shree vasu automobiles. Meerut & i have done the complete payment on 28 feb 2018. I want the delevery on 5 march but till date i have not received the car. They are not giving the satisfactory answer to me. So please have a look on this matter. Dealers assured offers like basic packages, aero kit etc, while tata motors providing offers upto one lakh rupees 31/03/2018. We made payment on 27.02.2018. We didn't get any offers like that. I have purchased tata tiago on 22nd feb 2018 and tyres are showing several cracks. I have photos also but could not attach due to size problem. There are numbers of cracks in all four tyres. I have buyed tata tiago on 12th aug 2016 from autovikas delhi.
I have also taken the car loan, as per tata advisor mr. Vikram, mr. Suresh we can finish the car loan after 18 months without any extra charges.
Now when i go to icici bank for prepayment of car loan they charge extra i. E 5.9% of remaining balance for closing the loan.
