I have booked TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model on dated 18.03.2018 with Gudipadva Offer and paid Rs. 9, 000/- as token money to the following dealer:

M/s Wasan Motors Pvt. Ltd., Unit 3 & 4, Blue Rose Ind. Estate, Western Express Highway, Opp: Maghthane Bus Depot, Borivali (East), Mumbai-400066 Email ID: [protected]@wasanonline.com, Tel.:[protected].

At the time of car booking, the dealer committed that the booked vehicle will be delivered in the last week of March, 2018. However, till date the dealer has not yet supplied the booked vehicle, stating that this model is not yet received from Tata Motors. Now, the dealer is insisting to purchase the same (booked) model having manufacturing year 2017. Alternatively, the dealer states that, on receipt of booked vehicle from M/s Tata Motors, the same will be delivered without Gudipadva Offer at new prize.

My complaint is that, when I booked TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model with Gudipadva offer, I must receive booked model as committed, because I am not responsible for late delivery to dealer by M/s Tata Motors.

Please solve my complaint immediately.

My original complaint is on dt. 10.04.2018. In the meantime I received calls from Tata Motors as well as from dealer. However, no concrete solution given by anyone. In this connection, I update my complaint as under:

At the time of booking of TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model on dated 18.03.2018, the dealer offered (Gudipadwa Offer) on road price of Rs. 5, 52, 000/- (Rs. 5, 09, 000/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value). In addition to this, the dealer has offered free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust). The calculation sheet given by dealer is uploaded herewith.

Now, in the month of April, 2018, the dealer suddenly denied the above offer and given new on road price of Rs. 5, 80, 102/- (Rs. 5, 37, 102/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value). In addition to this, the dealer verbally offered free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust). The dealer states that, M/s Tata Motors has not supplied booked car (as per my choice) before 31.03.2018, increased the prices w.e.f. 01.04.2018 and withdrawn Gudipadva offer, hence the increase in price.The calculation sheet given by dealer is uploaded herewith.

From the above, it is clear that, the dealer is demanding me extra Rs. 28, 102/-. In this connection, it is to state that, I have already taken loan and incurring interest burden thereof without any fault from my end. Similarly, why I should pay extra Rs. 28, 102/- when I am not anyway in fault. This is a clear case of cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE by the dealer.

I again request you to deliver me TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE (current manufacturing) immediately at a on road price of Rs. 5, 52, 000/- (Rs. 5, 09, 000/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value) along with free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust) as per dealers commitment on dt. 18.03.2018.

If my complaint is not solved immediately, then I will file a Police complaint and take legal action in the matter, which please note.

    It is really disappointing to see the laid back approach of Concorde motors in processing the formalities for delivery of vehicle. It was promised by the sales rep that the vehicle was in stock and delivery would be made in 02 working days after issuing the PO. However, it is really disappointing to see slow/ laid back approach resulting in non-delivery of my car even after 10 days of PO...The goal post keep getting shifted with false promises and the excitement of taking delivery of a new car is absolutely lost...no wonder tata motors not selling cars as much as or in line with fantastic product line up!! What really needed @ tata or sales team is the change in attitude...or simply change in customer care philosophy :((

      Dear tata motors,
      I visited your service center swan motors sonipat haryana. For washing of car they didn’t have the proper washing facility as there lift was not working. After asking from the service manager he told me that lift is not working since long time. Also they had not the spray gun for paint at bottom of car. They had only one gun in a big center.
      I am not happy with the service provided by you. Now tata company comes in market again. They launch there new techologies. Costomers now start trust on you but due to your service center your name will be sink.

        Dear sir,

        I had taken a car loan from tmf which has repaid back in full in time.

        A few cheques of the emis had bounced due to an internal error on the part of tmf as under: -

        1. A letter by the tmf acknowledging this error.
        2. No dues issued to me without realising any due to late payments due to bouncing of cheques as the same bounced to acknowledged error on the past of tmf.
        3. A mail from tmf customercare acknowleging that the cibil has been informed, yet cibil has confirmed that they have received no confirmation regarding the outstanding issue from tmf.
        Unfortunately as the bouncing of cheques has been reflected on cibil, my score has suffered due to which home loan has been effected.

        In view of foregoing, i would be grateful if the cibil could be informed that the cheque bouncing was not due to my fault and the same be removed from my account.

          It is very surprising to me that my insurance of car is not NIL dept. How it is possible? Any New car or any brand car is covered in NIL debt policy only and my car has not been done by Tata Motors.

          Post the below incident the Tata Motors has informed me that my car insurance is not NIL debt.

          During the sales time, I had confirmed two things. (1) Is my car insurance is 100%? and (2) Is Third Party insurance is 100%?. Yes was answer given by Sales person. So post accident it has come to my knowledge that it was very casual approach and a false commitment from your end. This is a very serious crime.

          From last 1 month am in discussing this issue with each and every person in Tata Motors but nobody is bothered to revert on the same.

          I need immediate solution for it as every time a new issues is coming out from day I have taken a Tata Car. If now within 2 days my all issues are not resolved I will not hesitate in escalate the issue to MD of company and file legal complaint in consumer foram. Will also raise a complaint in IRDA for false insurance commitments.

          hi mr kunal,
          i have faced the same issue with my dealer also in kolkata.i booked my car at march and all was well.after exchange my price was set at 6.40lac tigor xz(o) petrol.2 days later my dealer called and informed me regarding free insurance offer from tata motors so another discount of 27k.i thought free means they gonna provide me with the same insurance that is bumber to bumper for free.atleast this is what free means right?i never asked for any further discounts specially compromising insurance..then 2 days back when i got my invoices i found that the insurance amount is only 9410 of icici lombart.they provided me with a third party insurance and without even informing me.i have already lodged a complaint with tata motors.now if they fails to resolve then i will too take this matter to consumer court in no time.Tata motors-what the hell is this??your dealers are misguiding us this way.its a complete fraud issue..its a logical thing that a new car owner wil defintly expect insurance with B2B coverage and its not logical, this is what everyone in india does with new car and what the hell is this???who asked you guys to provide it for free??if you wanna give free then give discounts nah or give.strictly in love with tigor.no complaints at all regarding this but this kind of fraud i aint gonna tolerate.not only me no one can..so its upto you guys what you wanna do

          I purchased mega in 2016 and zip in 2017.
          Per dono per kuch na kuch kaam aata hi ragtag hain. Means abhi sahi karwai
          Aur kal kharab kya business kare Yaah pooja Kere Idhar se finance toh time per emi lene aa jate hain per business toh chal hi nahi raha gadiya kharab.
          I will file case against tata if tata not resolved problem quickly.

            I was purchasing a tata naxon car bearing chasis no. Mat627221jlb06713on 27 march 2018 from ashutosh motor, tezpur. But within a week, dhy sharp of my car was brokedown without any rough running. What kind of cheap product was provide by tata motor.                 dealer not invoicing the vehicle due to future high price change

                I issued a full down payment cheque on Monday, 26 March 2018 towards purchase of Tata Tigor XZA 1.2 Petrol. The payment was realised on Tuesday morning in my bank account. Till today afternoon, i.e. 3 April 2018, the Insurance was issued, leave aside the delivery of the vehicle. I am unable to understand why Tata Motors takes 5 working days to issue a simple car insurance policy. Till date there is absolutely no commitment from Concorde Motors as to on what date the delivery would be done. I called up the Tata Motors Helpline ([protected]), today afternoon, to register a complaint pertaining to the Dealer for his no response. According to the lady on the help line, there is no such showroom of Concorde Motors at Ghodbunder road, Owale, Thane. I was shocked to hear that with a fear that have a issued a cheque to a con dealer in Thane. inspite of repeated 2 to 3 calls daily since 27 March 2018 ( 8 days) there is still no confirmation that when my car would be delivered. My repeated calls to the person who handles RTO registeration, Mr Joseph remain unanswered after several attempts. That person does not even have the decency to return my calls. I wonder how can a reputed brand like Tata Motors and it's dealer, Concorde Motors afford to have such a callous attitude to a new customer. That too a simple issue like communication and timely delivery of a new vehicle, for which I have made full down payment.

                  Tata zip excel registered no of vechle is jh 05bv 1883 arms's of rare wheel have a manufacture defect and the delar dnying to replace it, my vechle is under warranty.                         I immediately called up mr. Jagveer jolly, branch incharge and he assured me he will look into the matter and will call me up.
                        I again called him after a week and he said we are investigating.
                        Two days back i again called him up and he said he is looking into the matter.
                        I now seek your help to get back the new rayban goggles, stolen during servicing

                          My name is dilip singh. I am a customer of tata motors. I would like to inform you about my recent experience at shree shyam motors service centre, jaipur. I have been facing some issue's with my car so i visited shree shyam motors a lot many times. All the issue's i reported to them has not been resolved till date. Everytime they provide some or the other excuse. Yesterday when i visiited the service centre they refused to open the job card stating that they do not have time to resolve these issue. They are not at all serious about the customers. When i approached the customer service, the lady out there was very rude and told that she cannot help in this issue.

                          I am shocked after this experience that how can they refuse to attend the customers. It seems that they treat customers like beggars and they do not care about customer issues. It is hardly 3months old nexon and i have faced a lot many issue's in the car. Kindly take so strict action and please resolve my car's issue asap.

                          My name is Dilip Singh. Recently I bought Tata Nexon XZ+ on 18/01/2018. I would like to share my experience at SHREE SHYAM MOTORS, TATA DEALER-PCBU Jaipur (Rajasthan). First of all this is my first purchase with Tata Motors.
                          I visited the showroom on 28/12/2017 & met Deepesh (DSA). I asked for Tigor Demo however he told that it is not available and he insisted for the booking amount of Rs 10000. He also said that the demo will be given later and forced me to book Tigor on because of Q3 ending target so I booked it. Next day on 29/12/2017 demo was given to me and I found the power & comfort of the car was not upto the mark so I decided to upgrade it to Nexon XZ+. When I asked Deepesh for the availability of Nexon (White), he refused and told me to wait for two months. Afterward I spoke with Roshan Motors and they confirmed the availability of Nexon XZ+ (White). They also offered me Rs 20000 refund after the purchase.
                          In between Deepesh contacted me on phone and told that they have Nexon XZ+ (White) available. I was surprised that yesterday he only stated that it was not available then how come it is available now. He said that he will provide Rs 25000 refund after the purchase excluding the Booking Amount of Rs 10000 (Tigor) so in total they will issue the refund cheque of Rs 35000 and some free accessories like Mud Flap, Floor Mat & 15lts of Diesel & Number plates. Then I decided to go with Shree Shyam Motors. On 30/12/2017 Nexon demo was given to me. I enjoyed the power and comfort so it was my wise decision to upgrade from Tigor to Nexon.
                          Nexon’s delivery date was 18/01/2018 and the time of delivery was 11:00 AM. On 18/01/2018 when I visited the showroom at 09:45 AM with my family there was very cold response by staff at this showroom. They did not had courtesy to offer water or tea to me and my family. Only Floor mat and 5lts of Diesel was given and told that Mud flap & Number plates is not in stock. It was really pathetic experience. I was not treated as a customer and I don’t have words to express the feelings I felt it on that day. At the time of delivery the car not even cleaned properly & I had to clean the car.
                          It was a new car not a second hand car that I bought. This was really frustrating. Is this the way your showroom team behaves with the customers. They were not at all professionals.
                          Afterward When I contacted Deepesh multiple times for the refund cheque and every time I was given some excuse that the signing authority is not available or the person is out of station etc. Finally on 21/01/2018 date when I visited the showroom they offered me the refund cheque of Rs 11800. When I told that Rs 25000 + Rs 10000 (Tigor Booking Amt) was committed by the DSA then how come they are offering Rs 12800. They replied rudely that they cannot do anything on this. It was really bad experience and false commitment by your sales team. I refused to take that refund cheque of Rs 11800 as this was not something I was promised at the time of booking.
                          I am really upset and felt cheated that how can they deny and do such with customers. When it was already committed by Deepesh then why it was not issued with so delay.
                          I would appreciate if you can look into this issue and please resolve this ASAP. Also improve the service standard and professional etiquettes at this showroom.

                          Worst service centre ever! Pathetic mechanics like Atish Mehra, Indrajeet and Ramlal who only know how to overcharge the customers. The car gets worse with every service. Hope for a new service centre soon.

                            nexon diesel engine jerks and sudden pause in acceleration

                            Hi i am harshad mahajan, bought tata nexon xz+ on 18.03.18
                            While driving, car doesnt drive seamlessly and there is a huge noticeable pause while accelerating the car. It happens so many time while driving and that is life threatening as while overtaking the car suddenly stops the acceleration and there is a pause in speed (During acceleration car jerks and feels like fuel supply is suddenly cut off). This is horrible and veey risky....

                            I represent national creative co-educational school, kathmandu nepal. We are a school who owns 17 tata winger and 1 marcopolo school bus. Marcopolo bus was bought from shripadi trading, kathmandu on june 2014. Since the beginning of ownership we had problems with the gear box and steering control. Gear box problem was solved but the steering problem is not solved till date. Since the beginning we have been repeatedly requesting the company for the proper maintenance but it hasn't been fixed yet. Now they are asking us to change the steering control to power steering system on our cost which is not acceptable to us. We would like to request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible as this is the bus for small children.

                              Sir,

                              My vehicle Safari storme bearing no. RJ 22 UA 2655 was met an accident, brought to your company for repair at Jodhpur under insurance scheme through UIIC Pali for which you have submitted an estimate on[protected], copy of which is enclosed.

                              I was given invoice no. IVEGJH[protected], copy of which is enclosed, against which I paid the bill by cheque of an amount of Rs 187447/- and the vehicle was handed over to me.

                              On date 6-1-18 at 17.08 hrs on whatsapp Mr Jha has intimated that vehicle os ready and you can take delivery.

                              On dated 8-1-18, I went from my home Pali to Jodhpur to take delivery of vehicle reached at about 12 hrs to M/s veerprabhu jodhpur. I was handed over vehicle at about 3.30 pm.

                              I went for lunch to one of my relative in CHB jodhpur sector 5, as I got down and locked the vehicle I found back door plastic portion in damaged condition. I was shocked to see that and immediately called on phone to Mr Jha and inform him about that. I also sent him two photos of damaged portion on whatsapp at 15.33 pm. Same time I also noticed that left hand side mirror was out of adjustment and was not even being adjusted as the function was not working. I had lunch and immediately started to go back to company at that time I noticed that diesel is also about to end. Again I was shocked because when I deposited vehicle there was about 1/4th tank filled with diesel.

                              I shown the damaged portion, left side mirror which was not functioning and also defects of paints and other thing to Mr Jha. He pt his people on job and managed repair of left hand side mirror, They have repaired it and made it ok by removing connecting terminals and making temporary joints of wires. (I have paid for brand new items not repaired items).

                              Although Mr Jha has agreed to sort out the issues like replacement of damaged plastic item of back door at company cost (which was damaged by his staff) and also repair of same paint problems.
                              I also told him that while using vehicle many other problems may come to notice but he assured to solve if at all some problem comes. With his assurance I returned back to my home with vehicle to Pali which is 65 kms away from Jodhpur. While returning back to home with repaired vehicle I was thinking that I have been cheated although Mr Jha is well behaved and matured person.

                              On dated 9-1-2018, I have made complaint to TATA consumer complaint online about the problems faced at company office while delivery of vehicle but nothing heard from TATA.

                              On 11-1-18, I have added some problems which I faced further while using vehicle on online complaint like:-
                              1. When i deposited my vehicle the diesel was about 1/4th of the fuel tank but when vehicle was delivered to me the diesel was at the end and i could drive only 10 kms and completed to fill diesel in it. That shows all diesel available in the vehicle was taken away.
                              2. At many places the paint is not proper which required a thorough look up and repair.
                              3. The carelessness handling of the staff my vehicle back door has been damaged by them and which was not given any attention to replace the damaged portion at company cost.
                              4. The voice of horn is mild which needs to be improved.
                              5. when i use horn it creates noise inside vehicle means it disturbs entire music system.
                              6. The front left gate glass movement is not smooth, it sticks at the end while closing glass, which is to be repaired.
                              On phone I intimated to Mr Jha that my front glass water sprinkle system is not working which I forgot to write in complaint.

                              But I am sorry to say that nothing heard in writing from TATA.

                              After more than one month I got payment of insurance clain from UIIC but about 1, 46, 000 only. On making complaint they have intimated that M/s Veer prabhu marketing ltd jodhpur has charged Rs 4311/- in excess which cannot be paid by insurance company.

                              On[protected], I again made a complaint and requested to refund me the said excess amount giving all details online to TATA consumer complaints. The details are as under:-

                                Dear Team,

                                I have recently bought a Tata Nexon (XM) model on 18th of March, 2018 from Concorde Motors Baner, PUNE. I am entirely dissatisfied with the product Quality as well as with the services provided to me by your Authorized Showroom. I am categorizing both the issues separately for your better understanding.

                                Delivery Issues :

                                1) The Car was already driven for more than 100 km at the time of delivery :

                                I asked for the reason of that from the sales person (Mr Ganesh), he told me that we drove it from Company’s manufacturing unit that is situated in Ranjangaon MIDC to the showroom. The on road distance of that place form the Showroom is just 70 km. How could have this Car been driven for 100 km then?. Moreover, why they people did not inform me regarding this earlier. I have not purchased a Car for the first time in my life. The Cars are driven ones but only for few like 20-30 kms, not more than that.

                                2) Improper paint on rear bumper :

                                There was some paint scratched out from the rear bumper which was looking ugly. When I asked, I was told that this might have been removed in the process of rubbing and polishing. This is not the type of delivery one can expect from a brand like TATA. Those people even noted my name for reference and assured me that they will register a complaint with the dealership and I will get a call very soon from Tata Support and Delivery Feedback to fix this. There is no such communication happened till the time of writing this email.

                                3) There were multiple Stains on Seats and were also looking unwashed :

                                The plastic cover of the seats was already removed and there were stains on the front seats. There was no proper paper floor mat provided and the stains were discovered on the mat between the dashboard and the car door also. I was told that the car was washed overnight and that was the reason for the dust and for not looking like new.

                                I am attaching all the photos taken at the time of delivery for your kind perusal.

                                Manufacturing Defect Issue :

                                The immediate next morning from the day when I took the delivery of the Car, I observed that there was some oil leakage from it, then I immediately called the sales person and informed him regarding the engine oil leakage. He, then informed the service center about that and told me to drop the Car to the same. There, the Service Engineer was appointed for me to look into the matter. He spotted some Engine Oil leakage defect. I asked him that whether he has seen such kind of issue earlier, he told me that these things don't usually happen in new cars. Thereafter, I went to the CRM Team Manager, namely Miss M Sindhu, and told her the whole set of incidences happening to me since the time of taking of delivery of the vehicle. She told me that they have already informed the manufacturing team of the Company regarding the Manufacturing defect discovered.

                                After two days, I went to the service station to check the status of my Car and complaints. They told me that there were some discussions going on with the team from where TATA get the Nexon Petrol Engines manufactured ( Sanad, Gujarat) and that they were working according to their instructions, shared pics and videos about the leakage. But even after worked upon on those instructions, the Engine leakage problem was not resolved and that made them called upon a Support Engineer from Gujarat Manufacturing Unit and they did spend one more good day with him in the investigation and fixing of the relevant cause. After that, they ordered a part which was in transit.

                                After having a healthy discussion with them, I got to know that they are trying hard to resolve the issue by applying various permutations and combinations but they are yet unable to get the control over the problem and that is why according to them the vehicle is still not in the deliverable condition. It means, they are saying that the vehicle which was already delivered to me some days before is now not in the deliverable condition. They are telling me to wait for some more days so that they can make the vehicle in the deliverable condition. Its been a week now and I have not received any kind of communication from them till date.

                                All the things happening with me since the moment I have taken the delivery are not acceptable from a brand like TATA's. I have not yet driven my Car even for 50 Km and the problem has come. I don't think that there is any need to remind who you are and what image is there in the mind of the people for your brand. I had already worked with Tata Technologies, in the Software delivery team, JLR (Jaguar land rover) UK, and that is another reason for my trust on the brand.

                                I have also dealt with Maruti, Hyundai, Bajaj, TVS, etc. in the past. But, this was my first experience with TATA vehicle and I can say you very confidently that this is the worst one. I am getting all the advises from my friend circle and colleagues to make this matter popular on social media sites and file a complaint in the Consumer Redressal Forum. But, I know the value of time. I can understand very well how much time and efforts it takes to make a brand renowned globally. I don't want to initiate such any action, since it will only bring a slur of the name of TATA. Though, I have lost my trust in your brand, yet the only remedy that I am expecting from you at this point of time is Exchange my vehicle and provide me a new Car. I don't want to use that newly repaired Car again. Moreover, I want to get compensated for the mental harassment also which is greater than all the things explained above.

                                I don't wish to bring any legal action against you at this point, but I want to bring this to your notice, as I expect a proper resolution for the case ASAP.

At time of delivery sales person mr shiv kumar has told us that they will give matting and mud guard free, on delivery date also it was confirm with him he said yes you will get free, when we got car delivery at that time matting and mud guard was not there, when we have complain for the same, executive mr. Shiv kumar told it is not there in your deal. This was ridiculous answer when we ask we will purchase it he told me that matting and mud guard is out of stock, if it is out of stock how can he tell us that we will give you accessories in advance. So he was doing fake business and unethical way capture the attendance of client.

                                    We had very bad experience with Tata motors customer care / service support today. We got our Tata tiago delivered 10 days back came out on a family trip from Bangalore to ooty with 2 months old baby. We were on road till 3:30 pm on road for service assistance. Never recd call to assist us.. never expected such a worst experience with Tata motors..
