Dear sir /madam,

I have made a booking on name of my wife sai divya at dealer orange motors erragada hyderabad dated 16 march 18 have made a payment of rs 5000, vehicle model - tata tiago xz diesel price rs 7, 02, 000
The dealer has confirmed as per the ongoing offer the insurance will be free (Rs 28, 000) and discount of rs 3000 as corporate discount valid till march 31st 18 and have delivery date of vehicle was 30 march which was the reason for which i was compelled to book the vehicle. I have a sanctioned bank loan of amount rs 4, 00, 000 by 28th march keeping in mind the vehicle would be delivered on 30th march and the remaining mount by cash was also ready with me.
Meanwhile i was the one asking them for update on my delivery and they had not made any effort to update me from their side.

I got a call from dealer on 16th april 18 for delivery of vehicle on 18th april i was at the dealer to receive the vehicle after making payment the dealer asked me to pay more pay almost 50, 000 extra and informed me no promotion discount applicable after march 31st 18 have to pay the amount completely, so i asked dealer i have delivery for 30th march 18 so it should be applicable for me the dealer made delay in delivering the vehicle. The sales manager of orange motors approached and informed me that the price of vehicle is increased after april 07th 18 and also there is no offer for insurance which was promised to me before and he insisted me making the payment.

Prior to i walked in to the showroom on 18th i had no knowledge of the price & offer also the dealer has not intimated me on the price change. It is only after i made a payment of rs.80000 and decided to pay the rest by card they informed me that the price has been revised. Also without any prior intimation they have the got the loan amount disbursed from the bank on 16th of april which is not correct and i also had no idea about this until 19th of april when i decided to go with another dealer.
As a customer i should happy after purchase tata car but this dealer made such a bad commitment that i will recommend my friends not buy tata car.

While making payment for remaining amount also they charged me 2% more for card payment is ridiculous to deal with a dealer like this.

Anyways after the struggle of 2 days i have purchased the car for the same dealer as an unhappy customer of tata.

I had almost paid the booking amount to Prerna Motors in bangalore when I noticed their illegal handling charges, compulsory amc and extended warranty. These thugs are looting the customers and demanding ransom money before releasing your car and Tata Motors is okay with it. Shame on you Tata Motors

    Dear sir, we have tata ace loading vehicle were purchased in november-17. Within 3 months timing belt of engine failed we raised complaint to local service center and they replaced total engine of my vehicle but same problem came in this month means in 6 months same problem happened with the vehicle. Both the time my vehicle were out side of town. We are always on travelling duty for delivering petroleum products to various district. Two times we failed for managing delivery of goods and paid extra charges. We are trying to call service center but they responding well.

      My safari storme 2015 model i have given to srm motors hind nagar kanpur road lucknow for service on 16/04/2018 and they given me on 18/04/2018.. They work in my car till 3 days and then also they not work properly in my car as well as they mismatch the main head light of my car.. When i give this car my headlight is working in systematic way but after service in srm motors my headlight is not working in that way...

        Dear sir/madam,

        I’m writing this letter to bring to your kind attention a major problem facing with tata motors dealer malayalam vehicles india pvt ltd, aluva, ernakulam regarding purchase of tata tiago x2a.

        I was in requirement for a medium automatic car and visited malayalm vehicles at aluva on 14th march 2018 for checking tata tiago. Upon discussion with the sales person, a preliminary information sheet was provided by them with price details of the car. Attached the same sheet herewith for reference. (Model, car color all were discussed in the sheet). We were having concerns on the delivery of the car, but as promised by dealer, the car would get delivered on or before april 5th, 2018 i was impressed by tata tiago during my test drive with dealer the next week, hence on 23rd march 2018, a booking was done with above said dealer with rs. 10, 000 advance and signed commitment form. As per commitment form attached herewith, the final agreed price for the car is 603, 035 with compliments included as insurance free for 1 year, mat, mud flap and reverse camera. This is clearly mentioned by the dealer in the commitment form along with the final price. And the delivery of the car was committed same as above on or before 5th april 2018. (Note: price, offer, color and delivery remains same in both preliminary information sheet and commitment form; no change in any details provided by the dealer).

        During this week, we received continuous calls from dealer to make a partial payment before 31st march so as to lock the offer and billing hence on 29th march 2018, regardless of financial year closing hassles, we transferred rs. 300, 000 (Cheque no: 305161). Due to year ending commitments, we managed to arrange fund through gold loan, just to close the matter as per commitment and to avail the offer.

        After partial payment done, we followed up with dealer for car delivery as the commitment delivery schedule was already on due. But there was no proper update on response thereafter. We were forced to do regular follow ups and office visit due to the lack of commitment and response from the dealer.

        Today on 18th april we visited dealer office in aluva again, and we were quite disappointed and shocked by their response. They are demanding us to pay a higher price for the car. As of now approximately they need an increment of rs. 20, 000 plus no offer on insurance. So we are supposed to bear an excess of rs. 43, 793 on this booking. Having a good track record with tata and other car companies till date on various other vehicles, this is our very first experience as a customer about back out by a dealer after payment

        This is very disappointing and unacceptable and we seriously need a positive solution on this issue as a customer who trust the dealer and the brand. We can’t bear the loss of booking this car as we already paid interest of one month to our bank for the money taken

        Request to whomever concerned to please look into the matter on an urgent basis and let me know in return on how to proceed on this matter.

            I have booked tata tiago xza model on 24th march 2018. And paid advance booking amount of rs 11, 000. Dealer fortune cars pvt. Ltd branch wagle estate, thane had agreed to sell the tata tiago xza model car at 6.15 lacs and promised me to delivery the car by 3rd april 2018. Whenever i tried to reach him, the dealer used to say that chassis no. Is still not allocated. However on repeated follow-up by me they informed on 9th april 2018 that the car price has been increased also there will be no insurance offers applicable. I need to pay the extra amount and also delivery of car would be by may month end since tata motors have stop the production of tata tiago xza. This is so unprofessional.

            Technically they should have delivered the car as per the initially agreed price and date. Please note that i had booked tata tiago xza car on 24th march 2018 i. E in financial year 2017-18

              I have booked my tata tiago xta model on 02/04/2018 and i have been informed that i will get the car in one week.. But still they are failed to deliver the car. But the worst part is they are telling that car is not even dispatched from gujarat. And now they said if i want i can cancel the order and book with different dealers.

              But the price is already revised for the month of april. They are telling that i need to pay the extra amount since they were having some internal order issues so car was not dispatched.

                My self mr. Adinath garje from pune, i am purchasing tata bolt - in march 2015 & using satisfy but in between last year jan 2017, i am observed that their is some noise & gap / play in my steering, same problem i am escalating to tata authorized service dealer m/s pandit automotive pimpri chinchwad at time of my last third servicing which is done in 2017, but that time they neglecting this issue and give some reason that part is not available today and not a serious issue you can replace it next time, but day by day this noise and play increased so today i show my car to your authorized dealer m/s concord tathawade pune and they say that you need to replace steering column and your warranty experied in last month @[protected] and approximate estimate is 35 k to 40 k, i don't understand how this problem not resolved that time of my third servicing at time of observed & hows this type of part damage in just 2 years, my complaint against this dealer m/s pandit automotive & also against tata motor, note that if any mishap happens with my car tata motors totally responsible for that due to this steering coloum problem, so again request you please look in to the matter & do needful, note that i am not paying anything that type of issue.

                  Hello,
                  I have purchased TATA Tiago car from Concord motor. After purchasing the car I was facing multiple issue in car. I have informed many time to dealer to resolve the issue in proper way. I have sent my vehicle 7 time to resolve the issue. It was really horrible for us.
                  Again I was many different issue related to Engine noise in car and I informed to service guys. I have given my car for servicing on 7th April 2018. After servicing they told we have resolved all the issue. After servicing first time I was using my vehicle on 14th april 2018. While driving my car breakdown in Mahaballeshwar Maharashtra forest. There are no one to help us and no network coverage. I was visiting with my family. We didn’t have sufficient water to stay long time in forest and summer season. There are many wild animal. It was horrible for me.
                  I have informed TATA motor and Concord motor both like vehicle having many problem and now my limits has broken. Life is more important as compare to vehicle. Both are not ready to help me. TATA motor is saying Dealer will replace and Dealer is TATA motor can only do we don’t have the policy.
                  So I thought to raise my issue in this consumer forum. Now government only help me in this.
                  Please help me to resolve the issue and take the action against TATA and concord motor.

                      We visited Tata tafe Ooty on March 25 2018 to address the clutch issue.. but on the service record the service type is mentioned as accident.

                      You can refer the complaint number 1-[protected] which was submitted regarding the clutch issue on March 25 th.. how can they mention clutch issue as accident.

                      I want this service type issue to be fixed at the earliest.

                        Am customer from last 15 years, when dealer sales men committed this offers & then only i ready to buy this new tata tiago & they tell to complete there taget in fy march ending.
                        So resolve the issue provide seatcover & mat as committed by dealer.in future suggest the tata & tata dealers care about their regular customer.
                        The dealer only trapping customer to complete their target with the help of true value & loan persons, but it effected the name of tata not a dealer. When we say we complaint to tata
                        Their reply complaint anywhere we cannot care this word of sales person.
                        On delivery day they cannot give us fast tag sticker, earlier they send without it company cannot give you a vechile. No guideness about the service of car or about car.
                        Once a person purchased car they dont care anything, very poor service of them. No specified person avilable at showroom to resolve the customer issue or complaint at the spot

                          tata tiago gear lever noise

                          I have been following up to resolve the issue from 1 year from tata motors head office. They are saying it as normal and not taking any action on this. There is gear lever vibration with noise. Please check the attached video. Noise can be found in 3rd and 16th sec in gears.

He asked please diposit amount as booking 10 thousand rupees thani provide the vhichle within 15 days i am diposit amount on 3rd march 2018 ten thousand rupees but he is not provide the vhichle in 15 days. And he asked we will provide on 1st april but 1st april he is not provide vhichle than he asked last and finel we have provide vehicle on 10 april but he is not provide the vehicle but this time he is not pick my phone i call again and again.                             I bought tata tigor xz (O) in the month of december. Recently i refered my friend to buy the same car from the same showroom for that sales man santosh and saleem promised me that they will provide me some accessories as a gift and also some gift will come via courier from tata motors directly but now these people are not responding to my call or message. My friend has took car around 20 days back. These two people always talk nicely before booking the vehicle after that if i call they say i am busy call you later. Tata motors must have a look on the staffs who are working there. I will never recommend tata motors to anyone in future.

                            Today I called to that showroom and spoke to receptionist Rakshita, she said that our senior or sales man will be calling you in sometime but I didn't get any call.when I did follow up she said that sales man Santosh and his TL Saleem doesn't have balance in Mobile to call you. When I asked to talk floor manager she said he is on leave and another manager went to Goa.

                            I wanted to ask are you taking any action against these people who does behave like this which no other showroom does.

                              I live in Pune and I have a Tata Tiago XZA car which I bought in April 2017 from Tata motors dealer National Auto Wheels, Hadapsar, Pune. My car's registration number is MH 12 PC 0656.

                              Since the day I got my car, I faced many issues in the car. The car came with Tigor name badge instead of Tiago. National auto wheels also delivered my car accessories late. I had to visit National auto wheels at least 3 more times after purchasing the car.

                              When I gave my car to National Auto wheels service center in Devachi, Urali, Pune, the service center stole 800 rupees of my petrol from car. Service center also tried to charge me 500 rupees for some work done in the exhaust pipe but service center didn't give me any computerized bill for that.

                              After 1 month of purchasing the car, my car started giving me following issues:-

                              1. Rattling noises from dashboard
                              2. Rattling noises from A-pilar
                              3. Rattling noise from Windows
                              4. A lot of Engine noise and vibrations
                              5. Squeaking noise from driver's seat
                              6. Parking sensors didn't work some times
                              7. Engine gives a lot of jerks while driving at any speed
                              8. Warning lights of gear and engine turns on and off any time

                              So for above mentioned issues and for my 2nd scheduled service, I went to service center Phoenix Auto, Katraj, Pune. Phoenix auto couldn't fix any of my car issues even after giving them 2 attempts to fix the issues.

                              I also purchased Extended warranty and Gold AMC from Phoenix auto. First dealer tried to cheat me for Gold AMC by showing cost sheet before GST was applied.

                              In this cost sheet, prices of Gold AMC were more than current prices after GST.

                              When I inquired online and from different dealers, I came to know the correct price of Gold AMC and then I told Phoenix Auto about it and then they apologized to me and gave me Gold AMC in correct price.

                              When I went to Concorde motors, Tathawade, Pune for my 3rd Scheduled service, I also told them to fix the above mentioned 8 issues.

                              Concorde motors was also not able to fix these issues even after 3 attempts. I went to Concorde motors on 3rd March 2018, 10th March 2018 and 17th March 2018 to get my car's issues fixed but they couldn't fix my car's issues.

                              After getting my car back from Concorde motors on 5th March 2018, my car was creating "Burning smell" in the cabin. When I requested Concorde motors to check and fix this issue on 10th March 2018, "Quality inspector" of Concorde motors refused to check my car and he told me "burning smell comes from all cars".

                              Even after requesting him many times, he was not ready to check my car. When I told him that i will raise a complaint against him, only then he checked my car for "Burning smell in cabin".

                              When I got my car back from Concorde motors on 17th March, all the above mentioned issues were not fixed and Concorde motors returned my car as it is.

                              So I raised a complaint against Tata motors and Concorde motors for all the troubles I had from my car and all the service centers of Tata motors.

                              I demanded my money back from Tata motors since all service centers of tata motors incompetent useless and tata motors also delivered me a defective car because car giving many issues after 1 month of buying it.

                              After raising complaints, Concorde motors lied to me on email and phone calls that they had fixed my car and my car has no issues.

                              After escalating the issues, Concorde motors requested me to give them 4th chance to repair my car. When I refused to come to their workshop, they told me they will come to my home and check the car.

                              Concorde motors agreed to come to my home on phone and over email. Their SM was supposed to come to my home on 24th March 2018 but nobody from Concorde motors came to me.

                              When I called them, they again told me to come to their service center. So they once again lied to me on phone and in email.

                              The SM of Concorde motors had no idea why i have raised the complaint. The staff of Concorde motors didn't give all the info to SM and once again my time was wasted.

                              After this incident and after raising many complaints, Concorde motors accepted their mistakes and asked to give them an opportunity to fix my car.

                              I told Tata motors that I have proved my points and now I want my money back. But since then tata motors has started to ignore me and my phone calls and emails.

                              Tata motors sent 4 people to my home. 2 from Tata motors, Pimpri, Pune office and 2 from Concorde motors on 07 April 2018.

                              I explained them everything about what kind of experience I have had with Tata service centers and my car. They agreed to me that service centers have made blunders and my allegations against the service center are correct.

                              They test drove my car to replicate the issues of my car and while testing the car, my car broke down in middle of the road and one of the tata motors personnel was driving my car.

                              My car stopped working suddenly. This prove that I have an unreliable and defective car which can break down any time.

                              They were also able to feel the issues I have mentioned in the beginning.

                              Even after all this, Tata motors is not ready to give me my money back.

                              Tata motors is a FRAUD company who only knows how to cheat their customers. Tata motors doesn't care about their consumers they can let their customers die in their cars.

                              Tata service centers are so shameless that they say "burning smell" comes for all cars.

                              Tata service centers are so pathetic and incompetent that they are not able to repair cars even after 3 attempts.

                              I want tata motors to give me my money back which is close to INR 6, 60, 000/- which includes cost of Ex showroom price of Tiago XZA in Pune, RTO cost of Pune, Insurance of 1 year, Gold AMC for 3 years and 45000 KMS, Extended warranty of 1 year 75000 KMS.

                              I am mentioning below all the complaint numbers I have raised so far regarding the service I got from Concorde motors:-

                              I have seen such stupid replies many time from Tata motors. You only say that "We have forwarded your details to the relevant team". But no action is taken from Tata motors' side.

                              You mention such replies to fool other people who check these complaints. You only pretend that you're concerned but in reality no one from Tata motors is ever concerned for consumer.

                              I am complaining to Tata motors from 17 March 2018 but no major action has been taken from your side.

                              Every time I call customer care, I have to explain them everything from the beginning. Your stupid customer care doesn't take efforts to check the history of complaint and then talk to the customer.

                              People from Tata motors came to my home on 07-April-18 to check my car. My car broke down in front of them but still Tata motors didn't do anything.

                              Tata motors didn't even send me an email mentioning the visit of Tata motors employees to my home and breaking of my car down on road.

                              I want to ask Tata motors on behalf of every common man of this nation that why are you behaving like this.

                              Why have you sacrificed humanity for the sake of making profits? Why have you become so EVIL that you don't care if someone dies driving your car.

                              Do you not have any value of your customer's life, time and sentiments?

                              A customer gives you his hard earned money and this is how you repay him?

                              A middle class person works hard day and night to buy a good quality car and you give him a defective car. On top of that you don't even service the car properly.

                              If a common man makes mistakes, he immediately has to pay for that in terms of fines and imprisonment.

                              But what about people like you with a lot of money in your pocket?

                              All the politicians, celebrities, cricketers and business houses like you always get your way out of such things as you have money.

                              Everyone has sacrificed humanity to become rich and powerful and stay rich and powerful.

                              I know I'm not going to get any justice from you and I will keep on suffering like this forever and every common man of this nation will always suffer like this.

                              This is the fate of common man of this country. This country needs revolution so that a good government can be formed and that government can make strict laws for FRAUDS like Tata motors and rest so that Indian consumer can get justice.

                              Till then cases like mine will come and go but nothing will happen and common man will always suffer like this.

                              It's my request to all who are seeing this complaint. I request you all not to buy any vehicle from Tata motors.

                              Most Tata cars are defective and service centers are unreliable and incompetent.

                              Your life will become a living hell just like mine if you buy a Tata vehicle.

                              And Tata motors, if you are really honest and if you really want to do justice with me then give me my money back and set an example for every manufacturer to follow.

                              Show this nation and its citizens that you have not sacrificed humanity and humanity is still alive in today’s world.

                                Sir, i have purchased a star bus ultra from your company on 31/03/2017 in the name of jatindra naraya das. But due to some mechenical problem i send my bus to brahmaputa motor works. A tata authorised service station. After check the engineer says us that the battery was not working properly. Then we talk to exide dealers at goalpara assam. But the official are said us the battery is not in warranty period. But sir, i want to told you that we purchase the vehicle on 31/03/2017 the problem occurs on 14/03/2018. So, why we are not getting the warranty. So, i kindly request you to see the matter and take a necessary action from your end and thus oblige.

                                  I have booked TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model on dated 18.03.2018 with Gudipadva Offer and paid Rs. 9, 000/- as token money to the following dealer:

                                  M/s Wasan Motors Pvt. Ltd., Unit 3 & 4, Blue Rose Ind. Estate, Western Express Highway, Opp: Maghthane Bus Depot, Borivali (East), Mumbai-400066 Email ID: [protected]@wasanonline.com, Tel.:[protected].

                                  At the time of car booking, the dealer committed that the booked vehicle will be delivered in the last week of March, 2018. However, till date the dealer has not yet supplied the booked vehicle, stating that this model is not yet received from Tata Motors. Now, the dealer is insisting to purchase the same (booked) model having manufacturing year 2017. Alternatively, the dealer states that, on receipt of booked vehicle from M/s Tata Motors, the same will be delivered without Gudipadva Offer at new prize.

                                  My complaint is that, when I booked TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model with Gudipadva offer, I must receive booked model as committed, because I am not responsible for late delivery to dealer by M/s Tata Motors.

                                  Please solve my complaint immediately.

                                  My original complaint is on dt. 10.04.2018. In the meantime I received calls from Tata Motors as well as from dealer. However, no concrete solution given by anyone. In this connection, I update my complaint as under:

                                  At the time of booking of TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE model on dated 18.03.2018, the dealer offered (Gudipadwa Offer) on road price of Rs. 5, 52, 000/- (Rs. 5, 09, 000/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value). In addition to this, the dealer has offered free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust). The calculation sheet given by dealer is uploaded herewith.

                                  Now, in the month of April, 2018, the dealer suddenly denied the above offer and given new on road price of Rs. 5, 80, 102/- (Rs. 5, 37, 102/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value). In addition to this, the dealer verbally offered free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust). The dealer states that, M/s Tata Motors has not supplied booked car (as per my choice) before 31.03.2018, increased the prices w.e.f. 01.04.2018 and withdrawn Gudipadva offer, hence the increase in price.The calculation sheet given by dealer is uploaded herewith.

                                  From the above, it is clear that, the dealer is demanding me extra Rs. 28, 102/-. In this connection, it is to state that, I have already taken loan and incurring interest burden thereof without any fault from my end. Similarly, why I should pay extra Rs. 28, 102/- when I am not anyway in fault. This is a clear case of cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE by the dealer.

                                  I again request you to deliver me TATA TIAGO XTA P, S. ORANGE (current manufacturing) immediately at a on road price of Rs. 5, 52, 000/- (Rs. 5, 09, 000/- + Rs. 43, 000/- Used Car Value) along with free accessories (Mudflap, Matting, Tafflon Coating, Full Body Antirust) as per dealers commitment on dt. 18.03.2018.

                                  If my complaint is not solved immediately, then I will file a Police complaint and take legal action in the matter, which please note.

                                    It is really disappointing to see the laid back approach of Concorde motors in processing the formalities for delivery of vehicle. It was promised by the sales rep that the vehicle was in stock and delivery would be made in 02 working days after issuing the PO. However, it is really disappointing to see slow/ laid back approach resulting in non-delivery of my car even after 10 days of PO...The goal post keep getting shifted with false promises and the excitement of taking delivery of a new car is absolutely lost...no wonder tata motors not selling cars as much as or in line with fantastic product line up!! What really needed @ tata or sales team is the change in attitude...or simply change in customer care philosophy :((

                                      Dear tata motors,
                                      I visited your service center swan motors sonipat haryana. For washing of car they didn’t have the proper washing facility as there lift was not working. After asking from the service manager he told me that lift is not working since long time. Also they had not the spray gun for paint at bottom of car. They had only one gun in a big center.
                                      I am not happy with the service provided by you. Now tata company comes in market again. They launch there new techologies. Costomers now start trust on you but due to your service center your name will be sink.
