I bought tata hexa cya 10 days before and from day one i drove the car there is some coming from the front side whenever there is a gear change in automatic drive mode. The drive is not smooth at all and noise is quite prominent. I mentioned this complaint twice to dealer point but not getting any response. I'm a first time user of tata.. I don't want to prove myself for taking this as wrong decision. Need your immediate help. My no. [protected]

I'm complaining almost every day and Tata Motors has not able to resolve my problem and in fact now after so much of testing my 1 month old car has become almost like 2 years old car... there are loose plastic interiors, dirty roof etc. Really sad for my hard earned money which I spent on Tata car... I really remember so many people told me not to buy Tata car but I took this wrong decision. Still I'm looking forward from Tata to close my issue.

    Dear tata motors
    I have purchased brand new tata tiago xz petrol sunburnt yellow colour in your marigold showroom january mumbai outlet on 24/01//2017.
    While i was ordering i was informed that the higher end car consists of boot light where as at the time of delivery i was informed that nowadays new car wont be available with boot light. Now to ge that boot light facility the dealer is asking me to pay the additional amount.
    Kindly look into this issue asap.

      Dear sir,

      I purchased tata zest on jan 2017. I found the vehicle getting heated up and stopping the service centre found that the fuel pump is not functioning and they replaced the pump. Later i found the same behaviour when i was going to darjeeling. I took it to service centre they said the clutch plate has burnt. The vehicle has run only 6000km. The clutch plate burning is common issue of tata zest as many of zest owner has reported the issue.
      The tata motors should consider this issue and should do free replacement with necessary permanent solution.

        balance amount of rs.1800 lying with concorde motors

        Please note that we have paid rs.15, 90, 292 to concord motors in last week of aug-17 towards purchase of tata hexa from concorde motors - south extn.- delhi. Concorde motors has raised total bills of rs.15, 88, 460 towards bill of car (Bill no. Icncdl[protected] dt. 30th aug-17), road tax and insurance. Therefore a sum of rs.1832 (15, 90, 292- 15, 88, 460) is due from concord motors to minda corporation ltd.

          I am amrita singh w/o dr. Dinesh kumar, have bought safari storme ex on 10th sep, 2017 from oberai motors, dehradun, u. K. (Registration no. Uk07bz5493). From the 1st day onwards, i got disappointed because of noise in rear doors, which is annoying for me. I have complained several times with the service provider and they corrected but after 1 or 2 days, same noise became start.

          Now, i am loosing the hope and would like to finally willing to know why i am suffering these issues and please speak out your stand so that i can proceed for justice in indian penal court.

            Registered on 13/03/2018 from kln motors, chennai. 50kms driven as of today.
            The boot does not have the inner covers on the lid nor roof. The cables and screws are all exposed. The floor mats are there though. The ac has started emitting a whistling noise. The mileage is at 8.5kmpl in city mode. The abs doesn't seem to be working. The brakes are very weak. The gear box vibrates when at 1, 2 and 3 gears.

Dealers assured offers like basic packages, aero kit etc, while tata motors providing offers upto one lakh rupees 31/03/2018. We made payment on 27.02.2018. We didn't get any offers like that.                 I had purchased a tata tiago wizz model from jp motors rampur h. P. Today . Tata Tiago wizz accessories roof rails and wheel cover charged me Rs 8000/-, but Tata Tiago wizz accessories includes in ex showroom price. Kindly look into the matter.

                  सर मैं 1 गरीब आदमी हु शायद इसीलिए टाटा कंपनी का नेनो कार को खरीद लिया हु कुयोकि किसी आमीर को नेनो चालाते हुए नही देखा । मगर कोई बात नही लोगो ने मेरा मजाक बना दिया मुझे शायद गरीबी का ठाप्पा लगा दिया।
                  उस से ज्यादा दुख जब हुआ जब मेरे साथ आर्यन मोटर ने धोखा करा
                  मेने 13/12/2017 को 1 टाटा नेनो xm cng मॉडल की कार खरीदी तो मुझे दोपहर 1 बजे से बैठाए रखा और बोला कि गुड़गांव के सेक्टर 15 से आ रही है शाम के करीब 5.30 बजे मुझे कार दी जाती है जो कि रात हो जाती है जिसमे रोशनी की कमी और नई कार को घर ले की जाने जल्दी में ना कागज देखे ना सही से कार बस घर चल दिया
                  158000 नगद cash पैसा दिया जिसकी कोई राशिद नही मिली बोला गया कि राशिद बुक भर गाई है कार दे दी और क्या
                  130000 का फाइनेंस कराया गया HDFC बैंक से
                  अब समस्या समझेजो कार मुझे दी गाई उसका चेसी no है MAT612325GKE14055
                  परंतु कार का जो बिल बना उसका चेसी no है MAT612325GKE14057
                  और दिसंम्बर के महीने में वैट का बिल काट दिया इंसोरेंस भी हो गया और फाइनेन्स भी हो गया 130000 का और 158000 कि राशिद भी नही दी
                  जब सर्विस सेंटर concord motors गए तो पता चला कि ये बिल और चेसी no गलत हैं तो दोबारा शोरूम गए वहां उन्होंने कहा कि गलती से बिल बन गया और दोबारा कुछ पेपर पर साइन करा के नया बिल बना दिया

                  चेसी no MAT 612325GKE14055 का
                  दिनांक16/1/18 को सर्विस करवाई तो जॉब कार्ड
                  सुरेश कुमार हैदराबाद के नाम से बन गया पूछा तो बताया गया कि जहां से गाड़ी ली हैं वहां पता करो।
                  कुछ समय बाद इसमें धाक्के मारकर स्टार्टिंग की प्रॉब्लम हुई तो शोरूम को बोला तो उन्होंने अपने सर्विस सेंटर गुड़गांव में जाने को बोला वहां चेक कराया तो बैटरी खराब और यहा भी जॉब कार्ड सुरेश कुमार के नाम से बना इन्होंनहे कार की बैटरी किसी भी टाटा ग्रीन बैटरी के शोरूम में बदलने के लिये बोला और 1 लैटर दे दिया कि किसी भी टाटा बैटरी के यह बदलवा लेना।
                  जब अपने घर के पास टाटा ग्रीन बैटरी के शोरूम में बदलने गए तो उन्होंने बोला कि ये कार के साथ आने वाली बैटरी नही है। ये बैटरी कर के शोरूम वालो ने परचेज करि है इस का वारंटी कार्ड लाओ।
                  ये क्या हो रहा है नई कार के पेसो में पुरानी कार दे दी।
                  या तो टाटा motors कंपनी अपना दखल दे नही तो मैं
                  आर्या मोटर्स और टाटा मोटर्स पर धोके बाजी का गलत बिलिंग का केस दर्ज करूँगा।

                    I have purchased tata tiago on 22nd feb 2018 and tyres are showing several cracks. I have photos also but could not attach due to size problem. There are numbers of cracks in all four tyres. I m not interested in continuing with same tyres. Pls arrange to replace my al tyres. Tyre is of bridgestone company. And pls suggest me to proceed further so that i can get it replaced.

                      Hi,

                      This email is to bring to your notice about the poor response & delay in the delivery of the car.

                      Based on the commitment (Within 10days delivery of booking) given by the salesperson i have booked the below.

                      Model : tiago xt diesel
                      Dealer : kln motor ekkattuthangal, chennai
                      Initial payment on 27th feb'18 : rs.10000/-
                      Payment on 28th feb'18 : rs.198652/-
                      Balance amount was paid by the sbi car loan on 3rd mar'18 of rs.390000/-

                      When enquired about the delivery status on 2nd mar'18 they replied that the tata server is down and will revert after consulting with their higher official also i got the same response on 6th mar'18.

                      After 6th march there is no response and also they have not even picked my calls.

                      Due to this i lodged a complaint on 8th mar'18 to the tata motors customer service.

                      Complaint no.:1-[protected].

                      To my surprise i got call from the dealer without any proper information on the delivery status.

                      On 12th when i contacted the customer care regarding the above compliant they told that the complaint has been closed without any solution and intimation.

                      Complaint no : 1-[protected].

                      The dealer forced me for the full payment with a false commitment of the car is already booked and it is in transit status at the time of booking (27th feb'18).

                      Because of this i opted for a car loan with higher interest rate and processing fee.

                      Now the approximate delivery date given by the dealer is 23rd of mar'18 which is nerear to my first month emi date.

                      Without the usage why should i want to pay the emi of amount rs.17, 835/-
                      Based on the delivery date they said at the time of booking i have planned for a personal commitment which got collapsed.
                      Also i was frustrated with the irresponsible answers both from the dealer and tata motors customer service.

                      The dealer has shown interest only in the booking and he never responded properly after booking.

                      Kindly take immediate action on the complaint and also make arrangements for the compensation.

                      Expecting earlier delivery of the vehicle.

                      Herewith i have enclosed the supporting documents.

                          Dear tata motors,

                          This is really a serious concern if tata motors is not managing key of submitted vehicle while vehicle is submitted for service.

                          I have submitted my car - tigor on concorde motors 12th march 2018 banner pune branch, they have taken all my required details and assets like key and service coupon and provided me job receipt/coupon. After 24 hours i got a call from concorde motors that key has lost and not found in car or not with supervisor.

                          Now concorde motors requesting
                          1- submit second key so that service can be started
                          2- they will provide one additional key from tata motors to me.

                          My concern:
                          1) why i will accept same copy of key that is lost by concorde motors. If someone has my previous key and they can pull/theft my car who is responsible

                          2). Why not tata motors will pay for it??
                          2-a) tata motors has to replace complete lock
                          2-b) till time consumer has no vehicle and delay to use transportation or drive what will be pay for him?? Will tata motors give temporary vehicle to use?? Will tata motors pay some amount to use another vehicle??

                          3) why there is such less skilled workers/supervisors/guard and of-course infrastructure??

                          4) why crm of tata motors call and said they will provide second key? Why they don’t have understanding if car will be theft by someone by using previous key - who is responsible.

                          5). Why they have just put car near highway road and after 24 hours they are taking car for replace or to see service details of that car.

                            The tiago whit automatic (Amt xza with 2 year ex warrenty and gold amc) brought on 27th dec from 2017 malayalam vehicles always ernakulum
                            The car is giving an average of 11 km p lit which is not 2100 km and had the first service, i have raised the complaint of low fuel efficiency in the service center and they had already noted down the invoice of the first service, but the mileage reduced further after the first service

                            No i am forced to fill 1000 rs petrol for running almost 175 km in high way (Average of 12.83 k/l and in city (With no bumper to bumper traffic, relatively low traffic) 8.9 km/ l
                            The average mileage shows in the meter is very less compared to the actual, i can show all the petrol consumption bill my credit card after 27th dec 2017 till date to run the 2100 km mark,

                            This is very verylow compared to the mileage of amt variant as the company claim, and with this i cannot service, i was using tata indical dls for last 14 years and i changed to tiago amt but now i felt i got cheated. I opt to drop the car in tata outlets and come back or else i need to get a replacement either my a diesel variant or normal variant and give back the extra money i have spent, i cannot survive with this car, if i wat to run till 15000 km i need to sell my home to fill the fuel

Every day i received case in my mobile no. But regarding my old car related all documents i have submitted. So i am totally fade up with tata service. I think i do blunder to buy tata car. My experience is very bad.

                                Good evening, i purchased tata safari storme from basudeb motors ranchi. Regn no of my vehicle is jh01 ct 4329. I bought this vehicle through canteen stores depot (Csd) ramgarh. I was made to pay approx rs 15000 extra by the officials of tata motors ranchi in the name of increased price of vehicle at the time of delivery which was over and above the amount paid to the csd. I am posted at rajasthan and my hometown is ranchi. I had travelled urgentlyfrom bikaner to ranchi by spending around rs5000 because i was assured end of year benifits. My request for waiver of this extra amount was rejected. I had no choice but to buy the vehicle because my loan was also sanctioned and i had already spend money on travelling. Pls give me an appropriate reply to this query and reasons of collection of this extra money. I am yet to collect my registration certificate because i have not been informed whether it is ready or not, however, few days back i got a call from basudeb's that i ve to pay rs 1000 extra to collect the rc.                                   Hello, i bought tata zest on 26 oct 2016 on the next day i got a complaint on gear stick when i informed to the dealer they said its common in every car and now it became a big issue in my car and gear stick vibration is more now and i have not driven more still my clutch is having complaint so dealer said to replace the clutch i am not ready to replace because car is having 2 years warranty and company should gave me the clutch when i said they are not responding properly i want proper service or else i will complaint at consumer court

                                    Very strange approach shown by you.. I have shown interest in hexa and registered my request on 5th mar at your call center thru tel no [protected]. Today we are on 11th.. Yet to get any response from you guys..

                                    Wherein same time have also raised request in jeep and mahindra, there respondent called me 3rd day done the test drive also

                                    Pls understand every one will not wait for you.. Am ex tata employee hence has soft corner about tata brand hence raising my voice on the unprofessional behaviour shown by you towards customers.

                                      I took delivery of my tata hexa from prerana motors rajaji nagar
                                      On 14th of dec 2017. The bonnet of the vehicle was already damaged. I raised the objection on the same day. I was promised by the staff that it would be replaced with a new one during the first service. Yesterday i left my vehicle for service and claimed the same only to get a reply that it can not be replaced but can only be repainted. Even this was after innumerable calls. I opted for hexa down town model for which the website promises so many things. When i took delivery of the vehicle lot of those were missing. When i ask them to educate me regarding this nobody seems to be interested in this. Kindly address this issue as early as possible. Though i am extremely happy with the product i am sceptical and apprehensive whether will i be able to manage the next 5 years with this kind of service
