I have purchased tata tiago xz petrol version last month. Vehicle report is satisfactory till now.
Some doubt about milage which will finally can decide after 1st service.
Only one bad thing i noticed that interior light is so dim that we can't see normal things inside car in night time.
One more issue about bootspace (Dikki) having no light option, due to this we can't see material in night while unloading.
These two lights issue are noticeable & improvement required from tata motors.

Sir we are not satisfy with your company policy we are going to consumer court against your company policy your vehicle is in warranty n by techinicaly fault in engine
I am not receiving 3118 truck after booking at ujwal motor nashik, 1 month has passed for booking even no one from ujwal motor is receiving call and not even giving call back. Way this is happening I am getting continues call from ashoka Leeland for the same so should i go for it.

    Dear sirs,

    We are a procurement company in jhb that supplies different construction and public companies in various african countries.

    Many of our customers have tata trucks (70 units). For many years we have purchased service and maintenance parts from your representative in elandsfontein.

    But for the last few months their service has become worse and it is impossible to work with them.

    We have orders that have been placed and paid months ago, but we still haven t received the parts to repair the trucks. They are stopped in the yard. These trucks are suppose to be working!! All repairs are urgent!

    How can my customer work if these trucks are not repaired? They are urgently required at the construction sites.

    We had no other solution, but to inform you of what is happening with your representative and kindly ask you if there is any other way we can purchase the parts required.

    As it is notorious that we can not work this way.

      Last year i buy tata zest xms petrol as my first car. And all my family suggest me to buy maruti desire but i wanted to buy tata car because it's a indian brand and was more trusted for me. But after using the car i find myself completely dissatisfy. And the reason was only poor services by the showroom. They wanted to charge lot;s of money in any term but when it comes to customer satisfaction their services are zero.
      From starting car engine is making heavy noise by timing chain or other belts or tapid and when i goes for first service i make complaint to showroom that please look in this issue they have settle down the issue but after a 500 km the again its so noisy now at my second service of car i visited to tayal motor faridabad and inform them about issue they charge me 4400 for second service but even they had not clean the car properly after service its seems that they even not touch the car for cleaning.
      All they issue were same even after service.
      And now after all this i have decided to sale this and not to buy or suggest to buy anyone for tata product.
      Now my trust is zero with tata.

      I have bought a Tata Tiago XZ on 27th oct 2016. It's very poor in driving all time jerks, , engine stop taking fuel . Even music system hang all time . It's stop taking speed on highway . Such a scrap . Very unhappy pls take back it if you can't repair .

          There is worst experience going on with tata.. I have booked car on 6th jan tiago xz silver color petrol from dhara motors hajipur bihar, dealer has committed free insurance.. But after 6 -7 days after asking the details of delivery they denied that no insurance free now, then i have changed the model to diesel and booked on 12th jan 2108, now it has been 7 days and dealer is unable to provide information about the delivery of vehicle.. Even after calling multiple times.. Now i m regretting my decision to take car from tata.. This is my last try.. Pls look into the matter!!

            I am souvik kundu. From burdwan west bengal. We bought a new tata tiago xm car from bd motors, burdwan. West bengal. Last week of october, 2017. Still we did not get the car number plate. The main complain is we have installed all the accessories from bd motors. But they didn't give any receipt. They told us during our first service of the car they will give our receipt. Actually they are afraid of giving receipt. They have taken excessive money than the actual price. (For back cam and monitor they have taken 6.5k but the market price is 3k). I would register a complain against gm of bd motors. He is the main culprit. He knows everything. He promised us that he will solve our problem. But after that he has not send any mail. Even when i was there at showtime during our first service, i called him. On that day he was not pick up my call atlast when i send a sms then he called back and told me i am in hospital but the employees of that showroom told he is not in hospital. He is a complete cheater. I just want my accessories receipt and change my duplicate accessories that's all. And my car number plate as early as possible.

              Dear sir my self Alok Kumar from kanpur up .I purchased a car month of September 2017 .. during drive I found a problem of indicator left side it is missing indicator on left turn . during drive I faced accident two time and injard car bonat nd left side mirror also on road because of left indicator not working some time probably .I complent in service center two time . But he didn't find the problem one time he has changed the indicator handle now I facing the problem both side indicator not working and parking was also missing nobody contact me for this facing this problem. Many time because of indicator problem many people abuse me for indicator I felt guilty because your service provider I have two videos recorded from indicator missing time I have Shawn to your service engineer but he didn't find the problem actually. So I frustrated then I mail you that you will solve my problem. Thanks

                Hi Team,

                This complaint is regarding the issue with Tax Invoice provided by Concorde Motors Malad West showroom and sales executive Anand Sawant Against purchase of Vehicle
                Tata Taigo XT Petrol model with registration number MH-47-AB-1540 .and register against owner Omkar Prakash Savant
                The invoice soft copy provided by exceutive after almost 24 days after the invoice date is for Rs.4, 18, 732.00 whereas the Ex-Showroom cost for the car is RS.4, 48, 807.00.which means invoice is incorrect also the proforma invoice which was submitted to HDFC bank for loan application at time of Loan login was of Rs.4, 48, 807 and on that basis bank has approved 100% loan on Ex-Showroom price of vehicle and now exceutive is telling that he cannot provide me invoice for RS.4, 48, 807.

                Also I have received mail from HDFC Bank Authority to provide the invoice for Rs.4, 48, 807 as loan was provided on that basis as bank is not atall ready to accept the invoice provided by Concorde Motors as its undervalue and bank has asked for the difference amount which has being disbursed to the showroom.
                So I required the invoice for Rs.4, 48, 807and also its required by bank so I required it also delivery of car is scheduled on 21st of January 2018 Sunday.
                I have received an email from HDFC Bank authorities about same on[protected] regarding same issue.
                I have made an complaint against this to their customer relationship manager Ms. Archana also but I got reply as Concorde motors have got mail from Tata Motors to make invoice in this form as less than actual price paid by customer and the actual car's ex showroom price of car.

                I have avail discount which was officially given by Tata motors on purchase of Tata Taigo in December Month of Free Insurance And Corporate Discount of Rs.3000 and as per my knowledge Insurance amount and corporate discount is not included in Ex-showroom Cost of vehicle but Concorde Motors is telling that insurance amount and corporate discount is calculated in Ex-showroom Cost of car and this is told by Tata motors as Concorde motors have received and E-mail From Tata Motors for this.
                Two of my close friend have also purchase same car Tata Taigo XT model with same discount with I have being offered and in same December month but still he has got tax Invocie of Rs.4, 48, 807/ he has purchase car from Wasan Motors Borivali if mail was send by Tata motors then why Wasan is not following tata motors and if wasan can give full invoice of Rs.4, 48, 807 then why can’t Concorde .
                So its my request to Tata Motors to look into this matter and provide me correct Tax Invoice as I am also as Tata Employee.

                I wanted to forward you the porfroma invoice and tax invoice provided by dealer but I can't add here as its in pdf form if you can give me email id I can send it to your team for reference.

                  I bought a tata tiago car in the month of december and did my first service this month.
                  From the day 1, i am facing the problem of mileage shortage for the car and when complained the dealer said will be better after the 1st service but nothing happened instead the mileage dropped again.
                  When comparing with the same car bought by my friend during the same time, this car's fuel consumption is just double which is so unbearable.
                  I demand a compensation for the loss that i faced due to this issue.
                  And also request to get the problem solved.

                    Worst service of kht tata motors domlur branch. For these people we are avoiding to buy indian brands. They are shameless. They are non cooperative. Starting from sales person to the manager all are fraud. They will promise of so many things but then they will not act upon on single thing. You need to call them again and again for your purchase. Even after you have provided the total amount they will not deliver your car. They are super cheaters. Beware of these guys named charan (Sales person), parker (Sales mgr), karthik (Branch mgr) and last but not the least arun (Finance person). All these fraud people together in a team will cheat you. They are all the same. Nobody among these is honest.

                      I have done cancellation of tata nexon on 5th dec 2017.
                      More than one month has passed and tata motoras dealer conconrde mototrs, delhi has not refunded me 11, 000 inspite of several reminders.

                      Territory sales mamager nayan goyal is irrsponsible and highly inefficient, he is ineffective and ruinung image of tata in market.

                      I have talked to him but has no clue about the problem.

                        I am ashwani saxena from kanpur (U. P.). I planned to purchase tata tigor 1.2 (O) p in september. I was assured to deliver the vehicle in september 21 but they could not deliver on that day. After that i was told to get the vehicle in september 22 (Navraatri) by 05:00 pm but they delivered the vehicle at 11:00 pm in a very pathetic & rough condition without mud flaps, cleaning, mats or any accessories as they told the reason of stock transfer from lucknow. There was a dent in car, gap was there between bumper & headlight. Committed accessories were not in proper condition. Dealer asked me to provide & resolve all the complaints during first service of car. Moreover i have not received my service coupons yet while first service have already been done. I have already communicated my problems to tata customer executive when they called me up about the feedback of dealer & car performance around 3 months back. Also my problems were not resolved in first service. Massive jerk problem is still in car while running, noise in engine also there. Roof beading is not in proper condition. Various cap fittings are not proper like on wind screen, seat belts etc. Mileage is also very low as per company commitments. This is the case of vrindavan shelter (Sai motors), fazalganj, kanpur. Mr. Sumit srivastava-sales executive was chasing me to buy this car while the gm of vrindavan shelter (Sai motors) mr. Chander bhasin was looking after my case & he also misguided & mis committed with me after my first complaint to the customer care representative. I was assured to get better seat cover or get discount of rs. 5000/-. I preferred to go for better seat cover but again they gave me the normal one. Very pathetic experience with tata motors & their channel dealers.

                          Had enquired about hexa in exchange wit renault duster. I have 2 things to say,
                          1) the date of enquiry was 31/dec/2017 and the executive who came (Puneeth from urs lars mysore) has not responded till date and when we tried following up we have received a rude and unprofessional response which was not expected from people of tata motors.

                          2) there was some other third-party for valuation and has undervalued the vehicle.
                          Customers trust these sales guys and ask them for a price to sell of their cars if these sales people start cheating the customers and the company for money, it will be very difficult for tata motors to retain the credibility they have i. The market.

                          I would request the concerned to take stringent action against the sales executive who attended and warn the showrooms to hire more humble and sales hungry people rather than such stupid uncultured people for sales.

                            As we buy the tata hexa xe model we

                            Before buying it
                            They was told that sensors will get in accessories
                            And now they told that that will not come as power is not be distributed

                            On the other hand tata hexa is suv model it is having a power distribution to sensors!!!

                            I really dissatisfied regarding this

                            They didnt inform before buying this

                            It was better to buy an another car instead of investing in this car

                              Because of i am statisfied with this vehicle i have told about tata vehicles to my friends circle. One of my friend mr. R. Ramdoss who purchased a vehicle tata tigor in the month of january-18 at chima motors madurai. I went with him to book vehicle and take delivery. He told at the time of booking and taking delivery only becuase of me he is purchasing tata vehicle and he told to chima motors that i have explained about tata motors more than show room personal. At this juncture my question is whether i am eligible for that cash back offer as you told me in sms day before yesterday. Kindly inform me

                                I have purchased new tata indigo just a month back and its battery starting troubling.
                                Ever time when i call at customer care. I never get any positive response.
                                Im very disappointed with tata motors.
                                This is my first tata car and my experience is really very bad and i never suggest anyone to buy tata.
                                I get is checked and found that the battery is defected and i m shocked that how the pdi team give cleareance to car for delivery if the battery was defected.

                                  I've read many of the complaints related to tata motors fake interview. I also got an email first on 10 jan 2018 then i contacted on the no. Mentioned in mail named under rashi gupta hr head.
                                  Then i gave telephonic interview in which i got selected as get. Then got a call from vikram sharma hr head for confirmation and security money 7000/-. After that i got a offer letter from tata motors for joining in pantnagar, uttarakhand.

                                  Is it fake or real?

                                    I booked a white color tigor xz (0) 2017 from aryaveer motors daryaganj delhi we had a deal and my expected delivery was 14 january. Now when my draft is ready they are not ready to deliver and are ignoring me. They are asking me for more money and also to deliver after 15-20 days more. Kindly look into the matter and try to solve as soon as possible.

                                      I am very disappointed by the service provided by your dealer tayal motors, faridabad.

                                      My tata zest car no. Hr51bh5014 was serviced on 02.01.2018.

                                      While handing over the car i told the attendant about the noise in doors while driving.

                                      When i took the delivery of my car what i see that same noise was still there and the attendant was so irresponsible that he even didn't care to reset the service blinker to the next 15000km. Also when i asked about why the noise not rectified, they gave me very great answer that"our denter is on leave today but we have oiled doors.

                                      Now what i ask tayal motors that if the problem is not resolved and your denter was on leave, then on what behalf you are charging from me, just for oiling which companies do in routine while servicing the car. Tayal motors attendant are so lethargic that they even don't care to check the vehicle before giving delivery to customer.

                                      Sir, i kindly request to please see for such irresponsible attitude from tayal motors as it leaves a very bad impression on your esteemed organisation

                                        Sub:- refund of rs 5.50 lacs against cost of tata tiago purchased from fairdeal motots srinagar having disastrous problem in steering.
                                        Sir,
                                        Apropos, i have honour to highlight the following facts regarding the issue which i am facing for last 6 months for none of my faults.
                                        That i had purchased tata tiago xz petrol having engine no. Revtrn02ntyk29599 and chassis no. Mat626281gkn47198 from your dealer fairdeal motors and workshop parimopra srinagar 190017 kashmir j&k on[protected] against the cost of rs 5, 15, 822/=
                                        That in the month of august 2017 i observed its steering was getting locked/hard during operation of first and 2nd gear and frequently after switching the vehicle. After wards it always took me 3 to 5 minutes to wait till the steering could get unlocked.
                                        That i took the car to the authorized workshop (Fairdeal motors) repeatedly for four times and the concerned authorized dealers kept the vehicle under observation for about 15 days and dispatched to me on 30/10/2017 with the statement that the necessary technical repair has been made.
                                        That my patience and humble approach turned all in vain as the car is still having the disastrous issue (Steering lock during start of vehicle) besides non functional of rear censor, absence of seat belt alarm, remaining visible airbag indicator, less mileage issue even driving the vehicle on eco mode etc.
                                        That i provided all proofs to the concerned mechanic by way of videos and mr suhaib and mr mohamad younis khan working in the fair deal motors srinagar have noticed the issue on[protected] when again i handed over my tata tiago to them under registration no. Jk04d-5270 against the receipt no.8399 dated10/01/2018 for refund.
                                        That during the intervene period from 01/11/2017 to 10/01/2017, i repeatedly requested the concerned dealer for addressing my issue but in response they told me that they send a mail to tata company for resolving my issue.
                                        That driving such vehicle further is as good as inviting any mishap as i feel insecure in its driving and apprehension of accident cannot be ruled out and as such in no case i am ready to pick up the said car from your authorized workshop.
                                        Ipso facto, it is requested to refund the cost of vehicle including cost of seat covers and cost of p2p scheme including price hike charges which sums up to the tune of rs 5, 50, 000/= by or before 15th january 2018. Hope keeping in view the reputation of tata motors you may not compel me to resolve my issue at any another forum as i have fair knowledge of my rights.
