I have purchased a tiago on 21st aug'17. From date of purchased to till date i have faced lot of problem and service engineer is not able to rectify the complain they are saying it is minor fault but for me my car is stopping at any tym in traffic is major failure. Oil is leaking some where service engineer unable to identify this.
This is proving my decision is worst of buying tata car actually i have bought this car as i m the old customer of tata (Previous car is indica)

    Respected sir/madam,

    I am s mahendran from jameen puravipalayam pollachi, i have purchased tata tiago xz diesel with a pre - booking made on 31/12/2017 and took delivery on 12/1/18. I'm completely dissatisfied with the purchase as i have paid for alloy wheels but tafe access delivered me with steel rim wheels only. How can a car be delivered without any pre-inspection process and other checking...?

    But still the mystery continues as i'm unaware of still how many parts/accessories have been changed/removed and what have been missed out in car that was mentioned in the pamphlet given by tata.

    I have completely lost the faith on tata because i do not know what parts/accessories are changed inside, which a common man is not aware of.

    I regularly maintaining my car in daily basis and also i using a car in high way road only after the delivery. Now 1month 6 days. My rear left side tyre center portion got damaged and also inner portion gets bulged.in 4000 kms bridgestone got damaged. As of my knowledge bridge-stone was a good company were producing good tyres in the market. But my car tata motors tafe access were not checked the final quality before delivering the vehicle. I need the replacement tyre for the same, otherwise i will made the complaints in the consumer court.

      Hi,

      I have purchased indigo ecs in jan 2017. The mileage claimed by company is 25 for highway and 21 for city. But from the beginning my car is getting mileage of only 12. I had complained regarding this multiple times to the dealer where i got my car serviced, but they did not help me. According to them my car is working perfectly and they cannot guarantee mileage in city. I understand this, but isnt 12 too low? I got my car serviced 4 times, including engine oil change and filter change, still mileage did not improve. What should i do in this case as the dealer is not helping?

        I was bluffed by Tata motors service center " BLESS MOTORS" pin- 741248, WB by Mr Joydeb Das.

        Mr Joydeb das took Rs 81000 from me for my Tata Manza Servicing, I have attached the document with this mail. Now my car engine got ceased within 7 days, and he is asking more money from me again.

          We gave advance of 11000 to book tata nexon xm, to treo motors new delhi via commitment form, on 13 january 2018. The ex showroom price was 649000. Today when our car arrived, we were called to make payment, to our shock, the dealer said, the proce has increased to a whooping 25000. We noted while u increased rate of just 2, 000 in xt model. Why a rate jump of 25000 on xm model? This seems completely unfair to us. Secondly, no one even informed us that the rates had increased and we were working on a budget accordingly and waited for 4 weeks for our car to arrive. We really need a clarity. Why rate of 25000 to be charged to us. A small margin is understandable but 25000 is not fair at all. We would really like a comment from tata on the same.

          Secondly, a customer won a case, where supreme court clearly directed "handling and logistic charges" are illegal in india. Why are we being still charged?

              I have purchased a tata tiago (Od02aj3979) xz model on 04.01.2017from bharat motors, bhubaneswar, odisha, now my 3rd service has been completed.
              My complaint is the service persons are think that the customers are fool, whatever they will say we have to admit it.
              I had some issues like, which they simply skipped and washing was not proper neither the interior nor the exterior. My car enter the service station at 9.25 am and they delivered me at 5.30 pm, no systematic approach, i have to follow every now and then by completely sitting there, and the best part you know they upgraded the infotainment system and basis of that they said now all your problem like dash board noise, clutch issue, smoothness everything will be solve, then my mind blow away and i did not said anything and took my car after service.
              Then i logged one complaint regarding same to the showroom and after that they sent two engineer to my home to resolve the clutch issue, they use some spray in the engine and the the clutch became smooth but after few many days again the same issue arrived, and huge noise coming from dash board, and when the car is going through any ups and downs on the roads it felt like the chassis will broke down. (I) dash board & body huge sound coming like a taxi car on ups and downs (Ii) clutch was getting very tight even after your so called spray treatment.

              Now i am not feeling good to take the car.
              I need my complaint to be solved because i dont have the time to move to your third class service center and i also dont want to waste time, petrol and money by visiting your service station.

              We are the customers who believed on tata product for which slowly the tata coming out of his taxi kind of image.

              So resolve my issue asap.

                Tata motors gachibowli, hyderabad and every other dealer in hyderabad is asking for handling charges while booking any new car from them
                Even after telling them that it's illegal to ask for these charges, everyone has one or other explanation to justify and not bulging and goes one step forward to tell customers to get in touch with higher management or customer care
                Stop such malpractice to extract money from customers!

                  I just bought tata bolt reverton 2016 full option from sipradi trading teku kathmandu at end of 2016. Last wednesday when i parked the car at site where i looked for a bigger space at the side and it was little sloppy but was good enough to park. I was with one friend and we went towards the site. It was in gear 1, hands break on as usual. As i walked about 1 minute and looked back for my friend who was following me i somehow saw the car was sliding backwards and fell off downstairs. It was really unpleasant experience and i am very disappointed. How come a parked car can slide down automatically and fell off. Please look into it and do proper investigation. My whole family are sad and thanks god we were not inside.

                  Too bad, no safety assurance. Slides backwards and fell down while parked even the hands break on and in gear 1. Of course who would like to see their car falling down? It was out of the blue still like a nightmare. Luckily no one was inside. I need a complete investigation report about it. The staffs didn’t pay much empathy but instead offer another car for top up and exchange after all they want to sell the product. But how could we buy when they don’t even understand how I feel and how come the car fell off such a way.
                  I have booked tata tiago xz from a dealer in ghaziabad.
                  He has given me quotation including HANDLING CHARGES. I m aware that these charges are illegal. I told the dealer about this fact. He simply said everyone pays this, u have to pay.
                  What should i do now?
                  Agrwal motars rewa have committed to me 14 wheelar truck provide in indore but they didn't. I have paid in 7th February but today 12th fab he didn't provide to me.

                    My self harpreet singh from nawasher punjab.
                    I am using tata safari res no pb 32 m 1870. I had met with an accident on 11/12/17. After that i came to know that ps motors pvt is the best dealership for service.
                    But today is 9-2-18 that dealership note able to returne my car they are always give an excuse that they don’t have staff and all. But i am suffering from so many problems. My insurance company also clear all fromalties for claim but they are not able to deliver for the same.
                    I request that please deliver my car on monday (12/02/18) other wise. I will go higher autherties or consumer court. Feedback for the dealership is very bad they are just fooling us and other.

                      Tata motors dealers (Concord motors, paschim vihar in delhi) are charging 6500/- logistics charges on tata nexon which is illegal.

                      This is the message i received without any action from tata motors for my email regarding handling/logistics charges of rs 6500/- on nexon xm diesel but with no results.

                      Same with me at Hyderabad. Seems like every dealer is asking for handling charges and justifying it as logistics which THEY are paying while bringing the vehicle from plant. Blood suckers dealers are not bulging even after giving info that these charges are illegal and goes one step forward in telling sir, plz contact south India manager or tata motors customer care.

                          Dear sir i dr surendra pratap mishra purchased nano twist on 31/10/2015 i booked for service on 01/02/2018 for major problem that is vehicle is giving heating indicator suddenly stops in heavy traffic and continuous reminder is given from my side and vehicle was once serviced for same reason at present is still on hold at service centre from 1/02/2018 till date. Reason still not known neither the delivery date is cofirmed in varanasi laharartara may be due to paucity of expert at that point i am facing problems. Kindly send expertise as early as possible. I have purchased tata tiago xz diesel 1.05l (Mat626184hkj66272) on 24/1/2018 with a pre-booking made on 5/1/2018 and took delivery on 4/2/18. I'm completely dissatisfied with the purchase as i have paid for alloy wheels but tafe access delivered me with steel rim wheels and i got to know about this issue on next day. How can a car be delivered without any pre-inspection process and other checking...?

                            A normal person buys a car once or twice in his lifetime and i'm being cheated in this at the very first time and luckily i got to know about it, but still the mystery continues as i'm unaware of still how many parts/accessories have been changed/removed and what have been missed out in car that was mentioned in the pamplet given by tata.

                            I have completely lost the faith on tata because i do not know what parts/accessories are changed inside, which a common man is not aware of. So, i don't need this car and this brand as i'm being forged during my purchase. Tack back the car and return my hard earned money.

                              I purchased 2nos of TATA Indigo from Tata dealer "AUTO VIKAS"
                              located in moti nagar
                              As I purchased them through TATA Finance, So Mr. Rohit was the attendant over there at Autovikas. After loan sanctioned he told that there was a loan sanctioned of Rs 455000/ and other 398000/- and he calculated by the rate of same as above mentioned . but whe the time came to pay the first E.M.I, I got to know that it was actually sectioned of 458500/- and 406000/-
                              despite that he again charged rs 11000/- from me and told that he will return me within 3-4 days, but till date i.e its been more more than 2 month he dont even pick phone, i spoke to mr neeraj also but none of the respond professionally

                              Its again to conform you that I have submitted my accidental car to TRIO TATA VASANT KUNJ on 19th July 2019 and till today as of now on 6th of September TRIO TATA is not able to get my car repaired.
                              Dear sir it's very sorry to say that I'm not able to give rest of EMI's by my pocket, I have paid full amount of insurance (which is much higher than the rest companies in the market) with 0% depreciation. Dispite that TATA is not able to give service on time.
                              There fore I just requested you to please give me at least 2 EMI'S as a compensation and get me my car fit as soon as possible. I have already gone in the loss of Rs 150000 just due to your negligency of incapabiliy.
                              It's my humble request you to please take my word seriously and dont force me to take a legal action against you..

                                In the faith of Tata group headed by the great Mr. Ratan Tata, I’m a patriotic person and hence always dreamt of buying an indian car made by an indian manufacturer. I really like tata motor cars and hence I zeroed upon a Tata Zest in the year 2016. I also financed it from Tata motor finance and it was the biggest mistake.

                                I’m hereby writing to tell you about the shabby service provided by one of your group companies Tata Motor Finance limited. I financed my car from Tata motor finance limited and bought the car from Marigold cars in bhandup and was very happy. The car emi is fixed upon Rs.11694/- every 2nd of the every month, the very first emi didn’t happen and was informed that there is some issue going and it will not be detected so I’ll have to pay it online or via cheque to the representative, I did paid it once online and was receiving calls from the collections till end of the month saying it is not reflecting in their account that they have it with HDFC, so, henceforth, I never paid it online instead asked the representative to collect it from home, he did it every month as the ECS was not getting deducted every month, so I did visit the office at vashi and it was more like a govertment office, wasted almost two hours and the system was down and later the person was not available. I once again paid it at the branch office of Tata motors at vashi and again filled the form for ECS and was told that it is been retectified and will be deducted every month now onwards.
                                Today the car is now almost two years old and not even one ECS is been deducted from my account. Till today every month I have to sign a cheque to Tata motor finance of the emi that is not deducting via ecs.
                                The reason to write this email is that ECS is not working since day one the car was purchased in the month of July’2016, the charges are now been charged to me as the ECS is not working. My concern is if the issue is on your end still the customer has to bear the charges, I was not informed about the charges last month, this the month the collections department is informing me that there is an outstanding charge of four thousand rupees that is the charges was the amount not deducting via ECS. I’m also been informed that till the time I do not pay the outstanding charges they will not allow to fill in a new form to re validate the ECS facility, customers are forced to pay charges its like exorting the money forcefully.
                                I request you to kindly check the issue with the concern department and waive the extra fees that is been charged to me along with help me to resolve the issue of ECS. I still have faith in TATA group of companies and the former chairman Mr. Ratan Tata.

                                  I have Tata 407 pickup and the problem is joint rod is rotating but my tyres were not rotating. It may be due to break of axel rod or it may pinon problem. So please solve my problem as early as possible.

                                    I am writing this email with regard to a fault in my car. I recently purchased a tata sumo gold gx model from concord motors (Prabhadevi) and took the delivery on 20th november, 2017.

                                    I have been writing and trying very hard to get my right on the features promised to me by your company.

                                    I have written several mails to several people in the line of your organisation and dealers attached but still stand at square one problem not solved. Before i take this up more aggressively and intervene with media would like to give you the opportunity for the last time to either have a de-fogger installed in the back windshield or change my car and give me one which has the features listed in the top model for which i have paid and the car on the road in the top model has the feature.

                                      I purchased the top variant of nexon petrol model (Xz+) and was utterly disappointed to notice that the stepney was not the same as other wheels which are cut diamond alloy type. But was instead the iron wheel. When i spoke to tata motors they said it was their policy and not much can be done about it. I have brought it to their notice that it meant extra time and efforts for the customer to replace the wheel twice as i can't drive my vehicle on two different kind of wheels. And at least for the top variant they should consider giving an alloy wheel as the stepney. It's been a while that i have taken up the matter with them and there has been no resolution so far to my problem. Please look into this.

                                      I have purchased the top variant of nexon 2 weeks ago and am utterly disappointed to notice that the spare wheel is regular iron as against the other four which are cut diamond alloy wheels. This is going to cause extra effort in case of a puncture as i shall need to change the wheel twice as one can't run a vehicle on two different kinds of wheels. I have taken the issue up with tata motors but haven't received any positive response from them until now. They are expecting me to buy the 5th wheel as an extra accessory. Very unfair and cheap tactics.
