I have purchased a tata tiago (Od02aj3979) xz model on 04.01.2017from bharat motors, bhubaneswar, odisha, now my 3rd service has been completed.
My complaint is the service persons are think that the customers are fool, whatever they will say we have to admit it.
I had some issues like, which they simply skipped and washing was not proper neither the interior nor the exterior. My car enter the service station at 9.25 am and they delivered me at 5.30 pm, no systematic approach, i have to follow every now and then by completely sitting there, and the best part you know they upgraded the infotainment system and basis of that they said now all your problem like dash board noise, clutch issue, smoothness everything will be solve, then my mind blow away and i did not said anything and took my car after service.
Then i logged one complaint regarding same to the showroom and after that they sent two engineer to my home to resolve the clutch issue, they use some spray in the engine and the the clutch became smooth but after few many days again the same issue arrived, and huge noise coming from dash board, and when the car is going through any ups and downs on the roads it felt like the chassis will broke down. (I) dash board & body huge sound coming like a taxi car on ups and downs (Ii) clutch was getting very tight even after your so called spray treatment.
Now i am not feeling good to take the car.
I need my complaint to be solved because i dont have the time to move to your third class service center and i also dont want to waste time, petrol and money by visiting your service station.
We are the customers who believed on tata product for which slowly the tata coming out of his taxi kind of image.
So resolve my issue asap.
