Sir i have given my vehicle no rj 22 ua2655 on[protected] after i met an accident on 24th morning. I came from pali to jodhpur to deposit vehile to make it ok under insurance.
On 2-1-18 at 12.35 i got amount rs178447 to be deposited on whatsapp of mr jha (Veerprabhu jodhpur).
On 3-1-18 i have given cheque of the amount to mr ravi at tata outlet pali.
I got message from mr jha... Gadi ok at 17.08 on 6-1-18 on whatsapp by mr jha.
On 8-1-18 i went from pali to jodhpur m/s veer prabhu to collect vehicle at about 12 am. I set there till 3.30 pm and i was given vehicle at 3.30pm. During the period i gave them consent to put front iron guard which was removed in to my vehicle. The person of company took vehicle outside and i sat on drivers seat and took vehicle to chopasni housing board at my relative for lunch. When i parked vehicle there i tried to lock the doors with key but i could not. I checked all doors i found that back door was not completely closed and also it was in badly damaged condition. I was shocked to see that and i immediately called on phone to mr jha and told about this. I also sent him 2 photographs of damaged back doors on whatsapp at 15.33pm. I also found leftside mirror was out of adjustment and i could not adjust that as it was not functioning. (Enclosing two photographs)
I had lunch and atonce went back to company at m/s veerprabhu and met mr jha and shown him both problems. He has given job to repair that left mirror wiring an there people did the same at about 6 pm.
I shown him the damaged back door to him which was damaged by his people while handling my vehicle, s front iron guard and putting them inside the vehicle. Because of carelessness of his people doing job my vehicle, s back door was damaged. He assured verbally to do something concrete on it.
Since it was evening and i have to go back to my home pali.

I found that even painting was defective at many places which i have shown to mr jha. (Enclosing one of the photographs)

Now i feel that i have been harassed... Your company staff have damaged my vehicle s back door and they did nothing so far. Even i have not been given concrete plan that how the damaged portion will be replaced by company and when? As damage is done by company staff in careless dealing and handling of recovered materials.
I also want to mention the good behavior of mr jha and his staff but i am not so expert and i cannot tell you all kind of mistakes in my vehicle at once. I hope there will not be any further problems but even if i find i will again report them to you.
At last it is requested that i should be given in writting that when the damaged portion (Damaged by company staff) will be replaced and the cost will be borne by company.

Regards and awaiting concrete action as early as possible.

Sir,
So far I am feeling so many problems which I am summarizing here under:-
1.When i deposited my vehicle the diesel was about 1/4th of the fuel tank but when vehicle was delivered to me the diesel was at the end and i could drive only 10 kms and compeeled to fill diesl in it. That shows all diesel available in the vehicle was taken away.
2.At many places the paint is not proper which required a thorough look up and repair.
3.The carelessness handling of the staff my vehicle back door has been damaged by them and which was not given any attention to replace the damaged portion at company cost.
4.The voice of horn is mild which needs to be improved.
5. when i use horn it creates noise inside vehicle means it disturbs entire music system.
6.the front left gate glass movement is not smooth, it sticks at the end while closing glass, which is to be repaired.
you are requested to kindly do the needful because I have paid a big amount for repair of my vehicle to your company i.e. Rs 187447/- M/s Veerprabhu marketing ltd Jodhpur . Company is responsible to satisfy the customer fully. I hope your company will fulfill its responsibility.

    I have booked the tiago xza red color on 15th december 2017 at tafe access ltd, mount road, chennai. They told that they will deliver the vehicle on 22nd december.

    When the date is near, they told that they don't have that color in their store (Initially they said that it was available) and they requested the car from coimbatore location and it will take another 5 days.

    Whenever i asked for the update they said that it will come on time. When it was near to 5 days, they told that their coimbatore dealer did not provide the vehicle to them. They tried to get the vehicle from other location, salem. This time they said that it would come quick on 2nd/3rd january.

    Again, they have missed the deadline and they told it could be ready on 5th jan (Friday)...

    This time, different stories like accessories are not there, need to get the temp number from the rto. Im not sure how many weeks it will continue...

    These stories are continuing from the last thursday. I have missed lot of auspicious days/long week end holidays plan. Every day they give some commitments but, they don't follow them. Their motto is just getting the money from the customers. For getting the money, they came on time and collected it.

    After that they don't respect the customers and they don't listen to customer's concern. Their motto is "money first, customer/commitment next".

    I have also sent mail to tata motors customer support team.. But no response from them. Good company and good dealer... Same motto...

    If tata motors wants some market share in passengers car segment, they need to concentrate/listen to customer's concern. Otherwise they wont...

    I have a very worst experience with the dealer/tata motors... I regret to choose the tata brand.. My friends and relatives did not support me to choose the tata car initially but i have chosen.. Now i feel the pain...

    Hi Team, Finally they delivered the vehicle yesterday. Initially (around three weeks), they [Tata Motors] didn't reply to my queries. Once I registered my complaint here, they have created one ticket for my issue.

    Indirectly you have forced them to take some action. This credit goes to your service. Thank you for your support.

      I am k lingareddy ([protected]), me and my brother purchased tata safari strome with very much interest on that on july of 2017 (Vehicle no. Ap02q4567, chassis no. Mat617008hne01319). My vehicle troubling with silencer problems so i sent my vehicle to rectify this problem at local service center in anantapur (Ap). They have taken photos to book the spare parts this is 45days back information. After making so many calls also they have not response properly. Then i placed a complaint about them in online (1-[protected]) then they called me and said that we will try to rectify it and sent us a mail of informing it will take 20days time to get booked spare parts, they are repeating the same answer even it is more then the time limit they have given. At present my vehicle is not in a condition to move on i informed about this to them but i received irresponsible answer from them. After so much pressure they asked to send the vehicle to service. When i sent my vehicle to the service on saturday (6th january 2018) after removing all the part of vehicle they said that we have not resaved spare parts so it will take time to repair then i asked how you removed parts of vehicle knowing that spare part is not received for that they have given rash answer that our service is like that only if your are interested wait till we proved you service other wise takeout your vehicle this is the answer i got after removing all parts of my vehicle.

      Is this serves are not expecting by the customer i have usen mahindra vehicle since 15 years. Even their serves is far better then your serves they have proved or rectify any problem regarding vehicle with in 3 or 4 days with polite answers. I am vexed with your bad serves. I cant use your vehicle any more only because of your bad service so that i kept my vehicle in your services center only (6th january 2018)

      I don’t want to use your vehicle any more because of your bad service. I am hurted so much so don’t give this type of service to keep on your customer.

        Sir i am udaysingh j tikoti i deposited 10000 rs with your authorised showroom manikabaag due to my financial issues my purchasing tata bolt xm is postponed but my amount is given after 2 months and only 8000 this makes me so bad that my next planning to tata companies car is fully changed and my decision is to for other company to maruti suzuki and others. The showroom representative promised to give full amount if i am not going to purchase other company car then only but still i have not purchased still they deducted 2000rs. I want justice or else in my family and friend circle and troughtout my life we will not going to buy tata vehicles.

        my name is kuldeep kanwer, i took a neno car from tata motor jp moter shimla in august2017.i had 35000 balances of the compny whitch i gave the last month.but the branch manager shimla of jpmotors shiMLA SAYS THATIF YOU HAVE TO PAY 15000 INTRUST THEN YOU CAN GET PAPERS.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT BUSINESS THIS COMPNY HAS BUILT.

          I just buy (8 days) new tata magic express from bafna motors, aurangabad. And because of some work i decided to go to jalna but while going there in my tata magic express it's break get failed and because of this my tata magic get crashed to other vehicle (Maruti suzuki swift). The man inside that car not get hurt but his vehicle got damaged. And he has to pay 45000rs for the damage and the person is asking me to pay his damage but this is actually the fault of the company. How can a new vehicles break get failed. I want to complain about this and want them to pay this. And want to claim some money because if there carelessness

            I bought a tata tiago car on 20/11/2017 from progoti motors, jorhat. Today the 05/01/2018 my first servicing around 1500km at progoti motors, golaghat.ac is not working properly. After few minutes air stops blowing from vents.ac makes noise. They said it's for auto cut system. But car gets hot after then. They checked ac gas its only 260. It should be around 600. They are charging for rest amount of gas. I asked for put up a complain. They said that they r forwarding to higher authority about the condition. Disgusting...

              We booked tata tiago against nano car exchange on 28/1/2017. They said car is available as per our choice. We handed over bank dd as per their proforma invoice. Now they are demanding from us 10000/- extra money for theirs internal mistakes. Also they said they are going to deduct from sales exe. Salary... Because of their controversial issue between management, accounts dep. And sales rep. My vehicle is not not sent for registration.. They are giving lot of false statements.. Pl look into this matter.

                I got delivery of my tata tigor car on 32st december 2017 from mavelikara, kerala corncord showroom. Later i observed that the dikky door inside is kept opend without lid. I understood that it was removed during the course of pre delivery inspection. But according to tata staff, in xm varient comes without this lid.. Which is unbelievable. Please advise, what i need to do?

                  I bought tata indica car on tata finance and and insured (Bumper to bumper) myself for the 1st year, in the forthcoming years they said they will do insurance as per company norms. On the first year itself they gave me statement that shows how much amount will come for the consecutive years but after one year of completion they did insurance themselves without of my knowledge and they demand me for excess amount then i lodged a complaint but goes in vain then i come to know they are doing this as consciously. Then i paid the amount what they demand because they threaten me that the amount will get higher day by day if not paid on date fixed by them. Again they consciously made a mistake on doing insurance as i have applied for bumper to bumper insurance but they gave me normal insurance initially i didn't notice it but now i asked them for the reason they simply says what to do and blaming me to tackle the mistake. They don't care about customers and no response, no solutions. I think there is no good administration.

                  Tata finance (Chennai branch) doing fraud jobs for their customers and looting customers money and sucking customers hard work. They are making check for their customers.

                  Be aware of tata finance...

                  In this case, branch operation executive have informed to customer that he need to pay extra amount for additional features in insurance policy but till date, customer has not turned up. Once customer pay the extra amount, we will initiate a request to insurance company to do necessary changes.

                  In this case, they are not ready to solve the problem and not ready to accept their mistake which they made. Due to their mistake i had to pay some amount from my pocket, who is going to take responsibility for this. They should compensate for their insane activity. You people tell me what is the punishment for your mistakes. I concretely say that you people consciously do mistakes for your benefits and then threaten customers to pay extra amount to avoid overdue chargers.

                  I also sent proof for their mistakes to the officials then what you need to sort out the problem. Any idea about demanding money...

                    I have tiago car and i did servicing in concorde. I have given a list of things to do in car servicing but no changed. I asked 3 times to do same but no action taken. When i asked, why not done, they said they have done. After delivery check, no changes done. Very causal attitude to customer. When i talked with concorde person, even they dont bother about car servicing. Sometime they just wash a car and deliver. As tata most valauble dealer, but concorde is very bad option for servicing.

                        I have booked tata tiago 5 months ago. (Mh14-gh-3010)
                        On first servicing got car back with spray paint mark all over the car. After complaining for more than 3 months. No action has been take and issue is still unresolved. Not even getting reply from concern people to update me what are their plans.
                        I also dropped a message on twitter and then didn't help me either....

                                I a. Subhash chandra bose reddy bought tata hexa (Xm) from orange auto pvt. Ltd hyderabad, ts. Today 29/12/2017 i went to pick my new tata hexa from above showroom. I found lots scratchs on hexa. I immediately questioned them about scratchs. I didn't take delivery of tata hexa. I am so unhappy and decided to not buy tata motors any more in future. Please kindly solve my problem immediately. Other wise legal action would be taken.
                                Hence i kindly request solve my problem.

                                  It’s been almost a month since i gave my vehicle (Tata safari) to the focus tata vehicle dealers in kerala, and till today the service assistant team were unable to figure out the complaint of the vehicle.
                                  I was being requested to transport the vehicle from thier kollam district branch to pathanamthitta branch and i did the same,
                                  But unfortunately, both the team are not able to fix the complaint.
                                  I demand an explanation from the tata team for this unprofessional service and a refund of amount.
                                  And advise me where to fix my complaint

                                    My tata bolt car silver 23 months old giving problems after3rd service from concorde peera garghi udyog nagar delhi
                                    As i checked while i drive my car the suspension system or the shock absorbers troubling a lot... Also the harman system is not giving sound now... Pls help me..
