We are a corporate customer of TATA motors from last decade and a long associated supplier too.
We have brought 2 buses from TATA dealers, one of them brought in Apr 2017, and bus having lot of problems in it, We were registered a complaint regarding its front glass repairs two weeks back, not getting proper support from Dealer, nearby service station, everybody responsible persons of all showrooms are denying that it’s not their issue.
Is this the policy of TATA motors, to serve its customers. We have continuously in follow up with TATA Motors services at Srinath Motors, Chakan, Sehgal Wheels, Shikrapur & Chinchwad, Srinath Motors, Khandale, Ranjagaon, but not getting proper support. We were paid for onsight warranty services, that dealer/supplier cheated us. Several times called Mr. Vijay Kumar, From Tata Motors but seems that no service station obeying him.
Now last time I wish to try for support, otherwise I will go and file a suit in consumer court and will flash the news in the media, about the poor response. Hence request you kindly resolve our issues on priority now, it’s now over. Please refer Complaint number:- [protected]
