It’s been almost a month since i gave my vehicle (Tata safari) to the focus tata vehicle dealers in kerala, and till today the service assistant team were unable to figure out the complaint of the vehicle.
I was being requested to transport the vehicle from thier kollam district branch to pathanamthitta branch and i did the same,
But unfortunately, both the team are not able to fix the complaint.
I demand an explanation from the tata team for this unprofessional service and a refund of amount.
And advise me where to fix my complaint

      We are a corporate customer of TATA motors from last decade and a long associated supplier too.

      We have brought 2 buses from TATA dealers, one of them brought in Apr 2017, and bus having lot of problems in it, We were registered a complaint regarding its front glass repairs two weeks back, not getting proper support from Dealer, nearby service station, everybody responsible persons of all showrooms are denying that it’s not their issue.

      Is this the policy of TATA motors, to serve its customers. We have continuously in follow up with TATA Motors services at Srinath Motors, Chakan, Sehgal Wheels, Shikrapur & Chinchwad, Srinath Motors, Khandale, Ranjagaon, but not getting proper support. We were paid for onsight warranty services, that dealer/supplier cheated us. Several times called Mr. Vijay Kumar, From Tata Motors but seems that no service station obeying him.

      Now last time I wish to try for support, otherwise I will go and file a suit in consumer court and will flash the news in the media, about the poor response. Hence request you kindly resolve our issues on priority now, it’s now over. Please refer Complaint number:- [protected]

        Hi,
        1. Car tyres:
        I have purchased tata tiago xz in jun 2016 from fortune motors thane and have driven for 15000 kms.in the span of 1.5 years, one tyre already has 6 punctures. I replaced this tyre with spetney last month. Today the second tyre got punctured on my way to native.

        The quality of tyres installed is really bad and it may out life in danger in long trips.

        Since the car is under 2 years warranty, appreciate if the tyres are replaced with good quality tyres at the earliest.

        2. Roof lamp:
        There is a continuous issue with roof lamp. The lamp not always light when the doors open. After complaining to service centre, i was assured replacement however, there is continuous delay for more month stating stock not available.

        Could you kindly look into at the earliest.

          I have taken taigor on 7 dec 2017. Left indicator does not work some time.. I have observed multiple time.. Not only short, full left indicator does not work.. Once it did not work than i pressed again with power than also it did not work.. It is very risky.. Please respond on this request. Next i will try to capture video.

            Dear sir /madam,
            When i took price list from auto matrix, mangalore, in november month for tata tiago xz petrol it was mentioned rs.612315/-. (Including insurance amount rs.21425) but later in december i came to know the price of tiago was down by 27000 plus. When i enquired the same through car salesman he said price was reduced by 20000/- and he told the will be less in insurance and we dont have to pay single rupee for insurance (Which was 21425).
            But when i purchased the car. Tata tiago xz petrol /expresso brown on 24th december, what i saw was insurance amount is only 9000 plus (Instead of 21425). I want clearification or refund for difference amount.

              I would like to inform you that i had visited your tata motors finance, manga pantry nagar, meerut regarding ecs charge deduction from account. Their i met a person named vikas serena, he was very rude with me and denied to help me also he committed that i can complain against him anywhere. He said talk to branch manager alok sharma but mr. Sharma did not receive my call on multiple attempts.
              How can these person behave like this with a customer.. M helpless there... Kindly look into the matter and give a feedback to these persons to help the customers.
              Ecs charger are not correctly deducted from my account.. High amounts deducted from my account from july month.
              Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

                I am pradeep thakur and my mobile no is [protected]. I must say that tata tiago front glass is of dirt cheap quality and one would be more prone to accidents while using such cheap glasses. Its a matter of someones life. I really would want one to get back to me and change the glass. I bought the vehicle in augvand since then i have been complaining about it but no revert from anyone.

                Nobody bothered at dealer place. Top to bottom everybody say lie and will cheat you. Even after two months of vehicle purchased they could not provide the registration number. More ever there is no response from dealer as well from Tata Motors.

                  I, n. Suresh kumar purchased a tata tigor xz copper dazzle colour, from trivandrum motors, thakaraparambu road, trivandrum oo 13/12/2017. After temporary registration number kl 01 dq (Temp) 6891, i was handed over the vehicle. On verifying the documents, to my horror, i found that the vehicle manufacturing date was april 2017. A nine month old vehicle was sold to me as brand new. As the vehicle was lying in the open yard for nine months, the paint on the roof top has started blistering. When this complaints were pointed out the crm agreed to look into. But no further action. When called, he will request to call later. When called again he will message that he will call back. This continued for a week. No action till date. Is it fair on the part of a dealer to turn a deaf year to the complaint by a customer? With this kind of customer service, tata can never hope to increase their market share, because i am afraid to recommend tata vehicles to my friends and relatives.                       I has given my car for routine service at concorde motors patparganj 8 days back in good working condition raise a bill of 13000 & during this they replaced my original working injector with faulty one with further demand of 13000 & since last 8 days are holding my car at their workshop with the excuse part noy available

                      I will be the last person to buy or recommend any tata car to anyone a group of lootere working on unethical & theives

                        I want to complaint against the road side assistance service provided by tata
                        I have a transporting company, and my truck has broke down near kolhapur
                        Earlier my driver tried contacting desai motors, they assured me to send a service next morning, but yet no response. Then we tried to call chaitanya motors, dealer of tata motors, but they said they had no time. Bad news is my truck met with an accident, as it was rammed from behind on the state highway.
                        I am highly disappointed by the 24*7 and the pickup service and i held tata responsible for my loss due to the accident.
                        They keep saying being out of vehicles.
                        It's been hours for the truck still standing,
                        Looking forward for some response, highly disappointed.

                          I am vihsnukant pandey. I have purchased tata tigor (Xz o) petrol car from samarth tata moters gwalior mp on[protected]. The dealer promised to give me seat covers for my car in the asessories but at the time of delivery it would not be provided to me. Dealer said to me that seat covers not available at agency.

                          A complain about this matter had been lodged by me on 15.11.2017 no. 1-[protected]. A call made by the agency staff on 11.12.2017 for providing me the seat cover. But i was out of station at that time. On 14.12.2017 i went to the agency (Samarth tata moters gwalior) to take my seat cover. But this was not provided to me and by the agency staff said to me that not available the seat cover at agency.

                          It was only befooling me by the agency staff.

                          My seat cover has not been provided to me til now.

                            Our tata nano jh05al5415 in the name of mr. Ashok kumar pathak was having a starting/cranking problem for quite a long time as it creates problem in starting the car most of the time and even in running condition suddenly car engine stops n not getting started in the middle of the road, we called to asl motors nearby my home from where we bought the car n gave it to asl motors for solving the problem n they took around 13500rs n even didn't given the bill details to us saying printer is not working however we gave them our mail id to send it but still they didn't mail us and the very next day the same problem occurred in the middle of the road as it was not getting started so we had to push the car with the help of some people, now again we called asl motors n told the problem, they brought our car to the showroom and after few days again asl motors is demanding around 8-10000 rs for replacing some spare parts. What whould we do, first they don't get the actual problem and they continue charging so much of repairing charge. It would have been better for us to repair it from outside 3rd party from a good mechanic. Now please take this problem into consideration and give us some solution.

                              We had purchased a hexa xe variant reg. No. Ka05mv7515 during june 2017.

                              1) from the beginning we had a noise problem from the rear wheel which was very disturbing and prerana motors kudlu gate was unable to rectify the issue even after the 2nd service. They have technicians who are poor in technical aspects, and still the problem is not solved even after 1 week, our car was with them.
                              2) the windshield glass of my car had a big crack and when i took it to the motors they said it was the company's fault as the glass sealent was not completely applied. So the quality of tata motors is questionable. And the service dealers are making the problem worse, taking weeks to solve the issue and in the end the issue is still not solved.

                              Myself being a owner of a tata nano which had successful run of more than a lakh kilometres, with the same expectations we went the hexa but, i'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of the tata motors prerana motors at kudlu gate. I hear by request you to kindly take this complaint seriously.

Bat uchit karyawhi nhi ho rhi hai .Sells officer bi distrubuter se mile huye hai .

                                I have already paid 42000 rs to tata finance kolkata agreed by kolkata finance team on 9th september 2017 but still they have not updated my status in cibil record. It's more than 3 months. Still i can see written off status in cibil. My mother i'll is a cancer patient and wants to apply for a loan but it is getting rejected because of native status.

                                  I had starting trouble in my tata indigo i took it to gp motors service centre rewa road allahabad on 6/12/17. They did something which costed me around inr 8 thousand. After a gap of 10days when i tried to start my car its not starting and displaying the same symptoms as it was showing earlier. I am not at all satisfied with this kind of service. If this is the situation i will never recommend anyone to go for tata motors product.

                                    I hv placed my vehicle on your reputed service center ie abhijit auto agency on 4th december of this month. But painfully i want to inform u that till now i haven't received my vehicle. I hv launched a complain also complain number is 1-[protected]. Whenever i call on ur helpline or on ur service center every time their reply is parts isn't available it will take another one week. My question is i hv purchases a commercial vehicle from ur renowned company for earning purpose. But i m sorry to say that ur after sale service is totally third class. Please tell me who will bear the loss for these days, as i hv to pay the installments also. This isn't happened in a single vehicle. I hv purchased two vehicle from u.in both the vehicles i hv faced the same problem. I think if this continues i won't be able to survive in this line. Please do something.

                                      I have tata nano top model (Reg. Year 2012). I mostly give my car for service at wasan motors at sai nagar, kandivali-west, mumbai-67.
                                      After giving for more than 3 to 4 times for oil leakage repair, still the problem is not solved and the ac problem is still there. For ac problem i have given for more than 30 times but still the problem is not solved.

                                      Ratan sir,
                                      You are very good person but from all your segment only the motor segment service is more than worst. Even the mechanics are cheap and #. Please i beg you to improve the service as i am facing a lot of problem by tata motors service.

                                      I want you to take very very strict actions against such service centers. You will get my whole records from there itself.

                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I have booked tiago xz (1.2 p) through concorde motors, outer ring road, bangalore, by paying rs.10000 on 06/12/17, order no. So-ccdblr[protected]. But they are not allocating me a car so that i can check it. They are asking more rs.90000 fro me to allocate and show me the car. They are supposed to deliver it on 23/12/17 to me. Now, i want to cancel the booking but they are not agree to cancel it. Please help to solve the isuue so that i can buy it from other dealership.
