Bought a tata tiago automatic on 22nd sept' 2017 and till date the car has been to the service center 4-5 times for various issues like, ac parts not functioning, burning smell inside the cabin, fuel knob not opening and the latest being the car not starting at times. Every time i call up the service guys, they say please send the car and we will look into it. This is harassment for someone who has paid over 6 lakhs for a vehicle. One of the worst cars ever, want a refund of the money i have paid - please suggest what i can do to get the refund.

    Tata tiago diesel 1977 model regd no ts 10 el 2471 after second free service by concord motor s at 7500km by
    Santhnagar hyderabad br found engine oil on floor. Symtom noticed was engine wobbling.. Ondetailed checking engine oil was lower than dipstick. Oil was not coming on dipstick. It is not understood why the worning lamp was not continued to glow and no alarm came as mentioned in user manual. There is no temperature gauge in the vehicle.
    Please clarify.

      Dear sirs i have bought a brand new tata hexa 4x4 xt model from concorde motors akhshardham delhi
      I am majorly disappointed as i have been handed a faulty tata hexa in which the 4x4 switch does not work. As soon i took delivery of the car the car goes into auto mode on its own and all other modes are disabled. We get a message on screen of hill assist failure electronic traction failure and some more masgs
      In addition to this the rear window beeding was damaged as well as the passenger side ovrm the paint was scrapped.
      I was sent to the service centre the next day for software update and surprisingly the computer was not working. Today i am at saga service centre noida where no one is being able to identify the problem. It is surprising that no trained staff is available anywhere to handle this issue. The staff has told me they will try to change the brake switch and check if it is resolved else they will have to open the hexa to check what is faulty and they do not wish to open a brand new car.
      It is an expensive car and i want tata to deliver me a perfect product. I would not want to settle for anything less than a replacement hexa. Why would i wish to buy a brand new car which goes for extensive service the very first day. I am very scared. I bought this car to travel to the hills using 4x4 option but am seeing issues in a brand new car. I also wonder what sort of inspection did the car go through. I wish to send this complaint to the highest officer at tata motors and get my issue resolved urgently

        Respected sir,
        This is third day reminder no body had approached to our vehical still. And all the workshops are giving excuses. And no body is coming and checking our vehical. And when ee are saying that if you cant come we will send our vehical to your station but they are refusing to it also. Now its third day and we are having finnacial loose. Its third day we are unable to do work with the vehical and having loose in our bussiness. More over the public distribution is harassed.
        And no one is bothered about it still.
        And all the staff and employes are also not giving proper response and helping us.
        My complaint no. 1-[protected] of vehical no. Hp78 2955 is registered with you. And its third day of complaint and no one is helping us.

          As a customer who has pledged allegience to tata in almost every product category, i feel bad having to write the following letter. For a company that has positioned itself as a brand that indians should trust, and be proud of buying, i feel hugely let down.

          The recent automobile offering by tata motors - the tata nexon is an interesting car, and has superbly marketed on its after sales service. However, surprisingly, we’ve been let down by the pre-sales service.

          We booked our tata nexon on 25/9/17 at your panchkula dealer vide no 836 by putting forward a sum of 11, 000=00 as a booking amount. We were assured that our car would be delivered within max 25 working days, and that seemed appropriate, since we wanted the delivery to coincide with my parents’ anniversary. Days passed, and i heard promises that everything was on track. Till i was told that it wasn’t.

          What followed since was a series of excuses; about problems in transit, an apparent quota system in rationing of cars to different dealers, problem with documentation, priority allocation to some customers, delay in shipping from warehouse and what not.

          The anniversary passed, and so did the blame, from one reason to another. I was then told that i could have my delivery by diwali. And as the tone of this letter would suggest, that didn’t happen too. The monotony of my conversations with mr. Ranjan sales inc and mr naveen gm was spiced up the vast variety of excuses at his disposal. Either the new order of cars that had come did not have the colour we had chosen, or the specifications were missing.

          It’s been a full month since diwali has passed by and there are still no signs of delivery.in an age of efficiency, this experience is nightmarish beyond words.

          I have heard tales of how payments of a certain colour (Not white) can get the whole delivery process expedited. Would you recommend me undertaking that (?), because all i see is that others have been given deliveries while we’ve been given promises. If we did have to wait for this long to get delivery, we would have booked a tesla!

          Does my money not matter, is there some impediment in your production process, is pre-sales services not a thing in the automobile market yet, is there some excitement in selective harassment? I hope you would take out time and answer these fundamental questions for me.

          Does our money not hold any value or our currency to be paid is of lesser significance or value
          Where does the tata brand positioning stand now

          We seem to have been cheated and defrauded by the most reputed group in asia now

          Looks like it is not me only who is facing this problem. I have been cheated by Concorde Pune. After full payment they are giving me excuses for delivery. I got a call just two days before the delivery that we cannot deliver because mistakenly your vehicle has been made single tone and I ordered dual tone nexon and they think I buy this excuse. :)

          I complained to Tata customer care also and opened a complain also (1-[protected]) but so far no +ve response from TATA.

          I was owning another brand car earlier and this time I thought lets try TATA because Nexon looks promising and I believed TATA group is ethical and I will get what is promised. Many of my friends suggested to not go with TATA but still I defended my choice.. :(
          But sadly my experience with TATA so far is not good. May be it is not TATA but these dealers who are putting TATA's image at risk in market.

          Now I am feeling like I made a mistake and I should have gone with other options in the market. GOD knows what resolution TATA will provide...

          I am thinking of cancelling the whole deal and go for other brand. :(

            We have bought tata hexa from rathod motor vapi, they issued ud proforma for rs. 14, 46, 004/- we paid entire money, after delivery they issued us invoice for basic value rs. 13, 48, 643/- + 57, 734 (Insurance + crtm + extended waraenty + tcs) total 14, 06, 377, we are entitled for refund of rs, 39627/- dealer is giving only rs. 13000/-, & neither giving any invoice nor refund of rs. 26, 627/-

              I had purchased a car no. Dl 1cq 5463 indigo (Vxi) from concord motors south extn, new delhi delivery received on 01/01/2014 & got so-many problems since day of purchased. Some main points of complaint as given below:

              * black-smoke
              * wheel alignment.
              * received as takeoff sound when applying break during running on highway.

              Service engineer told that vehicle crb-pump is not working properly and this work can be done on payment basis (This is not covered in warrante).

              Every time your workshop adjust and delivered to us, we want permanent solution from tata company because above problem received since received / purchased the vehicle.

                I have purchased tata nexon dual tone on 2nd nov from berkeley motor chandigarh. From that day i am facing a problem that while turning back the car the steering automatically locks.
                Kindly look into the matter and try to solve the issue asap. Three days back it's first check was completed but the issue is still pending.

                  This is sushant singh from manali. I have bought top model tata rigor from tata motors kangra. Before bought marketing person shilpa katoch and amit thakur told me that when i will buy car on diwali festival that time i i will get 1 gram gold coin and 2 years amc after bought she told me within week i will get gold coin but still i didn't get.

                  Last thursday i was met with marketing person in tata motors kangra that time gm and marketing person vishwas told me about gold coin it's only on verbal statement not in written but it's not right contract.

                  Before buy they cheat us and also blast my new tyre while driving my car on highway. Tata motors provided me bad condition tyre and md said that's not my fault. With in 15 days my tyre has blast...

                  This is not fair. I will definitely said this case on consumer court.

                  Tata motors service is one of the bad services in car deals.

                    Today, 25th november, i went to basudeb. Moters, kokar ranchi service center, for my starting problem, and second servicing, of my new tata-tigor, car registration no. Jh01ck-9679,
                    Service centre serve second servicing, and told that battery is not taking charge, battery is may be not working as per standard level,
                    Battery is defective in new tata-tigor car,
                    Ranchi dealer, basudeb tata moters service centre deny to replace it, they try to manage, to charge it, or repearing​ it, or leave it, in defective condition.
                    Please solve my problem at once.
                    My previous complain is as follows:-

                    Repeated, battery problem in new tata-tigor new car.
                    After four days (23 nov 2017), my new tata tigor car has been received in my residence, without any progress, the starting problem is remain the same.
                    This time, 3rd time complain, ranchi jharkhand's tata motors service centre - devyani motors take off my car on[protected] and return back today[protected] ' 6 p. M.
                    The service engineer who come with car, told us that battery of car is not matching, your battery is exide, and tata motors always provide tata-green battery, therefore we are unable to solve your problem permanently, your car's battery is unable to proper work, you contact tata motors's and solve it or

                    Now this time i am not satisfied by tata motors service.

                      I have never seen such an unprofessional technical staff, you guise really need to improve your vendors service centers.

                      I am really worry why to take vehicle to tata service center, it better to get the servicing done from local vendors.

                      This is the third consecutive instances where i am complaining, last time i took for 1st servicing, executive guided us to go for engine rust proof coating, we agreed and taken that service on additional cost, coating was done but they have not fixed the engine cover which is of plastic properly and on first long distance drive of 30 km that engine cover dropped from it socket and hanging which is quite visible from outside near to drivers wheel.
                      This is the 3rd instance where i feel like your vendor prerna motors technical or front end staffs are not professional, this possibility can be because of lack of training or they really don want to do there work.

                        Dear sir,

                        We had purchased a tata ace zip xl on september 6th 2017 but the emi amount is being charged from august 26, 2017, when i visited the branch of chaitanyapuri (Hyderabad) and spoken to mr. Amarnath (Branch manager) he is saying that it has been registered in our records as vehicle taken on august 26, 2017. When i asked why it is so he is saying that "do what ever you want" and you need to pay the emi as per their records.

                        Also they had given the vehicle at 3% rate of interest and the emi is coming approx rs.7636/- but they are charging rs.8850/- which is as per their rules.

                        The amount of rs. 1000/- extra is going into mr. Amarnaths pocket.
                        If the emi is bounced they are charging extra charges of rs.415+rs.260/- plus bouncing charges of rs.460/- if we pay the emi on the next also.

                        When i asked this he is using abusive language and said that you need to pay the amount else we will take the vehicle from you.

                        I am fed up with tata motors finance company..

                          We have booked tata hexa white color in tafe access cbe on 27.10.17 with expected date of delivery end of novemmber 17. On 18.11.17 money has been transferred from bank, after that they tried to convince us to take blue color instead of white color, it is the duty of the dealer to deliver what we booked, lethargic attitude of the dealer which is unbearable from our end. We are not begging anyone

                            My new Tata zest vehicle has found in fault. Wrapping noise in wipers. Vehicle deliverd in only 25 days and 3000 km driven but I will inform in 2000 km in dealership. I asked the service centre but not response in dealer. We have changed the new wiper blades both side for warranty. Kindly solve the issue.

                              Sub: customer harassment issue from tata motors and their dealer (Auto industries).

                              Sir,
                              My self-accident brand new tata tiago vehicle no. Ga 08 n 2383 was handed over to you on 21st sep with the all the paper works. As per my knowledge the survey was done from the insurance company (Bajaj alliance) within 48 hrs of the complaint lodged to insurance company and approval was given to start the work.

                              It was assured to me from mr. Viraj (Auto industry) that it will take one month to get the vehicle ready to deliver, as new parts required to be ordered. Which was fine and understandable.

                              Later on, on 12th oct when i checked with him about the status of my vehicle he (Mr. Viraj) told me that few parts are getting delayed and also diwali holiday is there and post of diwali week i will deliver the vehicle.

                              Again post diwali on 24st oct when i went to the service center i found my vehicle was opened and all the parts were scattered but there were no works going on my vehicle and i asked him that about the reason of delay, he started giving lots of excuses, i could feel see he was trying to hid lots of things.

                              I wanted to meet someone senior in the workshop who could give me the exact reason and solve my issue. Surprising he introduced me to ms. Sony who is not responsible for the particular area but could see there was mr. L. D sigh (Senior service manager) was present, i know he is senior most guy in the center. I realized something wrong going on. I personally went and met mr. Sigh and explained everything.

                              And, i asked mr. Sigh to provide the details of action that has been taken from your side since i handed over my car to you (Date wise) including survey, approval spare parts order and delivery of the parts.
                              So that i will take separate action on insurance company and tata motors if they have delayed from their part.

                              He asked mr. Viraj about the reason and he softly replied that now parts are available as yesterday only it reached approval also there. I got shocked that till now while he was telling it will take time because there are few parts are still not available and delay in insurance approval.

                              However after lots of arguments mr. Singh assured after consulting mr. Viraj that my vehicle would be delivered on 18th of nov without fail, let’s not complicate and do not go with all previous topic. I also agreed and came back.

                              On 13th nov, again i went to service center and met both of them and checked status that my car is kept but no work is going on my vehicle.
                              When i requested them that could try to deliver it 01 day prior as i have a emergency, both mr. Sigh & viraj replied that we have given you the delivery dates of 18th and before that not possible and come on 18th.

                              Today (18th nov) since 11 am i was trying reach them on their cellphone but unfortunately mr. Viraj was not picking up my call and mr. Sigh's cellphone was coming not reachable. After several try i connected the landline and spoke to ms. Sony and asked about the status and she replied that both of them on leave and as per my knowledge your vehicle is not ready. Again they fooled me.

                              Finally i decided to complain tatamotors customer care got connected with the lady called ms. Deepika, explain and complained on service center for their casual approach and delay in delivery. Wanted to speak to some one senior in grievance department but she did not connect and disconnected the call.

                              Again i called and spoke to mr. Gopi (Customer care) and as per him, my complaint was registered on "parts not available" not on service center who is harassing me. Requested him can you modify complain.

                              Can you understand the situation that i am facing right now. No one is from tatamotors is responding me on this, despite my several massage on social media (Tata motors facebook & twitters).

                              Requesting you please take the necessary action on the issue and take the strict action on the person involved & responsible for this casual behavior towards the valued customer.

                              Or else it will force me to go for higher level and even if required to the consumer court to fight for my rights as a customer/consumer.

                                I have purchased tata tiago vehicle from hyson motors, thrissur on[protected]Red colour). But i'm not satisfied with your pdi department as there was dent, scratches on the vehicle. And the interior was not cleaned. I would not recommend any of my friends to go for tata vehicles from hyson motors due to this kind of services.

                                  I went to tata motor showroom to have a look of tiago xz car. I am sorry to say but they have worst service and sales person over there. Here are some points i experienced:

                                  1. The sale person who attended me was not having complete information about the car even i was having more than enough information. Although i have reviewed all features on internet but when i was expecting the sale person to let me know complete details about every feature but instead of that i had to ask him if this feature is available in car or not... Means he had no interest in conveying car's features to customer.

                                  2. No brochures available at showroom.

                                  3. I asked them for test drive but car for test drive was not available with them and the available car was not in working properly. So they asked me to have test drive of diesel car whereas i wanted to have test drive of petrol car because i am planning to buy the same.

                                  4. Anyhow we agreed to have test drive in car which was not in working properly but now again... Worst experience... We opened the car doors and car was full of mosquitoes.. They excused that the person who went for test drive parked the car upon a nala.

                                  5. And finally... You wont believe... We are going for a test drive and he did not check if car is full of petrol or not and after few meters from showroom... Petrol khatam ho gyaaaaaa... What the hell...

                                  Now... I am worried if pre-sale service is this much worst.. Then what about the after sale service... They wont even talk to customer properly after selling the car.

                                  I have bought Tata Nano in 2014 from Day one i am facing the problems
                                  in the month of Oct i had given vehicle for service they took 25 days to repair it
                                  and still the problems are not solved
                                  My Vehicles details are reg no MH14 EP 6740
                                  Dealer name Auto Point, Wakad Pune
                                  I request the company to either replace this vehicle or refund my money

                                    I bought a new car previous month[protected]. After next day i checked my car it's wipe tank was empty. Floor mattiee hooks are out from the locks and central locking system was not working. When i was working in the market then i can't lock my car that was disgusting for me. Because i can't do my work. When i went to the showroom next day and told them all issues then they told me i will send a service man to pickup your car and workstation is resolved your issues but nobody called me next day. After few days my gears shifting became so hard. I can't shift my gears smoothly. My back gear and 5 th gear not working. Then i called to roshan tata service station for pickup my car and for due service and told them all issues regarding my car.[protected]

                                    When they checked my car then they called me about my car related issue and told me that your car gear box is damage because dust goes to inside your gear box. How it is possible i told him but they replied me your car is under warranty so i replaced it but this replacement will be take 4 to 5 days because i will generate a part order after then company will send it.

                                    Nobody understand my problem...

                                      Am prabhakar sharma s/o of ramesh chandra sharma lives in bareilly, so i inform to you, today i will go to grover moter bareilly, doing my tata indigo services, but jo log waha kaam kr rahe hi. Unka behaviour bahut kharab hi, mai aaj subha 10 bje gya services krane.. Pr mujhe sham ka 6 bj gya uske baad bhi kaam nahi huya, or bol rahe hi ki ye kaam aaj nahi ho payga, gadi le jao, or ye log washing ke 400 rup se bhi jayda late hi, or kaam 100 rup wala bhi nahi krte. Or totel bill me bhi, extra tex legate hi, or bolte hi ki gst hi, sir ye log customer ko loot rahe hi. So plz help to all customers...
