Dear tata motors
I am vijay bhaskar ast manager syndicate bank kannegal branch gundlupet 571111. I have purchased brand new tata tiago xz petrol sunburnt yellow colour in your mysore urs kar outlet on 30/10/2017.
While i was ordering i was informed that the higher end car consists of boot light where as two days prior to the delivery i was informed that nowadays new car wont be available with boot light. Now to ge that boot light facility the dealer is asking me to pay the additional amount.
Kindly look into this issue asap.

    I hv parchase a new car tata tiago xza on 5.10.17. And it is hit bay a car from back side i leave my car at tata kosmo for service. Yesterday 6:16p. M i hv get my car back after service. Mostly all the dates and work not match to gate pass and schdoul and i m not setisfied with this service. They charges aprox 6637 rupees. And i feel some parts of car changed and not work good as that i leav at kosmo my new car. And fuel allso stolen. Reading not match to my info. They said car two times go out for test about 21 k m. Please help me to find the [censored]ion. I hv fath on tata motors... Thanks.

        I bought tata tiago from go auto pvt ltd (Treo tata) okhla on 27 sep 2017. But till now i have not received registration number even i tried to connect with sales guy miss savitiry but after handed over car he is not picking call and didn't provide any update regarding registration status. I have tried to call mr. Narendra yadav (Sales manager) but after 2-3 time he is also not updateding for registration and now he is not picking call and not replying. Also when tried to call company number they are putting my call on hold and some time not picking call.

        I did n't expect such behavior from tata dealers.

          It is very wretchedly informing you that the subject vehicle has some wiring problem in april 2017, after repairing of complete wiring harness by the above your service dealer my car has started a frequent battery discharge problem. Several times i took my car to the said dealer and as advice i have repaired the all related component. But the particular problem is not yet resolved

            Hello tata motors,

            I have tata tiago which was given for servicing. Unfortunately, the worst service was provided. After multiple complains, i haven't receive any initiative from tata motors. The vehicle met with an accident. It was taken to the servicing center by adishakti motors, ranebennur. They took time of 10 days to repair but didn't provide any service. After complaining to tata motors, they somehow repaired and gave it back but after 34 days. The painting condition and finishing was worst. The person who sits back cannot tolerate the noise and the vibration. The sensor doesn't work good. The brakes doesn't work properly. We tried calling customer care but no response.

            You immediate assistance is highly appreciated.

              I have a purchased the tiago car on march '17. From the day one i am facing the problem for hearing the noise from dashboard or door while driving the car speed more than 40 kmh.

              It's reported on the first service itself, they told it will be fixed however it's not fixed in the first service then again reported the issue service engineer visited the home and confirmed that it will be fixed in service center only, hence it will be fixed in the 2nd service.

              The same story repeated again in the 2nd service also. Last week i went to service center to gave the car to fix the noise issue in the concorde motors injambakkam service center people did the test drive along with me and confirmed identify where the noise is coming it will be fixed, due to natural climate issue i can't went to service center and test whether they fixed or not.

              I got a call from service center, issue got fixed if you are not able to come and pick the car we will arrange the driver and drop the car to my house.

              After that i drove the car to test whether the noise issue has fixed or not, while driving 2 to 3 km i am hearing the noise. I am not understand what they fixed if they fixed why i am getting the noise. Whether it's a new issue.
              I spoke to the service center representative, we fixed the noise issue since you are not available we didn't did the combined test drive so bring the car in the service center to fix the issue.

              In the chennai city we have only two service center if any issues in the service we have to spend minimum one day. If the same issue is carry forward again and again how many times the owner visit the service center for same issue really it's frustrating moreover i am not at all happy with the service which provided by concorde motors injambakkam service center i don't have any other options.

              Now i am thinking i did a mistake wrongly selected and bought a tata tiago car since it's poor customer service unless untill they didn't improve the customer service it's really tough for people who are all own the tata car.

              Which time radiator fan working on which temperatures I don't know tell me about his details, Tata motors service center told about 100 to 105'c than working cooling fan, I want details of this vehicle cooling system

                मैंने टाटा इंडिगो ecs कार खरीदी थी / जब कार खरीदी है उसका एवरेज 11 to 12 kmpl का आता है. मैंने जब भी 10000 वाली सर्विस कराई तब भी एवरेज ११ तो १२ kmpl आता था, और २०००० km वाली सर्विस करवाई थी तब भी मैंने बोलै की एवरेज नहीं मिल रहा है. और आज मैंने आपने कार को फिर से ३०००० km पैर कंपनी से सर्विस करा रहा हु, अभी भी मैंने उनको बोलै है की एवरेज की प्रॉब्लम है.

                मैंने जब भी सर्विस करवाता हु तब भी बोलता हु एवरेज नहीं आता है वो बोलते है. सर्विस के बाद आ जायेगा. उसके बाद भी एवरेज नहीं मिलता.

                जब कार लेते है तो बोलते है की कार का एवरेज २० kmpl to 22 kmpl रहेगा पर ऐसा होता नहीं है.
                मैंने कभी भी किसी को टाटा की कार खरीदने की सलहा नहीं दूंगा.

                  This complaint is about the worst service (Regarding your complaint no. 1-[protected]) that i felt from your dealership. From start to this point i faced a lot of issues problem for this car. When i was purchased this car from dwarka showroom on 23rd june they have some commitment about the discount and the accessories but that time also your dealers have not completed their commitment. That time we manage, but this time i cant.

                  This is the really worst experience i felt from your side. Let me tell you what is actually happened
                  On 22nd of august, i was met with an accident in dehradun and that’s why i have to send my car in your dehradun dealership to get serviced and repair works. And we came back to delhi as my husband and i and my son got injured during the accident. So we were admitted to the hospital. They asked us for the documents to send it by courier we did that. But after some days when we call them to get the know the update, they told me that they didn’t get the documents and give the advice to send it in the mail. We have done that also. They told me they will repair my car within 10 days as the paperwork will complete. So i called them after 10 days to get my car back. But the same issue, they were just like your papers is not completed it will take some time more.
                  But now they are saying that they have tried to contact me many times. But its a total lie. They all have my contact no email id and my address only as i have purchase car 4 months only, from the last four months more than the two months the car is standing in the oberai motors.
                  My question is from you, your dealership doesn’t have the responsibility to inform the customers if they are not got the papers or any updation policy for the customer. Or just your company wants that we will not call the customers let the customer ask for themselves???
                  If you cant take the responsibility to inform about the customer cars the why you are opening such service center, if your peoples don't do this simple work then how can i believe in your services.
                  If i will ignore the above-listed problems, i will tell you more about your dehardun workshops. When i got irritated from your services i called mr. Ds chauhan and told him that i am coming on this monday (Before diwali) to get my car, please ready my car before monday and all the necessary details. They told me ohk come to dehradun and get your car. We serviced your car completely and you have to sign some documents after that you will take you a car.
                  So my both son went to dehradun and what they saw is, worst service they have done. They don’t properly fix the dents or the bumper although they put some dents on the backside of the car. And all the doors locks got rusting in their locks. The central lock was not working and they are going to handover this car to me by saying that your car is ready. This is your wonderful service that you told the customers when they are purchasing tata car???
                  Please, i need all the answers from you, if you are also denying your responsibility to answer the customer then i will have no choice to go the consumer court.
                  Every time i have to call them to know the updates. They itself never call us to inform anything about the docs or something. And when we call them they have a fixed line that the paper is not completed and you have to send this that etc..

                  I don’t know, why they cant call us if there is some pending work. Why they always remind us when we call them only.
                  I am really upset about your services. And today is the date i still didn’t get my car and they are saying that it will take more time to complete it.
                  So now i don’t want that car because i cant trust on your services now, that i am sorry i cant accept that.
                  Please reply me asap, because you guys already wasted so much time to deliver my car
                  Its a insult for me and my family to purchase car from tata motors.
                  I have also planned to purchase your tata nexon. But after this incident, i will never buy any car from tata in future and i will also tell about this incident to my relatives about this incident, a few months later my friends also suggested not to buy tata car because of their service. But i have made a mistake.
                  Your manager ds chauhan has sent mail to me. He is lying that car is ready on 13oct. How can it be possible as i have also visited the service station on 15oct but the car had not ready i have all the proof. Your helpline also never called me.
                  I am so frustrated with your tata service
                  There is no other word left for me and also at the end i will not thank you as you don't deserve it.

                    I have safari storm vx up 32 fr 0909 and visited to motor sales workshop for service dated 08/04/2016 where some noise by silensor of car when checked it is found that silensor break which was manufacturing default and engineering said that when your silensor come then we will be called you but till now silensor not provided and 10 ago i gone to workshop for service but silensor under warranty not provided so please understand my whole matter and provide me silensor otherwise my next step is consumer forum and then go to court.

                      Respected sir/ ma'am
                      I have bought a new tata hexa xm from chambal motocorp llp udaipur, panchsheel Marg, surajpole. In August 2017.
                      They told me that the insurance amount of vehicle will b 62 thousand and when I got call from insurance company and when I asked the premium they told me it's 52 thousand. I have paid them 62 thousand.
                      They told me to manage on myself for no. Plate and registration no. And they will make me payment back for the expence. Now they don't even remember that they told me to do this.
                      They haven't given me any accessories with a vehicle of 15 lakh like vehicle cover or vaccum cleaner or charger. Nothing is provided.
                      They provided me with a diesel of hardly 20 to 30 k.m
                      No sweet box was given to me at the time of delivery. I bought it for myself.
                      Hope you will look into the such a unsatisfactory, unreliable and a poor response from chambal motors.
                      I am highly disappointed.

                        Sir/madam,
                        I have purchased a vehicle model: tata ace, regn. No od22g5447 because of good faith and good services. On dated 2/11/2017 i have sent my vehicle to pal movers pvt. Ltd. Nh_5 samuraipur, near orion hotel, bhadrak, for servicing but there it came to notice that a plastic part on assy. Tank unit bs4 has broken we don't know where it has broken, in showroom or out side but they have charged for about rs.7000/- despite of warranty which is unacceptable to the customer.
                        For a small piece of plastic if total unit is required to be replaced by the customer which lessen the faith of customer.
                        My request take serious view of my complaint and return the payment which was paid by us.

                          Request you all not to go for amt variants of tata all are life threatening wonders.
                          I have gone for tiago amt and it goes into reverse direction when in auto mode and gear 1 is reflected in the dash board.
                          Car cannot travel more than 80kms in a single day. Breaks down after 80 kms.
                          2 battery changes in last 6 months.
                          Battery alternator changes.
                          Service executives are clueless.
                          Gear shifts from auto to manual and auto to reverse on its own. It does not require drivers feedback nor does it takes driver feedback.
                          A very good car to gift i[censored] want to take revenge on someone.
                          As the person using the car is purely living out of luck and may get a call from all mighty pretty sooner than latter for selecting the wrong brand.
                          Had high expectations from tata after jag and landrover deal but i think now i just wasted my hard earned money on a showpiece to decorate my parking.
                          I want my entire money back and compensation for mental trauma.
                          Also not the car is used to being parked in service station rather than freely roaming on raid as my car was in service centre for more than 2 months out of 6 months.
                          Good bless tata vehicle buyers.

                            Here, consider today as 28th october 2017, saturday as because this issue originally created on that day.

                            Hi,
                            Today, history has been repeated by dealership and his staff. But now the role model was the one who had tried to convince many times though his team was found guilty. The workshop manager (Mr. Nautam), cama motors, ahmedabad

                            I think i have mentioned him wrongly i must have to say him owner of cama motors after hearing some abuse words by him at dealership.

                            Today i was there as because my tiago has 2nd free service after purchasing it. I didn't want any issue again and so i was personally reached at the dealership though my health was not good.

                            After 3 hours 30 minutes of waiting, finally i was called to final verification before car delivery and i had found few scratches at front right side bumper. I had asked the reason behind those scratches but somehow workshop team was not having any answer and so i finally decided to involve the responsible person who had promised me on last complaint that he would take care in future (I. E. Workshop manager - mr. Nautam).

                            I had told him whatever i had found at the time of today's prior delivery. I had shown him multiple scratches at front right side bumper which weren't there when i had given my car for service. He started to inspect it again rather to say any single word for this kind of mistakes. Still i had told him that it's ok it might be happen by anyone from your staff but please make sure that it never happens again with anger just because as a customer i couldn't control my self if someone damages my car and he is not ready to accept it.

                            Finally he had answered me in an arrogant way that it was your own risk to drop your car for service. After hearing these words, i couldn't control my self as a customer and i had started to remind him his staff previous faults during my first service and after service.

                            Now he had no answer and he had suddenly started to use abused words in front of all staffs who were favouring of him just because he hides his juniors mistakes and also never say any single word to them. He told me to take away your car and never come for service. After this i have kept my phone camera on and tell him to say the same in front of camera and so he refused and tried to snatch my mobile phone as well. His chamchas had also started to say that take away this car else we will throw it and one arrogant person (Kalpit) had parked my car in middle of the road.

                            No doubt as a customer after this kind of rude answers and behaviour i had also said few words to him but no abused words. He and his few staff members had tried to throw out me and my brother from workshop. I didn't want to make this public issue for tata motors and that's why i have to send this mail in urgent basis and i had also registered a complaint against cama motors and his staff especially mr. Nautam (Rascal, most #, arrogant and # personality)

                            No crm, no top management person was there to interfere in such situation and to accept their faults. Even no one of them had tried to say sorry for those scratches.

                            If you need more details please ask for cctv footage for today after 12:45pm. You will definitely have an idea about the reason behind this mail. The atmosphere was looking like "dagdy chawl" instead of a dealership.

                            Worst dealership having worst workshop manager and his dumb team (Few chamchas of him), i will never go cama motors again and i will not allow others to go there who are in touch with me. I will never suggest cama motors until mr. Nautam (An arrogant, rascal) person will be there as workshop manager with his chamchas. 😡

                            Please forward this complaint to tata motors as soon as possible.

                            No response from Tata motors or its customer care. Even if its regional officer hasn't update me about the status though I had register a complaint to Tata motors before 1 month ago.
                            Today, I have called Tata Motors to know the status of my complaint and I just came to know that complaint was closed without any proper resolution or even without informed to me.

                              I booked one Tata tiyago car before one month (blue color). after 2 weeks they informed blue color is not available .then I request Platinum silver. Then after 2 weeks they bring car. but that car runs more than 460km . therefore I refuse it. I pay all ready full.

                              Please help
                              Sir I complant many to customer care many times but no response. They always close my request with out any action or queries.why mean short. We should explain a big issue in a sentence.

                                I have booked and paid advance booking for nexon on 8th august 2017, i was promised max time of delivery after official launch will be 30 days
                                We are at the end of october now and neither there is any information from my dealer concorde motors pune nor from tata motors,
                                What is the use of taking advance booking if you cannot provide the vehicle in time it is 3 months now
                                Please let me know if there are production issues / delivery issues with the vehicle so that i can go ahead buy some other vehicle
                                I have had vehicles from various companies in the past this is the first time i took the risk of investing in a tata vehicle and this is what i get in return
                                Why cant somebody just provide a simple answer yes or no and a date

                                If it can't please say so and i can then take the next decision

                                    My name is kannan unni and i am a tata costumer for the past 8 years as i hold a indica vista purchased from tafe coimbatore during 2009. I have booked a tata nexon at tafe coimbatore on 28 sep 17. I was promised delivery within 20 days from the date of booking and hence i have sold out my old car on the trust of the promise. All the formalities are completed regarding loan & payments. After the promised date of 20 days, i was told that the vehicle is under transit. On 26 oct 17 i was told that the vehicle has come but it is single tone. I compromised and projected the list of accessories. Later on 27 oct 17 i was told that during registration process it has come to the notice that the vehicle is not allotted to tafa coimbatore. As i being a genuine costumer of tata i an totally depressed and have no other option rather than making a complaint... Your kind intervention is felt necessary..

                                      We are having tata indica car rj19-cd-1095, we are giving for service at veerprabhu who is distributor of tata motors at basni jodhpur rajasthan. But we are not satisfied of its services.
                                      On today's scenario he has changed our compressor without my permission.
                                      Also showroom was not returning my car on time.

                                        When i decided to buy a new car, tata's teigo xz fit into my budget. So i contact national autowheels, pune and ask them to give some dealer discount for finalizing the deal.
                                        But due to lack of co-ordination between sales executive with their seniors, i west my one & half month for getting best discount and to finalize the deal, because everythime when there is an issues in respect of model, colour, feachers etc., they change discount amount with no valied reason and hense at last i cancelled the deal.
