I had booked a tata car model indica cs in the month of march 16 with an exchange offer of my old car (Maruti zen vx model). The sales representative had represented the offer of exchange of rs.1, 20, 000 with the new car and he had advised me to deposit rs 5000 / (Initial amount) which i had paid. Later after two days the same sales representative had advised me to deposit rs.20000 which i had pay online. Thereafter the company took my old car for the negotiated amount and when i enquired, he told me that i can take the tata car on any day. At that time he didnot informe me the validity of the offer. That time it was told that the car is presently not available and will be informed and i will get the car as per the availability.

In the mean time thecompany did not inform me any thing for about 8 to 9 months and when i enquired that car is not available. It was also informed to me that the old car has been sold and if i want i can take back the money of the car and the deposited amount with 20% deduction. I got shocked when heard that my old car has been sold without my consent in a meagre amount of rs 30000/ only.

This has caused me a great pain to see that the company fraudently sold my car and now refusing to give benefits now. Sir in the name of tata they are doing business and cheating genuine customers like us..

I therefore request you to look into the matter and give me justice.

The companys name is BD Motors Asansol. The company has closed this branch at Asansol. there are many other branches at Asansol too.Owner is Naresh Agrawal, BD Motors Kolkata. proof of initial deposit of Rs 5000 is attached. and Rs 2000 is paid through online on 31.03.2016 from Axis bank asansol dfrom the A/c of .

The company is yet to return back the money.Kindly arrange to refund back the same. The car was booked in the name of my Driver Prasenjit kr Chandra on 16.03.2016, receipt enclosed.

    Dear sir,
    I would like to introduce myself as an owner of your esteemed product : manza aura abs 2011 model. Two days back i got an opportunity to test drive your new product hexa and am impressed in its features. Following my request, two executives from marina motors calicut, approached me on 19/09/2017 to inspect my manza to fix the exchange rate. Since my car is well maintained with four new tyres, i was expecting a reasonable price considering the depreciation for six years. (As per depreciation calculation, it is 3.5 lacks).
    Unfortunately, i was shocked to hear the price they quoted.. It was just 1.6 lacks.
    The reason they told me are listed below
    1. Manza 90 ps engine frequently shows complaints on pickup
    2. It can't be sold to a second person as it has less market value
    3. Hexa, tigor, and tiago is not supporting any exchange offers.
    4. Overall public impression on tata products is pathetic.

    This was the point i reallized the intensity of loss i had by choosing your product and that i can have in future if i choose your product again. Even though i faced plenty of bitter experience on service of my manza, i was thinking about tata again because of the better features you added in hexa. Honestly speaking, it is sad to tell you that even your executives are telling that the product is unworthy and they have qouted a value equavellent to scrap value of any car. From this, it is quite evident that if i go for hexa, i am going to face the same in near future. Please tell me the any reason to believe the other way around.

      I have been cheated in the name of tata motors recruitment. I am a bangalore resident and they asked me to go to delhi for an interview. When i said i cannot travel to delhi they held a telephonic interview and got an offer letter with tata motors format and signature.

      After a few days of process they asked me to deposit a refundable amount of rs.6000/-

      They also gave me a branch trainee number and assured me of a hard copy of offer letter which is needed to be carried for training.

      After that all the phone numbers are switched off and there is no mail communication after that.

      Attached is the mail communication.

      Please take action as it is damaging the reputation of a major company.

      Please help me.

        I'm a customer of tata tiago since 23/11/2016. My tiago car met with an accident on 28th may 2017, 2:30am. At that time 3 passangers inside the car three of them were with seat belt but driver and co-driver's (Me and my wife) seat belt is not locked properly according to that my chest hited by steering and also my wife's head hited on front glass itself before came the air bag. So air bag and set belt were nit worked properly.
        Second time i'm having issue with your car and first time issue is one of your authorised dealer rf motors
        Now the car is at mk motors, kottayam, kerala. I explained this issue to them, but they replied that "we are helpless, only we can check the seat belt properly or not"
        How can i drive this car again. No security for our life.
        I request to replace the car. Kindly resolve my complaint as early as possible.

          I have bought a new zest XMA diesel on 20-1-17. i have completed a free service, but they haven't checked about the allignment of tyres, so that tyres got weard off with in 10000 km. I have to spend money for tyre changing and allignment checking. who is responsible for this.

              It is also informed that they charged me more that specified in as per insurance clause.

                I am purchase tata ace cng, when time of purchasing vehicle your sale executive give me quotation in quotation including insurance plan for one year Price Rs. 23000 and i have give down payment as per quotation but time of insurance verification i have receive a call from insurance company for confirmation this time i socked because he asked my insurance plan one year cost Only Rs. 14996 but i paid Rs. 23000 ( it means your company fraud to me ) this is very big matter because if insurance company not confirm the price then you happy because no any body truly asked for me

                i have gone to police station for complaint of your fraud

                  I want to share the most painful experienced with tata showroom (Hartron motors "subhash chowk, village islampur, sohna road, gurugram, haryana 122001")

                  I have brought tata tigor on 31st august which has a temp number : hr99 aby (Temp) 7902.

                  Till the time i haven't made the payment ‘hartron motors’ staff was very humble and supportive, once i made the payment ‘hartron motors’ staff suddenly became very unsupportive with rude & disrespectful attitude and starting using offensive words which was completely unacceptable. It was very tough to search sales/delivery people after making the payment and he has taken 7 hours in order to finalize the delivery. It was really embarrassing that such attitude is ruining the entire reputation of tata motors.
                  I had a plan to buy nexon, however after experiencing this i would never want to visit tata motors and will never ever recommend to anyone. Marketing staff of hartron motors also did fake promises about accessories and hid the actual information about the vehicle just to sell the car and suddenly changed his language and became offensive.
                  I have experience to buy cars from ford, maruti and hyundai but never faced such challenges. I feel i have tossed my self-respect after buying tata car from hartron motors.

                  I wanted to put it across so that the management will come to know that how customers are being harassed by few people (Hartron motors) spoiling the name of tata motors.

                        Myself alok pandey owing tata tiago xz model registration number mh 43 aw 2636. I met an accident and gave my car to fortune cars pvt ltd, nerul in navi mumbai for repair.
                        Its very sad to inform you that it has been more than 2 months my car is not repaired. Every time i call they give only one reason of non availability of spare parts. I have paid 90% advance payment to them.
                        I am really frustrated calling and making visits to workshop. The staff is not professional i guess they are making blunder. Even i explained very personal reason why i need the cars now urgently but they just dont care. If they cant not such technically sound to repair ask them to say clearly i can do it from any other workshop.
                        Please look in to this and help me to get the car immediately. Else i have no other left other than going for legal action.

                          It's just 10 th day after i bought the car.. Its off suddenly, while driving nd wasn't started after many efforts.
                          Finally roadside assistance of tata toed ma car to service centre..
                          I heard same problem wid my friends car
                          But i dare to buy tata with believing in tata...
                          This is all dealers amalgamation.
                          They change the parts. And all
                          Please maintain the name of tata
                          Idid ma internship in tata nd even ma family members also in tata motors so
                          We believe in tata...
                          My point is that the dealer is changing parts as my friends car stop at the time of delivery...
                          Means they gave old or used battery.
                          I have a Tata tiago xz petrol.i purchased my car last year April 2016.
                          I got surprised when I see rusting in rear under tyre side. I have already done anti rust paint from faridabad Tata showroom It is very serious problem.tata motor used very local (ghatiya) material.

                            I have purchased indigo cs-gls, registration no. Up32 cq 4038, chesis no.601631krzpc7030 engine no. 475si56krzpb5865, dealer name gold rush sales & service ltd. 19, ashok marg, lucknow on 23.11.2008 (Sunday).

                            Since then i m facing many problems from your sales department. Firstly on 03.12.08 i have paid about rs. 24500 for insurance and registration but goldrush has given the receipt of rs. 12, 342 only to me, the rest of money deposited by me yet not told to me for which rest of money was taken by me. For insurance certificate proposal cum cover note supplied to me in which my residential address was mentioned wrong, and the policy & policy bond was not yet delivered to me till date. I have reminded several times to the dealer for my remaining insurance amount and policy bond but he always assured me that all the clarification will be sent at your home address by the post and reported to you at your contact number.
                            From the purchase date there a trouble in my car engine from the beginning of 1st service i. E check engine service, over heating and cut off. Car had been open many&many……time’s still the problem exists. No. Of complaints has been lodged through this mail but i have not received any postiive response as on today.in my previous are attached for your kind perusal and ready reference.
                            On 13.4.2010 at motorsales when i taken my car for the service they changed all my car locks and told me that they are defective, but the locks are not defective. They also changed my gear shifting lock but not given the key of that lock by which the lock got defective and rs. 1200 again paid by me for that lock. Every time when my car was at the workshop of motorsales my car got dented and scratched and after that they claim me rs. 13059 for the dents and scratches repairing. For this i informed to sh. Prasun singh and he agreed by that and he given me the coupan of rs. 5000 only for painting that is insufficient for that.
                            On 21.9.2010 goldrush called me to take my interview in his office... On that day tata delegates and sh. Deepak agarwal along with other goldrush service staff are present but these guys harassed me and gm/goldrush (Vimlesh bajpai) again called me to come of next saturday (I. E 25.9.2010). On 25.9.10 at 10:50 hrs. I again gone to the workshop of goldrush and met with sh. Vimlesh bajpai, he taken a test drive of my car and told me that there is no fault in the car… take it back and never come here again he stopped taking my case. After that i went to tata motors office at eldeco, magnum plaza, gomti nagar and met with mr. Shakeel. He assured me and went to goldrush with me and again after that mr. Shakeel and goldrush staff taken the test trial of my car and mr. Shakeel told me that ecu unit and related circuits are being tampered in the car and you do not get the check engine service, over heating and cut off message again. He again called me on 04.10.2010 at goldrush.
                            Here i want to inform you one more thing that everytime when i gone for the service (At goldrush and motorsales) of my car at the invoice reciept they have changed my contact number [protected]. They wrote their service supervisor number [protected], [protected] instead of my contact number by this i do not receive any calls for the complaints made by me. This is my open harassment.
                            If any action is not taken by you immediately kindly give the higher authorities.

                              I have a zest, i m facing so many difficulties with your service from past 15days at sridev wheels faizabad, up.

                              1st case - last month i went to sridev wheels by 10am sharp for car service only covering distance 140km (Up and down both +rs.500 fuel) before the service they had a trial and found out that there is an issue with rack-n - pinion and bairing in front both wheels. They assured me that both parts are under warranty so no need to pay charge for that. They got barring fitment from outside and completed the car service. Apart from that i was told rack-n - pinion part is not available in the stock so that they have ordered for it, and they released my car by 7.30pm without having trial and closed their service centre.
                              After few minutes i derived the car and had problem with breaking system it was making huge noise every time while using it, note - this problem was not in the car before the service after the service done it was found and same was confirmed by the adviser and mechanic during my 2nd visit to workshop. I was unable to go to service center back as it was closed then i informed to mr. Vishal over phone about the same, he said come again in some days we will repair it.
                              After 4-5 days, i reached to workshop with my car by sharp 10am covering distance 140km (Both up and down+rs.500 fuel) and on that day they have found out that there is an issue with the wheel knuckle which requires a replacement, i asked the reason behind it they answered it may be because of wrong barring fitment which was done by outsider and other part got damaged. I came to know wheel knuckle part is not available in the stock so that they have ordered it and the person vishal and umesh assured me that when the both parts comes in stock we will get back to you. My whole day from 10 am to 7pm got spoiled.

                              I got call from vishal to come back with car as parts are now in stock.
                              On 9th sept agin i visited to sridev wheel at 10.30am, they replaced rack-n-pinion and did experiments whole day about noise problem from front wheel breaking system. I asked about wheel knuckle replacement they confirmed no need to replace it as it is correct, and by 7:30 pm they said we are unable to find out the problem so please visit again.
                              I searched the service manager but he was not there in the workshop. I clearly denied to take car as every time i spent rs.500 fuel per visit, waiting time from 10am to 7pm and distance 140km.

                              Apart from this adviser mr. Umesh and mr. Vishal accepted the problem in the car created by the mechanic as it was not existing problem. I asked for the same to get it in written to me and hold the car with dealer and customer will not pay any extra charge and resolved the issue asap. They got agreed to provide the same but their senior person (Don't remember his name) denied to do so, mention that part expenses i have to look after. Note - noise from breaking system created by mechanic as it was not preservice, the same confirmed by mechanic and adviser

                              During all these days none of the service department staffs have contacted me for explaining the situation.
                              I want to clearly state that during these 15 long days i was using a rented car which cost me around 700 rupees per day.
                              Request you to pick my car from my place bearing fuel expenses and resolve the issue asap.

                                Sir had given my sumo grande no. Mh-06-as-7421 to fortune cars work shop at nerul on 16 th aug. 2017. During the same period campaign was in progress and i had been told that i will ge t discount on part as well as on labour charges. My vehicle could not be repaired due to unavailability of part, upto 20 aug 2017, which was last date of campaign. Ultimately i got the delivery of vehicle on 7the sept.2017. At that time fortune car denied me the benifit of campaign discount which the had promissed me saying that, i will get all the benefit of campaign because i have lodged the vehicle during the campaign. Kindly check the record at which will show that i had done every job for my vehicle at he same work shop for last 7 years. Pl look into the matter and do the needful to restore your goodwill and faith with regular customer like me.
                                Sir, I purchase before 1year tata safari strome when i purchase this i m suffering one by one problem, who is responsibal for this.when i was going another work then I go in taxi on rent

                                The car was purchased in May'17 and since then it is showing very poor average in local, as well as, on highway.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought a tiago in the last year dec16 and i have never faced any issue with my car till now, but in between, this period, unfortunately i met up with 2 accidents (Not major) and because of that i sent my car to sanghi motors service center and it was a very bad experience for me both of the times.

                                  Case 1st - 3 to 4 months ago my car was at the repair center for denting/painting for 7 days, after repair i paid with my card and submitted all of the documents for clam formalities but after 15 days i got to know that didn't sent my file to insurance company and because of this behavior insurance company delayed my claim by 45 days.

                                  Case 2nd - 15 days ago again my car was at service center and this time they took 4 days only to check my car and then 5th day when i was there in front of them they took responsibility for repair, it has been more then 1 week to make payment and submitted necessary documents but today i got to know they didn't do anything on my file... I contacted them and they replying me - "sir nobody come up here from insurance company to take your file" and insurance company (National insurance) agent saying - "we are waiting for their call when they will contact us we will work on your file"

                                  I have a tiago - petrol, i am facing so many difficulties with your service at sanghi motors,

                                  1st case - last time my car was on repair in their service center and they took 15 days only for submitting file copy to insurance company and because of that insurance company delayed my claim by 45 days.

                                  2nd - this time again my car was in there service center and they took 5 days to repair and paint a bumper?? I paid by my pocket last week and submit my papers for claim formality and after one week i am still waiting... Such a useless service
                                  Car is not at its mark and the service provided by service centers is too poor, i am not satisfied by the car performance .i am facing too many problem with my car and my car is just 3 month old.

                                    Dear sir/mam,

                                    I have purchased a new tata indica v2 car (Feb-2017). At your concorde tata motors ambattur estate. While i plan to buy sales people told that edr (Excise duty refund) amount will be given to us, third month due. But still i didn`t get any amount from them
                                    I have registered that vehicle on (6/3/2017) next day they have given the vehicle reg no. Tn 20cl 1119. They apply the next day claiming for edr (Excise duty refund). But still i have not claimed the edr amount. Because, they told me the reg no was changed. They given the new reg no. Tn 20cl 1051. Sir i am how claim the edr (Excise duty refund) amount. I have to check many more time the exe, every time he postponed the claiming. So i have sad and disturbed physically and mentally.
                                    Please, order to him for my edr amount claiming.

                                    The worst experience with Tata motors the worst Tata motors showroom in sriganganagar Dunac motors I have buyed 40 lac truck and they even can't provide water to drink after asking for water 3 times they are saying that there is no staff to provide water the worst Tata showroom all over India

                                      We have purchased tigor in may 2017.. Past fifteen days we are facing problem about 1st and 2 gear... We need to drive car on 3rd gear.

                                      This is pathetic situation for new car... It seems it is serious issue for new car. It is better to company take car return and examine the problem tharoli.

                                      We suggest tata design team should get involve and provide solution.

                                        Sir, 2 months ago, i bought a new vehicle tata xenon from the progressive motors, agartala, tripura. But they don't give me the original tax invoice. They are give me a invoice in a white a4 paper. Moreover, the servicing units of that concern also have the poor quality of services. Spare parts are not available there. Even ac gas is not present in their servicing centre. Suspension bush also not available.

                                        If this conditions is in the service centre or workshop, then how will we maintain our vehicles and how will we believe in tata motors.

                                        Sir, the above is my first complaint.
                                        Sir, again i have sent the above said vehicle for ac gas and changing the bush. But, again i am felt that the their capability of work is very poor. Even this time also they don't have the ac gas. Just these two works' they took 48 hours time. Though the service & repair is not completed and they said the work is done. Then how would we maintain our vehicle and where to go for service and repair.

                                        This kind of service from a reputed company is not acceptable.

                                        Look into the matter.
