Have purchased tata tiago form malwa motors, prashant vihar new delhi in the month of nov 16. They have done the insurance of the car form national insurance.

Two day back i went to tuli motors, waxzripur to get the car repaired and i was shocked to know that malwa motors has not paid the premium of my polici to nation insurance company and the they have refused to provide the claim as they said the policy is no 64bb confirmed as we have not received the payment for your policy.

I am driving my car for almost 1 yrs without insurance and carrying only policy paper which is actually not valid.

They also confirmed that had my car got stolen then u would have got no claim from the company.

I have contacted the malwa motors for the same but for the last 2 days they are just giving excuses that we have paid the money to insurance and getting the same rectified.

My car is still lying at tuli motors works shop and i will not take back the card till the policy is revived and the my repair is done.

    I had problem with instrument cluster, many times instrument cluster was stopped. So that, i was complained on trupti motors, bhubaneswar, odisha on dt. 22.8.2017 and the service manager was received, and after that on dt. 5.9.2017 service manager was called me to replace the new instrument cluster. So, i went to trupti motors to replaced the instrument cluster, but service centre was replaced the old model tata indigo instrument cluster instead of new model tata indigo instrument cluster, but my vehicle was previously fitted with new model instrument cluster.
    So that i request you please provide me same new model instrument cluster which was previously fitted with vehicle.

      Dear sir,
      As i m residence of raichur district karnataka state, i owned tata indica v2 Ls recently i heared about exchange offer so willing to take tata zest so i visited showroom.
      They said me their is no stock, so you should book the vehicle and as booking advance of 10000Rs they received and given signed yellow receipt with a condition of cancellation amount of 2500Rs, i agreed it but due some bank loan issuses i cancelled it.
      I asked to refund the advance amount, they said im check as be signed from MD and all, after two months they credited me 5000Rs instead of 7500Rs so i asked them, now they are saying you paid only 5000Rs and executive saying if you 5000Rs also we will write 10000Rs in yellow receipt.
      I have all the receipts signed so im willing to go for court.
      Hence i request you to see this issuse seriously.

        Dear sir
        I had purchased a tata zes from classic motors dhanbad on 17th sep 2016 and from that day i am suffering being a tata castumer, dealer had taken 28000 k rs from me for insurance and at that time it was free,
        2-classic motors did my 2nd foc service and not updated in your system
        3-as details are not updated in system, your newly appointed service center denyied to take my vehicle in foc service
        4-ss gen motors forsing me for service and calling me for a part replacement, and i visited them today and when they came to know that i hadalready done 2nd service they told me that part is not available which was suppose to change foc due to bs4 norms, as they can not take money from me.

        Sir wahre is my fault — is my vehicle is not registerred with tata or i am a poor castumer who believed in you, if it is i am extreemly sorry to be a tata castumer.

          Dear sir,
          I am a proud owner of a tata nano, twist red colour. I have purchased this vehicle on 24.07.2015 in exchange of a second hand nano which i have used before this. Everyone asked me why you are again buying the same nano instead of any other vehicle in almost same cost. I ignored every one and purchased it... And i was happy with the vehicle till i faced a problem of sound which was coming under the car... I rushed to swapna motors, mancheswar from where i purchased this vehicle and there i came to know that, this sound was coming from sylensor because the bolt which holds it was broken.. Then immediately it is sent for the repairing of the same and within two days i received my vehicle.. Sound was ok and vehicle was smooth but after some 70 or 80 km the sound again come out and it was more louder than before... It was very shameful to drive the vehicle in public... The friends and relatives started commenting who warned me not to buy this vehicle... Again and again 7 times i went to swapna motors for the same cause but every time i got the same result...
          On 09/08/17 i went there with the same complaint and i received the vehicle on 16/08/17 and this time the problem started within 20 to 30 km only... But when i enquired... I received an answer that, swapna motor is closed and it is an manufacturing problem and you give a complaint to the company itself...

          Kindly suggest what should i do.

            I, virendra chaudhari - purchased my tata hexa car from tata motors marigold kanjurmarg mumbai dealer. Since day one service has been extremely poor. On the day of taking car from showroom, imagine they have not even filled diesel in it.

            Major complaint i have is that i haven't received my rc even after 4 months of vehicle purchase. They were to do everything about it.

            During 1st service itself my car drivers seat belt pull action was not working. They ordered new one, it's been more than 1.5 month, i haven't received any call update from them. When i call to owner or service people they don't pick up my calls.

            I guess owner name is abhishek and service guy there is amol.

            I had these apprehension before buying tata vehicle and now i am regretting... Marigold dealer is absolutely pathetic, there is nothing called customer service... This is my experience for top end passenger vehicle, god knows what will happen if i have indica or other cars...

            Seek immediate support on 1st - my rc book, they need to trace it and get it for me and second my car driver seat belt...

            I went on this showroom to buy Tata Tiago XZ W/O ALLOY. They (Ravinder salesman, abhishek owner, sanjog & amol) are fraud so don't even think to buy car
            from here. They took all money & not deliver car on promised date thrice. They shows lot of communication gap between them but in real they all do this intentionally to trap customer & give new delivery date. At last I asked them to give my money back so they gave cheque but i came to
            know in bank that there is no fund in their account so after lot of calls, follow up & saying that going for legal action then only they gave me money back with little compensation, please don't fall in
            their trap & avoid purchasing car from these
            frauds as they killed all joy of buying new car. Tata motors should cancel their dealership as soon as possible as they are damaging their brand image. Hope tata motors will take strict action against them so nobody become their pray in future.

                tata safari storme - unexpected warning lights on display are "on"

                Dr varun kumar vijay have booked rather have purchased tata hexa xt 4*2 on dtd 31/08/2017 having faith in agency due to my friends reference. I being a govt employee could not go physically to the agency. But have spoken to a representative "sardarji gurpreet" sales rep and have made full payment on 31 august 2017 and was promised to be given with rain wiser chrome finishing, body covers and was told that vehicle would be ready by sunday[protected] with' temporary registration'.

                As i was to take leave especially to collect my vehicle,
                But when i reached gola ganpati on sunday ie: today i was heartbroken to know that

                1: the car has been driven 309 kms already.
                2: there were no accessories as promised.
                3: the plastic covers were taken out of entire seats
                4: there was no temporary registration done at all. For which the dealer was not even sorry about.

                5:he never informed or gave any prior info of not having registration done when he knew that i will be coming on sunday to collect vehicle and i have to head somewhere on my leave. When i called him on saturday he said car is available and ready.

                I told the dealer as my friend accompanied me wasting his leave as well to help me out for collecting my car along with my wife who had also taken leave (Only i[censored] know the meaning of leave! Imagine wasting ur hard earned leave to experience such disgusting feeing of being cheated when someone tries to impose a used car on you.) to witness this horror, i told gurpreet the rep that this is not acceptable that this car seems used we will not accept it, he said that their trolley carrying cars was crashed somewhere so they had to drive it from""somewhere""" roorkee, it is showing 309 kms and he said shamelessly u can check other cars also they also have similar readings
                And when it came to taking out plastic covers he said this model was on display that's why covers are out!!!
                Whatever it is, this is not acceptable we said and have cancelled the car, for which he arrogantly started saying that u will be bearing cancellation charges???
                This was height of our patience not to mention our heart sank that what have we done wrong in this.

                We were never told that this car is used and it has been driven already 309 kms. And just bcoz we are buying car first time they are making fool out o[censored]s, after repeatedly asking for manager and owner at gola ganpati we were not given his number neither he let us meet him. They said he is unavailable and has gone to vrindhavan.
                After calling so many people we know could have helped us we being from police background they let us cancell the order and we took in writing from them that they will return our full amount by 04 september 2017.

                I'm so horrified by this event to that my love for hexa also dropped due to this, however i still intend to buy hexa but not from this dealer at all, never would i ever recommend anyone to go to this agency being run by rowdy type of people.

                I'm putting this complain on this portal asking help to get our refund and to save us from harassment from that agency so that without wasting my leave i could buy the car i wish to buy that is brand new.
                Kindly contact these people and return my money by tomorrow as they are already giving rebuttals of their owner not present at their location in haldwani which i think is a white lie.

                      I'm gurnam singh from ropar, punjab. I have purchased tiago (9, august 2017), car is best as compared to other cars. But i'm unhappy because customer support experience is the worst reason behind this it that firstly wind screen cleaning water showers was not working, for this they wasted my time.
                      Secondly after few days of purchasing ac is not working properly for this i have visited macro ventures ropar on 20august they advise me to go local workshop of tata motors in ropar, i went there it was just wastage of time they didn't do anything just say to go to macro ventures mohali, i have visited there for ac problem on (21august 2017). They told me that problem is confirmed but that part is not available and told to me wait for 7 to 10 days. Today i was calling workshop manager at 11am, i have called thrice he didn't receive my call and i didn't get back any call, after this i have call twice to local distributor regarding ac problem again he didn't receive my call, after few hours i'll call and talk about problem he said that he wanna check about that part and if available he should call be back
                      But from 11am i didn't receive any call

                      Lastly, its the worst experience of my life conserning with my new tiago
                      If i do not get any response very soon
                      I'm going to consumer court.

                        I have bought tata tiago on last july 2016 around 18000 km driven till now and i'm not satisfied the city mileage it's comes 11 kmpl till now in city. I have made complaint in concorde motor twice but not yet resolved they told in city depends on traffic if will give approx 11 to 12 only but when i was taken the car the sales man told it should give minimum 17kmpl at any traffic condition in city
                        Which one is true? I need proper justification and resolving the issue...

Road indore branch collection / legal department for the payment of my car stalment as my company got shut recently and we are already paid some of 4 years emi now the time was pending of my last 1 year which i was paying from more than a year but now they have started calling me aggressively and abusing me also they visited my home and started scaring my family for the money, i am very disturbed right now due these legal/collection agents and tata collection legal department nuisances, please suggest me on this situation.

                          for resolution of customer's complaints, we tried calling several times but customer is not responding to our calls. Our executive has visited the customer's office but customer was not available. Hence we are closing the case from our end. As on date, loan account shows deficit towards overdue and net overdue interest.

                            We have experienced the worst experience with tata service center run by mk motors at kottayam. We bought the vehicle on last year and on august 22 2017 i gave my tata nano kl 67 a 2649 for the third service which comes under the company service. On that day they have found out that there is an issue with the wheel knuckle which require a replacement. The person in charge assured me that they will be handing me over the vehicle in two days. However, after two days when i made a call to them i got a feedback that the part is not available in the stock so that they have ordered for it from pune. Thereafter whenever i make a call i didn't get any response from them. Due to this i contacted the area general manager of the service mr. Shivakumar on friday. He had told me that my vehicle would be delivered to me on saturday or mondayperhaps, when monday my wife made a call to the center she was informed that the product has not arrived yet. Therefore she contacted the agm where she got a terrible response from his side where he even raised his voice asking from where did she get his number... After few minutes of this incident i received a call from the mechanic saying that the product is in transit and would reach the service center by evening which was 29/8/2017. During all these days none of the service department staffshave contacted me for explaining the situation and even after all theses inconvenience i had to make a call today again where i received a replay that it will take few more days for the product to arrive and the repair to be done. I want to clearly state that during these nine long days i was using a rented car which cost me around 700 rupees per day.
                            Please take immediate action to solve this issue. I need my vehicle completely repaired tomorrow itself

                                I bought tata zest xm (Deisel) 1 and half year ago from ashok auto sales nunhai agra. On every service i found very irresponsible attitude for everyone from junior to seniors. I spent more time, more money than expected. Nevertheless i found there issued a lot in service. 4 services done still engine not tuned by laptop it blinking on meter even engine sound so much, mileage is very low, if any part damaged they never told to customer. By the same i wasted 5000 rupee just because of them. Date 28-aug-2017 satya prakash[protected], satyendra, amit [protected], i went service center for service with lots of issues but they done few thing and rest remain same. I am suffering from these issue which related to my vehicle. I need the solutions from all issues soon. Please provide your kindly support so that i will have my car in good condition.

                                  During the course of negotiation for purchase of our tata hexa car it was assured by tata motors dealer, k. B. Motors, kolkata, to provide the the following accessories along with other accessories at the time of delivery of our above mentioned car.
                                  (1) back parking camera. (2) stirring cover (3) mud flap (4) foot mat (5) perfumes
                                  (6) key rings (7) seat cover.
                                  But at the time of delivery of car above accessories were not provided to us on the plea that smart card of our old duster car which was handed over to dealer under exchange offer, was not given to dealer. We have informed dealerthat smart card of the old vehicle was lost long back and we were not in a position to provide the same tothem and also requested them a no. Of occasions to deliver us above accessories. But with utter disgrace we like to point out that you have not put any heed to our requests and still not provide us those accessories.

                                    I wanted to take a tiago xt car which need to be delivered today. When i ask is there available car the executive told there have stock but when the point come to delivery executive told there is no stock and and the tiago xt cars on the way so i need to wait more 2 or 3 days.

                                    Is this a way the tata is dealing with the customers i am sooo worried about my money which i had paid for booking.

                                    One more word i want to share that is when tata executive what to book a car there will be humble n promise every thing at last there are nothing but a layer.
