I bought tata zest xm (Deisel) 1 and half year ago from ashok auto sales nunhai agra. On every service i found very irresponsible attitude for everyone from junior to seniors. I spent more time, more money than expected. Nevertheless i found there issued a lot in service. 4 services done still engine not tuned by laptop it blinking on meter even engine sound so much, mileage is very low, if any part damaged they never told to customer. By the same i wasted 5000 rupee just because of them. Date 28-aug-2017 satya prakash[protected], satyendra, amit [protected], i went service center for service with lots of issues but they done few thing and rest remain same. I am suffering from these issue which related to my vehicle. I need the solutions from all issues soon. Please provide your kindly support so that i will have my car in good condition.

    During the course of negotiation for purchase of our tata hexa car it was assured by tata motors dealer, k. B. Motors, kolkata, to provide the the following accessories along with other accessories at the time of delivery of our above mentioned car.
    (1) back parking camera. (2) stirring cover (3) mud flap (4) foot mat (5) perfumes
    (6) key rings (7) seat cover.
    But at the time of delivery of car above accessories were not provided to us on the plea that smart card of our old duster car which was handed over to dealer under exchange offer, was not given to dealer. We have informed dealerthat smart card of the old vehicle was lost long back and we were not in a position to provide the same tothem and also requested them a no. Of occasions to deliver us above accessories. But with utter disgrace we like to point out that you have not put any heed to our requests and still not provide us those accessories.

      I wanted to take a tiago xt car which need to be delivered today. When i ask is there available car the executive told there have stock but when the point come to delivery executive told there is no stock and and the tiago xt cars on the way so i need to wait more 2 or 3 days.

      Is this a way the tata is dealing with the customers i am sooo worried about my money which i had paid for booking.

      One more word i want to share that is when tata executive what to book a car there will be humble n promise every thing at last there are nothing but a layer.

        I purchased tata hexa from roshan motors jaipur showroom on date[protected], navigation system is not working, central locking not working, in side have water and they dont know (How to set hud and the dont know connect with i phone 6 & 7) about top model hexa sales man, i think they dont know tata hexa for mr. [censored]al, & mr. Manish (Showroom), mr. Bhanu & mr. Nihal & mr. Iqbal (Service center)

          I got a call from tata motors from panthnagar plant from hr office by niharika arora. ([protected]) she called and said that ur cv has been short listed for tata motors.
          After 1 day she took a telephonic interview approx 3:30pm 25 aug 2017. After 1 day she told me that i was qualified and i will get an appointment to my email id. And on 28 aug 2017 i got an email from tata motors recruitment. And demanding rs 7000 deposit in uco bank and last date is 29 aug 2017. Package rs3.50 lakhs p. A.in maintenance department.

          Now what i will do??

            My tiago's battery got dead on 08/23/2017, i submitted it to the workshop (Chamble motors, udaipur) on 08/24/2017. Currently, i am running my car on ranted battery at rs. 200/- per day.
            Still have not received the replacement battery and the battery dealer (Sardar battery service, udaipur) is saying multiple things to me.in the morning he said the battery will be available by today, in the afternoon he said the battery will be coming in 1 or 2 days and then he called back and said it will take 5 days to come. I think everyone is doing their worst part of the service.

            Service center did not provide me any alternate service battery, so pathetic.

            I don't think anyone in this company can resolve this, but writing in just a hope.

              I have purchased Tata Tiago XT from the dealer "National Garage", Telibandha, G.E. Road of Raipur(C.G.)-492009. The puchase was done 09 August 2017. The photo of invoice and insurance containing car details are being attached in the photos. First of all, the car came with manufacturing defect of Glove box and shabby seat cover for which I went to showroom the next day but no one in the showroom found it worth entertaining after selling one more car which is their prime motive and I have to come back after waiting for 3 hours in order to get the work done and without getting any work done. Then my car bashed a small pole on 12 August 2017, for which I called the showroom to get my claim and they anyhow delayed it for 2 weeks after which when I finally took my car to showroom on the morning of 26th August 2017, they revealed that my car is not yet registered in the RTO because the payment of my accessories is due. This I found a very trivial reason for not registering my car because I have already paid for the car, insurance, tax, etc. on the day of purchase only. For accessories also, I have not paid them because the seat cover was very dull and shabby in look and fitting because as a consumer I want all the services to be very accurate when I am paying a penny for that. Now, after a great debate and paying them for that shabby seat cover and other accessories, the showroom guys anyhow got ready to register the vehicle to RTO but amidst all these chutzpah, claim of my car again delayed for a week.
              What would happen if my car get stolen in this condition? Would the showroom take responsibility to find the car for me or to give me another car? What shall happen if in the days of this delay any internal part of car get deteriorate or get malfunctioned because of the series of the accident happened, would showroom replace that part on its responsibility?
              Apart from these insincerity of National Garage employees, their treatment is not at all consumer friendly after completing their task of selling the car which won't harm me but the good will of TATA only. I did a very huge mistake of buying a car from National Garage dealer of Tata and shall highly recommend others to never repeat the same mistake again. My experience within 20 days of purchasing a car dwindled much of my trust from Tata Motors, which I considered one of the best automobile firms in India.

                We had previously made a booking for a car tata hexa xma (D)- tungsten silver from tuli motors, wazirpur and paid a certain amount for the booking which eventually got cancelled due to color unavailability at the showroom, and booked the same car in sky grey color from autovikas, tata dwarka branch.
                Your tata helpline number gave us their contact with assurance about the color availability at that showroom and hence, we booked it with the guarantee that autovikas tata motors gave to deliver the car in 6 days.
                After 4 days, they informed us the ordered car getting shipped to their showroom is not the same model that we booked and it will now take more time to order the same car and the final amount to be paid for the car might also increase and we have to bear the price hike. As an alternate option they asked us to get a refund for the car.
                This is extremely appalling and annoying that an elite company such as tata is making its customers go through all this. Such an experience with tata was not expected and we definitely recommend not to go for any tata car.

                  I have taken my tata safari to fairdeal tata motors parimpora srinagar, i have done oil change, replaced linkrods to my vehicle. But they charged me 3300 for the work done yesterday. I think labour charges which i paid was too high and the employees don't behave like they should for customer satisfaction. Overall i am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

                      One of the worst service by any car company in the world. All the employees are sitting freely without doing any work. The work done here is extremely cheap. The experience i had was worst. Recently my new car tata tigor got into accident in which lot of things got damaged so for that we gave the car to get repaired in tata workshop. The approx days we were said was 20 days for our car to get totally repaired but then it it is almost 2months 4 days (65 days). Still my car hasn't got repaired. So for that i anonymously went to the workshop so i noticed there that employees are not at all working there. They are just taking rest and my car is exactly broken as before not even 50% of work was done after 1month and estimated time was 20 days for the car to get completely repaired. I hope u take some strict action against this workshop or else i will consider tata as one of the worst motor company in the world. No company would do like this as tata did. U all just want benefits but don't want to do work.

                        I have bought tata tiago on last december 2016 around 3000 km driven till now and i'm not satisfied the city mileage it's comes 12 kmpl till now in city. I have made complaint in concorde motor ecr twice but not yet resolved they told in city depends on traffic if will give approx 11 to 12 only but when i was taken the car the sales man told it should give minimum 17kmpl at any traffic condition in city
                        Which one is true? I need proper justification and resolving the issue

                            I have a new tata zest (Nmbr: wb19h 6229) purchased on decemberkshire and it is on road from january
                            I am facing a some start up problem in my vehicle and had submit it for servicing at tata kb motors at tiljala kolkata on thursday 17th august2017.
                            But the problem is still unsolved till today they are keep on saying that they can't get the problem. And informed me that a mechanical engineer from has also check it and he is also failed to get the problem. What kind of vehicle it is? Is it for our comfortable or for making a trouble only.
                            Is it my fault to believe a well known company like tata motors. I am felling my self #.
                            As it is a commercial vehicle and my instalment ready and it's at service station for 6 days and still there is no hope to get it in comingeneral week.
                            It's really unprofessional and trouble some. What should i do now. Solve the problem and extend my instalment date which is due on 2nd september2017.
                            It's not possible for me to pay it in this situation. As the vehicle is at service centre and i must sitting idle at home and it's very difficult for me to meet the ends meet.
                            What i need to do now whether the problem will solve soon or i need to visit consumer court.
                            Please reply positively as soon as possible.

                              tata tiago - not engaging gears... about to commit accident

                              One of my friend recently bought tata tiago from kandiwali tata showroom. After first servicing car is facing issue that car doesn't engage gears in running and it gets stopped automatically. When he report this back to service center they took the car back and kept for 2 week. After that they returned back the car stating issue has been resolved.                               Sir, 2 months ago, i bought a new vehicle tata xenon from the progressive motors, agartala, tripura. But they don't give me the original tax invoice. They are give me a invoice in a white a4 paper. Moreover, the servicing units of that concern also have the poor quality of services. Spare parts are not available there. Even ac gas is not present in their servicing centre. Suspension bush also not available.

                              If this conditions is in the service centre or workshop, then how will we maintain our vehicles and how will we believe in tata motors.

                                I had purchased tata tiago from jabalpur motors indor. They charged rs 540000 from me and provided bill of only rs 498000. Request you to please provide reimbursement of rs 42000. I talked with the dealer but the representatives talked very rudely with me as if they had forgotten us after buying car. This was not expected from tatas. There are many other minor issues like not received any accessory which comes with every car, i cannot insert my key on my front door and other issues. Please contact as soon as possible. I am in real trouble and searching for your precious help.

They give the joining letter but this letter is not correct.. Fir usne sahi letter dene k liye documents verification ki baat kr 15000 ki mang ki fir company me donation k name pe 12500 ki demand ki fir gate entry k liye 15000 ki demand ki... But maine 60000 paid kr band kr diya dena... Bola cancel kr do to kya ye paise return honge... Inke mere pass contact no pade h o v on h... 5 no h jo on h...                                     I have taken delivery of New Tata Tigore Car on 9 th August 2017.

                                    before that I have completed all required activities, even after full payment done,

                                    RTO registration is getting delayed consequently unable to drive Car out of PUNE.

                                    since No RTO charges received by Dealer as per RTO Pune..

                                    Also feedback from Pune RTO is not good for your Concorde Motors, Baner Pune dealer.

                                      I took tata indigo ecs in 2009 and have been regularly getting the car serviced by wasan motors, kandivali. But very sorry to say that the service technicians there are just looting the customers by unnecessary increasing the bill amount and creating some or the other issues in the car. It has never happened that my car has gone for servicing and after servicing never faced any issue. After 2-3 days again i have to take the car for servicing. Just few days back i had taken my car for normal servicing and after taking the delivery the car started throwing black fumes. Now i am being told to sell the car in exchange of new one from them as they cannot sort out the issue.
                                      I do not understand their immatured behaviour. After enquiring from other people i have realized that most of the customers are facing similar issues with them and thats the reason they have stopped sending their cars to wasan motors service centre. Just to fulfil their target they are fooling customers.
