I m kapil,
An example of atmost level of cheap behavoiur, and fraud of rs. 34500 done by autovikas tata motinagar, 26/3-4,.. For that i hav already registered a police complaint, still m writing this so that at any point of time if tata can look into the matter and can compensate our money then it can rebuild our trust in tata but never in aoutovikas motinagar...

I was byuing tata nexon car from autovikas showroom motinagar, loan was already approved and car delivery date was 17 oct 2017 dhanteras, i have also paid them rs. 211000, then on 15th oct 2017 i went there to pay cash amount of rs. 150000 more, i have given amount to cashier of autovikas, then after some time he told us that rs. 34500 is short, i was shocked, as i have counted the money three times before handing over to cashier, then in cctv footage we checked that cashier gave money to a 3rd person standing next to me (3rd person was seemed to be another customer to me), and when i asked cashier that why he gave money to 3rd person, then cashier replied he was with u (Kapil), i said he was unknown to me... Then cashier said he gave money to me (Kapil) not to 3rd person.. Cashier changed his statement continuously... Now cashier returned remaining 115500 to me and refused to give me receipt of rs. 34500.... Now main thing is, either the cashier is involved or he was innocent, in both cases money was given to third person by cashier, the loss should hav been bear by either cashier or autovikas, but they made me to bear loss of rs. 34500...
And then around 10-12 autovikas emoloyees came and started prooving me wrong for not being able to detect the wrong intenssions of 3rd person... I havn't seen such cheap behaviour anywhere...
I can bear loss if mistake is done by me, but why should i bear loss for the mistake done by autovikas employee...
Once i handed over the money to autovikas, now if anything happen to money in between, autovikas is responsie for that loss, not me...
I already lodge a police complaint and m all prepared to take it to court if i cannot get any solution in between by tata motors...

I was all set to take nexon delibery on 17th oct 2017 dhanteras, but instead returned home with loss of rs. 34500, all dreams shattered, diwali happiness compromised, instead of enjoying diwali week i was ruuning again and again to autovikas and police station,... Plan to buy tata car cost ruining my diwali of 2017...

Seems to be a story to downgrade Tata dealer, can't understand why Cashier will return any cash to anybody? you or somebody standing next to you? until unless you would have asked cashier to return cash?

Majya kade tata407 nine vehicle ahe tya madhe kahi complaint nahi pn 407 bs4 madhe speed lock cha problem yet ahe. Majhi tata motors la request ahe ki company ne majya vehicle cha speed lock problem solve karun dyava. Nahitar mala tata 407bs4 vikun eicher 10.59 madhe intrest ahe. Please lavkar complaint solve karun dya.

      I, dr aniruddha s. Dongare, staying at dapoli, dist ratnagiri, maharashtra (Pin code 415712), am a proud owner of tata tiago xm (Diesel). Im using the car since july’ 17.
      On september 30th, my car suddenly got immobilised with ineffectual starting. This problem was not really expected from a brand new car of a brand new model. So, i immediatelty contacted 24x7 breakdown service of tata motors for assistance and registered a complaint regarding the same. My complaint was soon responded by breakdown assistance department with towing my car to the nearest authorised dealer (Bhandari motors, mahad, dist raigad) on 1st of october. I was really happy with their prompt response and was presuming that i will punctually get the problem solved. Since then i am awaiting for a propitious reply from the repairer.
      Since my car is consigned with bhandari motors, mahad, i am in continuous contact with their pro and breakdown service department, with a phone call or two, almost daily. Nevertheless, i am not been satisfactorily replied. It’s 19th day today, which is the extremity of delay, since the car is under the process of reconditioning.
      I rely on my car for giving timely service to my patients and apart from the monumental inconvenience engendered by unnecessary delay caused by the service providers, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

        Respected sir,
        Myself ranjeet singh bal owner of bal frieght carrier & vehicle no:nl018381 hereby writes this letter complainig you about my vehicle not been checked. There was assurance given by tata motors that my vehicle 's one part would be repaired as there was leakage in that... But there has been 2-3 days since there was no response from you, after several try only one worker is doing upon that & in this case it would take many days as i have to deliver my product at the next company also!! Your this service to customers is really very poor, there has 20 yrs since i have been your customer & you expect your customers to be joined with you ahead after this service. I am extremely sorry but you service isn't such fast. My vehicle nl018381 is standing in bafna motors... Plzzz do look after my problem & solve as fast as it is possible. Sorry for inconvenience.

          My persanel vehicle tata safari 2006 always show check engine light, i show it to tata company (Kvr tata, thottada, kannur dist, kerala) they check nd said fuel tank is bend, then i replace my fuel tank and some wiring also nd i paid rs 20000, after 2 weeks same problem shows again, company said they want to scan again, if they dont know complaint why they replace my fuel tank, why all tata vehicle is like this, i have two tata vehicle safari nd vista always head ache,
          I have 6 etios nd 3 innovas no head ache all these years all vehicles run more than 2 lakh kms, ur safari run only 90000 kms, i am very shame about ur company,
          Please inform to kvr tata, kannur dist, kerala state, that clear my complaint that will be very kind for me... Thank you

            Recently received call for my tiago free tank updation from vst motors, and ask me to bring the vehicle to chennai. I told that i bought & servicing my car in cuddalor & neyveli, so let me update my car here itself. Customer care said we will reply. But so for no phone call or intimation received, so please look in to the matter and let my car get the updation in neyveli or in cuddalore itself.

            I have a tata xenon and it has a problem in battery charging i gave car to the bhatpor tata service center they gave car in 3 to 5 days first car is better then after in a week my car have a same problem as first have so I'm complaining about your repairing service...

              Dear am one of the ex employee, i was purchased one tata hexa full option from m k motors kottayam, kerala. Am sending some snaps because very serious manufacturing error and i was approach with dealer he is always saying, inform to company didn't get report, what i can do? Please send me your advice.
              1, back tyre mudguard not covered in the footrest area,
              2, handle is not fixed in the right area
              3, some mirror box fixed in the driver seats ups.
              4, footrest is not their.

              Am waiting for your replay, if you are not replay i need going to customer curt

              The vehicle not starting, called concorde motors ambatur . they told a person will contact you and will come and tow the vehicle to the service center.
              its been two weeks since the complaint has been filed but they are still responding.
              Concord motors Dilshad Garden do not provided benifits of refferal schem to yours coustomer. Mr manohar Semwal rffers to me to purchase a Tata Tiago car. I booked a car XZA on 29.09.2017.but my sales advisor Mr Vikas Verma does not provided me the benfits of refferal schem at the time of booking.
              Please give me the benfits of refferal schem.

                I went for inquiry of tata tiago wizz model at pramukh. At that time they said that with the car i will get the accessories (Wheel cap and roofrill) with the car on on road price without purchasing accessories package of 23, 000rs additionally they said if you want you can purchase one by one item that is required from the package of 23000rs.

                Now when i have purchased the car and i have made the full payment now they say i wont get any accessories neither i can purchase selected items from the accessories package.

                How we are misguided from these type of sellers. They just know how to sell the car but doesn't know how to stick on the words.
                Nut of engine was not fitted properly and all the oil fell down on road due to fault of mecanic

                  I am a tata customer, having a indica vista for almost 6 years. As a satisfied customer of tata product i eagerly waited last few months for the launch of hexa & nexon for the up gradation of my vehicle. I visited and tata website, collected informations about the vehicles. My business partner was convinced by my confidence in tata. We visted showroom (Concord motors – cochin, kerala) few times. We were impressed by the cars and decided to purchase 2 cars.

                  As per our request for valuating my old vehicle, the executives done the proceedings and after a day they informed the rate. When i heard the price, really shocked. It was just 130000/- (One lakh thirty thousand rupees) only. Even i got 210000/- (Two lakh ten thousand) straight price offer from the market without taking any effort (Indica vista quadrajet vx – 2011 december, well maintained premium upholstery, kms - 110000)
                  But unfortunately tata itself degraded and under valuated their own product. This made me rethink about purchasing a tata product again in future, as it cause a self regret.

                  I submitted my concern to tata customer care. I got the reply in mail and a person call me on next day itself. He informed that territory manager will call and took after the issue. But no one calls or follow up.

                  Tata may deliver good products they cant understand customers. Ie, humans. They are not professionals.

                  I dropped the idea of purcahsing of tata cars in future.

Name of dharmender singh s/o karan singh r/o vpo atela tehsil charki dadri distt bhiwani on dated 30/08/2017 but said vehicle is not passing. I am calling to dealer but no response i go. I am frustrated as emi is started but my vehilce is parked in my home. Whom to pay me compensation. The main concern is dealer said it is 2017 model but said vehicle is 2016. It is very harrasful for me.
                    I am attach all document of vehicles.
                    Request to resolve my problem as soon as.

                      . I am paramjit singh i buy a tata zest xms ptl car from roller flour mill ltd panchkulla no ch 01 bk 6307 your show room on 29 nov 2016.

                      2. From the beginning of buying car continuous problem comes current make break, pick up prob ac prob.

                      3. With in few days my clutch plate burn and i paid 4000rs for warranty.

                      4. I go to service centre minimum ten time and so many time many day my car admitted in service centre no issue solved by tata rep power pick up and current make break issue. Even you change my ecu card and filter.

                      5. Now last month from 20 aug i come from jalandhar after lunch at roper when i start my car. Car not start then i remove the key after 2-3 min car start and ac not running up to 7-8 km only fan running after this within month two time again prob comming fan ruuning ac not cooling .

                      6. I am totally hirras from tata motor i am a army person. I am not come daily or weekly basis to tata service centre. I requested you pls help me for replace my car.

                        My name is shefeek, from punalur, kollam, kerala. About three months ago, i registered for tata tiago test drive online. I recieved a call from the head office. They said that my number will be forwarded to nearby trivandrum motors. They contacted me. Next day they brought the car for test drive at my home. I selected the model, discussed about its price and in exchange i had my 98model zen diesel for which they offered me 75000/- and also i gave 5000rs advance for booking.
                        Accordingly after a few days, i got my loan sanctioned as they came home and took my zen. They delayed the delivery by arguing that my car was only worth for rs40000. Regardless of them offering me 75000rs and taking away my car so early, they said that either they will deliver me 2016model tiago or i will have to pay extra amount other than loan. Due to these delay matters and absence of my car, i had to face a lot of difficulties being a business person.
                        Alas, on 21/08/2017 my car was delivered to me (Tata tiago xz nov2016 model).
                        On 9/10/2017 i went for my first service to focus service centre, kavanad, kollam which is 50km away from punalur. My car travelled 850kms then. But i was told that first service of my car was already done by rajendra kumar, kap cottage, punalur just when 28kms was covered. Usually a service at 28kms is done when the vehicle has some sort of complaint. And i want to let you know that my car's milage is very poor.
                        I contacted trivandrum motors to know what was going on and they as always disappointed me without proper reasons. So i had to return home without doing service. I want the company authority to provide me with suitable reasons and solutions for this inconvenience or else i have decided to file a case against the company on consumer court and also i would publish the news through social and other medias. So, its your responsibility to convince me as soon as possible. I also have a request to contact me on [protected] and speak to me in malayalam as it is my comfort language.

                          Dear sir mine aapke tata se 06/01/2017 ko tata ace zip purchese ki thi wo bhi finace per.
                          Mager etni complain karne per bhi maine apni rc ab tak nahi le paya.
                          Kai logo se maine sampark kiya jo aapke delar hai hamesa khate hai kuch dino me aa jayega mager kuch hota nahi.
                          Muzhe majburan ab aapke or delar ke kilaf fir karani padegi
                          Kyoki rc nahi hone ki wajha se traffice police wale se samzhota karna padta hai or riswat bhi deni padti hai jiske jimmedar puri tarha aap hai.
                          Last time rc nahi hone ki wajha se gaadi pakri gai or usske behalf per bahout sare act lagaya gaya jise gadi thane me jama karni padi
                          Badi muskil se thane ki fees bharker lana pada jiski kimat mzhe 4500 chukani padi or do dino ka kaam kharab bhi huwa.

                          So main series me hoker baat kar raha hu ki eeska samadahan one week me karaye otherwise main fir karunga.

                            I purchased tata tiago on april 2016, but i am not satisfied with its performance and facing problems like fuel leakage smell when i used to drive everytime from last 7 to 8 months. I sent it to tata motors to make it repair on 4th sep. If any mishappeing occur (Like fire due to oil leakage) then who's is responsible for this.

                            I just visited a tata motors, they said there is pipe leakage problem and they have to replace it soon. But they don't have part available with them right now and it's already a week now. Today i recived call for dada moters the part reached at workshop but then i visited then dada moters gm says sorry we recived wrong pipe, so we have already put again vqr then correct pipe will reach at tuesday. Then i demand i need vehicle today at any cost.
                            Then he says if you need car urgent then we will put m-seal for temporary basis and take your car back, then pipe will come at work shop we will make repair again.

                            At present, the car's parts is under guarantee under your 2 yrs guarantee policy from the date of purchase (Till apr 2018). But what if it again get faults after repairing? Then who will responsible for this?

                            On april 17, my car had proper checkup in your premises (Dada moters ludhiana) but they did not find any problem regarding fuel leakage at that time.. Tell me then what they did in complete checkup and it's six months now if any mishappeing occur then who would be responsible since for that loss. At that time also my car door is very tight and not open properly, still same problem not solved.

                              My self kamal thripathi.. From budni madhya pradesh.in 2014 oct i purchased tata zest xms model from veer motor. And this vechile no. Mp04 cn 4997. And after this because of some wrong entry punching by your side in chessis number of one other tata zest xms model reg. No. Mp04 cn 8452.. Also come in your system with my name. And i received many call for service.. Feed back.. Insurance. Etc.. For the wrongly punched car on my name. Now almost 3 year over. And i still receiving calls.. And some time i feel that i made a mistake by purchase tata zest. Pl correct the system.

                                This complaint is against tata motors for service record mismatch of my tata nano xta 2016 vehicle.

                                My vehicle registration number is ka51mj6414, chassis number - mat612263gkg21977

                                Basically, i bought this vehicle from tata motors - concorde bangalore in september 2016 (1 year). Got serviced from preerna motors (Kudlu gate, hosur road, bangalore).

                                Issue - ka51mj 6414 vehicle registration number entry in tata motors service records is overlapped by preerna motors with another vehicle number ka01mj6414.

                                My vehicle has run only 9000 kms and due 2nd service but application is showing 35000 kms and a paid service.

                                Due to this, my vehicle is not given any service by tata motors. I suffered an on road service issue as well as 2nd free service is due. When i call customer service, they are not able to find my vehicle registration detail and they are unable to give me any assured/ under warranty service.

                                This has incurred me cost from my pocket, and mental harassment.

                                Resolution required - i do not want to own tata motors vehicle anymore. As, they are neither providing service or resolution to my multiple complaints to customer service.

                                Fyi, i did call 7-8 times to tata motors customer service and registered complaint 3 times. Did follow up many times with both preerna motors and tata motors.

                                Now customer care agents says they are not even seeing any complaint registered as they did not find my vehicle registration number in their software.

                                I am attaching my rc book and screen shot of tata motors app showing wrong vehicle registration number with my vehicle chasis and engine number.

                                  I'm a tata customer since ages from owning a tata seara, sumo and tata vista. I could say, the quality and service has drastically declined. Today i had to just wait for 3 hours to know my problem cannot be fixed.

                                  I don't understand what quality of cars tata is making, it's hardly been 4 years and the water is leaking into the inner portion of the car. I was sitting at tata service centre for more than 3 hours and then had to run from pillar to post just to analyse from where the water is coming in. Still the service engineer could not find out the cause and as he was running out of time mentioned that he would have to replace many parts and the cost would come up to 75000.

                                    I santosh sawant have purchased a tata nano (Mh01cp3601) from concorde motors, had undergone worst sales experiences, i have mentioned it in the coustomer satisfaction report provided by tamo.

                                    Worst part of harrasment continued when my car got submerged in recent 29-aug2017 floods,

                                    Even the serivce station at worli have the worst rude staff its more that a month that my car is with tamo workshop, till date no feedback regarding the updates of the car repair, even after calling them no responsible person to provide me feedback every time new person with new answers
                                    Prior to tata nano i had maruti cars, but the worst decesion for me was to go in for tatamotors
                                    Now that I have got back my car from the workshop, interior lights are not functioning, central locking has failed to perform, A/c starts and stops ...and the harassment continues dealing with Tata Motors

                                      I am manimaran from madurai tamilnadu. I have booked the tata tiago car. Next week they are going to deliver. Just i thought of suggesting saying that when we are buying the car from other companies they are ready give some good offers/reduction/accessories free like leather seat, floor mat etc. But here in tata dealership motors they are not ready to give any offers. At least if they are giving accessories like leather seat and floor mat it will be really good for me and satisfied with it. So can you please look into it and do me the needful.

                                        My son recently purchased a new tata tiago. Within 1200 kms o[censored]se the car failed, that too in the middle of the busy bangalore roads, close to midnight. On inspection from tata motors service department, we were told that the clutch plate has failed. We had to shell out a huge amount inspite of car being under warranty. Nobody from kht motors nor tata motors customer complaints helped us in this.
