I have planned to buy tata tiago so i was contacting tata motors dealers regarding this. From the past few months i have contacted different dealers for the quotation for tata tiago. All the delaers are charging extra in the name of either rto charges/logistic charges/handling charges. Requesting reply from tata motors regarding this extra charges charged by the car dealers.

    Hi,

    I am writing this after 3 breakdowns in 2 weeks.

    During servicing which had happened in may 2017 i have been advised that my car battery is broken or faulty hence i have asked service centre to change it. They replaced it with new exide battery.

    In october 2017 i faced an issue with battery and had to call emergency breakdown service as my car stopped in the middle of road.
    I have given my car next morning to service centre and they advised that my battery was faulty since it’s under warranty so they will replace it but claim process will take 15-30 days and meanwhile they will give me service battery which they did.
    Next day my car got delivered with service battery however again i faced same issue and this time in front of service center people. They took it again to service center and told me that there is an issue with wiring and earthing which they successfully fixed next day.
    However again i faced same issue.

    Not blaming your service center but it’s horrible 3 breakdowns and everytime they are saying different story.
    I am not sure why this is happening but atleast authorised service center should aware of this situation..

    Its been 4 days. Car is under observation with TATA motors and they are unable to advice the issue.

      I purchased a commercial vehicle Tata Ace Zip Xl about one and a half months ago from Bhandari Automobiles Kolkata, I was asked to pay a EMI of Rs 7451 whereas the monthly EMI that is going to be deducted amounted to Rs 8546 as informed by a text message from Bank . The down payment made by me amounted to Rs 47000 + Rs 3000 processing charge. Please look at this matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the text message screenshot with this.

        I have bought the tata zest on 30th april 2017 and facing lot of troubles with this new car from the initial period itself. I have suffered a lot, this car has taken my piece of mind. I want tata to take this car back and want my money back with the compensation for the harassment and the pain i have gone through since last 6 months.

        I have purchase a new car on 30th april 2017 and face 1st problem on 6th july 2017 that my ac is not working, i went to sagar motors noida with the hope that they will solve the problem and again i can enjoy my new car they test and said that we have refile the ac gas rest everything is ok, so i was happy that no prob, issue is resolved but that happiness doesn't last long again on 9th oct 2017 i faced same issue my ac is not working (No cooling). They have tested and not able to find the exact cause and again done the refiling of ac gas, but after escalating they have asked me that they need to look into the issue so they required some time. So yesterday i call mr. Lalit that they can take my car and find the problem, and resolved it. One of the representative of sagar motor noida came and taken the car, but after that i am taking the feedback about my car but non of the sagar motor noida official is updating me. I have called mr nishu who is looking after the car earlier he has given me a call and not having the update that what was the issue. Totally unprofessional behavior by the team.

        I want to request tata motors to solve the problem once and for all and please provide update. I want some one from tata motors to help me in this. And if the issue still arise then what will be the next steps, because after purchasing a new car i can't expect that every three months i am visiting tata motors service center for the same issue.

        I also need the escalation matrix from tata motors representative. So please share the same. I want to know that what qc check they have done.

          My van recently met an accident. And we went to tata motors show room. They didn't reposnce and they didn't tell any thing and they behave with us very rudly. For every problem they tell goto vizag then did they put show room in srikakulam. Next time on wards we won't buy any tata vechiles. Why these kind of recruited in this show room.
          And one guy naidu is there he didn't responds to our phonecalls

            Greetings team,

            I am now a proud owner of tata nexon xz+ ; however i wanted to know as why the variable key not given to me even after picking up the top model for nexon.

            Also i had no other option to pick up the accessories pack from the dealer (Vikas auto) since the accessories aren't available anywhere.

            Kindly advise if there's any extra cost for the variable key (I will surely be dissapointed if there's a price tag for this variable key, since everything should be included in the top model and these hidden surprises shlould've be disclosed later.

              I took delivery of tata tiago xt model on august 27, 2017. Right from day 1, i have been facing issues with the fuel tank door which the sales guys at concorde velachery never bothered to inform me. I was told this would be corrected in the first service. However, even during service at concorde ambattur, the service guys have sent back the vehicle in a faulty condition without the fuel tank door getting repaired. Now they are saying they have to repair the door which would result in paint getting scrapped off the car. What a pathetic team at tata motors. If this is the way tata motors is gonna con its consumers, it is better to close business rather than sell such a pathetic product. I sincerely regret buying the car.

                M/s concorde motors - the smartness in the sales executives is lacking.
                The service levels are poor. The show room suggested the banker (Axis) which is use less. The branch manger is least bothered about the issue of the customer who has already purchased the car.
                Even after number of calls and complaints to branch manger is not at all bothering. It is responsibility of the show room to engage right people / right bank to the customer. The show room is filled with all inefficient people who are not doing their job properly in turn causing problem to the people.
                The services provided by the show room are very poor and need lot of improvement & professionalism in them to gain good name.
                The other car brands are providing good response and service to the customer.
                Here show room person are bothered till the customer purchase car. Once the downpayment is made, then they are least bothered.

                Its almost a month now, the registration process is not completed. I gave many reminders but no one is bothered.
                Why do we suggest tata for friends and relatives if the services are like this.

                The sales could have been more if they give proper response to customer.

                  I bought a new tigor xz model 3 days back. While taking the delivery of car i found a bubble on front right fendor and i ask the same to the concern person there but that doesn't work. His assistance was not satisfactory. Now i am worried of that panel will become rusty. There is no point of such things when you are buying a brand new car.
                  I am done with this and want a replacement or a job done on my car.
                  I am fed-up with this car..

                    I, kaif aslam owner of tata tigor xt d, regististration number - pb65am2723, i have a complain regarding the recent experience i had with your agency (Mohali automobiles b-16, mohali automobiles, phase -2, ph-ii, industrial area, ptl factory, mohali, punjab 160055 landmark : ptl factory). My car met with an accident on 26 september 2017 and i took the car to the agency and met mr kanwaldeep singh (Bodyshop manager). He assured me that car will be repaired within a week but after that when i went to take the car it was not ready and they said to give it after 2 days. When after 2 days i went to see the car it was not in a good condition like doors and mirrors were not repaired and they again delayed the delivery and when i asked about the bill they didnt gave me. After so much of delaying and full insurance coverage they said to pay different amounts ranging from 7400 to 6600 and then 5000 and they said that insurance company will not pay consumable bills like car wipes blades etc. But after that when i saw the bills the insurance company had paid for everything the only difference was of labour charges which was 18290 in the agency bill and 14891 in the insurance company’s bill (Please find the bill attached) but mr kanwaldeep singh did not understood the problem and he forced me to pay 6700 at last that was not acceptable for me and he was very unprofessional in his behavior. He was not ready to give the clearance then i had a talk to the md and after that i got my car back. The person dealing with all this was not doing the work properly and had not etiquettes of talking. I have wasted so much time in all this process. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                        Hii. I'm mr. Shravan kumar shah an car owner of tata motors. My car is tata manza sf90. I live in roorkee and i bought the car on 16 december 2011 from the i. S. M automobiles pvt. Ltd. From the very begining since i bought the car there are many faults in it. Headlights didn't work properly, air conditioning was bad. There were many breakdowns in car on my way back to home from rudrapur (Uttarakhand). No proper servicing was given to us at the roorkee showroom from where i bought the car. No single step was taken to improve the facilities provided to us. I already talked to the manager about this problem. At that time he ensures me and promised me that he will give me my car in proper condition after 2 days. After 2 days when i took my car from the service provider he ensured me that he had fixed all the issues prevailing in my car. But on a journey from roorkee to nainital the car starts missing and after every 2 minutes it gets heated up and suddenly stops. I called one of the member of i. S. M automobiles roorkee pvt. Ltd. But he cannot answer my questions and said that he is helpless right now? I was with my wife and my 1 year old daughter. We somehow managed to reach haldwani. It took me almost 5 hours to travel to haldwani which is not so far. Approx. Distance from that place was 80kms. The promises we get from the service providers are all lie. And let me bring your attention to one major problem that the service providers takes much money in the names o[censored]nncessary parts installed in my car, unnecessary labor work and time, etc. I had spent around 13 to 14 lacs on the car unnecessarily because of the parts, labor work and time, etc installed in my car. I can provide you the invoice soft copies, the items list, etc with it each and everything which you will need. I am very annoyed with the services and from the tata motors company. I didn't expect this kind of services provided from your side.

                          Really very upset about the dealer prerana motors, bangalore.
                          Dealing with customers is very bad... They don't give any details properly. Almost from last 2 months am interacting with the prerana motors dealers rajajinagar bangalore. They won't even care about the customer, they don't give any updates, they are not following up anything.. Really fed up with these guys. Everytime i need to call them and following up.. Then also they are not following. If i call they won't pick the call... Everytime they are misguiding us. Very poor customer relationship management. Please top management concentrate in these areas and try to improve the customer relationship. Due to this reason am planning to drop the vehicle buying here. At least if you are care about your customer call to me i will explain everything from the day 1 to here. Almost 2 months. Really very bad experience.. Contact me: [protected]

                            You have built a great car in tata hexa. I wanted to book xta, however now i cannot since this does not offer esp with roll over mitigation and traction control. Don’t understand how such an important safety feature can be missed out for automatic buyers. This needs to be fixed in a hurry and also communicate the market.

                            Another surprising this (Though this is not as critical as the previous point), why would automatic not have awd option. If these two can be built, you will have so many customers who will go for this car without blinking an eye.

                            Please consider and act on this as soon as possible.
                            Request you all not to go for AMT variants of Tata all are life threatening wonders.
                            I have gone for Tiago AMT and it goes into reverse direction when in auto mode and gear 1 is reflected in the dash board.
                            Car cannot travel more than 80kms in a single day. Breaks down after 80 kms.
                            2 battery changes in last 6 months.
                            Battery alternator changes.
                            Service executives are clueless.
                            Gear shifts from Auto to manual and auto to reverse on its own. It does not require drivers feedback nor does it takes driver feedback.
                            A very good car to gift i[censored] want to take revenge on someone.
                            As the person using the car is purely living out of luck and may get a call from all mighty pretty sooner than latter for selecting the wrong brand.
                            Had high expectations from Tata after Jag and landrover deal but I think now I just wasted my hard earned money on a showpiece to decorate my parking.
                            I want my entire money back and compensation for mental trauma.
                            Also not the car is used to being parked in service station rather than freely roaming on raid as my car was in service centre for more than 2 months out of 6 months.

                              It is to inform with sorrow that we are offered very poor service by your certified vehicle distributor, bhandari automobiles private limited situated at rupnarayanpur, kharagpur, dist-paschim medinipur, west bengal, 721305. Our vehicle no. Is wb33d 1936 and it was purchased from the above said distributor. We have repeatedly registered our issues regarding the problem in our vehicle such as bobbling. But they did not offer any kind of co-operation and they released our vehicle after doing simple alignment correction which was not enough to run the vehicle in smooth condition. It is to also inform that bhandari take rs 745.76 for alignment. But remember that our issue was different and their was no problem in alignment. During this period we met their representative and tried to bring their focus on that. But they did not provide any kind of co-operation. After that, we have also registered a complaint against the issue with ref no. 1-[protected] dated. 13th october, 2017 through your toll free number. But the complaint had not been accept. Our purchasing of that vehicle is under the loan of hdfc bank. So, for my need i have to go for outside servicing.

                                  I booked tiago vehicle on 06 oct 17 with advance amount, i am purchasing it through csd army depot ahmedabad. Dealer first promised that delivery of the vehicle will be on 15 oct 17. After four days manager of the dealer requested that delivery of your vehicle will be delayed by some days approx 05 days, and again on 20 oct 17 your manager is telling that delivery will be postponed to 30 oct 17, in between i started my payment process to my csd depot. Csd manager wants some clarification regarding dealership reference with csd depot your manager unable to answer and after that he is not attending any calls. And responding to customers
                                  What is the solution.

                                    I m kapil,
                                    An example of atmost level of cheap behavoiur, and fraud of rs. 34500 done by autovikas tata motinagar, 26/3-4,.. For that i hav already registered a police complaint, still m writing this so that at any point of time if tata can look into the matter and can compensate our money then it can rebuild our trust in tata but never in aoutovikas motinagar...

                                    I was byuing tata nexon car from autovikas showroom motinagar, loan was already approved and car delivery date was 17 oct 2017 dhanteras, i have also paid them rs. 211000, then on 15th oct 2017 i went there to pay cash amount of rs. 150000 more, i have given amount to cashier of autovikas, then after some time he told us that rs. 34500 is short, i was shocked, as i have counted the money three times before handing over to cashier, then in cctv footage we checked that cashier gave money to a 3rd person standing next to me (3rd person was seemed to be another customer to me), and when i asked cashier that why he gave money to 3rd person, then cashier replied he was with u (Kapil), i said he was unknown to me... Then cashier said he gave money to me (Kapil) not to 3rd person.. Cashier changed his statement continuously... Now cashier returned remaining 115500 to me and refused to give me receipt of rs. 34500.... Now main thing is, either the cashier is involved or he was innocent, in both cases money was given to third person by cashier, the loss should hav been bear by either cashier or autovikas, but they made me to bear loss of rs. 34500...
                                    And then around 10-12 autovikas emoloyees came and started prooving me wrong for not being able to detect the wrong intenssions of 3rd person... I havn't seen such cheap behaviour anywhere...
                                    I can bear loss if mistake is done by me, but why should i bear loss for the mistake done by autovikas employee...
                                    Once i handed over the money to autovikas, now if anything happen to money in between, autovikas is responsie for that loss, not me...
                                    I already lodge a police complaint and m all prepared to take it to court if i cannot get any solution in between by tata motors...

                                    I was all set to take nexon delibery on 17th oct 2017 dhanteras, but instead returned home with loss of rs. 34500, all dreams shattered, diwali happiness compromised, instead of enjoying diwali week i was ruuning again and again to autovikas and police station,... Plan to buy tata car cost ruining my diwali of 2017...

Majya kade tata407 nine vehicle ahe tya madhe kahi complaint nahi pn 407 bs4 madhe speed lock cha problem yet ahe.                                         I, dr aniruddha s. Dongare, staying at dapoli, dist ratnagiri, maharashtra (Pin code 415712), am a proud owner of tata tiago xm (Diesel). Im using the car since july’ 17.
                                        On september 30th, my car suddenly got immobilised with ineffectual starting. This problem was not really expected from a brand new car of a brand new model. So, i immediatelty contacted 24x7 breakdown service of tata motors for assistance and registered a complaint regarding the same. My complaint was soon responded by breakdown assistance department with towing my car to the nearest authorised dealer (Bhandari motors, mahad, dist raigad) on 1st of october. I was really happy with their prompt response and was presuming that i will punctually get the problem solved. Since then i am awaiting for a propitious reply from the repairer.
                                        Since my car is consigned with bhandari motors, mahad, i am in continuous contact with their pro and breakdown service department, with a phone call or two, almost daily. Nevertheless, i am not been satisfactorily replied. It’s 19th day today, which is the extremity of delay, since the car is under the process of reconditioning.
                                        I rely on my car for giving timely service to my patients and apart from the monumental inconvenience engendered by unnecessary delay caused by the service providers, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
