I file this complaint for the reasons given below:
- There was a false reporting while booking the car, which delayed the delivery.
- RC Book has been issued after 5 months. It also contains error.
- Since the date of delivery, the vehicle is immobile due to RC and Servicing issues.
- As the vehicle is not moved for more than 6 months, there are residues.
- Tata Motors Customer care and Regional Office have neglected my complaints.
The vehicle manufactured in January 2017 has run only 82 Km.
As the new car has become unusable, I claim compensation for all damages caused to me.
The estimation of physical and financial damages is valued for more than ten lakhs.
I strongly recommend Tata Motors not to support incompetent dealers.
