Dear folks

Myself p. Srinivas i was purchased tata twist xt car tanuku, west godavari dist, andhra prasadesh with strong swadesi feeling. My car chassis no-mat612274eka02532, engine no-273mpf112avyk02167 on 06.05.2014. Within the span of 3 years the followings were the complaints which i would like to bring your notice for swift response.
1. Car bonnet area body paint fully corroded
2. All door corners body got rusted

I had approached several time to the service center m/s. Jasper industries pvt ltd, bhemavaram andhara pradesh, they responding irrelevant. I wondering such a stupid service manager continuing in the such a show room. Also i had booked compliant in the customer car but there is no response. I have better experience in purchasing so called tata brand cars. The situation is very pathetic to tell about the service and response.

    I had took car from marigold tata showroom kanjurmarg 6 months ago.. Since that i have an issue regarding sit cover.. Contact person dosent pick my call sometimes my call also dosent give any feedback... I have to go to showroom for this simple work time to time.. Its too hectic for me..
    Very bad customer service from marigold car managment.

      Respected sirmadam i have done a big mistake of my life to buy i wanted to buy tiago diesel they told waiting period is 2 mouths so i got tata tigor petrol it is only 3 weeks old it was ok. But now car is starting but vibration is comeing i called emergency service they towed to prerana motors they are telling me there is water in engine how can a running can car can did water in side the engine. I need to pay for it what kind of car do you sell in three weeks new a running car how can water go and charge the customer for manufacturer defect. Service center person no lokesh [protected]. I demand a replacement of the car kindly take it seriously thanking you charles

        We are facing problem regarding milage and we logged the complaint for average at the time of servicing still problem remain same so its a request kindly look into on priorty basis for sales and service issues.

          Dear sir,
          I had take delivery of tiago wizz red berry from bafna motors latur (Maharashtra) on 30/09/2017. They didn't give me roof rails & wheel cap, which are with the car.
          They r asking extra rs.8900/ for the same.
          Kindly look into the matter & help me to get roof rails & wheel cap.
          I'd also dropped mail & call to customer care but no respond.
          I also send the details if vehicle.

            We have taken our commercial tata ace tempo to the nearest service centre at kamal motors bhiwandi for water pump defect problem on 26.09.2017 reg no. Mh05r8532 there after they repaired it & billed it thereafter it is being found that its engine oil seal leaked & they told that it will take another day to repair it our driver mr. Trimurty spend whole day but in the evening time they said that we are not having technician. We spend another one day that is on 28/09/2017 but we have not received any positive response. On 29/09/2017 they invoiced for the engine oil seal repairing charges invoice no:imkmbw[protected] dt:29/09/2017 without resolving the problem. Due to this we have suffered loss of diesel & work loss for which i talked to mr. Rahul on mobile no.[protected] who told that you please talk to our manager mr. Milind & gave his mobile no.[protected] i tried to call on this number but he is not receiving the call. So please do the need ful our email id : [protected]@amphray.com

              Hello,

              I am writing this complaint with utmost regret. It is is regarding to the failure of the service which i was promised by tata motors.

              On 22nd september 2017, i booked a tiago xz (Diesel) orange colored car amounting 6, 45, 510/- from varenyam motor car in bhopal with booking amount of 11, 000/- by cheque (003076 corporation bank). I was promised by mr. Sanjay jharia (Gm sales) and ms. Deepika that car would be delivered to me on 29th september 2017. The date was decided according to my religious belief and also in accordance with my other significant commercial uses of the car. As availability was confirmed, i sealed the deal. I further made payments of 2, 79, 000/- (Cheque) and 3, 55, 000 hdfc finance and loan on 28th september 2017
              They not only postponed the date but also did not bother to inform about it. When i made an inquiry about the delivery, i was informed that it can't be delivered on the day it was suppose to but instead they will deliver it the next day. As i could not manage to go the agency they offered on door delivery i had no choice but to agree.

              Later, time was also pushed. By 8 pm on 30th september 2017 they finally arrived with the car. After an hour, i realized that the car is of petrol and not diesel. It is a case of sheer negligence on part of the service providers. I also felt cheated as it not only hampered my schedule but also disturbed my religious sentiments.
              Now, i am clueless about my car and it's delivery date. No information regarding the same has been given to me.
              I am tired o[censored]nreliable commitments.
              Please look into the matter. A prompt action is desirable.
              I here by attaching payment receipts.

                  Dear sir/mam
                  I would herewith like to complain about the services provided by most of your dealers.
                  I bought my vehicle tata safari storme - bearing the reg no gj18bb9506.in the year 2013. Recently i had my service for my vehicle at krishu motor cars - rau indore on 16 aug2017, i had some complaints for my vehicle which were not corrected at the previous service centres, - (Manikbagh ankola and belgaum.). And even today they stand unrepaired. Even after intimating the above said dealers vide verbally as not satisfied with service and latter as a written complaints. Copy attached.
                  The following were found on review of my vehicle after servicing. But could not contact the dealers on the same day as i was proceeding on my annual leave the very next day. Though i intimated the non satisfied response on the feed back phone call.
                  1. Rear seat belt box was broken
                  2. Windows were still making sound
                  3. Inner cleaning was poor
                  4. Rear sensor was not functioning properly - this has been a issue since my first service - leading to multiple replacements till now.
                  5. The wheel alighment machine at this centre was not functional and they were charging without – when enquired the charges were cancelled but charged for weights - i am still not understanding how a wheel balancing is done - and what is its role without the alignment.
                  The same was complained on 06 sept 17 after arrival back from leave. But still the dealer stands unresponsive-
                  As said above i approached the manikbagh tata motors at belgaum. Though i got the sensor replaced but the rear bumper plastic clips were broken. I intimated this to the dealer vide the feedback. But again they seem to be unresponsive.
                  I also want to intimate to you regarding the emergency services provided by hundekari motors at ahmednagar is again the most poor and above all the response is not emergent but very casual - pls check the call details of may-june fror the above said reg no vehicle.
                  Hence i am writing to you anticipating some response atleast.

                  Please deliver vehicle as soon as possible.

                    I'm an old customer of tata, first i owned tata vista after that i have tata tiago. Tata makes good cars there really put there everything but when it comes to after sale service its all opposite. I had many experience like this latest one to reported is my tiago got a minor accident and the front bumper as well as condenser was damage and also the ac gas was leaked at that time i was in traveling, so i went to nearby tata workshop in aurangabad. They treated my very well and also guided me for further. After that i came back to my home town and next went to workshop of my city. The way they treated my car was horrible. It was a new car and they left that car at back of there workshop without covering it. I can understand that there comes many cars to service so its not possible to keep every car inside the workshop but atleast they can cover it. The mirrors as well as the wipers of car are damage. Mirrors have dirt spots on it, and they are not fading away even after server wash. And service was also very poor. They did alignment of car and my steering wheel is not straight, when i asked them about this they said at this moment they don't have proper equipment to do that. Like which showroom don't have proper equipment??? And that to of alignment??

                      This mail is regarding my brand new cars engine seize problem. I bought the tata tiago diesel xz model berry red from concord motors tathwade, pune, maharashtra on 1st sep 2017.
                      After 10 day my car breakdown on 12th sep 2017 @ 5:30pm it didn’t get started, that time i called roadside assistance they came @ 8pm and checked vehicles all electronics but they failed to identify the problem, they arranged flat belt @ 9:30 pm. Just see your service how fast! Within city u provide service within 30 min and just note down my timings
                      I towed my car with your assistance to panchjanya automobile-bhosari, pune maharashtra drop their @10pm
                      Then from 13th sep all false started till today, first at panchjanya motors they attended my car and checked all details and gave me receipt while submitting the car. On which no scratch is mentioned
                      Without any scratch i submitted my car.
                      1. First they said cam sensor is faulty and timing belt has problem so we will replace them and give your vehicle in 2 days so i demanded standby vehicle and they arranged tata zest petrol and its fuel efficiency is 8-9 kmpl, as we belongs to poor family tiago is our first car and we are not affording zest cars fuel cost but still we filled rs 1500s petrol in it.
                      Accidently a cab driver dash the zest and panchjanya motors charged from us 6500. Isn’t there any insurance for stand by vehicle? I know there is insurance for companies vehicle but this service centres all are false we used zest for 2 days only and our 2 days expense is rs 1500.
                      2. Main issue starts from here, after 2 days they called me and said engine head must have to open and they asked shall we open your engine head that time i asked my cousin about it
                      He said no don’t allow them to open your engine head. Then i visited with him to panchjanya motors
                      He asked there what happen they just said we have to open the engine head. My cousin inspected the vehicle and he found that hla of engine is broken and he said to crm our engine is in warranty and you have to replace it, engine only ran 700km then the crm and gm agrees to replace it
                      3. After two days on 18 sep 2017 they said engine is coming from sanand, gujarat so it will available till 20-21st sep 2017, and then they said engine came but gasket is not available. Sir please just follow the consequences here how poor your service is. Then i asked them after gasket come, u will be saying like sir sorry screws are not available. They said don’t be worried we will sort out this issue within 3 days maximum.
                      4. On friday 22nd sep 2017 i visited panchjanya automobiles service station. My car is there nothing happened and my car was just standing there with lots of dust on it and car is damaged bit at rear left side, no covers on seats and also on body and customer service said me on call that your vehicle is on highest priority. Is this tata’s highest priority?
                      5. On sunday they said we installed succefully your engine and delivers you tomorrow. On 25 sep 2017, but as i said we belongs to poor middle class family so we won’t be managed 6500 immediately that time so they gave us another reason that your vehicle is under testing please come tomorrow so i went to showroom on 27 sep 2017 without money.
                      They did all check up and gave me car key and said your car is ready but due to money issue they hold my vehicle and said at least you have to pay 4000 for zest damage and after 2-3 days pay the remaining amount
                      6. So i paid the 4000 and took my car from them. They hold me 1-2 hrs because there are other issues also, like my car looks like second hand all shining gone scratches all over and not washed well so,
                      I complained about this and then mr. Katkar said its 6.30pm and station is closing and polish workers are gone but why should i accept the car with scratches and dents? So i complained to gm he solve the issue in 30 min
                      7. But when i saw scratches are deep so gm said after 2-3 days we will paint major scratches and again polishing and rubbing will done to your vehicle, but how they didn’t bother that i submitted a brand new car without any scratch and while taking delivery after 20 days it looks like old car
                      8. At the time of delivery i took trial with quality supervisor mr. Katkar that time i said there is lots of engine vibration and noise is very high in car
                      They said your engine is not set yet its new engine, and they convinced me to take delivery
                      I am totally upset and frustrated after seeing this service. Could you please tell me whose responsibility is it to set the engine vibration? Why didn’t they tested my car for long run? I had submitted the car @729 km and they delivered my [protected]@ 763 just 33 km they tested
                      9. When i came to home i went for drive and after, just 12 km my engine gets off again
                      I tried for few min but it didn’t get start i stopped car and waited for 15 min after. Again i tried then it started so i came home & i called gm of panchjanya they said don’t worry sir we will send our technicians to your location tomorrow
                      10. My car is totally faulty now its shows on instrument cluster symbols of abs continuously, seatbelt blinking even also seatbelt wore, it appears.
                      Engine leaves out black smokes continuously
                      Not getting pickup feels like engine is jam
                      While starting the car whole car vibrated
                      Instrument cluster not functioned proper
                      Dte is showing 210 and i drove car 3.5km then dte is 190. Totally i drove 30km but dte displays 155 why tata give such function which is not proper not even near guess
                      Difference is 40-50km/l in dte
                      10. Now i am totally frustrated. Is this a tata motors one of the biggest brand in world and no.1 brand in india, who takeovers international companies but won’t be able to manage own reputation.
                      Before i bought the car my friends and relatives told me about tata, that tata is good for commercial, but i refused them and trusted the tata’s new premium segment car as tiago rules the market so...
                      But today all are laughing at our decision. We extremely regret about our decision of choosing tata
                      These service stations are loop hole for tata’s reputation like tata closed the service station of pandit auto for reason of bad service, but then what? All staff is same at panchjanya service station in pune
                      11. How would i pay my instalment and why would i pay? Just give me 1 reason to pay the money. I will not able to use my vehicle since 22 days i financed money from hdfc and i got false by dealers. That one is also from tata’s own showroom concord motors.
                      I am complaining you last time, if i won’t get any immediate action on my complaint
                      I will take further steps i am going to inform consumer forum and also i will take help from media
                      And lawyer
                      I need replacement of my car and want compensation for that we suffered a lot mentally and also financially. Whole month we are frustrated and tensed tomorrow we are not celebrating dussehra.
                      Our family member our car is not well, remember these words.
                      Just remember sir middle class person buys a car once in life.
                      Sir i am very frustrated that i believed in tata

                        I booked a tata tiago (Optional) at fairdeal motors jammu on 21st of august 2017, by paying a booking amount of five thousand rupees, with the instructions that the car should be delivered to me on 21st of september coinciding with ist navratra, which they agreed. On 19th september i called up the convened about the drlivery of my car and to my surprise and shock i was told that the car booked by me can't be delivered to me as the company has stopped its production. Next day i. E on 20th of september i personally went to the showroom and was told that my book car casn in no way be delivered to me even after one month. I felt cheated and defeated and had no time and choice to look for another car but to go for xt version totally against my wishes. Next day i came to take my car which i was shown but due to some internet problem with the bank i could not make payment so came next day i. E 22nd of september. I made the payment and was shown the car not the one which i had seen and selected yesterday but another one of course the same model and variant, when asked about this cheating the concerned could not convince me. Again, when i finally took the car i asked them the quantity of petrol available in the car and i was told it contains about 3-4 litres which means it could run a minimum of 50-60 kilometres on it but unfortunately once again after covering a distance of about ten kilometers the tank was empty and thankfully petrol station was nearby and i filled the tank.
                        Keeping all the above points in view, isn't it a fit case to be taken to the consumer court so that i can be compensated for the mental ordeal which i have gone through at the hands of fairdeal motors. So before taking the action i would like to know your views on the above. Moreover, one week has passed and i am yet to get the requisite papers from fairdeal motors so that i am able to submit these to the rto for registration etc. Hoping a quick response.
                        Sir I am gagan deep singh emp id: 356828 has left out the company on 29 April 2017 .Till now pf has not transferred and the person is harassiing me. Please see to it because it has been more than 4.5. Months.

                          Tata bus (Hr 73 a 6945):worst service ever.. Faridabad pasco tata motors.. Tied to complaint with manager, service manager, "manish jyaswal (Csm)".. But no action taken so far... Been a year since me and my father talking to them for the bus service.

                          What they guarantee is that new tata busses tyres run over 60000 kms but what i've experienced is opposite and the tyre started scuffing after running 5000 km.. When i went there for servicing.. They changed broken drum.. And told that scuffing will stopped (Which was a big lie) never stopped scuffing.. We went again on 17march 2017 for the same reason... We thought that they will rectify the fault but they did nothing and made a bill with stating that they change something (Hose clamp).. But again... Never stopped scuffing!!

                          Again for the same reason.. We went there on 29th april 17.. This time they did "special chargehub play check" i asked work manager "mittal and kapoor" (Pasco tata moters) if now this going to stop? And they said the same thing.. Just like before that "it will.. For sure now" (Big lie) //after purchasing new rear tyre for rs 9000 on 21st april 17, and it started scuffing as well.. Again we approached for the same reason and went there on 16th sep 17.. They did same old check ups "special chargehub play check" and charged us usual fee and said same thing that it will stop..

                          What "workshop manager kapoor, mittal, gm chittoriya, manager anthony" strongly recommend to go to "private machanic" sadhu sing for tad and pata.. As they cant handle it in there workshop.

                          We did go there.. And sadhu singh wo charged 12000 rs for nothing..

                          No action taken yet.. Already gave warning to sue them... But they said they cant do anything...

                          We are just waiting for the follow up by manish jyaswal (Csm).. Else will take legal action against pasco tata moters.

                            My name is mx. Xxxxx xxxxxx from surat. I bought tata tiago last year (Gj 5 xx xxxx)

                            I received a phone call from shreeji automart offering free service to my car.
                            As booked, driver jignesh patel picked my car at 2 noon on[protected]from my residence.

                            I also registered for following checks for the same
                            1- car ac not working/pipe leakage at pax side front

                            2- harsh breaks

                            3- right door locking knob (Lever stick) pulled out
                            4- tyre pressure checks

                            I received a phone call from them around 3.[protected] asking if i okay for engine oil change and wheel balancing for rs 4100. Considering it expensive, i refused.

                            He said - ok, i will be sending a rejection form, kindly sign and send back.

                            Waiting for my car till 9.30 night, i called them to know where about my car.
                            They said now we are closed, your car is yet not serviced/washed. If i want it as it is, they can send it back (Without service)

                            Since i spent good amount of fuel (Service station is 20 kms away so 40 kms going and coming) i decided to wait till morning. He promised to bring car by 10 am next morning to my door step. Also i received a phone call at 9.30 am 27-9-17 but now show up till 2 o clock noon, my court, bank and office appointments are disturbed.

                            Biggest grievance are :-

                            1- car kept overnight to the service station with my concern and permission
                            2- car going for service potentially far which consumes good amount of fuel.
                            My tiago runs 14 kms/lit petrol.

                            3- during my first service, driver's rough drive made fine scratches on the bonnet (I can confirm name of driver)

                            4- expensive after sale service. They quoted 4100 for product/service which merely worth 2000 even after paying taxes.

                            5- top of all< manager mr jignesh tank lie regarding status of car continuously from night till next day noon. He also claimed that it was been already informed by mr vishal that car will be given next day, not same day. I had a pathetic day because dealing with liars is an ordeal.

                            I am really upset with unprofessional practice of tata's authorized service station shreeji automart pvt ltd

                              My name is venkat rao from sattenapalli located in guntur district in andhraprasesh
                              I purchased tata 1613 lpo bsiv 3 busses
                              From vijayawada region on may 10th.
                              We are facing serious problem with engine they are 1. Full dead pickup at all 2. Getting no millage.
                              We are routing those busses in apsrtc from sattenapalli to narasaraopet.

                              Daily we are driven 8 trips that equal to 368 kms (8×46=368)

                              Daily we are filling disel oil on average 70-75 liters.
                              In this regard i already visited guntur tata showroom but they are telling that no options to increase pickup and improve millage efficiency.
                              Please take action as early as possible

When i going to receive my car the sales man named bhupinder he told me that you have to buy all assiore and also told it's compulsory and you also take insurance from us. They charge for insurance 34210 it's too high than other market insurance rate. I reject it all and the sales man reject me. He told me sorry sir deal is cancelled. Tata please tell me what i do.                                   We already purchased and used tata 207 with good condition got satisfied experience to bought tata xenan on 31/5/2016 and with in 1.5 yrs all the tires flaps are removed as something is structure the tires
                                  In sprite of repeated complaint at the service station they say check your vehicle alignment and balancing which was accordance another tyre gone the same way how all five tires are same within 1.5 yrs, i request you to check for the latter and request.

                                    First one, the 5th tyre is a normal wheel and not alloy wheel and that too smaller in dimension. I was not informed about this at the time of the purchase. I was told 5 tyres and i though that the 5th tyre will also be alloy wheel but is not and this i found out when one of the tyre got punchered recently. I am pay this heavy amount for this top end car and not sure why this nomal wheel instead of alloy wheel. I want the company to replace the wheel with alloy wheel immediately.

                                    Recently my car met with an accident. My car was parked and a truck was passing through and hit the left mirror which impacted the door as well. When i took the car to service center they suggested to get the dor replaced.
                                    I agreed to that and got the door replaced (Of course in insuarance). It took 1 1/5 week to return my car after replacing the door. I received the car yesterday. Today i found that the door border should be black and that is also blue color. This is a not a small mistake but a blunder. Also when i got my car the car was not washed properly inside the car it was as it is when i had given the car. Also they did not fix the complaint that i had told about the center seat getting stuck while folding.
                                    This is really frustrating and sad that concorde motors service has been down graded so much. I had my old car tata manza where i did not face any such issues. For this new car (Hexa) lot of complaints and completely did-satisfied. I need the door to be fixed immediately.

                                      Purchased tata zest in dec 2016. But the problem is no mobile other than samsung connects with the much touted harman music system through bluetooth. Dealers also failed to fix the problem. While the same mobiles connect successfully with music system of other cars. I advise the tata motors to either change the music system with a better one or provide me a samsung mobile free of cost.. Otherwise the music system installed in the car is as good as an fm radio available in the market for rs150... Hoping a prompt reply-anurag dohroo

                                        Dear sir, i have tata indica xeta gvs petrol car. The car has different sounds and 2 pistons are not responded. I changed piston rings, head vales, clutch plates, sparkplugs also but still the problems are not solved. Please help what is the problem.in dashboard check engine light still indicates. Please help to me i checked ignition and current coil. These are worked properly. Please tell what is the problem.
