I have a Tata Sumo Grande LX IV 2010 model Reg No DL 9C Z 1344. No one mechanic solved my problem. Water/coolant is not stored in radiator at sufficient time, no one mechanic is cached of this problem in Tata Motors Service Company since Last Two Years.     Here is lalu joshi from mumbai and i have bought tata safari strome on 06.12.2016. First breakdown on approx.2000 km where clutch cylinder was found faulty and i have to get it replaced. Today at approx 4000 km there was breakdown of power steering and when i went to wasan motors kandivali west they inform me that power steering pump got broke down without any external damage from casting itself without any reason. Now i am doubting on quality check which is handle at tata motors factory. How can they release such vehicle with faulty parts in market. How are they addressing question of safety of customer. Power steering is part where accident can occur and there can be loss of life. I would like to have replacement of car and compensation for the same.

    I am having problem regarding my audible alarms in ma new vehicle safari storme various 400. The alarm itself starts to sound after 7-8 hours. Everytime. That too in the night time. I am not able to understand. Pls advice. I am waking up in middle of the night to close the alarm by my remote key.

      Fraud job offer, fake people

      All the offers asking about any kind of security money or money in some other form, even if they mention "refundable", do not trust them.
      These people have fake linkedin id and fake social profiles.
      They will ask your amount on a person's bank account, not on company's.
      They make fake letterheads and fake stamps of the company.
      They change their name everyday and also changes their way of hiring process everyday.br...

      I have booked a tata tiago on 24.12.2016 and paid rs. 10, 000/- as advance amount to m/s trivandrum motors, n h by-pass road, ambalathara, poonthura, trivandrum with receipt voucher no.1415 dt. 24.12.2016, for my son dr. Aakash ms personnel use. Until january, 31, 2017 noting heard from the dealer.in february, 2017 my son got a job at new delhi and so we contacted the dealer for cancellation of booking. Dealer assured a refund in 2 weeks when receiving the booking cancellation request. Till date i have contacted the dealership every week but received the same answer 'refund cheque not received from tata motors'. Kindly intervene and send my refund immediately. Kindly note that i am eligible to claim interest after three months of booking.
      Kindly treat this letter as 1st notice from me for getting the refund of rs.10, 000/- if this prolongs to a litigation.

          Our vehicle frequently getting problem in engine in this one year 4 time they removed engine in service center for timing belt problem. So unable to handle this situation. So we request you to give a solution for this (Tn19s5190).

            On (4th November 2016) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (Car Name -- Tata Tiago, Model No- XM Petrol Version, Registration Number --UP14DA6617). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because there is a problem in the gear system time and again its been more than 3 times I have approached the said agency for repair maintenance but this issue is again occurring in my car apart from that there is problem of sudden break down while travelling and there is some issue in the engine also. 'My mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there'.
            I would appreciate it if you could organise to either fix the car properly at one go or please change the car with another car of the same model by next week or so. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to great mental harassment .

              My name is Vivek, I made a booking of Tiago xz on 31 Dec thinking that I would get a new car (new make) wit TC Motors, Chinar Park, Kolkata. I wanted delivery in March. Now when I did a pre inspection before registration I am finding the car allocated to me is of Nov 2016 make. I am a bit disappointed as I am getting a car which is straight one year old. Dealer is arguing that as the booking done in 2016 hence I will get 2016 make car only. Please note the booking happens almost in the evening on 31 Dec. No one from dealer told me about my allocated car will be from 2016. I am a bit disappointed. Dealer is telling me to deduct 10-15 thousand for cancellation. And I am sure this is not my mistake. On 31-Dec I was asked to make more downpayment so that the car could be ordered. So it was clear that once I make payment then only car would be ordered. But now they are saying different stories. Could someone explain me what to do? But this is not a good experience with Tata Motors.

                Those fake letters i got & they are asking for money transfer of rs 4500.
                I have TATA INDIGO eCS GLS Car (MH03BC7264). From the 3rd day of purchasing car i got problem in that car. Now still date i got many problems in that car. but TATA MOTORS not able to solve my problem. Last 20 days my car is in Service Centre. So how can i pay EMI for that car. So i want complaint against tha TATA MOTORS

                I had given my Tata Tiago car Reg No: KL 04 AJ 7735 on 09 Feb 2017 to RF motors Alleppey, Kerala for repair as my car got damaged after a minor accident. The dealer is not at all interested to repair my vehicle and this put me in mental agony and distress, I requested to intervene into the matter to resolve the matter quickly.

                  This is for your kind information that on 04/08/2016 I placed an order with K.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd located at 63C Ballygunj Circular Rd purchase of Tata Nano AMT XTA in exchange of my old Tata Nana LX bearing no. WB02AB 3559 by paying Rs.1000 as booking amount vide money receipt no. 02316 on 09/08/2016. In the commitment form the total exchange value for my old car including the old car value, exchange bonus, customer support and TMA support was mentioned as Rs.90, 000/- and the ex-showroom price of the car for which I placed order was Rs.3, 27, 589/- only. In relation to the said intended purchase and on the basis of verbal communication with the concerned sale personnel I paid a further amount of Rs. 10, 000/- vide money receipt no. 03529 on 18/10/2016 and on 09/11/2016 I paid an amount of Rs. 37, 164/- through an a/c payee cheque of Canara Bank bearing no. 257574 duly issued in favour of K.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd. On 20/01/2017 I also issued 4 blank cheques of Canara bank bearing no.s 658143, 658144, 658145 and 658146 in favour of Tata Motors Finance Ltd. as per the verbal communication with concerned personnel of the said concern.

                  However at the time of entering into the loan agreement with Tata Motors Finance Ltd. through K.B.Motors Pvt. Ltd I was informed by the concerned staff of the K.B. Motors that the total exchange value of my old car was reduced to Rs.77, 840/- approximately and even the ex-showroom price of the new car was increased to a much higher amount than it was when I booked the car i.e. on 04/08/2016. Moreover it was also informed to me that the monthly EMI amount would be around Rs 8, 000/- for 48 months although at the time of booking the car I was assured by your concerned personnel that the EMI amount would be around only Rs 6000/- for 60 months.

                  Therefore with utter regret being compelled by such circumstances full of discord and misconceptions I did not want to proceed with the transaction and I cancelled the agreement by sending email to the official email is of k.b.motors.
                  However till date k.b.motors did not take a single initiative to refund the money paid by me. They are even avoiding my calls. Such behaviour by the authorised dealer of tatamotors is truly unexpected and it is tarnishing the goodwill of tatamotors itself. Please see to the matter and make necessary arrangements for refund of the money paid.

                    I have complained 5-6 times but no one reply.
                    No one is ready to buy my car because of the major defect(happened with me only, rusting problem in the
                    chassis from last five years below the engine which is a backbone of the car and TATA is a big producer
                    of steel so why this happened? i feel that this is the manufacturing defect no such defect is found in
                    other products) mentioned in the complaint.If no response is given from your side then i will be in the
                    position to sell the car with low value due to this defect and go to another company. i convey this
                    message to all members and no one will purchase your product.

                      I had given A COMPLAIN ON 5/10/2016 regarding the scam going on in the name of Tata motors. I have been a victim of such a scam, I received a call from a person stating a representative of tata motors and convince me of giving me online data entry work with a flat income of around 25 to 30k per month on paying a registration fees of Rs 3100/- but I ended up paying more than 50k to that cheater without any work nor income, till date he is giving an advt in the news paper regarding the online work and there are many innocent people who might be getting victims of such scam,

                      please take a strict action against such frauds, who are blaming the well known name of TATA, even the police are not doing anything, I hop atleast this time I receive a positive response from your end.

The sales man committed for 1 year of amc free of cost & he says that he will courier document of amc sent by courier at our address .But still we donot received any such kind of document . Now our truck is at service centre . Service of truck is complete & they not release our lorry without payment of bill . He says to us please submit amc document & take your lorry .                           I have a Tata safari 2.2L Dicor car, my vehicle no is TN 23 AP 0003 few months back my car engine cheese, I have to taken to the Tata Motors authorized service center VST Service Station Pvt Ltd, Ponamalle, Chennai. They checked & said the engine inside second cylinder block is totally damaged, so we have to overhaul the engine like they said i gave the permission to start the overhaul and they send estimate, The estimate amount is Rs. 1, 28, 000/- I paid the advance amount Rs. 25000/- After overhauled they send a bill amount Rs. 1, 46, 643. I taken a delivery on 21.02.2017, on monday 27.02.2017 i went my relation house with my family in my car, again the same problem raised in my car, I taken to the Tata Motors authorized service center Concord Motors Tiruvallur District Tamilnadu. They said injectors are not working now you have to service the injectors like they are telling the service amount is above Rs. 25000/-, I contact VST Service Station Pvt Ltd person Mr. Ranganathan and Mr. Gurumurthy is telling we are not responsible our work is done when you taken delivery like they said.

                                I bought nano in October, 2016. The petrol gauge is not working from the beginning. They changed the whole unit. Even then the problem was there. Then they serviced the ball in the tank. But the problem is still there. The tank was empty and the reading (DTS) showed 106 km. Only 7 more months are there for my warranty period to lapse. It has to be corrected before that.

                                  I got data entry work giving deposit money 3 months back. I have done 50 pages and not got any payment till date. They are posponding payment and not attending the phone calls also. I have also spent too much money for phone calls and messages to them. I need my payment for finished pages or my deposit back. She is giving reason somebody dead etc., 3 months have gone and yet to receive my payment. She is not responding the phone calls also.                                     I purchased Tata Tiago from concord motors Baner, Pune.
                                    Right from the start I am observing, they just wanted customer but nothing to do with customer satisfaction. They are offering anything to attract the customer but at the time of actual vehicle delivery they start saying please get the insurance on your own or this much concession is not possible. They should have known the fact that how much they can offer so that customer will not suffer at the 11 the hour. This was the scenario and harassment happened at the time of car delivery. Now the real panic start to get the rto passing and vehicle number. I got number after 48 days after car purchase. I know there was some problems with rto but I want simple thing from them. At what date my car number and rto passing request was logged in to rto system? Why they are not providing me this details?
                                    Suddenly they got their payment from the customer or bank and they give us a car then no one responds to customers requests, calls, they give number of another person and try to avoid customer.
                                    Actual car from Tata motors is fantastic but your dealer especially concord motors Baner is making me fustrate alot.
                                    Please do something on this issue.

They made me pay a application fee of 10000 rupees.inorder for them to send me my actual letters of workship.can you kindly assist me if this is true or not.

                                      I have purchased this car on july 2016... For the first one month it was good.. But suddenly as the weather got cooler, it started giving jerks in the morning time.. Then the reverse parking assist failed... The speakers were horrible on high bass...
                                      As winter came down, the car became a horse cart giving so much of jerks like i am riding a horse cart rather than a 5 lac rs car... Complaint with the local service centre... They took my car thrice and kept it for 2-3 days each time but were not able to get it right... Only the parking assist issue was resolved which still fails now and then and unknowingly we tend to hit something while reversing the car...
                                      Then 4th time i got the num of crm mr ankur sharma, he again asked me to send the car and this time kept the car for 4 days and after this period, he told me that i have checked your car and there is no problem at all... And sent the car back to me... And the problem still persists... I again complaint the service centre... They again sent their technician who admitted that their is a problem... And they told me to send the vehicle to workshop... I asked them to arrange for a pickup and asked the workshop for pickup several times but after 7days of check up at my home these people are not arranging for pickup...
                                      Please arrange for the pickup and get my problem resolved and if you can not then get the unit changed as it is manufacturing defect...
                                      Just saw a mail in the morning with TATA logo in it
                                      it says my resume has been shortlisted online for an interview and asked for some refundable payment of Rs 9000+
                                      i have also received an SMS after a while regarding the same
