Hi, i am harinder singh serving in indian defence forces, contact - [protected], email - [protected]@gmail.com and am an ardent fan of tata vehicles since 1998. First vehicle i had was a tata sierra and subsequently a tata safari 2.2 vtt since 2008. Presently as i intend to purchase a tata safari storme varicor 400 4wd, cama motors ahmedabad was accordingly approached. The concerned representatives of the dealership dealing with canteen stores department (Csd, army) were contacted on 13 dec 2016 who clarified that the tata safari storme varicor 400 4wd vehicle can only be ordered on firm demand and deposit of an amount of rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the dealership and a confirmation by the concerned dealer rep was given on 13 dec 2016 evening that the vehicle has already been earmarked for self so i have to deposit the booking amount at the earliest i. E by 14 dec 2016 afternoon. Accordingly an amount of rs. 50, 000/- was electronically transferred to the dealership from sbi bank, west marredpally, secunderabad at 1345hrs on 14 dec 2016. At 1900hrs a call from cama motors was received in which the concerned dealer representative said the vehicle i. E tata safari storme varicor 400 4wd (Silver colour) which was confirmed earlier regarding the availability on 13 dec 2016 by cama motors ahmedabad and for which i was told to deposit an amount of rs. 50, 000/- as booking amount at the earliest has been sold off to another customer. Consequent to this he offered me to purchase a safari storme varicor 400 2wd as the other model is not available. The above episode of confirmation and cancellation only adds up to lot of problems to the prospective customers of tata vehicles.in view of the above it is requested that kind efforts to provide a vehicle of the above nomenclature may be undertaken at the respective end so as to ensure the faith of the permanent customers of tata motors, lest, no option exists for tata customers other than to purchase a vehicle of such credentials from other existing brands. Request for an early action please.

      We Booked a TaTa sumo CX PS vehicle on 15th November at your Dealer in Bengaluru, M/s. Concorde Motors (India) Limited. They committed us to deliver the vehicle within 20 days from the date of booking. But till now they are not delivered and not updated about the status.

      We have been asking every day by phone and sent mails to CRM people about the status of the vehicle. They are not at all giving any date of delivery of the vehicle and not at all responding to our mail.

      Please take necessary action in this regard and deliver the vehicle with in a week.

        I had given my car Tata Indica Vista for service & complaint of Alteranator replacement. It is just one year old vehicle. And the very next day car got breakdown. I contacted Tata motors helpline and towed the vehocle to near by tata service station. and they refused to check the vehicle and with my own cost i towed the vehicle to Prerana service station, Kudlugate, Bangalore where it was serviced. it is now 5th day and still they are making report for breakdown and refusing to reapir the vehicle with no cost as 1 service of 30k was done outside. the breakdown happened due to alternator was not replaced properly and oil pump was cut while servicing. very very upset with the service quality and behaviour of the staffs.
        Service issue, front wheel fully damaged for in 9500 km dealer tolled not replaced wheels

          I have purchased new TATA TIAGO Car from Unity Motors, Kolhapur before 1 month Chassis No.34879 .Engine No.19284 & running only 1500 k.m.
          Monday dt.05.12.16 my cars front RH Tyre get punchered due to external object, I have repaired this Tyre from local tyre shop, but while filling air in tyre Air Bubble shown in Tyre, then we informed this issue to Unity Motors & shown to their technical staff.
          Then Good Year service person checked the Tyre & given report.

          I am totally not agreed with this report/observation. because after running only 1500 k.m. & 1st puncher tyre get Air Bubble which is due to some manufacturing defect.
          Actually Tube Less Tyres main benefit is that you can drive the car some distance after punchered tyre. but here your Tyre has some manufacturing defect.
          So please consider this mail as customers valuable request & instruct concern dealer to replace the Tyre immediately.

            I had given my car tata vista (MP 09 CK 8213) at your service centre Veer Motor Co., Bhopal dated on 07/12/16 for Servicing. But i am not satisfy the services which i got from tata motor authorised service center after paying the huge payment of 8725 Rs

            Reason for Unsatisfying

            1. Car washing was not proper and it was not cleaned inner body parts
            2 Greece and Oil which should be apply in parts and joints but couldn't done and Car door was Making noise due to not used Greece
            3.We have kept our car 2 days even we had to wait 1.30 hour at service center.
            4 I don't have trust that they have changed Oil and Filter in the car

                Dear Sir, My Vehicle was breakdown on 24.11.2016 when I was travelling from TATA to Patna. I got my car repaired at Astha Motors, Patna and car was delivered on 29.11.2016 vide Bill No.[protected]. I started my journey back on 30.11.2016 and my vehicle again got breakdown on same day. I have sent the vehicle for repair again though 24X7 road assistance to Ranchi. They diagnosed the work done was not properly and timing was not adjusted properly, So the problem arose again. I have stopped the payment of Astha Motors till the time my vehicle is not repaired.

                Hi i m sunil mittal and i buy tata zest last year jan 2015.from day i buy this car.i spend more time in workshop everymonth.car is not comfortable.doors are noicy.and steering wheel is so noicy in rough roads.service centre change my steering columb even problem is not solved.poor service quality.

                  i bought TATA ACE DICOR vehicle 18 months back from this showroom, meter reading is 45000km, now i got engine problem( oil consumption), they said it ll cost 25000 for repair, what can i do, why they are making failure models & qualityless vehicles, i ll go for CONSUMER CASE

                  I purchased Tata Tiago from Yavatmal. After 4-5 days display and MP3 system of of car stoped. At time time of First Servicing find out the problem. But After 3 days again problem occured in display and music system.

                    I have been using tata manza since last 5 years.and I serviced my car many time in tata service center.but this happened with me 1st time by Bacha motors ahmedabad.
                    They fixed an old spare tyre in last service.I have never use my spare tyre and when I checked there is already some stones and puncture in spare tyre.because they fixed old tyre in my car.this leads to decrease Your image in market.
                    This the worst service experience in last 5 years. I will never give my car for sevice in authorised service center from now.and tell others too.

                      This negligence would have cost my life along with the mechanics present in the car

                        Dear Sir,
                        I purchased Tata Nano Twist XT from Concorde Motors(India) Ltd, A-31, Mohan Co-op Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 07 Nov 15 VIDE THEIR CRN:CR[protected] dated 07 Nov 2015. I was given only one ignition key of the ca stating that only one ignition comes alongwith the new car. Despite my repeated asking from Mr Rakesh Roushan Srivastava( Customer Advisor) & Mr Dharmendra, Incharge Show Room, second key was not given. When I insisted, I was told to check during first service. When I contacted them again during first service, the showroom maintained same stance. However on checking from various Nano car owners, Ms Madhuri (CRO at Mathura Road), Mr HNSingh at Mathura Road Workshop, it was told that I should have been given two ignition keys. I was advised to contact Ms Garima, CRM at M-10, South Extn Part- II, New Delhi office. On contacting Ms Garima, she also misguided me that only one ignition key comes from factory with new car. However on 24 Nov 16, when I confronted her with the reply received from their CRO Ms Madhuri & others at Mathura Road Workshop, she said that she would come back to me in two hours which she did not do. Thereafter I had been calling her repeatedly on her mobile No and also tried calling her through the receptionists at South Ex office including leaving many messages to answer my query, she has not bothered to speak to me. It clearly proves that they have faltered by providing me with only one ignition key. It is sincerely requested that action be taken adainst defauter Dealer as they are bringing bad name to your fine Organisation known for its professionalism & customer satisfaction.
                        Also arrangements may please be made for issue of second ignition key.
                        I would also like to submit here that there was a sctatch card offer with the car which was not given to me on delivery. On pestering Mr Rajesh telephonically, the same was given to me after a week of the delivery. I had won Rs 2000/- through this scratch card offer which took me 4-5 months to realise.This too only became possible by atleast 15-20 calls to the Dealer. This speaks very poorly of your dealer who would not like to pass on a meager sum of Rs 2000/- also to the customer.
                        A quick settlement of my complaint is requested please.

                            I buy a zest car from your hyson motors thrissur, kerala on[protected]. i am getting only 9 kml mileage and the car have somany major complaints. three times the car had stucked in my journey and i had face somany problems from the car. your service centre response is too bad. somany times i told the all problems to the service centre but i did not get a better response from there. i cant move with this bad car. i want a solution for this otherwise i am going to complaint these to consumer court against the car and tata motors.

                              On 2nd March 2016, I had got delivery of Tata Indica EV2 car from Concorde Motors showroom located at MALHOTRA HOUSE, 7, MARWAH ESTATE KRISHNALA MARWAH ROAD, OPP.TATA POWER, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI-400072 (TEL: +[protected], EMAIL: [protected]@CONCORDEMOTORS.COM). Till date, I have not received the excise duty refund given for processing to Concorde Motors. The wrong reason given by the dealer is that I have submitted the signature verification form post the last date of EDR.
                              Below are my justifications/reasons:
                              1) The salesperson Mrs. Padmaja handling my deal was not aware about most of the processes
                              2) She doesnt provide timely and accurate information
                              3) She doesn't have the listening skills and I can give evidence of the same.
                              4) She is not available/reachable after the sales is done and hence very poor in after sales service
                              5) The last date of EDR being 30/06/2016 was never communicated to me. I came to know about the last date of EDR is 30/06/2016, on 6th October via email from her colleague Mr. Amar Suranje.
                              6) The information that signature verification form is required was told to me by Padmaja over phone around 1 or 2 week before 30/06/2016, though this information should have been told to me before or at the time of car delivery alongwith the last date of submission of the same, so that I could have arranged and submitted it to Concorde Motors well in advance.

                              Hence request you to please consider my complain and arrange for the Excise Duty Refund amount, from the dealer as the last date has got elapsed.

                                श्री.अमोल बन्सी कचरे राहणार मु पो पाडळी ता पाथर्डी जि अहमदनगर मी हुंडेकरी शोरूम [नगर मनमाड रोड ] अहमदनगर येथे new tata tiago xz diesel model brown colours घेण्यासाठी बुकिंग केली असून बुकिंग करतेवेळी मला 681000 चे कोटेशन दिले. त्यानुसार मी भारतीय स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया मध्ये कर्ज प्रस्ताव सादर केला. आज कर्ज मंजूर असून आज शोरूम मध्ये alloy wheel सह गाडी उपलब्ध नाही असे कळवले. तरी मला alloy wheel tubeless tyres सह गाडी उपलब्ध व्हावी हि विनंती.

                                    I bought my tata tiago xz variant (striker blue) from grover trade links motors, bareilly, up on 18 october. after few days i noticed a patch of area on left back bumper which looks different from rest of the body. i immediately took the vehicle the very next day to showroomand showed the salesman who attended me (virender). he asked me to leave the vehicle as i had to get the seat cover fixed and he also said that paint would be corrected. when i went to receive the vehicle, i found no difference in paint except the body was washed thoroughly. he said he will call the painter and then inform me. but no update as of now. he says he needs some time to get the work done. it's been a month since then.
                                    I love my car and care a lot, but i hate the patch which annoys me a lot. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                                    Looking forward for a proactive response.
                                    My name is Arijit Sen and i am a defence personnel and i am also a sufferer of Grover Trade Links, Bareilly.Not Virender only, two more persons also i want to include -Sales Manager Vinay and Sales Representative Himanshu they are really illetrate, arrogant, telling lies, making fool to customers, too lazy too work, irresponsible and last but not least cheap mentality persons which i have ever seen in my life. If i judge them at the first day then i swear i dont purchase my Tata Tiago XZ petrol from them.

                                      I registered through shine.com and through them i got a call for tata motors recruitment and i also took telephonic interview and aftee that they were asking for 1400 rs for courier and after that they asking to send my all documents for further verification and 2550 rs for verification charges, and they saying after your joining it will refundable
                                      brother even me i have been traped in same condition i have paid 70, 000 and now i am not able to bear so big amount 70, 000 in age of 17 years, I had taken loan of 70, 000 and payed them and no response from them

                                        Sir,
                                        Remorsefully i beg to inform you that, i have approached trupti automotives (Commercial vehicle dealer) tata motors, address: b. O: n. H-215, patharapada, panikoili, jajpur-755019.
                                        H. O: n. H-5, manguli chowk, cuttack-754025, tel:[protected], to mr pratap chandra sahoo, dealer sales executive, for a tata winger, he assured me to deliver a new bs3 tata winger vheicle which was kept in their head office at manguli, as per his assurance i paid advance of rs 100000/- (One lakh) through rtgs on dated-31/08/2016, then even after clearance from cholamandalam investment and finance company limited, they kept on delaying to deliver the vehicle by giving me number of fabricated excuses and lastly they deliver it after one month, on 28/09/2016 the vehicle delivered to me with 1400 km driven, dented, discolored and used 2nd hand one. When i ask for tr they did not handed over the temporary registration certificate, taking different plea. Then lastly when i did not get the temporary registration no, i was bound to registered the vehicle at cuttack rto office against my willingness
                                        I being a permanent resident of jajpur district under the territorial jurisdiction of chandikhol rto office, and cuttack is more distance from my place, but they pressurized me to do so, and i also did that, but after registration from cuttack rto office i came to know that the vehicle is an old and defective vehicle which was previously sold and delivered to dasaratha aryavedic english medium school, athagad, cuttack on 12/08/2016, due to frequent problem of the vehicle they returned it to trupti automotives & the said vehicle again delivered to me on 28th/09/2016. But the papers of the vehicle including tr no did not handover to me.

                                        Being a lady customer and presently suffering from breast cancer and under treatment at medanta hospital, i have lost my mental peace. I have given my hard earned money to one of the best brand company of india i. E is tata and is definitely proud to be associated with the company but never thought of getting a 2nd hand and defective vehicle or a used vehicle from one of their dealer. This is giving me severe mental harassment and feeling cheated by the brand.
                                        I enclosed herewith necessary evidence for the establishment of my objection.
