Respected Sir,

Under the instructions and on behalf of our bank Vijaypur District Central Co-operative Bank, Vijaypur I issuing this legal notice to you,

1) That our bank has purchased TATA SAFARI-STORME-VX-4x2-2-2.2L, LE bearing chassis No. MAT617009FND02177 with Engine bearing No.2.2LDICOR14DUYJ04839 which has having RTO Registration No.KA-28/N-9466, color purl white was purchased on[protected] from you at Sl No.2. That you at Sl.No.1 is the manufacturer of the said vehicle. You at Sl.No.3 is one of the service providers at Vijaypur.

2) That from the date of the purchase the said vehicle is giving one or the other trouble whereby in spite of services the said defects brought to the notice of service station are not properly serviced their by stating that the vehicle is having inherent manufacturing effect. That on[protected] while the vehicle was on trip to Gulburga to Vijaypur on the way nearby Sindagi the Engine seized to function and this problem is recurring problem from the beginning.

3) That in spite of repeated serviced the defects in the engine and the other parts of the vehicle including the uncalled noise at the drivers end are continuously running in defect.

4) That the vehicle is within the warranty and is suffering from serious manufacturing defects and the services at your show room at Vijaypur as well as Gulburga or any other service provider for TATA Motors is not up to the mark as is expected from a reputed company like you from Sl.No.1. That the recurring various defects brought to the notice of your company service providers you at Sl.No.2 & 3 have failed all through out to satisfy the standard claimed by the company you at Sl.No.1. That the vehicle is suffering from serious engine defect and also other defects due to which uncalled inconvenience is caused to the chairman of the bank while on tour programme their by, has caused untold mental agony and harassment. That now the vehicle is standing at the service station you at Sl.No.3 and you at Sl.No.1 & 2 are hereby called up to immediately take serious steps to cure all the manufacturing defects in the said vehicle with immediate effect within 24 hours failing which our bank would be constrained to proceed against you all at various forums for proper legal action and also you are called upon to replace with new vehicle with immediate effect, in tune of standards of company as claimed by your company. Failing which, our bank would be constrained to proceed against you, in which event, our bank would claim entire refund of vehicle value with other damages suffered like mental agony, harassment uncalled tension during the long travels, which would come around Rs.19, 95, 000/- please note.

Till today it is not repaired
We have LPT 3718 and its running 36000 km and it is 6 month old. in my vehicle have damaged engine and my vehicle is in warranty period and service center was told me it is chargeable and they can not repair in warranty.
Tafe Reach - Tata motors dealer in Chennai delivered the TATA ZEST brand new Car with paint that was removed and not ready to replace TN -- DD 5862, Now giving solution to paint the new car. Purchased month July 2016 Delivery Month August .

    This is regarding the extremely exhausting waiting time for the delivery of the tiago . We had booked our car on 21st of July and I yet stand with no delivery . The delivery period promised was 11 weeks max which itself was an absurd one and even in the 14th week I was been informed that there is no allocation . This is seriously pathetic and these guys don't live up to their word . I was informed that the car was allocated on10th November It's 22nd november and still the car hasn't arrived . The manager at the showroom has no clue of whats happening and doesn't even give a sense of assurance to the customer . I had to reach the "head" of Concorde, Dhiraj Katara to get my car allocated . I think this is the worst service anyone can give in any field . These guys are far from being professionals . They have failed time Ang again to full fill their promise . All the know is to serve coffee when the customer arrives.

      AMC taken : Nov 2013 for 4 years/ 20000kms.
      denied to serve by Shankar Motors PATNA claiming that I've been already availed 2 times Synthetic lubricant and hence my contract has become null and void while I'm in 4th year and well behind 53 kms away from 20000kms till 13-11-16. Now my question is if I'm eligible for this given criteria how can you deny and deprive a customer?

        I have given my nano bearing registration number : ap07av7777 for service on 18/07/2016. I was having a long pending complaint regarding non-functioning of central locking which i have been complaining during last one year. Always i got a reply that necessary spares for nano are not being supplied by the company. On 18/07/2016 i have complained same problem while handing over the vehicle for service. Initially, i was informed that it is not their job to rectify central locking. When i informed that the vehicle came with factory fitted central locking ans they have to take up the job to rectify the problem, they agreed to do. But to my surprise, while handing over the vehicle, i was given same reply as earlier, i. E., non-availability/supply of spares. They informed that the order has been placed and that i would be informed after receipt of the same. 4 months lapsed, i am still getting the answer that the part is awaited from the company, whenever i enquire about it. Poor service by tata showroom service center invijayawada
        From past three years they have charged me more than 2 lackhs and months of fake promises still my vehicle is not proper working.

          I had done my booking on the 29/6/2016 at your vasai branch for tata indicia in the name of 3Enterprise where I had met Mr. Jay Kumar and Mr Sandeep your sales person and promise me that within 1 month I will get my car on road I have submitted all the documents there were require I use to follow regular with Sandeep as Mr. jay Kumar use to not pick my phone all the time the reason unknown an every time had a standard answer given paper are process with the canara bank last I was frustrated and cancel my booking on 14/9/2016 and till today I am been trouble that when will I get my refund back the reason why I am writing and taking this step is because today I am been suffered for no reason I don’t want someone else to suffer in the same manner.
          Now I am feeling I had to write this mail long before but it is better late than not to do it.

            Dear sir,

            As per the previous mail communications and previous estimate was lesser but as per my view i was feeling it on higher side and taken clarification from the dealer on the same and my car is still there now dealer has given me a fresh estimate of double amount which is more than 1.20lack.

            Now where problem is same and car is there in the garage how estimate went double, i personally feel dealer is now harassing me with there attitude as all of a sudden estimate cost gone almost double of previous estimate.

            Than my concern is only what has been observed previously and on what basis it was of approx 60k
            Now what are more default seen on the same and went double, why same not observed in previous inspection.

              I had booked TATA Tiago on 21st August 2016 from Concorde Motors, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Expected delivery was 17th October.

              After repeated follow ups and visits to the showroom, i havent got any kind of response. I have mailed to the dealership for the cancellation as their delay is causing me immense displeasure and mental dissatisfaction.

              I have already dropped a mail to the concerned person (Satish Thapar) regarding the cancellation and till date not got any kind of response.

              I wish to complaint against them as this results in non-commitment of delivery along with tremendous mental torture.

                Tirumala Auto Motives Passenger Car Dealer have not attended
                to repairing of said vehicle –Action- Requested.

                I Sri.D.Suresh Babu R/o Ongole Prakasam District, A.P submit the following few lines for favour of taking appropriate action.
                Our vehicle i.e TATA Sumo with Registered No. AP 28 F 8889 with chasis No.385003KJQ986648 and Engine No.483DL41KTQ813402 was underwent fire accident on 12.10.2016 @ 03.00 A.M which occurs at near Naguluppalapadu village of Prakasam District of A.P. In turn, it was informed to the local police station, village authorities, Insurance authorities and also your authorized showroom i.e M/s Tirumala Auto Motives Passenger Car Dealer, Ongole Prakasam District A.P.
                On completion of required formalities, requested Sri.M.Kishore, Body Shop Manager of your authorized showroom for lifting the same from accident spot to authorized showroom for repairing the vehicle. Based on the instructions of the Body Shop Manager ( i.e Sri.M.Kishore) the said vehicle lifted to your authorized showroom on 16.10.2016 duly informed the same to Sri.M.Kishore, Body Shop Manager of your authorized showroom on 15.10.2016. In spite of several reminders, the showroom authorities have not responded in this regard till to date to commence the repairing work, causing much inconvenience felt by me. Now the said vehicle available with the garage of your authorized showroom for last one month on not initiating any action by the showroom authorities.
                The Service Manager and Body Shop Manager of your authorized showroom have drag-on the issue from time to time without any specifies reasons. In view of this I am suffered a lot.
                In this connection it is to inform that, I have three vehicles of TATA Brand and the details are shown below:-
                1. TATA Sumo Chasis No.385003KJQ986648 Engine No.483DL41KTQ813402 Reg No.AP28F8889
                2. TATA Indica Chasis No.600131MQQP37529 Engine No.4751D101MQQP38217 Reg No.AP27D5778

                Further I inform that I am proudly feeled as a consumer/customer of TATA Brand vehicles since 18 years, as the services of the TATA showrooms are very well. Our accident vehicle furnished above is very sentimental vehicle to our family. Due to this, I am very interesting to repairing of said vehicle through your authorized showroom only, because genuine parts are available with your showrooms and sincere services are also available in your authorized showrooms. But in this regard and in this juncture your authorized showroom i.e M/s Tirumala Auto Motives Passenger Car Dealer, Ongole Prakasam District A.P. have not taken any immediate steps on repairing of said vehicle till to date causing much inconvenience felt by me.
                Under the circumstances explained above I request you to take immediate steps in this regard for which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you sir,

                  I, Anil B. Patil, residing at Mandane, Shahada, Nandurbar having Tata's Zest bearing No. MH39J7551 had made servicing at your Dhule Dealer, Ujwal Automotives Ltd. Before starting Service the Dealer has not given any estimate regarding Servicing and Labour Charges.
                  After completing Servicing the Dealer has denied to accept the payment by Cheque and also denied to accept the old currency. Also stated that the Vehicle will be delivered after clearing of Cheque.
                  So please see that the Customer is not harassed unnecessarily. We have to come for Servicing from 90 to 100 Km. And such replies comes from such Reputed Dealer is embarrassing. If such type of Replies we receive, then we will have to switch over to another company.

                    I purchased a Tata Indica EV2 from Concorde Motors Malad Mumbai in April 2016. The First day of Delivery, the Bonnet got jamed so had to visit the service Centre in Andheri to get it repaired.
                    Within Six Months, the Executive says the clutch system burnt and needs replacement charging almost 10k. On the day of delivery I come to know that the car underwent a small crash in the garage and will take two more days for delivery. This I come to know while I am visiting the garage and almost about to pay the charges. The small crash was such that the chassis of the car was damaged and the bumper and the Bonnet damaged. Bad quality cat and PATHETIC service experience. Would never buy a Tata car in future.

                      Thsi is my fourth complaint regarding Jaika Motors, Wardha - 422001. I have booked a Tata Tiago on 11th May 2016. The vehicle arrived in the month of July and but due to a loan discrepancy the car did not get delivered. However, in a communication with head Office we came to know that the vehicle arrived again in the month of October, but we were not intimated of the arrival of the vehicle. This behavior is totally not acceptable. When we escalated to the Nagpur Head Office, we came to know that the vehicle reached the showroom but was delivered to someone else.
                      Now if you are not producing the car models you ordered you should not take more orders I suppose. I needed tis car for my wedding on November 24th and in spite of a pre-booking of 6 months I am not getting the vehicle. Now I want this to be resolved asap. And i want my vehicle on or before 20t of this month.

                          Hello,

                          I have purchased new TATA Tiago vehicle in June.
                          I am facing ratting issues in front panel while driving.
                          Even after serving its remains the same.
                          Initially I have received may calls about feedback now no calls nothing to ask.
                          Car feedback can be collected after 6 to months when customer face problems. Service person are not trained dont have proper solution about this ratting noise. Please look into the same asap.

                            Myself ashutosh mishra rudra resident of 115-a, q block radha krishna housing society sharda nagar, kanpur. complainant is a senior jounlist and have worked with dainik jagran and amar ujala newr parers. i run a side business of travels. i purchased a tata indigo ecs tdi in july 2016 from sai motors, fazalgnaj kanpur. its a commercial vehicle. want to let you know that last days a major accident might be occured with my car due to tyre failure. passengers riding in car als narrow escaped. actually, while returning from lucknow trip, near by charbagh station lucknow at randomly car got some disturbance. my driver vijay verma took car side at once. the tyre was punctured badly. driver changed tyre and completed his journey.
                            I contact society motors workshop in dada nagar kanour on 5th november. after checking damaged tyre, company engineer issued me a letter to show it before good year tyre company office for claim. i went gupta tyres jareeb chowki kanpur, where they provided me toll free number of good year. i logged complaint and got a text message to examine my tyre before company engineer on 7th november. tyre company engineer sunil chandra met me at surpal tyres, jareeb chowki. before checking tyre, he said me claim process is very tuff. while checking tyre, he hammered tyre many times. when it got more damage, he asked me some money for positive claim report. he told me, "kuch kharcha kariye, kaam ho jayega varna chakkar lagate rahenge. naya tyre hi kharidna padega." when i denied to give him ingenuine payment. he whisperd with surpal tyre company owner and suggested to purchase new tyre from his shop. i refused it. then mr. sunil chandra prepared a negative report and ask me to make signature. he was compelling me to accept his false report.
                            Hereby, i say that i am totally unsatisfied with false report made by sunil chandra. sir, i request you to take this issue in your concern for customer satisfaction and its a matter of passenger's security also. it's a serious issue of tata motors reputation.
                            If good year company do not exchange my damaged tyre under claim, i have only way to go to consumer forum.

                                It feels me very bad to inform you that, recently my brother named Rahul C. Deshmukh(resident of Buldana, M.S.) have had booked TATA Iris at Ujjwal Auto, Jalgaon (Khandesh), Maharashtra showroom. The said vehicle was booked on 12th of October 2016 (Next day after Dussehra) and we had sales officers (Mr. Ahire Sir and Lokhande Sir) that the vehicle would be available to you on either 27th or 28th of October. Hence we begin the loan proceedings and completed it successfully.
                                After that procedure we contacted but the vehicle was said to be booked on 12th of October and the billing was said to be done on 28th of October. Still the vehicle is not arrived at Jalgaon.
                                Sir, as the vehicle was not arrived on time, my brother have to face a major loss in business (Which is depend on vehicle) Now as you know, that at first we fully confirmed it’s excepted arrival and then begin to proceedings and we didn’t give a single chance of delay for payment from our side.
                                Also for your kind information, I am a TATA user since 2012 to up till now. But I haven’t experienced such blunder yet, also when we firstly went to Jalgaon showroom and told them that same model was available at Chikhali showroom (a town near Buldana, Dist. Buldana, Maharashtra).They told us that the model at Chikhali Showroom should be at least 2 - 3 years old and hence you place your order at Jalgaon showroom and we would deliver the vehicle around Diwali (i.e.28th Oct.).Now my brother (Mr. Rahul C. Deshmukh) who is residence of Buldana went Jalgaon 3 days earlier and is going each and every day to the showroom asking for delivery date.
                                Hence it is my earnest request to you to please look into this matter as early as possible and do the needful and give us the reason for your commitment less service this time.If still there is any kind of value, to customer, Hope early reply of yours.

                                  I purchased tata tiago from garyson motors on 6/6/2016 bearing no. pb10ft8666. i was sold amc as complusary by dealer during vehicle delivery. i was charged 4k for silver amc offer.
                                  When i serviced my car i was told that only lubricant (worth 1600/-) and oil filter (worth 250/-) is covered under amc. only 15000/- kms are covered and there is only 1 service due during this interval.
                                  They charged 4k whereas actual cost of covered things is 1850/-, sheer cheating by so called trausted brand in india.

                                  Shameful.

                                  My Tata Nano car WB06 F 7418 got serviced last three in one year got break down again .Last service done by changing new battery from KB Motors work shop on 20th Oct'16 but within a week it failed to start.I request you to send technician to and get repaired at the earliest

                                    I purchased a tata zest car on 1/8/16 white colour. It is covered by cover during rainy season water soaked into the cover meanwhile leads to complete shading of white turned into light dusty colour. How it is possible already fixed colour mixed water and cover colour. Is it very cheap, quality less colour. Finally brought to service centre.in that place they robbed money from me. Their main moto is to get more and more money in any way from customer or from insurance company. Finally i will never encourage anybody to buy tata vehicle's. Tanq so much.

                                      offer 2016 on 16sept.2016. In that offer it was mentioned that cash discount of rs.20000 is given on purchase of vehicle.
                                      I have purchased Tata Zest on 31st Oct.
                                      Payment made on 28th Oct.However cash discount of rs.10200/_is given by dealer.
                                      Secondly in offer it is mentioned that rs.10 lakh prize is given every Week.And results of this will be published on web.
                                      I have tried your website But am not able to see the winner name. Please guide how to see the result.
                                      I have purchased Tata Zest from pandit automotives law college road Pune.Delivery is taken on 31st Oct.Also let me know whether my name is included in lucky draw of this week or not, Dealer don't know much about it.

                                        I bought tata nano xm car on 24/june/2016 having bill id 36064 with owner name as surjeet singh makkar and the problem is that when we got a test drive, the company representative told that heater is available in the car, but at the time of service when i asked t te service engine about heater button. they told that no heater is available in this model whereas the representative of tata motors told the opposite. when i asked representative again then he told me that heater is available but again as i checked there was not any so after that he confirmed to the colleague he came to know that there is no heater in this model. i have been misguided by tata motors representative. now i want a replacement of that car with heater as that was needed.
