Advance paid in[protected] account 6-10-206; 15000 cash ).part parches 66816 + tax. But labour is 46000 + tax. The surveyor its told to 23000 to 30000.[protected] that day morning to[protected] morning 5.30am i am car woner also working.

    I took a tata indigo last my 5 months before from Concarde Motors Sakinaka and the service for the same are done on a timely basis but last month the vehicle is breakdown due to clutch issue we had the same resolved under AMC of rs7200/- and now again in the last week there is sum problem with the engine/raditor fan i am not confirm what excat word is use in motors i just know that the fan is not working hence is vehicle is over heated hence the same need to be changed but not the service centre are delaying for the repairs and stating they do not have the parts and even the other dealer do not have the parts again i am calling them since morning they are giving multiple reasons like the part will be arrived in aftrnoon and then they say the concern person had been went to vasai to take the parts and now at 5.00 pm they say the vehicle is went for trail and had asked me to call at 6.00 pm i know this is there closing hours the vehicle is submitted last 3 days back and its a commercial vehicle without income how would i pay the emi i really dont want to spoil my name in bank i request you to please help me on urgent basis and get my problems resolved asap else i wont be able to survey in the marker

      I purchased tata indica ls (Tn 22 de 0507) from concord motors velacherry chennai. The very next day of delivery of the car got break down after traveling around 100 km. When i informed the dealer sales man, he asked to contact on road service. The ca was not moving and it was giving heavy smoke and noise. I contacted the tata on road service. After two hours one of the service man came and he said that car has to be towed to service center. On road service team told me to wait for towing. I had to wait on the road with family for more than 8 hours for towing vehicle to come and pick my car.
      I did not get proper revert from the dealer on the reason for such break down of new car on the very next day. The car was serviced by the service center and they said the they observed air lock in the fuel line which created noise and issue in pulling the car. They confirmed fixing the sand and they have sent mail confirmation.
      I have been put to mental agony by purchasing tata indica and the service rendered by the dealer.

        Sir my vehicle tata zest met with accident in march 2016 and we had given to tafe service center in chennai in april some issue had come and we had send mail to customer care and finally we had taken the delivery of vehicle after that every month you can check my vehicle is going to tafe service center for repeated faults in month 3 to 4 four times at present also vehicle is in service center from last three days .
        Kindly request to take back the vehicle and exit me from these problems.
        I cannot run every time with my driver to the service center being senior citizen my health does not support.

          ( AP04AT5517), I have replaced my Clutch after Cocorde Motors Suggested to do it and I am hearding Wierd Noise which I was not getting earlier, CONCORDE motors said it is common and i have drive it for 2 months the noise is more now, I went to Prerana Motors and explained them the issue, They said Master and Slave cylinder is the issue and charged 6000 Rs and when i checked the noise was still there, They asked to check with CONCORDE motors and when i went there they said they will charge for doing any check, I have asked Prerana Motors to resolve the issue and will pay the charger, They charged me 3250 Rs and still the noise appeared again, After spending 9250 Rs they are saying that noise is common, I was not getting any such noise before clucth replacement, I need proper contact to resolve the issue, Spending money without resolving issue is very bad customer experience, If i dont find any solution for it, I will sell my CAR and recommend everyone not to go for TATA brand.

            Dear team,

            I have given my tata safari dicor-ex to srm motors, ring road lucknow for servicing. They have not clean the interior of the car their is huge dust inside the cabin, i have complaint immediately to remove they send their guy who also not do the job properly as they they are in too hurry. At the time of billing also i have complain the same with their senior who actually look after service but his government attitude & bad attitude make me feel so helpless. I am requesting you to take proper action & resolve my complain on priority basis.

                I booked tata tiago xe silver on 9th oct from veerprabhu marketing ltd, jodhpur rajasthan. Dealer committed to give on 28th oct but now he is denying and moreover since booking he was forcing to take white instead of silver. Based on dealer commitment i processed my loan and bank has made draft. So my interest calculation starts from today and moreover if i cancel my loan i have to pay penalty to bank.
                Dealer behaviour towards delivery is really disgusting and now dealer has to bear all penalties of loan cancellation etc.
                Disgusting and pathetic service from tata motors

                  Hi, i had booked tiagao from concorde motors mumbai, requested to cancel it one month ago, not received money till now, after rigorous follow up also, they said it will take 10 days for refund still not received & they are not responding as well.
                  It has more than a month now. This is not accepted from brand like tata that you are troubling your customer, next time we will not buy any tata car in future if this is the scenario
                  I had bought tata tiago xm on 17/10/2016 from Tiddim Tata Motors Imphal, after 3 days engine was oil leaked. I gave car to Tata servicing center on 20/10/2016 morning, there is no positive response till 21/10/2016..I dont trust tata company anymore

                    I booked tata tiago xz petrol on 24/06/16 from pandit pimpri pune, they told me within 3 month car will be delivered to you but still now i didn't get the car. Then i booked the same model in concorde baner pune they promised me up to diwali you will get the car but i am still waiting. I got frustrated because of delay. Please take immediate action and give me delivery within this week.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am writing this email to express my immense dissatisfaction/harassment that I am facing because of an error from the sales/customer team of TATA Motors. This is my first level of email to the customer care team.

                      Following are the details of the vehicle I own:
                      Vehicle Model: TATA Vista VX Quadrajet
                      Color: Porcelain White
                      Manufacturing year: Dec 2012.
                      Purchase Date: 27.09.2013
                      Dealer Name: Lexus Motors, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata.
                      Registration Number: WB 26S 6341
                      I am the first and only owner of this vehicle.

                      As per the purchase condition the vehicle is eligible for standard 2 years warranty. On top of that I had purchased an extended warranty for 2 years as per the final quotation that has been attached. I had visited the KHT motors workshop on 14th October for some repair work which I believe partially was covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased. I was informed that my EXTENDED WRRANTY in not active and on further checking I found that it had expired on 25.09.2014!!! I immediately called the dealer from where I purchased the vehicle and on investigating they confirmed that it is a human error. I had purchased the vehicle in good faith from TATA thinking that my extended warranty is updated since I have paid roughly 6000 INR for the same and I didn’t expect this kind of irresponsibility from you guys.

                      How is TATA Motors going to fix this? I had paid 10, 544 INR for the repair. Further I paid another 1299 RS for the slave cylinder on 11th October locally because the dealer workshop was closed on 11th and 12th October and my car broke down on 10th October evening. The customer care team from Lexus Motors has confirmed that they are working on this and probably the warranty can be updated on this. As a consumer I am not supposed to suffer because of your errors . I want my extended warranty to be rectified till 25.09.2017 as I HAVE PAID for it and also would look for a partial reimbursement on the parts of the last repair paid on 14th Oct 2016 as the master cylinder is covered under extended warranty and my car has also not crossed 50000 kms yet. My current vehicle km reading is 48140 kms. Further, please be aware that all my services are being performed through TATA dealer workshops till date.

                      I am looking forward to a possible resolution on this failing which I would be bound to take it to the consumer court.

                        I am Rishabh Gautam from Delhi, i had booked a Tata Tiago XT sunbust orange on dated 11-sept-2016 with initial booking amount of Rs 10, 000/- from Concorde Motors India Ltd.ari Chand Mela Ram Complex, Main Wazirabad Road, Gokalpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110094.Dealer provide me the waiting period of 1 month means car should be delivered to me on or before 11-oct-2016, they commit us to provide us the car in navratra period, but they failed with their commitment, then they told me that till dusshara i will get the car, they again failed with their commitment, then they assured me that they will provide me the car after a week of dusshara, and ask me to Pay some more amount, with their word of commitment I deposit Rs 50, 000/- and week had passed but i didn't got the car. now they are saying that they will provide the car before Diwali,

                        I had financed the car the amount of loan had also been received by the dealer and now they are demanding the whole payment. I refused to deposit the amount because they aren't providing me the date of delivery of car. so i request you to provide the car before diwali, otherwise this time I'll cancel the order.i can't wait for so long. your services to the customer is not satisfactory, Please do the needful, or if you can't do anything ask your team to cancel the booking & refund the amount.

                          I booked a service request on 30th sept 2016 with guinea motors, patliputra colony, patna. The complaints included black smoke emission, faulty speedometer and check engine. At service center, what they instead did was to lure me for some 40 points checkup (In which they do nothing except fastening some nuts bolts), changed one bearing and changed vss, though i pointed out the changing vss wouldn't solve the speedometer issue as the issue could not be resolved by them for 3 years.

                          But, suddenly i found that one glow-plug was was wrongly handled and it broke. I told them that they should undo this mistake since it was created by them but to no avail. Finally, i had to take my vehicle in poorer shape than it was when it went in. Very soon, i had to return back to complain that speedometer issue is not resolved and they took out the vss and promised me to refund for the same after a week.

                          My vehicle is languishing in another workshop for correcting the problems created by tata workshop,

                            On my way to barpeta (assam) from golaghat my car got damaged at rangiya on nh-31 on 08-10-16 in the afternoon hours. there was no authorised servicing of tata motors at rangiya. so i intimate the problem to bhagyashree at nalbari which is 20 km away from my location of trouble. they asked me to carry the car to the servicing center. i was unable to so and instead resolved the problem by local mechanic (assam motors works, rangiya, mobile-[protected]). the damaged clutch disc set was replaced with a new one at the cost of rs 6750/- (cost-4750/-+ lc-2000/-). the car handed over to me after two days.

                            I want to refund the cost of expense from the company.

                              I have booked the tata tiago from tata motors, Sredha Automobiles Chakan, Pune on 6th Aug 2016. At time of booking i was being told that car will be delivered at max in 2 Months. However now it is more than 2 months and i do not have any update about when will be car deliver. Also the dealer is not answering mannerly. I think they don’t need more customers. I don’t want to regret why I choose Tata instead of all other brands, plz deliver the car before Diwali.

                                Also gear [censored]ing is so hard in fifth and revers gare.
                                Mileage is also very low about 16 to 17km/lit its diesel car

                                  We Metropolitan Equipments & Consultants Pvt Ltd have a Tata Ultra Bus 41 Seated Capacity 2016 JUNE MODEL . It has run Only 11000 kms. Two months back the front wheel disk overheating. We approached TATA Authorised service centre LRN Tata Motors at Salem. They have no idea about problem and we have been visiting their showroom same day also but nobody is responding about this problem. Now we are using the bus with same problem. Great inconvenience and regretting the decision of buying a tata product. If anything major happens god knows how will they handle with so un organized way. Please do something and Help us.

                                    I purchased tata zest xm in december 2015, since start of january 2016 rat insert in my car, and i found always a faulty smell in my car, several times i discussed the same issue with tata customer care and tata service center but could not find any solution. I cant tolerate such type of smell any more even i do not want to enter in my car due to such faulty smell.

                                    Tata zest is your car but your service engineer and customer care person is not capable to identify the entry point of rat. Please think the same.

                                    Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                      श्रीमान मेरे द्वारा दिनांक १०/१०/२०१६ को उज्जैन स्थित टाटा मोटर्स के SANGHI BROTHERS सर्विस सेंटर पर अपनी कार टाटा इंडिका विस्टा क्रमांक MP13CA3903 को लेकर गया था जहाँ मेरे द्वारा सिर्फ गाड़ी का एवरेज, गेट लॉक, और आयल फ़िल्टर बदलना, डीजल फ़िल्टर बदलना, हेतु कार दी थी किन्तु सर्विस उपरांत मेरी गाड़ी में से ५ किलोमीटर चलने के बाद ही आवाज आने लगी जो कि ५० किलोमीटर नागदा पहुँचते ही बढ़ गयी, चूँकि मै नागदा निवास करता हूँ इसलिए मै १४/१०/16 को पुनः अपनी शिकायत लेकर उज्जैन सांघी सर्विस सेंटर गया और मैंने वहा उपस्थित जिम्मेदार अधिकारी को बताया कि सर्विस के बाद मेरी गाड़ी मै इस प्रकार कि आवाज आ रही है जो कि पहले कभी आई नहीं, वहा उपस्थित अधिकारी ने मुझे गुमराह किया, और कहा कि तुम्हारी गाड़ी उज्जैन से इंदौर लरे जाओ,
                                      मुझे शंका ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि मेरी गाड़ी में से किसी पार्ट को बदला गया है व मेरे साथ धोखा हुआ है
                                      कृपया मेरी गाड़ी को अविलम्ब ठीक करवाने का कष्ट करें |

                                        Hi,
                                        I jawad husain would like to bring in to your concern that i took my vechile tata indigo ecs vx cr4 for the brake and clutch checkup so they ask me to leave my car to them for repairing purpose and later when i brought my car back to my home i found that the setpny was missing from the car which is brand new means unused as my car model is 2014 and driven only 44000kms and this all is happens in authorise dealer service center of tata motorsales charbagh lucknow.
                                        Now they are saying that its your fault in a indirect way that you are informing us after 2 days and the reason why i was late to inform them is because there was registered holidays beacuse of dussehra and moharram so please advice me asap will be a great gesture.
