Recently in Feb 2016 we had purchased the car and it was driven only 4000 kms and suddenly it got broke down and the same was taken to Service centre by Towing car to Concorde Motors (Worli) on 17th Sept 2016.
Name of the Mechanic :- Manish for the above said problem and it was assured that your clutch plate has been replaced and the vehicle is again fit for drive as earlier .,

We had taken the delivery after 8 days.

After taking the delivery we were very upset with the poor performance as the same issue has arised and the vehicle is unserviceable with the same problem as earlier (the liver comes back after putting on driven mode .

    Hi team,
    I have booked tata tiago revotron xt (Without allow wheels) on 14 aug 2016. Till date i haven't got any revert when i will get my product delivered. No call, no revert from company.

    I was told by dealer that in case i will book xt without allow wheels, i will get product soon. I booked this car since i am in urgent need of it.

    Please check the status and let me know when can i get my product.

    Is there any update on delivery status. I booked this car for an urgent requirement. Still waiting for revert.
    Forcefully made to resign from TATA MOTORS. I was working in ERC, Pune CVBU Manager.
    I was beaten and forcefully made to write resignation letter after beating.
    Stolen my personal items like mobile, bike, money and personal documents like driving license.
    They have got my house key and destroyed items in house.

      2. I had booked my car on 31/12/2015, delivered on 16/01/2016, but how free car service coupon showing invoice date 21/10/2015

      3.Name/surname of spouse not corrected in insurance policy and original policy not received till date.
      4. Why necessary action has been not taken and why i have to folowup and wait for such a long time (Nine months).
      please take up the matter suitably with higher ups to resolve this problem.

      I Booked tiago on May 19th. Delivered in the month of August. However I want to know why I have been charged extra 6000 saying price has been increased. This is cheating with customers.

          One day suddenly forced me to right resignation.
          Threaten of killing me and destroying my carrier.

          Security underground stores room.

          Not support from senior management.
          They are harassing and following me to kill me. they are not even giving previous salary slips for applying for other jobs.
          They are behind me and creating problem for getting job. This is done by security for getting money. inhuman day robbery.

            Sir, i have booked tata tiago xz (diesel) top model in may -2016 by rs. 10000/- and paid d. d. amount rs.637750/- in favor of sterling motors nashik maharashtra in 30/08/2016. but till to date they have not delivered tiago car to me. i couldn't bear tension by the branch manager bank of baroda satana 423301 dist. nashik. please consider my problem its very bad. so please let me know the status immediately.

              Hello sir/mam there is an extra ordinary negative feedback by tata showroom no respect how to treat customer they are too lazy to do job. I my self went to showroom to buy tiago they took long time to get finance clear nd when it cleared they are behaving irresponsible to do work yet not getting so fruatrated on these people who really have the franchise but not ready to full fill the needs of customers its better to look for another car nd for our better convenient never look for tata motors if so then pls atleast never visit thia show room which i mentioned in below i personally suggest

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to bring to your kind notice, that my vehicle TATA MANZA with registration no MH 46 N 7566 broke down on 10th September 2016 between Belabur and Nerul (Navi Mumbai) and was towed to the nearest garage i.e. FORTUNE CARS at Nerul. The vehicle was referred to the garage along with the insurance claim which is from Royal Sundaram. Since then, I have been following up with Mr. Diwakar looking after Insurance claims and sits within the campus of Fortune Cars and Mr. Sanjeev Shimpi - AGM of Fortune cars responsible for attending the vehicles to understand if my vehicle has been attended and repaired. However, each time I call either of them, I am being asked to talk to other person i.e. Mr. Diwakar is referring to Mr. Shimpi and Mr. Shimpi is referring to Mr. Diwakar.

                This thing is happening from past 12 days and even today, I have not been informed, what the problem is with my vehicle, when it will be attended and delivered back to me. Today morning I was told by Mr. Shimpi that there is heavy work load at the garage and hence he has not been able to attend to my vehicle.

                Please note that the vehicle has done under preventive maintenance just about 3 months back and almost all the major parts were changed with the hefty bill. The vehicle has traveled @ 6000 km thereafter and hence should not have any major issue if the preventive maintenance was properly done.

                I have also lodged the complaint over telephone yesterday but could not note down the service request no as I was not carrying any writing material.

                In view of above, I request, TATA Motors to intervene in the matter and depute a third person to address my concern.

                I also request to have alternate garage authorized by TATA Motors within Navi Mumbai to stop monopoly of Fortune cars and avoid harassment of the customers.

                I hope to get my issue resolved immediately.

                  This is to bring your attention on issues i’m facing with my zest xm qjet 90ps abs bs iv purchased on september 2015 from marina motors, calicut. vehicle reg number is kl 72 a 497. total kms run is apprx 9800 km.
                  I’m facing issues with the brake system of my car; it is producing high noise while applying the brake.
                  On 1st of june i visited marina motors service centre to clear the issue and received the vehicle back saying that everything is solved. but, after a couple of days driving it started giving the same noise while braking.
                  Again on 15th of june, i send the vehicle to marina motors to clear the issue. but the result was same. after driving a few kilometers it started producing the same noise. i reported this issue again to the service centre on 28th of june and they said that they have done everything to solve this issue, but they will try once again.
                  Again during the one year service (18/08/2016) i raised the issue to the adviser – but they are not ready to listen the issues. and again at the time of receipt of vehicle, after the service, advisor was not at all explaining the works done and when i asked about the break noise issue he simply replied that everything is done. at least they could explain the points with the customers and they are always complaining that they are busy with their works and don’t have enough time to explain everything.
                  After the first service noise is better but that again in unacceptable level. this is getting worst when it is wet – but this problem was not there for the first nine months. i’m not seeing these breaking sounds in any other cars. i feel very bad on driving a new premium car with these sounds.
                  I informed the issues to the service call received from tata motors after the service on 21/08/16, they committed that the issues will solve in 48 hours time. but so far i haven’t received any follow up calls or action from marina or tata.
                  Still it is producing the noise while applying the brakes. i don’t know how they are diagnosing and solving the problems – i feel that marina is not capable of doing the same.
                  Since it may take a half day to drop the vehicle at service centre, it is difficult for me to drop the vehicle whenever they are requesting. i already send the vehicles 4-5 times to the service centre for the same issue.
                  It is very annoying that the issues not solved after four month’s time and i’m not at all confident on driving my car. totally disappointed with the way it is handling and the service centre must be able to identify the reason behind the noise. other than this issue, i’m completely happy with the vehicle.
                  It is the trust i gave to tata vehicle by purchasing zest even though i was getting objections from others on buying a ‘tata’ car and even i’m using other brand cars which are not giving any headache for me. i feel it was a wrong decision.

                    We wish to inform you that myself Anil Tiwari, and only for your employee's commitment, I finalized a car Tata Indigo ECS and already taken delivery on 4th Aug'16. Actually I had already given booking amount to fortune car at thane but in the mean time Mr. Ajay Wankhede (Concorde motor Andheri) had called me up on 15th Jul and requested to meet me at my home for offering me good price. In that case he committed me that Rs. 23000/- will be refunded immediately within 2 days from the date of delivery of car. Actually he told me that this amount will be paid by us (concorde Motor)
                    So as per his commitment, cancelling my booking from Fortune car which was already booked, So on 19th Jul’2016, I have booked my car from "Concorde Motors" and full amount was paid by me without any loan. Full cash payment (exchanged my WagonR VXI) was paid by me. And finally I have taken delivery of my car on 4th Aug'2016. But even after so many requests and follow ups by me They have refunded only 14000/- on first week of Sep’16. and again committed that balance amount will be refunded within a week. When I called him on 17th night for my amount, he roudly said that "Apko ek baar bataya to samajh nahin aata kya " this is very insulting behavior for me, because that is not my problem, if he knew it that it will take time then he should have told me at the time of booking, definitely I don’t get car from Concorde Motor, so I am not a beggar... However I feel like a beggar in front of Tata motor.
                    If in the starting he could have told me that it will take time for this refundable amount...definetely I don't take car from Concorde Motors
                    Now everytime they are doing false commitment and not giving my balance amount of Rs.9000/-
                    At the time of booking, as per their commitment I supposed to get this amount on 6th or 7th Aug’16 but even after 45 days Rs. 9000/- still pending and when I asked today then he said that again it will take 45 working days.
                    Now you are requested kindly interview the matter as soon as possible.
                    Therefore I am seeking your help.

                      I have a Tata Nano Car having registration no WB O6 F 7418 which contracted for annual maintenance with KB Motors Kolkata on august 2015 for two years . I have replaced fuel element system last year but it failed after one year . I don't find any root cause for that and also they didn't replace fuel element filter during schedule servicing on 22/8/2016 resulting inconvenience to me

                        I have worked with tata ariya motors last 3 month. but now i have left there due to rudely behaviours of management (g. m, crm) bouth of them so jalious person in the company. every times turcher to every staff. they find out to technic how to turcher to the empolyee. most of empolyee left the job due to crm arti gupta. and g. m ajender sexena. i have also include these turcheable employee. i have faced many problem there last 3 month. but have tolrate many time for my family sistuation. but misbheviours of crm i have left the job. but now they don't provide my selary. they refused to my selary. says that u dont givenany notice period. hmm. idon't give any notice period becuse i cant tolrate this behaviours that day. so i cant give.& left job imedately. so pls... resolve this problem and provide my 13th day salery.

                          . I do regular services only at SSB motors, Thanjaur. Last month I went for the AMC oil service .when I gave the car for service all are good except Ac. Ac was not working for past six months. I requested them to repair it. They filled the gas and checked the leakage and completed the wiring settings and they delivered me the car on date 22/07/2016. But later I came to know they didn’t do the service well . The Ac comes out even though the switch was turned off. When I started the car the Ac also started working. I informed to SSB motors immediately and brought back the car to the showroom again.
                          After checking it they asked me rs.47000 to replace the ECU Board and Alternator. When I gave it for service except Ac all other things were working well. But after service too many problems have occurred. i can’t tolerate this stress. The service did in SSB motors was very worst. Kindly do favor for me. Take necessary steps and deliver my car as my old good condition car.

                            This is raju singh and i m working in MNC Genpact company in Gurgaon and i buy india ev2 Cng for commercial purpose car from this dealer and i pay 4.71 lacks cash and they took 35000 rs for 5 years all india permit but they provided only 1 year permit and they cheated me and also Registration certificate they do not mention petrol/cng and they mention only petrol and i all ready given 44000 rs. For cng. They also provide wrong R.C.
                            I hope you will look my request very kindly and take action as soon as possible.

                              Sir! This is Chhaya Wakchaure from Nashik. On 2 nd sept I got interview call from Kuldeep Singh Hr tata motors.on 5 the sept I got selected and received confirmation letter and said to deposits 5000/- rs.I paid and got offer letter in which it was mentioned that I have to report at uttarakhand Rudrapur branch on 19 th sept 11 pm. Today I got call from training dept. And she said that again I have to pay 20000/- rs as a training amount.I said I can't pay and asked for refund then she said we will not coz you are leaving process in between.
                              I want my money back and want to get caught such fraudsters.I want to know it's validity also.

                                Hi, i booked tata tiago xz petrol model from concorde motors pune on 22 may 16 i was promised that i will get car within 3 month from booking but today its 13th september still i didnt get my car and even dealer is not sure about delivery of my car within 4 months period also.during booking of car i knew about tata's reviews but still i trusted on tata but i think tata will never be able to learn from there mistakes, tatas service is worst.i hope that tata will improve on customer satisfactio and service.
                                Purchased yesterday brand new tata tiago diesel XM new, but first gear not working.
                                All gear are working if we use second gear and then goes on first gear, but we start vehicle and direct puch for first gear its not working

                                    I have given complaint earlier, and since i was in mumbai i got it attended at Bhatti motors, then again at Fortune motors under the Tata service manager Mr M Ashraf. The next appointment was scheduled this week but car did not start after a stop on express highway and had to be towed to concorde service at Baner.

                                      I bought a Tata Aria 4x2 Pure LX model in October 2014 from Wasan Motors Borivali East with a 4 year extended warranty. After a month o[censored]sing the car I started noticing that the fuel level indicator had started malfunctioning and was showing a wrong value of the fuel available. For instance the indicator used to show empty when the tank was filled with fuel, on other instances when it showed full tank it remains that way for hundreds of kilometers and later suddenly drops to half tank. I complained about this to Wasan Motors Workshop in Malad West an authorized Tata Motors service center but after visiting that place for multiple times for the same reason, they didn't resolve my problem only adding to the misery. I then routed for Deogiri Tata Workshop in Jogeshwari West but even they couldn't rectify the issue and I was also informed that despite Wasan Motors giving me a hard copy of the job done they didn't update it on ther servers. Now I always end up stalling my car on the freeways due to the fuel level indicator not showing the correct reading. I do have the records of the services performed on my car. But I believe that the staff at Tata Workshops aren't aware of the actual problem due to inexperience. I am desperately in need of help now as i have lived with a life of misery due to this one single issue. I hope there is a scope of help for this issue.

                                        I am Hareesh i have booked a tata nano genx xta on 22/8/2016 for my wife from concorde motors Mavelikkara and transfered the full payments in advance from my wifes account to the concordes account at the same day as car loan .
                                        Now the EMI date has come and still we dont have any information about when the vehicle will come and when it can be delivered. and after the discount rate we actually paid the amount in excess. we have booked the vehicle in the name of ROHINI . So please let me know the ststus immedietly.
