dear sir this is mr.v.somasekhar reddy, my vehicle no ap29av9647, date:05/06/15, submitted vehicle after their given 16/06/15, servicing center vijayabharathi automobiles pvt ltd, tata motors authorized center their doing service worst to worst even manager to adviser nobody cannot do perfect job i am loss vehicle so much many, my bill amt 21000, invoice no : vijato-tpt[protected] and[protected] this two bills please u will check it and take action, i am 10 year customer of tata motors, next time not going to given my vehicle tata authorized servicing center, complaints 1.proper not fitting vehicle materials, not setting glasses and power widows, cleaning not good, some parts their missing not fitting, glass also not cleaning, head lamps, electrical work not doing, all their doing mistakes they will money their given vehicle, after received my vehicle i saw my vehicle, immediately i spoke to manager and adviser their given respond its worst fellows, how can ur appointed this type of peoples immediately remove, now i am approaching consumer court also,
I had put in my car for servicing air conditioner which was in working condition. This was a routine service. However, I was then informed that the compressor has failed and so they have to claimed to have replaced it with new one. Even now, the air conditioner is not working properly. When I asked for explanation, I am told that they have not purchased the purported new compressor from TATA Motors. How could Authorised Dealer and Service station purchase a compressor from anyone other than TATA Motors.
They have no ethics and responsibilities of conduct. TATA should actually withdraw their dealership from them.
