My name is Dapinder Singh I want to Complaint regarding auto vikas Shivaji Marg New Delhi related to my car number DL10C0350 TATA NANO.2009 cx model. Yesterday I went to auto vikas New Delhi service centre because I was having some Air condition issue in my car. The advisor There told me that we will check your car and After diagnosing my car after taking 4-5 hours The technician told me that my car radiator is choked dats why air conditioning is getting trip After some time. They told me to replace it with new radiator, so I ask them wat is the cost of New radiator the told me RS 2000/- plus taxes I ask them can I went to mechanic who clean The radiator if after cleaning my problem is Solved then its fine to me. Today in the morning I went to the mechanic for radiator cleaning He clean the radiator he said that there is no issue with my radiator it's perfectly fine.so my Problem is still there my car air condition trips An stop working. Auto vikas charged me the amount of RS 969/- which i had invoice I'm attaching it I m still facing that problem I called On landline number [protected] three times today related to this issue and after my request They provide the number of advisor who inspected my car yesterday mr taj whose mobile number is [protected]. I called him three to four times today every time he is saying just give me half an hour I will call u and try to sort out ur problem but no response From him or ur service centre. It's a shameful Act from tata motors how u treat ur customers Very disappointed from such a big company whom customer trust a lot.. Thanks a lot I will Not suggest anyone to buy a tata motors brand vehicles in future. Thanks a lot Dapinder Singh [protected]

    I have visited your service station JMK Motors Jhansi around one month ago to repair front left side wheel of my safari (chassis no MAT403725CNA00937) which was bent inwards, at that time there was no play in steering wheel. During repairing process Balancing rod was changed but still the wheel not repaired, it is still touching the mudguard & there is play observed in steering wheel during trial(earlier there is no play). When i have asked Advisor Rakesh, he told me that steering box needs to be changed. I refused that when i have handed over the safari there is no play now there is play. After that Rakesh told me that His supervisor Amit have told him that they will try to repair it later. I have paid around 31000 Rs for wheel repairing & other services. On 6/6/15 i have visited the showroom to rectify the play in steering wheel, after trying to repair it for 4 hours they told me that it was not repairable, i have to pay for steering box change. There is one more issue last year my safari engine overhauling was done at your showroom after 2 month of overhauling heating is observed in engine i have complained about it several time to Supervisor Amit but the issue was not resolved.I have registered a complaint in customer care that time, after that Amit have misbehaved with me using abusive language.That was a bitter experience for me. Now When i have handed over the safari for repair one month ago there was no play but after repairing process of wheel there is play in steering wheel, why should i pay for steering box replacement.           I have Tata nano reg. No. Gj 21 ah 4025. Had an accident on 24the July 2014. The car was dropped to dharmachakra motors at Canada(Gujarat) for repairs as they promised for good job. Till day the car is not repaired. Extremely poor service..false commitments..000 effort for customer support...rattan Tata's dream into vein... Can u imagine a car not being repaired for almost 10 months.. the matter was duly discussed with amit & Duran of Tata motors.. they also stopped replying to mails. I can give u all mails conversations if reqd. Looking for the matter to b ressolved and strict action against the dealer. And off course remuneration for me from the dealer as he has taken money from me in advance for repairs.

            I had purchased a new Tata safari srtome EX form Dehradun. Evereything was all well but the dealer at Vadodara Miles motors is giving a very bad service. I have to visit them after 15 days for one fault or othrt and since last one year I visif atleast 5 times for the car music system. They attend it but it reoccurs with the same problem. I even requested to replace the music but every time they repair it and the problem reoccurres.Moreovr once I had to call their emergecy service for breakdown of my vehicl. They came in late and in a the hurry I forgot to take out my goggles. The show room people took out the goggles and kept the case inside. I brought to the notice to the workshop manager but they didnot attend the complain. I am fed up with their indifferent attitude.Is this is the way Tata is dealing with the costumer. I request youl to take up this matter with your dealer. Failing which I will have to knock the doors of consumer court. P.S.Burman
            I have extremely bad experience too with with Miles Motors.


            I had put in my car for servicing air conditioner which was in working condition. This was a routine service. However, I was then informed that the compressor has failed and so they have to claimed to have replaced it with new one. Even now, the air conditioner is not working properly. When I asked for explanation, I am told that they have not purchased the purported new compressor from TATA Motors. How could Authorised Dealer and Service station purchase a compressor from anyone other than TATA Motors.

            They have no ethics and responsibilities of conduct. TATA should actually withdraw their dealership from them.

              I have purchased new Indigo manza car before 5 month from Amravati delaer Jayka Motors, But some of the fibre and plastics parts are very old and not in working condition also find followings points 1) Old fibre parts 2) Old jack given 3) Speedometer digits are not working 4) Repainted car 5) Suspension voice 6) Door inner handle are very poor and they are breaking while use.                     Dear Sir / Madam I am in possession of an Indigo Manza 2010 April Model Petrol Vehicle. It's run only 22000 km. Single Owner and the vehicle is in good condition. As I am out of station, I have decided to dispose it off. I have contacted Tata Motors dealer at Trivandrum and many others. No one is interested in buying this vehicle with the remark 'no resale value'. Finally I managed to get one offer for 1.5 lacs. I had one Santro Xing. I used it for 5 years and sold it for 1.85 lacs.                       Music system is not properly working since its purchase. I took my vehicle too many times at your Mandi an Bashing but all in vain. Because of this i am being harrassed. sometimes it does'nt read Pen drive sometimes even not playing radio. sometime it automatically reads pen drive sometimes not reads. So i request you to replace it immediately otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court.

                        I had a loan from tata finances, now I had a personal problem so that I can't able to pay the 2 month due amount. The person R. Govindaraj is make a call to me and using vulgar words of pending amount, for the reason am not going to continue the Emi. I had a voice call record proof, Am going to file a compliant regarding this issue. I discuss regarding this issue with my lawyer. He said according to the Rbi rule if a person failed to pay the three Emi continuely the financial institution have to chase the vehicle after the notice period of 1 month, but govindaraj not follow the rule. Am very disappointed on tata finance.

                            I purchased New Tata Indica Vista Car with Registration No.U.P. 70 BW 2511 Chassis No. MAT608535CPE36371 in June 2012 and since the first service of my car i have been complaining about the glowing of "check engine light" "Mileage" and "Cooling of Air Conditioner" it was always assured by the service staff that the problem will be resolved but to no avail, once or twice it was temporarily resolved after which i even submitted my positive feedback but the solution was never permanent and the said problems arose again and again it was last sent to the service centre in may 2015 even after keeping the vehicle for more than 20 days the problem still exists the check engine light glows often i am still getting the low mileage irrespective to the high mileage claimed by the company in the brochure. Kindly help and take appropriate action for the redressal of my complaints.

                              Dear Sir Subject :- Complaint for Branch - Tata motors pusa road rajendra nagar My self vikrant bhushan i had financing a TATA Nano car from tata finance loan duration is 5 years. More then 3 1/2 years my instalment is done on time. But last 7 month my installant got bounced but i will call in the branch (rajendra nagar pusa road new delhi) and arrange the executive and pay the amount accordingly. I have two dues with late charges and i have already told the branch (rajendra nagar pusa road new delhi) i will pay the amount in two short in my coming salary. After that i called from one no.[protected] & the person name is amit sharma i cant explain what kind of language he used he, s crossing he's limit and using slang me & my family also i cant explain you what kind word he used. Also i know that your all the calls are recorded please investigate and check then take serous action against him, & if am wrong so i am ready for support & tell me where i was wrong.                                 dear sir this is mr.v.somasekhar reddy, my vehicle no ap29av9647, date:05/06/15, submitted vehicle after their given 16/06/15, servicing center vijayabharathi automobiles pvt ltd, tata motors authorized center their doing service worst to worst even manager to adviser nobody cannot do perfect job i am loss vehicle so much many, my bill amt 21000, invoice no : vijato-tpt[protected] and[protected] this two bills please u will check it and take action, i am 10 year customer of tata motors, next time not going to given my vehicle tata authorized servicing center, complaints 1.proper not fitting vehicle materials, not setting glasses and power widows, cleaning not good, some parts their missing not fitting, glass also not cleaning, head lamps, electrical work not doing, all their doing mistakes they will money their given vehicle, after received my vehicle i saw my vehicle, immediately i spoke to manager and adviser their given respond its worst fellows, how can ur appointed this type of peoples immediately remove, now i am approaching consumer court also,

                                  Has visted ur showroom in solan they people didn't even know how to deal out with their costumer Jp motors solan had been there for test ride of bolt but no one responded till 30 min as if they didn't care am sorry to say dealership network like this gonna destroy ur coustomers they had taken ma licence for xerox nd didnt responded next 30 mins was waiting for some1 to tell me ehats going on was plaining to buy Bolt But after this will never go for any Tata Vehicle.

                                      complaint against channel Sahara One Channel this is to inform you about a competion held in CHANNEL Sahara One Channel MOVIES they held a competion on finding the face of famous people and win prices of a car or money etc i played that and after few days i got a call from them his name was (Suraj Soren)([protected])saying that you have won a tata car or you can get 12lac cash they told us to pay an amount of 8k in bank and we will get our money in 10min so we decided to check weather they are fraud or not so we called tata motors and they told that they have not done partnership with the channel so this is my humble request to take necessary action aganist the channel so if they Are true we want them to pay us the price which we won so take necessary action on them as the are showing this things on ennumber of channel and cheating the people
