I have purchase Tata Super Ace Tempo from dealer Unitech Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, Nerul, Navi mumbai, when I have gone for first servicing.After the servicing of my tempo they kept the engine tap open that's why when I was driving the temp i notice some fault in noise then i stop the tempo and see what was the problem in it .I notice that the engine tap was open and all oil get flush down .when i take this tempo to the service center they solve the problem but not accurately.after that the engine start getting problems repeatedly.so when i take the tempo again to the service center they only fix the problem temporarily.this thing happens for 3-4 times.And last when i take my problem to fix they said me that your engine have to be replaced.But it cost 70, 000 and it is so costly that i can't purchase it, And main thing is that this problem is because of the servicing faculty and it's not my fault.so i request you to please solve my problem as fast as possible.otherwise I will have to complaint my problem in consumer court.     hello i am pushkar from jalandhar i want to tell u that i had bought a car of company tata that is indica dlg turbo.i am crying for this mistake whenever i go for a trip i am always in tension i pay to mechanic for 60000 to repair it.this is very bad for tata motors.they are a big liar that there product is good but its my worst product which i buyed.so please help me if anyone sees my complaint.

      Complaints storme - Boot door noise, steering bubble when brakes are applied at a speed of 100 and headlight bulb change. Vehicle returned without doing any of these jobs appropriately even after keeping the vehicle for 3 days. The feedback for service is never solicited around 1st time resolution. I mean the technician and worker are not even this much trained. A complaint was opened with Tata customer care, which was closed unethically by the kamal & co. Jaipur service center without attending. The height is the complaint was closed on a day when I was traveling to Delhi.

        Since yesterday 2nd december 2014, there is a problem in my car and i am not getting proper assistance from your call center. They are delaying to arrenge the towing and forcing me that once your technician has start the car so, i have to take it my self to service centre. But the battery is down compleatly and i am unable to drive it.

          This is the worst experience I have with Tata Motors so far. I was going from Gurgaon to Jhajjar in the evening of 28/11/2014 when my car stopped in the middle of road. When the emergency breakdown team reached after 2 hours, I was told that Timing Belt had snapped and the vehicle had to be towed away back to Gurgaon (Triumph Auto, Hero Honda Chowk). Now, even after 4 days, the actual extend of damage is not known as one of the injector has jammed. Triumph Motors personnel told me today on telephone that they need to get permission of Tata Motors for opening the cylinder head. If this is quality of parts used in premium vehicles like Storme, I am very sorry to have purchased this vehicle. The car will complete 2 years next year. As per the service booklet, the Timing belt was to be inspected at 45k kms service, I want to know whether this check was done and documented in the records. if engine will be opened in less than 2 years of purchase, I don't see any second sale future of my vehicle as any mechanic will be able to tell that the engine was opened for repairs. I would need replacement of complete car by Tata Motors. I will not be accepting this car as I don't see any further value of the car being 'new'. its entirely company's fault of not noticing this issue at the last service. Also, I am not confident of any repairs done outside the factory at the dealers' end. there are multiple other issues in Safari Storme that I am living up with and have given up complaining to Tata Motors. Like: 1. The windshield was replaced within 1 year of purchase due to a minor accident. the replacement work done by Tayal Motors, Faridabad was of the worst quality ever. I could easily hear the air leaking into the cabin at higher speeds. Also, passing through smoke one can easily smell the levels of smoke inside the cabin. please educate your dealers to run a leak check before vehicles are returned to customers after job work. 2. Door hinges are substandard. On rough roads or potholes, the doors make their own vibration and one could easily make out the play in the door once they are closed. 3. Back door lock/ handle: Handle is too tight for anybody to press and open on his own. everytime and on most of the Strome's, I see the owner coming out of the car and opening for a security guard to inspect. 4. Ordering of Spare parts: Tata Motors is a company with the most widespread dealer/ service network in country. still my last order of spare (cabin light) took more than 3 months after ordering. please check last job order of repair work and part replacement done at Trans Automobiles, Faridabad on this car. Hope TML will look into this matter and try to improve their product and the service quality at dealers end. In meanwhile referring to current complaint, I want a firm answer from Tata Motors's end on how they will be providing me the replacement of Safari Storme as I am SIMPLY REFUSING TO TAKE THIS VEHICLE BACK WITH CYLINDER REPAIRS DONE AT DEALER'S END... regards Anshuman Gupta [protected]@gmail.com

              Purchased tata winger in may 2012, bill was issued showing seating capacity 13+1 which puts the vehicle in the category of commercial mini bus up to 30 seats in Himachal. That means I have to pay passenger Tax for 30 seats every year. I contacted the dealer Libra motors at Bahdala (.H.P.) as soon as I came to know about the mistake while depositing the tax . But the representatives at the dealership flatly refused to make the necessary correction. I visited the dealer so many times during these two years as the mistake is causing me huge financial loss. R.T.O office is asking for correction to alter the registration certificate. But no body is ready to listen AT LIBRA AUTO. SORRY MR. RATAN TATA YOUR PEOPLE ARE BECOMING BIG CHALLANGE TO YOUR NATIONALISTIC APPROACH.

                I booked tata zest rt xm in Hundekari showroom Ahmednagar, Maharashtra in mid October. I am really dissappointed due to service of such reknown company. I was told that i will get the car in two weeks. Then they gave me delivery date on 20 nov.After that they sowed me company's letter that my car's delivery date is fix 29 nov 2014. And on 29 again they said the car is not available. I am really fed up and irritated by this waiting period. I think it is my mistake that i booked tata car. I am going to cancel my booking and i think its better to go with maruti suzuki or hyundai.

                  I had booked my new tata zest and was told that we will be getting the car as soon as possible. Forget it being as soon as possible we were never told how long would it take for the car to come. There was 0 coordination between the salesman and the higher authority. The salesman have no idea about the product ! All they call you is for to make tthe papayment. The service was PATHETIC. Never expected such a big company of tata having such an irritating service. Never want to go for this company again.

                    Dear Sir /Mam, I have indigo ecs vehicle No. is HR 51 AR 4010.Met an accident aprox 20 days ago.i submited this car in your service center Tayal Motors in faridabad but this car is not ready yet. When i submitted my car in your sevice center my car's power stearing was working well and good but now my car's power stearing is not working good and also produces a noise.they have taken test drive and said to me that your car is ready, come and take it home.but when i drove my car i found that stearing oil is leaking and nut bolt is also loose.i complained about this problem to mr. manoj or naresh. but no action was taken.i have complaint no also my complaint no is 1_[protected] you may check.i am very disappointed and not satisfied.i hope you understand my problem and action will be taken in my favour as soon as possible.                         From Abhilash Veppil (H) Makkada PO Kakkodi VIA Kozhikode-673611 Contact Number: [protected] Dear Concerns On 25/12/2013 I bought a new TATA Magic, Bearing Chasis Number:MAT491124DJN26369, Engine Number: S3K8203300from your dealer – (Apco Automobiles P Ltd, 3/477b, Meeenchanda Kozhikode) . Unfortunately your vehicle has not performed well. In spite of regular maintenance and periodical check rear wheels of the said vehicle had wear down (Depreciated) before completing 16901 KM ride. I approached to your authorized service provider located at Nallur in Feroke-Calicut. I have explained them the problem (ie premature tyre wear) happened to the said vehicle. After hearing my problems they checked vehicle thoroughly and advice me that it is because of wheel alignment problem. Then I gave the vehicle to them for proper service to resolve the issue (Premature tyre wear). After their service they replaced both rear wheel tyres and told me that the problem has been resolved. I took my vehicle. I had paid for new tyres. Now I am extremely disappointed because of the new replaced tyres also wear down before completing 15000 KM ride. Again I approached to the same dealer three times.(28/6/14, 05/07/2014 & 22/07/14) but the problem is still continuing. I did not get proper service from your service centre.                           Sir, I am Amalanathan, from Salem District, Tamilnadu State. I bought a new car (TATA Zest) from M/s. True Sai Motors, Salem. From the first day I faced many problems. 1. Slow Pickup 2. Clutch Problem 3. Millage. I returned to the show room itself as I not satisfied. They serviced the car and took me to a trial. Then also car gave me problem when I am in second Gear. Now I am receiving message that service is over and I have to take back the car. How it is possible. If any one of your people buy a car and happens like this means you will take it back. Please be reasonable. Else, I have to donate the car to TATA Motors or True Sai. For kind information I have already a TATA customer. (Vista, TATA Super ACE, now Xenon). Do Tata Motors is going to do a thing which will make me happy or make me to continue in this miserable condition. Expecting a favorable reply from your side.                             I had deposited the amount of 7888/- at SWAPNA MOTORS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha for Extra Warranty. When vehicle was running 43000/Km, After one month I come know that my extra warranty not done till date, as contact with dealer service executive extra warranty not approved by TATA MOTORS.                               Hello. I booked Tata Zest XT quadrajet (Silver Colour) on 11th October 2014 in Hem Motors, Satara. Maharashtra. At the time of booking the showroom manager confirmed me that your car will be delivered surely on diwali. But till today I cant get the car delivery. Till today showroom manager gives me four dates of delivery & fails every time. & always telling that this is not our problem. Tata motors itself failing to deliver the vehicles to us. This is really down the image of Tata Motors. I need immediate answer on it. As it is really irritating. Please reply me immediately.

                                Hello, This is to register a complain against a sales representative working for Concorde Motor dealer located near Baner, Pune. I own a Tata Safari Storm that I bought in July 2014. There were some issues pending with service department so I personally visited the showroom in last week. The sales representative Mr. Atul Gaikwad who attended me broke in to arguments out of no reasons. I was fair on my side to register the complain but Mr. Gaikwad was not in listening mode. I end up discussing same with other representative who gave me satisfactory answers but Mr Gaikwad interrupted that discussion several times which was totally unacceptable. Other Concorde personnel also tried to stop him but he did not listen to anybody. Concorde motors owe an apology to me in writing and in person. I have registered this complain to Mr. Mone from Concorde motors but there no further actions taken. I hope that the Tata motors at least will take some actions. With regards Udaysinha Patil

                                  श्री मान मैंने आप के अधिकृत डीलर मुद्गल मोटर से सफारी स्ट्रोम का एक्स मॉडल तारीख 31.07.2014 को ख़रीदा । जिसमे की सुरुवात से ही व्हील alleiment की प्रॉब्लम थी। स्ट्रोम लेने के साथ साथ ही मैंने मुद्गल मोटर से ही इसमें एलाय व्हील डेलवाल लिए थे। मेरी पहले दिन की शिकायत के बाद भी मुद्गल मोटर ने मेरी गाड़ी पैर धयान नहीं दिया। ईसी बीच में मैंने गाड़ी की 5000 km वाली सिर्वीस भी करवाई उसमे एक बार फिर मैंने व्हील बैलेंसिंग और अल्लीइमेंट करवाई ताकि मेरी गाड़ी सही रहे और गाड़ी के टायरन ख़राब हो। लेकिन मुदगल मोटर ने एक बार फिर से गाड़ी को बिना पूरी तरह सअहि किये वह से रवाना कर दिया। आप की जानकारी के लिए बता दू की मैं मुद्गल मोटर जो की अजमेर में है से करीब 40 km दूर किशनगढ़ में रहता हु वह से आना जाना खली अल्लेइन्मेंट के लिए संभव नहीं हैं। बार बात कहने के बाद और कंपनी के ठीक न करने के बाद आज मेरी गाडी की हालात ये है की उसके आगे के दोनों टायर 60% खत्म हो चुके है।और मेरी सफारी स्ट्रोम अभी तक 8000 km ही चली है। करीब 7500 km पर फिर से मैंने मुद्गलमोटर में गाड़ी का आलइमेंट करवाया जिसमे उन्होंने आगे के टायर पीछे कर दिए और हमेशा की तरह गाड़ी को फिट होना बता दिया यहाँ मुदगलमोटर आप की टाटा कंपनी का नाम खराब कर रही है।किसी तरह की भी औविधा नहीं है यहाँ। टायर को बदलने के लिए भी मशीन नहीं है जो की बाआर से करवया जाता है। न ही कैंटीन है न ही वेटिंग रूम। आप से गुजारिश है के आप यहाँ का निरिक्षण करे। अगर मेरी गाड़ी के टायर अब भी ऐसे ही खराब होते रहे तो उसकी भरपाईआप टाटा मोटर को करनी होगी।

                                    Dear Sir, I Ashok Kushwaha a citizen of Lucknow, U.P East had brought a new car Indica V2 Ls. and full price. But the Tata Motors Dealer SRM MOTORS LUCKNOW had given me a old car. My car delivery date 26 November 2012. But the car had already been sold to another customer 2 months ago and the Dealer SRM MOTORS LUCKNOW had given me that car. The engine of car begun to create some problem after First Service. The main engine had opened only after 25000 Kms. I had invested Rs. 30000 on that engine but nothing changes take place in the condition of Car's Engine.Sir My car no is UP 57 P 4061. I am not satisfied with your Dealer SRM MMOTORS LUCKNOW. It is a illegal harashment of customer's your Dealer SRM MOTORS LUCKNOW had been doing Fraud with customer's. I request you to check every Job worksheet paper on ( Tata INDICA V2 Ls UP 57 P 4061 ) and give me additional warranty or change my engine and I am also a Regional Manager O[censored].P. I have more than Rs 7000 customers. If you ignore my complaint I can extension your Fraud image.

User a.h.deshpande on Nov 21, 2014 My TATA Zest Car Registration No:-MH 31 EK/6573 has damage its front Portion due to an accident.and it admitted to your MIDC Hingna Work Shop for Cashless Insurance, All formalities are already completed on dt.04.11.14 (Time 17.00 hrs ) But the Service center said that the spare parts are not available and also Not Supplied by the Pune Work Shop. You re requested to please see the matter personally and get it repair urgently.Thanking you...

                                      Hi Mr. Deshpande,

                                      I own a Tata Zest XMA, in fact received mine on the 4th Nov. My question to you is: is the car has been at Tata workshop since 4th Nov (for 2 weeks) ? The car itself is manufactured in Pune itself from what I know and if you do not get the spare parts then people like us in Hyderabad will have a horrible experience during any service or repair.
