Hi I have given my car for to FORTUNE CARS Nerul for general servicing, wheel alignment & Breakpad cleaning. I had opted for home pickup & drop facility. They took my car a month back on Saturday and the same day at 5:30 they promised me to deliver the car by 7:00. But at 7:15 when my car didnt reach me then i called them to know the status and they said that there is some problem in the car and we cannot deliver it to you today. So they delivered the car on Monday. ​ On Monday when i checked the car i found that there was no alignment done and there was some sound while i was applying brakes. I again called them to inform this for which they again picked my car a day later. This time also they promised me to deliver the same day but they failed again and they delivered my car the next day with the same problems for which i gave them my car. I dont know what kind of servicing they are doing when they cant resolve simplest of complaints. ​ I again informed them and they apologised and confirmed me that their service Manager will visit my home and will check the cause and will give me a sure resolution. I waited for him till 2:30 but no one turned up. I called them to check and they said that the service manager is on leave. They just dont have the courtesy to inform the customers also. ​ Again on 16th or 17th of december the apologised and asked for a final chance, i again agreed and gave my car on 20th Dec. But again no update from their side about my car till i called them. At 6:00 their service adviser informed me that he is sending my car and i need to pay Rs. 50/- . I refused to pay this amount as i have already taken AMC and paid for wheel alignment & Balancing for this servicing. Even after confirming that the driver has left the service center to deliver my car i didnt receive it. I called them many a times but no response from their side. I have no clue where my car is...Can i request for a speedy action?

      Gave my indica AP29 N1924 in for some repairs on 1/12/14 to Tejaswi moptors near the old airport, Secunderabad. Car was damaged in a shunt accident. NO ONE...I repeat NO ONE has called me back to give me an update. I called the manager Bhanuprasad [protected] yesterday. He said 100% you will get your car today...! Nothing. Worst customer service I have ever seen. 17days without a car because some does not know his job whilst your car is in bits and pieces and you can not even take it away. It's called taking the piss out of his customers. Please deal with people who don't know what customer service, reliability or a mans word is in this day and age. Please teach Bhanuprasad what 100% means or your company will go down the pan with guys like that.

        vehicle no KL 9 W 1675 KMS RUN 91000 KMS TATA INDICA DICORE FORM THE BIGGINING THERE WAS A CHIC, CHIC SOUND FROM THE ENGINE SOUND EVERY 1000 TO 2000KMS OF MY CAR RUN AFTER EACH SERVICE. THE DEALER ADVISED FOR THE CHANGE OF ALTERNATOR BELT .AND CHANGED THE SAME AND RECTFIED THE COMPLAINT. THIS WAS REPEATED MANY TIMES .AND I FED UP WITH THE PROCESS AND COMPLINTED WHEN I APPROCHED THE THE SERVICE DEALER (VIJAY MOTORS, PALAKKAD, KERALA) FOR SOME BEAKE DOWN SERVICE LAST TWO WEEKS BACK. THE DEALER IS ADVISING ME TO REPLACE THE VIBRATION DAMPER WITH THE NEWLY DESIGNED BY TATA MOTORS.           I have Indica Terra Vista (Saffire Model).The number is SK 01 P 2268 Recently I got it serviced at Bajla Motors, Siliguri for some running maintenance. However, I found their servicing is very bad.. For example, they have made a bill for 6 litres of Coolant Thanda Raja., On coming back home, when I opened the engine compartment, I found that this is coolant region is half empty, and one full bottle of coolant has been left in my car's back seat. One wonders, if this is half empty then surely they could have put the content of that full bottle in the coolant, not throwing that in cars back seat. This puts a question marks on whether they have put all other lubricants in their right place. As a customer, I believed they will be doing their job, and I cannot be a policeman to what they are doing. Again, in last December (2012), after the service was over, I found after few days that Tool Kit (item no 8) pack was missing. In August, this year, when went there for some repairs, and pointed out this thing, I got a curt reply that this not much of importance to me, and I can purchase it from outside. There is no politeness in dealing with a customer. These people simply take customers as a ride. Perhaps I would think that next time, I need a state police or central team to get any sort of servicing of Tata Cars at any one of yours servicing centre.

            Hello- To Whom So Ever It May Concern. My name is sharath and i am registering this complaint from City- Angamaly, Dist- Ernakulam State- Kerala. I have purchased a brand new car (Nano Twist XT) from my nearest showroom on 15/11/2014. The only reason to select & purchase (TATA Motors -Nano Twist XT) is looking into her Average/Milage been offered from the firm.. However i understand it may get varries up and down but the person who offered and assured me that i will be getting 25/KMPL, that time it self i said its fine even if i get 22/KMPL. But now the issue is not even 17/KMPL is been reached. In this case i am not able to trust TATA MOTORS henceforth However it was better if i purchased from a different Firm.               I am fed up with the type of response people of Tayal motors Faridabad respond to customers. I have bought Zest More than 2month ago(Oct 2014) but I got the RC after 1.5 months but that was a wrong RC as Vehicle mentioned is "Safari" which should have been "Zest". Now no one is telling when I will get my corrected RC. My CAR has become a showpiece for me as I cant take it out without RC anywhere.This is really humiliating. I am feeling cheated and mentally tortured. How can TATA dealers behave like this???Is there anyone in TATA motors leadership looking at such instances. I should have accepted advice of my friends of not buying a TATA CAR, all of my friends have bought Suzuki or Honda and are very happy with response of there sellers. This is very shameful on part of TATA motors.                 Wasan Motors (Tata Motors authorised service centre) is taking customer for repair ride. I was carrying out regular services of my vehicle no. MH02CD9866, TATA Indigo Manza at Wasan Motors. Same way took vehicle for Paid-up service with some small complaints & thorough check-up on[protected]. They did all check-up & servicing and charged me Rs.14, 589.00. BUT I was not satisfied with the work & contacted the particular Service Advisor - who went on insisting that - car is OK. On sudden clutch failure, I took the vehicle again on[protected]. AND now another Service Advisor found that even brake-liner needed to be changed (although it was very well check - only a month ago). NOW - even they found that 2 of my heating plugs are not working (hence needed to be replaced). All work done & paid bill amount of Rs.13, 380.00. On the very next day, I complaint about problem in clutch & noise from brake - BUT Service Advisor went on insisting that - "it's because of recent service & that it will be alright after few days". Again I sent the car for persistent problem today & NOW SERVICE ADVISOR SAYS THAT - BOTH SHOCK ABSORBERS OF MY CAR NEDDED TO BE REPLACED.                       I Major Prem Kumar Sharma owning tata nano registered no 37C 6012 bought during Feb 2010. This vehicle met with an accident at 26kms away from Una(HP) on Una -Hamirpur highway at 11.30am on 7th Dec 2014.The helpline was contacted and report lodged at 11.40am same day.The nearer tata Wksp Hamirpur was also mentioned to the helpline.But still the recovery team reported at 1630hrs ie after 5 hrs after numerous phone calls by me and thus caused great harrasment.The vehicle was made little movable but not fully operative by 18.30hrs This casual attitude can not be acceptable to anyone involved in this kind of situation and thus requires due investigation to avoid such harrassment to any customer in future.

YESRTEDAY ON 18/11/2014 I AND MY FATHER VISITED TO MR. AMRIT REGARDING THIS ISSUE THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY RS. 14500 APPRX. CASH TO ME AND WE SAID TO HIM PLESASE GIVE US IN WRITTEN THAT WE CAN PAY THE LEFT AMOUNT AND WILL BE FREE FROM ISSUE. HE WRITED ON PAPER AND GIVEN TO US WHEN WE ARE LEAVING FROM OFFICE WITH STATEMENT HE PHYSICALLY ABUSED US AND SNACTHED THE PAPER FROM US IN WHICH PAPER IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PIECES. WE CAME OUT FROM HIS OFFICE WITH THE HELP OF MR. VIKRAM AND HE LISTENED TO OUR ISSUE AND SAID YOU WAIT FOR TODAY I WILL CALL YOU TOMMOROW REGARDING THIS ISSUE. TODAY ON 19/11/2014 CALL IS DONE BY TATA MOTORS TO COME OFFICE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY SAID MEET TO GENERAL MANAGER PSD MR. PARMOD VOHRA FOR THIS ISSUE. WE WENTED TO HIM AND STARTED DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE, INSTEAD OF DISCUSSING THE ISSUE HE MISBEAHVED WITH US AND SAID MR.AMRIT IS RIGHT. YOU GET OUT FROM THE OFFICE AND GO ANYWHERE AND COMPLAINT ANYWHERE. AFTER THAT WE VISITED TO MR. DADA THE OWNER HE ALSO SEND US BACK TO MR. VOHRA TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE POLITELY BUT HE AGAIN THREATENED US AND SAID I AM ON THIS SEAT FROM LAST 15 YEARS NO BODY CAN CHANGE ME AND WHAT THE MR.DADA DID WITH YOU SEND BACK TO ME NA AND GO ANYWHERE MR. DADA’S FATHER, COURT, CONSUMER COURT, PLOICE STATION ETC. NO BODY CAN HARM ME. SO HE FORCEFULLY TAKEN THE MONEY BY THREATENING US OF RS.11676 INSTEAD OF RS. 3150 ONLY WHICH WAS SHORT DUE TO THEIR MISGUIDANCE. I AM ALSO ATTACHING THE COPY OF FINAL QUOTATION GIVEN BY MR. GURPREET IN WHICH DETAILS ARE CLEARLY MENTIONED OF DISCOUNTS AND EVERYTHING.                           hi, I have been cheated by Tata motors for 5.7 lacs. I bought this vehicle 6 months back. every month it stops on highway. It doesnt move on cng as well as petrol. service center guys told me its manufacturing defect. vehicle registration number is MH 05 CA 2271. I have lost too much money because of Tata and their pathetic service. i want my money back. nobody is interested in solving this issue from last 6 months. Do not buy Tata cars.

                            Sunil Kher <[protected]@gmail.com> Nov 2, 2014 [protected]@tatamotors.com Dear sir, I have purchased Indigo Manza MH 15 CM 8028 on 22nd June 2010 on my relative’s recommendations .It is completed running of 44332 kms. I gave Manza for regular servicing and that too in within stipulated time period. All Warranty servicing has been carried out in time. I also purchased extended warranty from your company. In short I am using/maintaining your vehicle as per stipulated norms. I was working with General Insurance Company & my Driving habits are disciplined .You can verify from my Vehicle Insurance Record. On 25/10/2014 @ about 16.15 hours returning from Pune to Nashik, at Narayangaon, it was observed that vehicle break is not operating properly, when breaks applied it operates and slowly break leaves it grips, it was sponge like. I checked break oil level, it was not low nor below the mini mark. On reaching Nashik, I called your Pragati Auto Udyog Samooh pvt.Ltd. Nashik. They collected my vehicle on 27/10/2014 and replaced Assy. ORVM Power Operated LH & Assy. 10” Booster(CV/CV) with clutch POR & billed me charges Rs.10888/-. They said since the warranty is expired, I have to pay the charges for the same. I would like to have clarification on following points: 1. What was the reason for failure of Break system, when it is maintained and serviced as per your norms at “Pragati”, your authorized service centre? When enquired with “Pragati”, they are unable to explain the reason. Last 44 yrs I am using four wheelers, Fiat, Premier Padmini, Marui 800, and Zen, I had never such break failure. Every vehicle I used for 10 years & run more than 100000 kms and that too then Roads, I never faced such problem and where as your MANZA has given me nightmare on better conditioned highway as compare to my previous vehicles used too. 2. Was it defective material causes break failure? If so 3. Is your quality control system fails to identify the defective parts? 4. Will you please check with your service centre, how many such occurrences are there which require replacement & it may not be reported to you being out of warranty period. 5. Why you are not giving life warranty to critical systems which jeopardize life of vehicle user? It is appreciated, clarification of above points will be given on priority. My son who uses your vehicle also faces problem of critical nature. Twice he has taken warranty services from Your dealer. Shall I take it that your VEHICLES are not safe to operate.                               Hello Sir,

                              I am using Nano Lx for last 3 years. My registration number is WB 26 R 2768. When I want to your dealer K.B.Motors at Rameshwar Shaw road, Kolkata for customary service as mandated, they informed that the under carriage is rusted and needs immediate repair. They took pictures and informed that they are being sent for warranty approval and the job is expected to be done in October.

                              One month back, the car got stuck on the road and had to be towed to Lexus Motor Barasat. The car was repaired and delivered after nearly 14 days. I informed them about of the bad condition of the under carriage but they ignored the same and delivered the car.

                              Few days back, when I was driving the car on a busy road, there was violent vibration on the steering and the steering was not able to steer the car properly. I just could manage to get the car to safety with High Risk. Your mechanic inspected the car in my garage and informed to my utter shock that the steering base has completely broke off from the base at the under carriage due to rusting and could have caused a over turning of the car or accident.

                              My submission to you is that:

                              1) If the condition o[censored]nder carriage is so poor, why could not the job be done at K.B.Motors itself.?
                              2) Why were we not informed and warned about the risk involved in driving this car?
                              3) Why was not the warranty claim not processed on an urgent basis?
                              4) Why did Lexus motor who did the last service did not do the necessary repair.before leaving the vehicle? Why did they not inform us about the risk involved?

                              How could the undercarriage and bonnet get so badly rusted within 3 years? This is definitely a quality issue which needs to be addressed by you.

                              Tomorrow my vehicle is being towed to R.D.B Motors at Kamarhati, Kolkata for repairs.. Regarding the warranty issue, I contacted K.B.Motors but the engineer posted there informed that the warranty issue needs to be reprocessed but however claims for warranty from 1 year back are yet to be cleared .

                              This is indeed a grave condition of the service from the reputed house which is unimaginable. I request you to kindly take appropriate action on an urgent basis.

                                  I have purchase Tata Super Ace Tempo from dealer Unitech Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, Nerul, Navi mumbai, when I have gone for first servicing.After the servicing of my tempo they kept the engine tap open that's why when I was driving the temp i notice some fault in noise then i stop the tempo and see what was the problem in it .I notice that the engine tap was open and all oil get flush down .when i take this tempo to the service center they solve the problem but not accurately.after that the engine start getting problems repeatedly.so when i take the tempo again to the service center they only fix the problem temporarily.this thing happens for 3-4 times.And last when i take my problem to fix they said me that your engine have to be replaced.But it cost 70, 000 and it is so costly that i can't purchase it, And main thing is that this problem is because of the servicing faculty and it's not my fault.so i request you to please solve my problem as fast as possible.otherwise I will have to complaint my problem in consumer court.                                     hello i am pushkar from jalandhar i want to tell u that i had bought a car of company tata that is indica dlg turbo.i am crying for this mistake whenever i go for a trip i am always in tension i pay to mechanic for 60000 to repair it.this is very bad for tata motors.they are a big liar that there product is good but its my worst product which i buyed.so please help me if anyone sees my complaint.

                                      Complaints storme - Boot door noise, steering bubble when brakes are applied at a speed of 100 and headlight bulb change. Vehicle returned without doing any of these jobs appropriately even after keeping the vehicle for 3 days. The feedback for service is never solicited around 1st time resolution. I mean the technician and worker are not even this much trained. A complaint was opened with Tata customer care, which was closed unethically by the kamal & co. Jaipur service center without attending. The height is the complaint was closed on a day when I was traveling to Delhi.
