Hi I own 3 Liter Tata Safari Dicor vehicle. 2006 Model Year.Vehicle has completed 137, 000KMS Being located in Hilly and terrain area of Karnataka, I have opted to go for 4 wheel Drive vehicle and proud to own this car.I am second hand owner of this vehicle.Previos owner and myself has always get it serviced from TATA dealers in Karnataka. My current problem is vehicle pick up.Vehicle seems to vibrate under steep hill and at times 1st or second gear is the only option to engage.I do own Toyota Innova which is 2.5 Liter and Ford Endavour 2.5 Liter.These cars in spite of less powered engines perform quite well in these places and roads. When on four wheel drive 4 Wheel H gets activated and indicator lights stops blinking, but when on 4L, indicator doesn't stop blinking.And steering gets very tight and at times jammed. Please advice.

    I brought tata indica ev2 cre lx model from manickbag delear hubli. I have been facing worst customer service from tata dealer in hubli. They make to wait for about an hour and still no response from them for taking car for servicing, due to which i may miss my service shedule.

      Sir, My self binay kumar i buy a indigo Ecs car on nov14 from ASL motor which temporay registered number is JH22D3497, from very firstday i found that the wheel cap of the car is loose but after concerned with the sales person of ASL motor they assure me that whhel cap is replace after first servicing but they refuse that conversation during first servicing then after five days i found a moisture in blinker, after some days the ac is not working then i go to the service station they told me there was a damage in ac main pipe and now today morning car was not started after contact with ASL staff they came out my house and told me the battery was totally down when i want to know the reason they told me there was a loose connection in car dikki so the light remain on whole day after they take my car into service station, so my request to you kindly change my car with new one because in two month i am facing lots of problem or exchange with TATA ZEST, i m ready to pay the rest amount, but now i am not ready to take my car back.so pls do the needfull because i belive in TATA brand and ASL motor too.           I own a Tata manza (mh 02 ch 515) My car is with Concorde motors worli for an issue with glow plug / heater coil. The car is insured comprehensively and is covered under extended warranty as well. The service executive says that in order to replace the glow plug the engine head has to be removed and replaced which will cost 20000 extra. When spoken to the senior she has nothing to say apart from sorry and nothing is in our hands and we are helpless. When asked for an explanation in writing the senior says it will take one day which shows something is not right. My query is not being resolved. I would like someone to look into this matter and help me from being cheated.

            I recently purchased Tata Storme Vehicle on[protected].At time of delivery the vehicle had already travelled 600km by the company(Jasper motors auth dealer of TATA, Vijayawada, A.P). I travelled 1200km after delivery of vehicle.The engine suddenly stopped more than couple of times during travelling so i decided to check the problem and handed over the car to Jasper motors(vijayawada).We requested for solving the problem to jasper on[protected].Its been more than a 10 days but still we had no response from company outlet regarding progress of the vehicle.we contacted customer care (complaint no:1- [protected]) but there is no satisfactory response from them either.The vehicle is still in workshop. This is the major problem we faced and it had many minor problems after using it, like default in brake function, noises from rear ac etc..we are highly disappointed with the problems of car and also the car service, where they are unable to answer satisfactorily even after repeated requests.

              I had been misguided by Tata Motors Dealer and the service manager at Concorde Motors New Delhi for taking an AMC for Rs 10, 000 aprox for my Tata Safari DL1CM - 9401 which could be used for any replacement of parts if required and also not charging in the next service I was shocked when the dealer had again debited me for Rs 7800/ for a change of same part which i was told would be covered in the AMC which i had taken I would like to have my AMC refunded on asap which the dealer had charged me and not honoring it otherwise i would be raising htis issue in the consumer forum .

                I am Amit dhiman from Vill Chogan PO Daroh Tehsil Palampur distt.Kangra HP.I purchased TATA indigo ecs car from the dealer JKR motors Ghurakri Kangra on 29/06/2012.It has extended warranty of 4 years.I want to complain that service provided by above dealer is poor and unsatisfactory.I sent my car for service for 3 times for re-service and break- down case on 31/03/2013.Now, My Car has problem of self-starting.It's parts like luggage cabin lights, Head lights, Wiper, Seat belt beep, Stereo system get malfunctioned after short period o[censored]se.The dealer is not resolving problems of My car's electrical system even after frequent complaining.Regarding break down case the dealer make me fool by providing some temporary solution of the problem and after 1 week they told me to send my car to their workshop for changing alternator but they only remove and refitted that part instead of changing it.Workers of above dealer provide poor maintainance service so It is requested that my problem may please be resolved.

                  Got my car tata manza pertol registration no HR 01 AA 7918 serviced from authorised tata service agent DELTA MOTORS gurgaon. Also they were repeatedly told by me that there is a recurring problem of overheating in the car. However they suggested flushing of radiator which was not done properly due to the same the car again broke down while i was driving down from gurgaon to karnal. Your auth service agent at karnal mentioned that flushing was not done properly due to which radiator has become unservicable and needs fresh replacement. the above incident took place on highway and the car caught fire. The same was life threatening to self and wife. may i request you to take appropriate and befitting action to compensate me for the harassment and loss. action so taken may pl be intimated to me.

                      I have just get service from Khamala Motors, Nagpur for my TATA NANO-CX for jurk in clutch. Now, i am facing another problem after serving that of Gears are not shifting smoothly. The mechanic says clutche plate is damaged. You will have to replace it to run the vehicle smoothly. My question is how can clutche plate damages in only 11500 km where i am not resting on clutche pidal on driving.

                            Ref: Model: NANO CX, Reg. No:WB 26R 0111 Sir, I request you to review the decision taken by your manager regarding non payment of warranty claim.(Pls. refer your data bank of the said car).I am mentioning below the points which I failed to convince your manager. 1)Once you have replaced clutch (within one year of service or so).If it were WEAR and TEAR items like brake clutch then you would have simply refused it.Further there is no mention of this in owner;s manual warranty clause 6. 2)I have seen no clause mentioning only one time warranty settlement neither there is any scope of BENIFIT out of WAY. 3)Sir, TATA sons is pride of India.I myself was also some how related to it.My moot question is Why clutch system will fail twice within a span of 3& 1/2 years? Whatever may be the argument does it not speak volume of Tata Nano"s, already stressed quality aspect.(Refer your internal statistics of clutch system failure) . 4)Sir my warranty period shall expire shortly.I wish our partner ship gets strengthened with your small gesture of goodwill. 5)One last thing, I am bit perturbed with is that your managers flying arguments eg faulty driving/improper maintenance etc (All verbal)

                                Dear Sir/Madam: I had bought a Tata Nano LX in December 2013. I have driven it 34560 kms. I've had been the only driver of the vehicle. Recently I noticed a change in clutch in the car and after a couple of weeks the clutch started slipping. I showed it to Pandit Automobiles, Bhosari, Pune. They tell me that the clutch had "burnt" and will need to be replaced. To my protest that how can the clutch be damaged in 34000 kms only, they told me that it happens if you drive in "half clutch" it could happen. Now let me tell you that I've been driving for more than ten years and have driven 4 cars yet (all Tata by the way). I've been driving the said Nano in the city and I'm a very careful driver and never done with even my foot on clutch, let alone driving half clutch. I've been always advocating and promoting Tata Nano as a wonderful vehicle. But this kind of poor quality product is out of question and I really feel insulted.                                       Dear Sir This is bring it to your kind notice that my Indica Lx CR-4, Vehicle No UP80 CJ 4146, was sent for servicing at Ashok Auto Sales, Sadar Bazar, Agra outlet for Broken Rear(Right) Fixed Glass & Servicing on 20.12.2014. The Car was parked in my House on 19.12.14 night in absolutely fine condition. To my surprise I saw the Rear (Right) Fixed Glass broken by itself on 20.12.14 Morning. When I went to Auto Sales, Sadar Bazar Service Outlet and the adviser told me that the above mentioned incident had happened because of Cold Whether which again to my Surprise is quite Common & could not be repaired in Warranty. I request you to kindly consider my request & reimburse the amount which I paid for repairs of Broken Glass (309 (Glass) +250(Labor)), Total Rs 559.00 + Taxes as I thing It is Manufacturers Fault on Inferior Quality.                                         I recently bought safari storme LX and I am having full of doubts about the vehicle performance. 1).When AC is Eco mode and When fan ON /OFF my car headlights taken a small amount of load on them which results in dimming of lights for 2 seconds. 2).My car left fender is making some irritating sound by touching the head lamp fitting. 3) When i shifting gears from 2 to 3, i felt that the 2 gear position is little loose. 4) Front reading light Glass is loose. 5)Dashboard is full of plastic sounds. 6)Air leak through bottom AC vents when its in upper position. In my first service 5th problem is solved a little but still getting some sound. And for 1, 2, 3, 4 problem i am getting only one answer from the service adviser that"its common in all safari storme vehicles.". And for 6th one they said that they didn't notice . I don't Know who to ask and where can my problem's will be solved.
