I had given my Tata Indica for servicing and fixing the problems in the vehicle. They claimed that the problem is resolved but when I tried, problem was still there. I took my SAFARI with complaints to its engine cooling system and Air Conditioner to TATA Dealer in Kannur. The same was promptly attended and the Car was returned to me after 4 days informing that it was a small problem and was rectified. 2 weeks later after about 500 Km the car was again taken to the dealer for repairs of other (4x4 shifting) problems, for which the car was kept there at service centre for about 20 days.I got the car and...

Along with manufacturing, customer satisfaction department is also zero . I had even done from such a worse experience with i experience after being a customer of tata .
I will never switch again to tata and advice other to switch to tata .
