DEAR SIR/MADAM MY SELF OWNER OF THE FIRM K.S. BUILDERS, BLOCK C G.K. ESTATE, TAJPUR ROAD LUDHIANA. PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM TATA MOTORS FROM DEALER DADA MOTORS PVT. LTD. No. 401, FOURTH FLOOR, SAVITRI COMPLEX- 1, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB - 141003 ON[protected]. THE FINAL DEAL OF THE CAR IS GIVEN BY MR. GURPREET SINGH IS RS 327000/- INCLUDING ALL CHARGES.I EXCHANGED MY OLD ALTO CAR WITH THEM IN RS. 2, 42, 000/- INCLUDING ALL DISCOUNTS. (180000 OF CAR+25000+20000+5000+17000). NOW ON THE DAY WHEN WE WENT TO TAKE DELIVERY OF NEW CAR ON[protected] THEY SAID OLD DEAL IS EXPIRED AND THE DEAL IS SETTLED BY MR. AMRIT AT RS.3, 30, 000/- INCLUDING ALL CHARGES. THE AMOUNT IS FINANCED BY TATA CAPITAL OF RS 3, 30, 000/- AND THEY HAD TAKEN THE BLANK CHEQUES FROM US OF THE LEFT AMOUNT INCLUDING ALL CHARGES. THAT’S ALL THEY GIVEN US THE DELIVERY OF CAR. AFTER ONE MONTH OF THE CAR DELIVERY THEY STARTED CALLING ME THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS PENDING I.E. WHY WE ARE NOT GOING TO PUNCH THE RC. I REPLIED TO THEM WHY PAYMENT IS SHORT. THEY SAID TATA CAPITAL SENDED THE PAYMENT OF RS.3, 26, 850/- AFTER DEDUCTING PROCESSSING CHARGES I.E. RS. 3150/- BUT EARLIER WHEN AMOUNT CHEQUE OF RS. 3, 30, 000/- WAS TAKEN FROM US NOR IN WRITTEN NOR VERBALLY TOLD BY BY MR. AMRIT AND MR. GURPREET THEY NOT SAID US ABOUT THESE CHARGES. YESRTEDAY ON 18/11/2014 I AND MY FATHER VISITED TO MR. AMRIT REGARDING THIS ISSUE THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY RS. 14500 APPRX. CASH TO ME AND WE SAID TO HIM PLESASE GIVE US IN WRITTEN THAT WE CAN PAY THE LEFT AMOUNT AND WILL BE FREE FROM ISSUE. HE WRITED ON PAPER AND GIVEN TO US WHEN WE ARE LEAVING FROM OFFICE WITH STATEMENT HE PHYSICALLY ABUSED US AND SNACTHED THE PAPER FROM US IN WHICH PAPER IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PIECES. WE CAME OUT FROM HIS OFFICE WITH THE HELP OF MR. VIKRAM AND HE LISTENED TO OUR ISSUE AND SAID YOU WAIT FOR TODAY I WILL CALL YOU TOMMOROW REGARDING THIS ISSUE. TODAY ON 19/11/2014 CALL IS DONE BY TATA MOTORS TO COME OFFICE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY SAID MEET TO GENERAL MANAGER PSD MR. PARMOD VOHRA FOR THIS ISSUE. WE WENTED TO HIM AND STARTED DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE, INSTEAD OF DISCUSSING THE ISSUE HE MISBEAHVED WITH US AND SAID MR.AMRIT IS RIGHT. YOU GET OUT FROM THE OFFICE AND GO ANYWHERE AND COMPLAINT ANYWHERE. AFTER THAT WE VISITED TO MR. DADA THE OWNER HE ALSO SEND US BACK TO MR. VOHRA TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE POLITELY BUT HE AGAIN THREATENED US AND SAID I AM ON THIS SEAT FROM LAST 15 YEARS NO BODY CAN CHANGE ME AND WHAT THE MR.DADA DID WITH YOU SEND BACK TO ME NA AND GO ANYWHERE MR. DADA’S FATHER, COURT, CONSUMER COURT, PLOICE STATION ETC. NO BODY CAN HARM ME. SO HE FORCEFULLY TAKEN THE MONEY BY THREATENING US OF RS.11676 INSTEAD OF RS. 3150 ONLY WHICH WAS SHORT DUE TO THEIR MISGUIDANCE. I AM ALSO ATTACHING THE COPY OF FINAL QUOTATION GIVEN BY MR. GURPREET IN WHICH DETAILS ARE CLEARLY MENTIONED OF DISCOUNTS AND EVERYTHING. ALSO ONE MORE THING IN FINAL QUOTATION INSURANCE IS CHARGED RS. 19451 BUT COVER NOTE IS GIVEN US OF RS. 1418/- DIFFERENCE OF RS.5269 AND ALSO WE GIVEN THEM CHEQUE OF RS. 5000 WHEN HE FINALIZED THE QUOTAION WITH US IN ADVANCE AS BOOKING AMOUNT. SO ATLAST I WANT TO SAY THAT RS.5269+5000=10269 AND RS. 11676 IS TAKEN FROM US BY FOOLING AND THREATENING. TOTAL AMOUNT WE HAVE TO PAY THAT WAS RS.3150 ONLY. ACCORDING TO US RS 21945/- IS TAKEN INSTEAD OF RS.3150/- ONLY WHICH WAS SHORT BY THEIR OWN FAULT BECAUSE AT TIME OF CHEQUE FILLING BY AMRIT IT IS NOT TOLDED US THAT CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED.     To The Customer Relations, Tata Motors. Sub: Seeking Justification on the Purchase of Tata Sumo Gold FX Dear Sir, Greetings. I Mr. Syed Moinuddin, a Resident of Anatapur, Andhra Pradesh have purchased Tata Sumo Gold FX on 26th April 2014 from Tata Delear Ms. Prani Tata, Anantapur. As a middle Class family with utmost respect to Brand India and opted TATA Vehicles. The vehicle was opted for our family purpose and was very happy at the beginning. The Honey moon ended very soon as the Vehicle getting problems. Apart from Service related matters the Dealer has given a wrong Invoice which was almost 100 Thousands extra and with Seat capacity as 9 where as in realty it is a 7 seater. With all these problems now we regret that we went with a wrong vehicle, in fact a wrong brand which has left us in a pathetic Situation. Though we have a vehicle of our own, due to repetitive problems now we are spending our hard earned money on Car rentals on daily basis. Problems that are faced till now: 1. Sales Related - Purchased Owner Name: Mr. Syed Moinuddin where as in Company records it is Mr. N Rajasekhar. We have been getting calls from Customer Care for Mr. Rajasekhar. This has not been rectified till date. - The Vehicle is purchased and registered for Personal usage (White Board with RTO) and Tata Records say as Commercial Vehicle with Yellow Board. Another symptom of recklessness of SM &CRM. - The vehicle was purchased as 9 Seater and invoiced for the same, and in realty is a 7 Seater. The Dealer and their staff in spite of doubts they insisted us to accept. - We had a huge difference of over 100 thousand in the Invoice. 2. Service Related - At the beginning the Vehicle was running fine and eventually started giving errors related to ECU (as stated by Service Center). The problem initially shot once in fortnightly and in last 3 months it’s become a daily routine. As a matter of fact it will not allow the vehicle to cross the speed of 35 to 40 KmPH. Due to this, We had a very bitter experience while travelling back from Chennai. We had a narrow escape on the National high way. - Till now we went 6 times to Service Center with this problem and they entered only twice in the records. - The Dealer doesn’t have Color formula for the vehicle - Till now the Service Station is not giving any resolution for the repetitive problem. Now at this juncture as middle class Person, after spending our hard earned money on this purchase seek the justification for believing in TATA brand. Seeking a clear Clarification from Tata Motors on the below, 1. Need a clarification on Invoice difference between Quotation, invoice bill and the market price 2. Need a clarification on seating capacity 3. Need a permanent resolution for the problems that are repetitive 4. Change the Company Records with my name. Seeking a prompt Response.       I subscribed Extended warranty policy of Global Administration Services Pvt Ltd.( Policy no.[protected]on 19/10/2012 by paying premium of Rs. 6498/- for my car Indigo eCS VX BS$. I subscribed it at the time of car purchase from K.B.Motrs, Kolkata. My car detail.. Chassis No. MAT601481CWA03431, Registration Date 19/10/12, No.WBAB 0896. The Insurance Cover Note No.[protected] Now after completion of 48 months from purchase, K.B.Motor's Workshop refuse to accept clam against the policy. They stated they are no more associates of Global. Help me to register the claim.

        I had booked Tata Zest XT from Concorde Motors, Mumbai in mid-September. I was given in writing that delivery will be done on 29-September-2014. Till date there is no clear reply re. delivery. The response from Concorde Motors is pathetic, terrible & very callous. No one from there even has the basic courtesy to even give a reply. Right from Kashif Merchant, Prajacta, Satish Thapar & Kushal Dhameja - no one cares a damn about customer service or even give a proper reply. Concorde Motors / Tata Motors are just telling lies & happily cheating customers by taking payment & giving no reply thereafter. Am disgusted with Tata Motors.They care a damn about customers & cannot be trusted.

              Dear sir,
              My car fiat Punto which was in very good condition was given to u service center at thane on[protected] only for not functioning of Ac.
              After 4 days when I took the delivery from you I cud'nt even reach home safely bcuz my car suddenly broke down In the mid of highway..
              After contacting u ppl my car was towed back to your service center..
              After inspecting the car we were told that due to your services the damage has occurred and it.will be repaired without any charges. I was not explained the exact damage caused after this I had visited your center 4-5 times and was in constant contact with the following persons:

              1. Mr. Wilson (sales person)
              2. Mr. Sandeep singh(CRM)

              Once when I visited your workshop I was baffled to see my car fully open with the front bumper broken...finally I was delivered the car on 4th of Nov but was not given any work order or nature of the work done on the car even after asking..
              As per my thinking it was deliberately done bcuz again the very next day on 5th of Nov it again broke down in mid of highway causing severe mental and physical agony to me. After all this I would like to ask u y the delivery of the car is done without its proper repairing by your qualified ppl which can put my life as well as my family's life in danger.

              If there is no solution provided to me at the earliest I will be forced to take legal action

                My car indica xeta 2007( Reg No KL 40 7351 )model and run 25700 Km. It shows black smoke and missing. I gave the car to Mohan Das Motors Trivandrum for check up and they keep the vehicle for a moth and couldn't rectify the complaint. As per my earlier complaint They contacted me and ask the vechicle for inspection again. As they couldn't rectify it earlier I was scared to to it again to Mohan Das Motors.                   I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle on 30-09-14, Tata Ace 800 CC Dicor from Tata dealer M/sPopular Mega Motors India Ltd, Edapally, Cochin as per invoice no.PopMMo[protected] .The payment was made on 14-10-14 as vehicle test done on 16-10-14. The vehicle was then given for body building. On 27-10-14, the vehicle was first used on road with 500Kg load. After covering 20km, the engine got heated up to such an extent that driving this vehicle became impossible. The vehicle was giving a milage of 8km/litre only as against the company claim of 21.9km/litre diesel.The vehicle was taken to Popular service centre Edappally on the sameday at 12.30pm.with kilometer reading 292. After checking and works, popular vehicle centre informed me that the milage was corrected to give 14/litre and pulling power has been corrected. The meter has been changed and the engine will not get heated now and to prevent the temperature of the engine inconviencing the driver, a mat has been fixed. But sad to say, after spending 5Lakhs rupees, and getting such a vehicle, we are not all satisfied. Iam also not satisfied with dealer's agreement that future problem will be solved by them. I want if to be solved now. my vehicle is still in your workshop. The payment of Ist installment(Canara Bank) Rs.8000/- has become due. Scince I am not able to run the vehicle Idid not get even a Rupee as return. So I need to be compensated by Tata Motora by replacement of the vehicle and loss of revenue incurred by me owing to no fault of mine.

                        To TATA MOTERS, INDIA I booked TATA ZEST XMS (PERTOL) on 03th October 2014 at SANYA MOTERS, BEED(Maharashtra), and paid sum of 21000/- as booking amount. The waiting time for the car was given by dealer as 3 weeks and get assurances from dealer that the car will be delivered before Diwali ie on 20th October 2014 As such, the car must be delivered to me, but no intimation about delivery of car was given to me. Even on my visit to their showroom on 21th October 2014, the car variant and color which I booked was not available after assurances from dealer that car will be made available in next two days . After next two days when I contacted to the dealer I get replied ‘either you buy base variant or you may cancel the booking’. As the dealer failed to deliver me the car within the prescribed waiting period, I was no more interested in taking the delivery of car. & cancelled car booking. Hence, I would like to bring this matter into notice of TATA MOTERS INDIA through this medium to take appropriate action against the dealer for such irresponsible behavior. Regards Chandan S.                           Dear Sir, The name of TATA is big but services extended by certain dealers / service stations may not be satisfactory as has been experienced by us at TATA Motors Service Station (Progressive Car Pvt Ltd) of Anand (Gujarat). We are regular customer and we are Government Organization i.e. Anand Agricultural University, Anand. In spite of this the service station is almost rigid and dealing in rough way for the service. The service is not up to the mark and all the difficulties are never attended for one or other reasons. Our last experience is so bad that we have almost decided not to take the service of this particular station, if our remaining problems are not attended properly and timely after informing us. The car (TaTa Vista GJ23 H 2138) was given in the service station for the correction in window working and front glass replacement besides other routine services on 20.09.2014. After about 20 days we have to take it back without complete service and that too the things which were already working earlier like AC etc. are now out of working when the car was taken back. We have to take the car back because it is very difficult to keep a designated car for so many days when Dean of the college has to move several places in a day time. The oral complaint was lodged several times but ignored for one or other reasons like spares are not available or spares have not reached so far, we will check some remained problems when you come back again for service etc.. etc..Subsequently, written complaint was also sent vide our letter dated 08.10.2014, but nothing has been heard so far in this regard. As such the dealing of the station persons are not cordial enough and the services are not properly rendered as per our experience. We feel that the name of TaTa is compromised at this particular TaTa Motors service station of Anand. Hope, the TaTa name and fame may be restored by needful action.                             Hello, Guys Sorry to say but TATA moters given pathetic after sales service. Just i buy new Tata indigo ecs BS4 module on 21st Oct 2014 4:45PM from Aspi Motors . Sarkhej Ahmedabad. ( Sales Ex. Mr. Bhavesh ) After 25 minutes I called back to your sales Ex. Mr. Bhavesh & explain the my problem. My car not running properly. At the time of clutch & braking my car stopping same location. After explain the issue Mr. Bhavesh committed to me. Don't worry you come to Showroow at tomorrow & i will resolve the problem but today it's 28th Oct 2014 but still my problem was not resolved. Your Sales Guys Mr. Bhavesh say i m not right person pls looking mater your self. Today again Your Workshop Head Mr. Prashant Kumar just trail my car on road but he facing same issue but he was not finding the Solution till time. Already my & my family's filling heart & my petitions already over loaded. Request to you pls process for change the Car, as i have sent car back to the company showroom ( Aspi Motors) and also made stop payment from bank loan officer. If you not a right person for resolved the my issue. Pls inform to me ASAP. Hope for the fast response being new customer!!

                              sir, my aura vista car after water washed gave me problem so i called sifa motars and they said to change the fuel injas ector but i replied not to change then they said to service the self motar i agreed though no starting problem along with amc and spare parts they charged me Rs16500/ when i get back my car there is craches they didnot accept they way they were treated me was not in kind way.after i came to my house my son noticed spark plug not fixed properly.my car was taken 5km away from the workshop after 5.30pm no proper answer for that.my complaints are why did the workers took away my car so far away from workshop in un time at5.30pm they have taken while they return their home.second the craches and a dent they made.thirdly unnessery expenditure they made me to spend.so iam not at all happy and not satisfied with their and behaviour with me like not attending my phone calls other apporaches.so i kindly ask you to nessessary action as soon as possible.so that my car can get condition how i gave it to the them.they accepted they have taken car out side of the workshop.

                                Reminder - 1 I had given complaint on 20/10/2014, but their is no progress on it, only once customer care executive called and asked me the reason of booking cancellation. after that their is nothing. My complaint: I the undersigned Mr. Deepak Khot had booked a Tata Zest car at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri in the month of September. As I had to cancel the booking due to my personal financial reasons, the same had been informed to the dealer. I had paid a booking amount of Rs. 21, 000 (Twenty One Thousand) in cash. I am in regular follow up with the dealer for the refund of my booking amount till date but everytime I call them the dealer gives me some excuse and only postpones my refund. I am in regular touch with Mr. Narendra Awte at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri. Today when I called him for my refund he was talking to me in a very rude tone as if I am begging him for money. He also said if I inform Tata Motors about this I will be in trouble for my refund. The dealer is also deducting Rs. 5, 000 from my booking amount saying that it is a cancellation policy from Tata Motors. I always thought Tata Motors was a brand for the people of India, but after going through this pain I am really upset with the brand image of Tata Motors. I request you to please look into this matter and help me get my refund. I am already going through a lot of trouble due to all this. Thanking You. A suffering Tata Motors Brand Lover.

                                  Dear Sir, I purchased a Tata Nano car from Gurgaon Showroom (Aristo Motors) on 23.07.2014 Vehicle Registration No. HR 26 CJ0814 . I met an minor accident on 04.10.14 and vehicle had taken to the service center (Aristo Motor, Gurgaon) for repair works. It is under Insurance with National Ins Co. Till date today (28.10.14) I have not received the vehicle after repair works due to non-availability of spare parts as per the workshop.                                     I had to change 17 parts in my three year old 15000 kms run TATA Indica Vista and was surprised to discover that none of them were actually covered under extended warranty. I was perturbed by this revelation and wondered whether, what if nothing is ever covered in such warranties. I know it is beyond my wildest imagination to ponder, what if extended warranty is actually a guise to get a better margin from the customer. The extended warranty is ambiguous in its wordings, it hides more and reveals less. Warranty entitlements are lost due to policy interpretation by different officials. As its is beyond the purview of TATA Customer Care the hapless boys are helpless and are totally clueless as how to address the customer's dilemma. I was taken aback to realise that a TATA company has no escalation process or grievance officer's details published on the web site. CSR should ideally start with the customer.

                                      I m very disappointed by tata moters. I had plan to buy a tata nano car .I visit to Tata Moters Website nd ask some quiry.that time i got a call from tata nd they told me we wil arrange a deelar call for u .aftr 2 2 3 days m didnt get any call. i again visit to wevsite nd again they told me u wll rec call toomrow till now i did nt got any call, I m Very disappointed for that .bad feedback from Tata Moters.
