I had to change 17 parts in my three year old 15000 kms run TATA Indica Vista and was surprised to discover that none of them were actually covered under extended warranty. I was perturbed by this revelation and wondered whether, what if nothing is ever covered in such warranties. I know it is beyond my wildest imagination to ponder, what if extended warranty is actually a guise to get a better margin from the customer. The extended warranty is ambiguous in its wordings, it hides more and reveals less. Warranty entitlements are lost due to policy interpretation by different officials. As its is beyond the purview of TATA Customer Care the hapless boys are helpless and are totally clueless as how to address the customer's dilemma. I was taken aback to realise that a TATA company has no escalation process or grievance officer's details published on the web site. CSR should ideally start with the customer.

    I m very disappointed by tata moters. I had plan to buy a tata nano car .I visit to Tata Moters Website nd ask some quiry.that time i got a call from tata nd they told me we wil arrange a deelar call for u .aftr 2 2 3 days m didnt get any call. i again visit to wevsite nd again they told me u wll rec call toomrow till now i did nt got any call, I m Very disappointed for that .bad feedback from Tata Moters.

      Hello sir/mam I am Nirmal singh I have taken an tata ace from your authorised dealer cargo motors private limited which is near Virk gate, Opposite Victoria international school, G.T road phagwara in 13/8/2014 from kamaljit and I have paid all the demanded amount said by your dealers thay said that we will be issuing your vehicle RC with in fifteen days but thay had not done so yet sir/mam I can't drive my vehicle without RC so kindly plz check on that.         I have a nano LX No UP32ER 2238. The vehicle collided with a truck on 17th Oct 2014 and had an unsightly dent on bonnet. There was no functional problem. Same day by 1.30 pm i took it to tata motors at Charbagh lucknow where i was told that the bonnet will require replacement. As i needed the vehicl for commuting to my office i wasnt keen to leavfe the vehicle so asked for repair but was told that repair is not viable option as it will take same time and money and will not gove same appearance. The vehicle was accepted for repairs at about 2.30 pm and i was told that it will be ready by next evening. Same evening i recd sms taht it has been accepted for servicing. However there was no information next day from tata motors and when in the evening i enquired i was told that bonnet is not in stock and they will get it done on monday. Thereafter on monday i was told that it will be ready by 22nd. till now there is no information about its readiness. My query is that since my car was absolutly functional and there were no bonnets in stock why was it taken for replacement of same. I have faced unnecessary inconvenience in commuting to my work place as well as for going around during festival time. Please intimate as to what course of action i must take to solve this problem as tata motors have so far not informed me about fate of my car.

          I booked a tata zest on 25 August on the behalf of a Tata motors executive mr shrivastav.I want to file a comlain against him about the inconvenience caused by him to me.He made me false hopes day by day that the car would be coming soon but its been a long time.He also asked me to take a car loan and i have already paid one installment and the second one is to be paid on 5 November but the car has till not with me.When i talked to him last time he again said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days but its not a game to be laid by me.I am in great need of a car but he is taking his own time.Recently my old car just went for repairs because it is not in a condition of driving and i needed a vehicle urgently for an emergency for a family member and i already talked to that executive for car but there was no help given to me.I know that the car is in great demand but it does not mean that you can make false hopes so that we can postpone our programs.He has really given me a pathetic service for the pre ordered car and i want this complain to really visit the next authorities and take a strict action against Mr Shrivastav and pre booking scheme of the car so that i can get the car soon.Its been high time now i have already paid one installment but the car is not in my hands.Please pay concern to my complaint.               My experience with Concorde motors, Dairy Circle, Bangalore of Tata had been pathetic. I went in for a test drive of Tata Zest XT. Everything went on well till I decided to book TATA Zest XT (REV). I was told that they only accept cash of Rs 21, 000 for booking (Really???) & if I wish to pay by card they would charge 2% extra. Even if I buy anything on card they do not charge me 2% but TATA does (living in stone age, I guess??) Anyhow, I loved the car so much that I ignored it and decided to pay 2% extra. While booking itself they made me to wait for 1hr to get the booking receipt and once they got me the booking receipt, it was wrong. They mentioned TATA Zest Quadrajet instead of Rev. I asked them to get it corrected and I patiently waited for another half an hour. But whats really getting onto my nerves is the sense of commitment from Tata Motors as well as their dealers. I was committed a date on commitment form, in writing, of 21st October, 2014. I asked sales rep to be double sure while committing a date, as I would plan many other things around it. He said not to worry and delivery will be done without fail and they took the booking of car, which now I realise that sales team is trained to take bookings based on fake commitments and trap the customers. I planned every thing around the commitment date... Now, when I called dealer for delivery status update, I am informed that car is not available for delivery as Zest XT is not getting delivered by Tata motors. Zest Team & Regional Channel sales manager(South) from Tata Motors team contacted me too when I wrote directly to Tata motors about the same and they assured that dealer will get in touch with me and they are allocating a dedicated relationship manager to me but no use as yet no one, neither at Tata motors nor at dealer is able to commit a delivery date. Till today I have still not heard any update on delivery from the Zest team on the delivery nor the dealer cared to contact me. Infact, the situation only worsened as I was informed that their is no current update on car delivery & I have to wait, 5 days past committed delivery date by Tata Motors for TATA Zest XT Rev when I called Concorde Motors to inquire about my vehicle delivery. They said No vehicle is yet allocated against my booking. And they do not know when it will be don. How bad customer service could be? Regional Sales office of Tata motors also seems helpless.No wonder Tata Motors PV segment sales is not improving. I feel cheated by the pathetic customer support and blatant lies by Tata Motors. Now, I repent why I didn't listen to advise of my friends and family to stay away from Tata Motors. I am annoyed and at the same time scared too that if this is the service and customer experience pre-purchase what is going to happen post purchase.??? Worth Mentioning my special Thanks to TATA Motors for spoiling my Diwali...

                  Again a breakdown in one year. This time its Oil Cooler. What type of car you have provided us. People always told me not to give for servicing at TATA motors but I always preferred to give for servicing to TATA motors, but now i regret for it. When I called customer care they assured that my car is under warranty and no charges is payable to me for the repairing or anything. So i got my vehicle towed to Concorde motors at Andheri East. But the person called us saying that it will be a paid service and we will have to shell out Rs. 13000 for the delivery. Last week also we got Clutch cylinder replaced at Wasan Motors in warranty. What happened this time Firstly we are not at all happy with the performance of the car and now the breakdown. And telling us to shell out money for repairs is the last nail in the coffin for my love towards TATA. Oil cooler is a part which never gets damaged in a span of one and half year. I wont take the delivery of the car if I am not getting the same in warranty from Concorde Motors and my father will visit the concord motors workshop tomorrow morning

                      I the undersigned Mr. Deepak Khot had booked a Tata Zest car at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri in the month of September. As I had to cancel the booking due to my personal financial reasons, the same had been informed to the dealer. I had paid a booking amount of Rs. 21, 000 (Twenty One Thousand) in cash. I am in regular follow up with the dealer for the refund of my booking amount till date but everytime I call them the dealer gives me some excuse and only postpones my refund. I am in regular touch with Mr. Narendra Awte at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri. Today when I called him for my refund he was talking to me in a very rude tone as if I am begging him for money. He also said if I inform Tata Motors about this I will be in trouble for my refund. The dealer is also deducting Rs. 5, 000 from my booking amount saying that it is a cancellation policy from Tata Motors. I always thought Tata Motors was a brand for the people of India, but after going through this pain I am really upset with the brand image of Tata Motors. I request you to please look into this matter and help me get my refund. I am already going through a lot of trouble due to all this. Thanking You. A suffering Tata Motors Brand Lover.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a car Tata Indica-Vista diesel unit on 23rd November, 2012 from Jabalpur Motor, Indore and just completed 4 free services from Sanghi Brothers Agar road Ujjain. I have few things to share. I am not satisfied with the service and behaviour of service provider. I got last service on 15th Oct-2014. They did not wash as pump was not working, did not clear with air cleaner as pipe was broaken. When checked yesterday the left rear door was not opening due to failure of internal lever . All these lead to lost impression on free service of any reputed service station or any company. Sometimes even leads to doubt that they have changed the oil (which is costly) or not, filter has cleaned or changed or not. In my first experience of service I lost 3 original floor mats. I requested for print showing the kilometers of each service, I have not received.I do not know what to do. Pl. advise. Thanks and regards, Dibyendu Mondal

                          Dear Sir, I own LPT/407/34/EX2/PS Vehicle no. UP25BT-1294. The vehicle was sent to Commercial Motors Bareilly 3 days back. The complaint is of leakage of pressure while applying the break. Job card no. is C1/WJC/1401636. But today the vehicle was returned without resolving the problem, saying that they were unable to identify the reason of leakage of pressure while applying break. The vehicle is under warranty. Please resolve the issue.

                            I booked TATA NANO TWIST XT from Pandit Auto, Aundh. Paid final amount of Rs. 128, 724 on 10th Oct, 2014. Insurance was done on 9th Oct. I had specifically asked car to be delivered today (16th Oct.). Despite close follow up no response so far from your dealer. (current time 11.15 am).

                              I bought RAPID TYRE CONSUMING (manufacturing defected) Tata Vista car from Oberai Motors Dehradun UTTARAKHAND on 1/1/2013. But car consume all 4 tyres at only 12500km. Tyres were replaced at Obrai Motors Dehradun and they charged me Rs.15000 @ 75% of MRP of tyres(without warranty). Again front 2 tyres replaced free of cost against warranty at same place that time car ran only 20000km. Now all all 4 tyres again ready to replaced. When I told Oberai Motors about problem they called me at service center at Dehradun. I visited there last time on 7/10/14 but neither they replaced tyres nor problem has been solved. While my place 250km away from Dehradun. They called me there in Dehradun many time but I did not find any solution. Today I talked Mr Sanjeev Walia CRM Oberai Motors on mobile, he told me that Oberai Motors can not do anything on this matter and declared car ok. I feel cheated and frasted myself this time. Please help me at the path of justice. I already filed many complaint against Tata Motors and Oberai Motors Dehradun in Tata costumer care but I got nothing from that side.Tata custmorcare complaint nos. are 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. I think the reputed organization like TATA MOTORS take this matter seriously and recall this manufacturing defected car and sought out the problem according their REPUTATION and consumer satisfaction till then provide me another one and help me to refund the money which is charged me illegally.                                 I have purchased a TATA Zest(XM Mode) from Jabalpur Motors Ltd. Indore on 25.10.2014, my zest is giving very very low average of 10.20km/per litre in city and 14.5km per litre on highway.that is far below of Company`s commitment of 17km per litre.I have complaint 2-3 times to GM Service of Jabalpur Motos Ltd, But as of now no response from his side...thats not fair Tata Motors Part...need immediate invervention...                                   With reference to my customer complaint lodged with your customer care (Complain number 1-[protected]), I need a solution against the complaint given. I have given the vehicle for a service with your authorised service centre, Wasan Motors Service Centre, Deonar on 7th October, 2014. I was told about an approximate expenses of Rs.8000/ wherein there are two other job works to be estimated. Later it was told about an expense upto Rs.26000/. But on third day, the service adviser called me about another major expense, which will further take it to Rs.50, 000/. Today the fourth day, he called up and said that the engine is not getting started and need to open up the engine, which might cost above one lakh apart from other expenses. I asked for works manager to call me but no one was ready to call and update me the status. Even no one is ready to give Work's manager contact number. I'm not ready to get compromised to any solutions other than vehicle is returned back in the same condition I have given for service with oil and filer change.

                                    Multiple problem faced regularly after my purchasing car INDIGO ECS on dated 28.02.2014. My car is completely laying in LEXUS Workshop at Rampur, W.B. Now I am using a hire car in my own cost. Nobody reply me properly when I will get my car. Please advise me what I have to do. It is serious matter.                                         Dear Sir, I have purchased Tata Sumo Victa in 2004. It did work for initial few years. It is showing very frequent head problems. I have changed head/gasket in Mar 2014 at Siva Sankar Automobiles, Srikakulam, AP [protected] which is under Tata Motors. Ten days back same problem has cropped up. I have left the vehicle at same Siva Sankar Automobiles, Srikakulam. They say head gasket is not available. This is told since 10 days. Why Tata Motors does not maintain the item stock?
