Tayal motors not able to provide RC of TATA Zest, very poor response

I am fed up with the type of response people of Tayal motors Faridabad respond to customers. I have bought Zest More than 2month ago(Oct 2014) but I got the RC after 1.5 months but that was a wrong RC as Vehicle mentioned is "Safari" which should have been "Zest". I Major Prem Kumar Sharma owning tata nano registered no 37C 6012 bought during Feb 2010. Battery problem in Tata NANO

wrong billing of tata winger

Purchased tata winger in may 2012, bill was issued showing seating capacity 13+1 which puts the vehicle in the category of commercial mini bus up to 30 seats in Himachal. That means I have to pay passenger Tax for 30 seats every year. I contacted the dealer Libra motors at Bahdala (.H.P.) as soon as I came to know about the mistake while depositing the tax . But the representatives at the dealership flatly refused to make the necessary correction....

not delivering zest car on time

I booked tata zest rt xm in Hundekari showroom Ahmednagar, Maharashtra in mid October. I am really dissappointed due to service of such reknown company. I was told that i will get the car in two weeks. Then they gave me delivery date on 20 nov.After that they sowed me company's letter that my car's delivery date is fix 29 nov 2014. And on 29 again they said the car is not available. I am really fed up and irritated by this waiting period....

No respect for customers

I had booked my new tata zest and was told that we will be getting the car as soon as possible. Forget it being as soon as possible we were never told how long would it take for the car to come.
