AC of my car indigo CS petrol no GJ 5 CE 1232 was out of order. So i gave car to Shreeji Auto- Surat (authorised dealer of TATA) 30 days back. They returned car and said that condenser of AC is out of order so it has to be changed. I paid 2000 rupees advance for that. Even after 30 days, dealer says that we have not received sparepart from Tata motors. So we are helpless. DR. S. D. MISTRY (car owner)

    I have recently bought a tata storm from ahemdabad through csd on 31 dec .how ever on delivery i noticed that the rear ac is not working .i took my car to tata service station concorde mumbai.. They have told that the part is defective and need s to be replaced .however till date nothing has been done to replace the defective part. It is indeed very disappoinment that tata has sold a defective vehicle.

      I HAD GIIVE MY TATA SAFARI FR A/C BLOWER PROBLEM, WHN I TOOK THE DELIVERY, THE DASHBOARD PANEL WAS DAMAGE BY THEIR WORKER, I POINTED THE SAME TO THEM, AFTER DILLY DALLING ME FR 2MTHS, THE CUSTOMER CARE PROMISE ME TO CHANGE THE SAME, ITS BEEN 2 MTHS SINCE THEN, BUT NOTHING IS DONE, NOW WHN I CALL HER, SHE JUST GIVING ME EXCUSE THT THEY HAVE ORDER THE SAME & THT I SHOULD CALL THE SERIVE ADVIOSOR AND SO ON, IT IS OBVIOUS THY DONT WANT TO CHANGE THE SAME, NEVER EXPECTED A CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER TO BE SO SILLY...

So now I had a talk with lawyer for filing case against tata motors and on monday ill be filling case and now let forum will decide car need to fix or needed to replace. Ill be honouring the decision of forum. Now my main concern is this is 6th time and after keeping 5 days in service canter in period of 16 days of purchasing new car still you can't give guarantee that there will be no problem right after in next day, and in this case if I make any damage or accident because abs is not working in manner it has to be THEN who will take responsibility of that?           My brand new one month tata indigo car front glass just cracked by putting in sun rays. Please kindly request to change this glass. I m very disappointed because my car was just under the sun rays and this problem should not happen according to the companies name and fame. And now this is not the season of actual summers then why this problem happens. Please resolve this problem immediately.

Recently I brought nano xt from sbm motors nagaon, which is branch of sbm motors guwahti.when I went to give my car for first service firstly he made me wander for 3 days and finally on 4 th day he took the car and gave it to road side mechanic.when I questioned him he arrogantly said, complain where ever u want.I kindly request to take action, failure of which will force me to go to consumer court.my Tata nano no is As 02 m 9270.

                  i have purchased a second hand car (Tata indigo cs) . but i am not getting good services by jasper vijayawada a.p for 15 days i am facing inconvineance from the side of workshop i sent my car for servicing on that day of delivery it was worst.i complained against it but no responce was given by that side.therefore finally i am sending you this mail.please take serious step and do the needful as soon as possible.
                  My car Tata altroz XT model got delivered on[protected]two months old) at Jasper industries Vijayawada. Till now registration is not completed with RTO due to dull/light chassis number punching which is on down side of the driver side window. Show room people had uploaded chassis number images multiple times to RTO and the same has been rejected by RTO. I am not getting proper solution/support from Sales team and they are saying that this is the problem with RTO not with the vehicle. Already my temporary registration has expired and i cannot drive the car on the road as per rules and insurance also not covered if any damage happens to my vehicle. Hence please take serious step and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    That i have a tata nano car, which number is mp20-cd 0285.i have already taken the AMC for servicing of vehicle .i am facing the pickup/clutch problem .if the four person is sit in the vehicle than vehicle is not able to be pickup /run smoothly. i request the change Vehicle clutch plate at the time of servicing .which has been refused by the service center .Vehicle alignment also denied under the AMC . I am not satisfied with the service of work shop .in-spite of that vehicle is also under four year warranty as provided by the company.

                        I Complaint to tata motors but all is vain no take any action i have complaints Nos. which i registered at Dealers are Malwa- 1-[protected], Auto vikash- 1-[protected] and Dingra Motor- 1-[protected] but no take any action in my car my engine not working properly because it take more engine oil and sounds of engine loudly it RPM is also not working properly race automatically high or low.Car's windows is also not working its mirrors come to out side of windows i am doing its service time to time but i faced many problem and no action take on my complaint.please help...

                          I have a vehicle INDIGO ECS LX TDI purchase from CHAMBAL MOTORS, KOTA registration no. RJ08CA3996 in the name of BHOMESH AGARWAL, Bundi. I had complain many times about vehicle service and warranty product replacement but there is no responce till now. i had complaint at Mumbai Head office[protected] om 06th feb, 2015 at 3.23pm) then they give me no. of Jaipur office landline no.[protected]th Feb, 2015 at 3.28 PM) when i call to jaipur office they told me that we finding issues but how can they find the problem though they dont ask about my Vehicel, Registration no, Name and city. and when i call again they used abuse words to me and cut the phone. i had also meet with Mr. Rajeev Kohli (Owner of Chambal Motors, Kota) but they also didnt give me any response and dont behave like a good person. NOW I AM VERY FEELING SHAME TO PURCHASE TATA MOTORS CARS where no respect for customers and dont give any service. Now iam very disappointed.

                            I have an Indigo eCS Car bearing Registration No AP10AY2986. I had given it for service to your Dealer cum Service Center Malik Cars Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad on 06/02/2015. It was a routine paid service involving general service and change of Oil. The Vehicle was returned today (07/02/2015) at 1900 hours. In the darkness, I could not make out the quality of service. All the same they made me sign some documents indicating satisfaction with Service quality. Later I got a torch and examined the car. To my utter surprise, I found that my Spare tyre and rim had been replaced with an older tyre and rim. I know this for a fact because my spare tyre had not run a single kilometre. I immediately called the Malik Cars Service Adviser Ravi ([protected]) at 1916 hours. He refused to accept it and hence I am forced to make a direct complaint to Tata Motors. Malik Cars Pvt Ltd Invoice # MalikC-TC[protected]. I hope that Tata Motors will intervene and replace my new Tyre & Rim. Otherwise, all customers will loose faith in all these so-called dependable Company Service Centers.

                              My complaint I, , Deba prasad Sarkar owner of TATA SUMO SPECIO.I have purchase my vehicle in july 2000, My chassis was cracked, Within Warranty Period. My Complain code-EA31119, which was replaced by J M A STORES LTD Bokaro Bihar on 03/09/2001(Job code-311000, chessis replacement).Reg No of my Sumo was BR20P9999, E.N:497SP26EZZ737268 and C.N:421055EZZ91223.I was transfer to Kolkata my new R.N of my Sumo is now WB 20G0813.My Sumo is due for Fitness from Barrack pore RTO, Kolkata. Self has gone to RD MOTOR for final check-up prior fitness, they found Eng.NO is alright but Chass.No: is not punched during replacement on my Chassis Frame by JMA STORES LTD Bokaro.I briefed all the details to the Warranty Manager Mr Ramesh Singh, then he told me to wait, After approx '2'hr he advise to Hand -over the Sumo for Service, RD MOTOR will punch the Chassis no on replaced Frame & told Service Supervisor Mr Rajat to mention in Service job card. Next day when I went to for delivery of my Sumo, they have started non co-operation & ignoring for Punching the C.N: on my replaced chassis. This was not only shocking For me but even W/manager Mr Sanjeev sharma started twisting the matter in various ways. Then I came to meet GM RD Motor But he was not available, Receptionist suggest me to Contact TATA MOTOR'S Swadesh Bhattachrya CSM.I talked to him & briefed the details to him.He assured me that within 2/3 days he will do the needful for Punching my Chassis no on my Chassis frame which was over looked by J M A STORS LTD, Bokaro Bihar. Since 02/02/2015 to till date Even Mr Sadesh CSM Tata Motor has not replied/informed/mail me back. NOW Fitness of my Sumo is due and RTO Barrack pore Kolkata. Verification of Both Eng No & Cass.No is a part of FITNESS, Engine no is ok but Chass.No: is blank & plane, Without the chassis no my sumo will be withheld /Scrap/Useless. I have paid the life time tax also & Firs party Insurance. Kindly do the needful on Priority to Punch my Chass.No on my Chassis frame to avoid any Penalty/complications. Thanks & Regards.                                 maine july 2015 me indigoecs gonda ke dealer se li unfortunate car ka accident very next day ho gaya car ki body replace karene me 4 mahine lage sare duplicates part laga diya gaya last january right side ke gate pe motorcycle ne accident kar diya side mirror jo dupliate tauske shise si driver ke muh me chot lag gayi fir repair ke liye gayi tab bhi duplicate parts laga diya car subah bina dhakke ke start nahi hoti tape aaj tak kharab hai fog light jatlti nahi servicing aaj tak nah ki 10000 km chalne ke baad plz aap apni indigo ecs car vapis manga le mai bahut pareshan ho chuka ho ajeet pratap singh owner mobile no [protected]

                                    I RAJESH L. DANDE Co-owner and son of owner SMT SHASHIKALA L. DANDE purchased TATA INDIGO LX TDI vehicle registration no MH-27 BE 701 from A.K. GANDHI MOTORS NAGPUR on 23 AUGUST 2014. Within a week I experience problem for first time of door malfunction and on 4 SEPT 2014 it was repaired from JAIKA MOTORS AMRAVATI.Again within 15 days same problem noticed for second time and it gets solved on 20 SEPT at JAIKA motors AMRAVATI. It was understand for twice as I consider there might be technical issues but it was not my fault at all. Again third time same issue and this time I went to V.L. MOTOR AMRAVATI got sort on 3 NOV 2014. It was Monday and its located in MIDC and power cut day but they don't have backup PATHETIC. Again same malfunction on 25 DEC 2014. As my work place REVENUE DEPT at JALGAON its not possible for me take vehicle to service point so I asked one of the executive to pick the car. He took car on 29 DEC 2014 and kept for 4 days useless for no reason at service point without any update. During those days my mother health was not well and she went by auto to hospital. When I sent my brother after 4 days to service point they said part of the car not available and will be available on 6 JAN 2015 and delivered back on 2 JAN 2015. After that no update at all about spare part. So I called them on 6 JAN as they committed about availability, they said part available but ELECTRICIAN not available. ELECTRICIAN was available on 16 JAN 2015 and for enquiry I used to call them daily. But everything was worse when he said that the part available not working so you have to keep vehicle for a day more. In one day they manage part so why they didn't prior.My question, if the ELECTRICIAN won't be available for lifetime my car should still be there without repair? And if I won't have sent my brother to enquire, was service point planning to keep the car there for a month?. Hence providing NO service at all they don't have basic etiquette at all to apologise. Person buy car to make life easy and happier but in my scenario life became MISERABLE, HARASSABLE and experiencing TORTURE and due to this I can't help my family. Thanks to your disappointing service. I paid for this car in however TATA has given me bunch of problems. If this problem persists then I want car get replaced and sorry to say if not I will take further legal action and email all the car companies about TATA hopeless service. People goes on asking me did you buy second hand car ? This the people comment about your company vehicle and service. Its VERY DISAPPOINTING you TATA are making fool of the customer .TATA advertising for the best but not up to the standard. My contact no [protected]

                                      Dear Sir, I took delivery of Tata Zest XT from Cargo Motors, Khokhra, Maninagar, Ahmedabad on 11-Dec-2014. I was promised by dealer to provide accessories in coming 3-4 days. The dealer asked me to remind them for the same in next 1-2 days. When I reminded them, they said that the TSM has now denied for accessories which isn't ethical. Later, somewhere around 12-Jan-2015, some Ms. Mamta from Cargo Motors called me from cell#: +91 - [protected] and assured me to provide accessories on 17-Jan-2015. She told that they are occupied in some bulk delivery so she requested me to remind them for the same on 16-Jan-2015. I reminded her and she said she's busy and shall call back around 16:00 hours and then there was no call back. Later in the next week, when I called her, she said she has already confirmed this with dealer and shall give me a call back soon. Again there was no call back and till now, whenever I call her, she never receives. These dealers are making fake promises and cheating their customers, that too in the name of such an esteemed organization named "Tata Motors". I would request you to please look into this and kindly help me in providing the resolution by getting me the accessories from the dealer. Regards, Kishore. +91-[protected]

                                        sir, i have a vista quadrajet make 2009. I have given the vehicle to tata servicing centre at way automotives(p) ltd. since todate i havent recieved my vehicle. the vehicle was given for fuel leakage from fuel pump. they told me that there is a problem in the fuel pump it has to be replaced . i agreed to them and told them to do as required but they havent complied to that, i am now douting that they have changed some spares due to which the vehicle is not being repaired . when i visited the workshop the vehicle was liying as a scrab vehicle, all the tyres defleated sir plse verify the fact and do the needful than i will be greatful to you
