Dear Sir/Madam, Iam vijayakumar from kanyakumari, iam an Travel agent and Tour Operator facing lot of problems at your service center, Iam an old customer of Tata motors and now iam totally disappointed on troubles faced at Tata motors (kumaran Automobiles Pvt Ltd) service center at Nagercoil. Please check my profile these are some of the vehicles purchased from Tata motors in RC owner S.C Thangam (my mother) and me (vijayakumar.p) 407 goods vehicle. TN 74 A 9880 TN 74 D 1991 TN 74 D 5600 709 goods vehicle. TN 74 J 4272 Indigo: TN 74 M 6446 Indica: TN74 AA 5382 Indica: TN74 AA 5367 Manza: TN74 AC 2936 winger: TN74 S 7202 407 maxicab: TN74 P6841 and also 3 Tata ace. In past 20 years I have been customer of Tata motors and also in last week I have bought quotation for two indigo tdi and now iam totally disappointed and ready for immediate sales of all Tata vehicles currently I hold. My Tata manza Reg no TN74 AC 2936 at your service center for approx 40-50 days without any work done, when my car attended previous service they told oil is slightly missed with coolant and we have to flush the engine aswellas radiator and also oil cooler has to be changed and this all was done at Tata motors kumaran automobiles Pvt Ltd nagercoil, and when my car attended approx 9000km from previous service during Kerala package my driver informed me there is abnormal noise from engine and he immediately took it to nearby Tata motors at changanacherry and they told there is problem in engine session so please cancel your package and repair the vehicle, the car was brought to Regular service center Kumaran Automobiles they dismantled the engine and informed me bearings and connect rod has been damaged and they Ordered me to pay full amount of Approx 80000 RS and I was not Ready to pay because is my car worth only 80000 RS and my car in there service center and they also threatened me if u you fail to pay full amount as soon as possible your car will be towed to there garage at 90m far at tirunelveli and finally I paid 40000RS approx before 10 days and when I enquired about the status they informed parts have been placed order in pune plant and its delay due to fire accident occurred in pune plant and today morning they informed me that you have to pay 50000 RS more and engine Block has to be changed, I could not understand what is the real thing happening and is it Tata motors Authorized Service center and is there any norms like local private garage demanding full amount at Tata service centers.     Last service of our car Indica Vista no.RJ07-CB-1337 on dt.[protected] at Kms. 1, 12, 394. Marwar Motor, Bikaner tax invoice no. MarMo-BI[protected] dt.[protected] amounting Rs. 2660/-. But we found 15 time car starting since this service. Marwar Motor's Service Manager Mr. Ummed tell us there are nothing any serious problem, just fuse are dead all time. After this service 3 time Marwar Motor's service boy taken car to workshop for checking problem, but result is nothing till yet. Today morning car again problem to start. We request to Mr. Ummed kindly resolved the problem if you can. Now we are suffering Marwar Motors service. Kindly tell us, whre we can complaint. -- DN Garg Mob. [protected]

      Dear Sir, Kindly be advised i had purchased TATA Manza(Chasis no.-MAT613034ALJ30119) on 03rd Sept'14 and had taken 24months extended warrenty at the of purchase.My policy number is[protected].At present my car's clutch is giving some problem.On consulting Rohtak, Haryana tata dealer i am informed that clutch plate needs renewal.Dealer is saying that clutch plate is not covered under extended warrenty list whereas it is clearly mentioned in the warrenty list(page of the same is attached for your refrence)So kindly clearify whether clutch plate is included in the warrenty list.         Cancellation of Car Booking

        Dear all, I had booked a Tata Zest from Rathod Motors, Vapi. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, we would not be able to proceed with the booking and wish to go for cancellation. When inquired with the same from dealer they told us that cancellation charges would be Rs 10, 000. Kindly guide me and help me out on this....

        Dear Sir, I had purchased a TATA ARIA in month of 22 October 2014 from KAMLA SHREE Motors at Bilaspur (Chattisgarh) and whole amount has been paid to him by us but they didn't giving me SERVICE BOOK & IN-VOICE AND REGD NO. Please provide me solution as soon as possible otherwise i have to go under Consumer Forum to take a legal step against TATA Motors dealer shortly.They always extending his promising day to provide it and always make a excuse and now they are saying that you can get back your money on the behalf or RTO paper works.           The above van was bought from Prerana Motors (P) Ltd., in March 2012 with Reg. No. KA 51 MC 4600. I switched to TATA vehicle with a great expectation that the performance would be better. But to my bad luck, the power steering was never steady and free. It has given lots of problems and the service history be referred. Electrical cable problems, gear box problem, low pick up etc. always haunted me as to some uncertainty whether I can take the vehicle out of city for visits as it is to be towed on 3 occasions. Now with such a frustration, when I want to sell away the vehicle, there is no buyers even at low cost. I am so frustrated that I can even donate the vehicle back to Tata Motors as a gift. The vehicle make was withdrawn soon I bought it in 2012 and even the spare parts are not availble with the above dealer or other spare part shops. I am highly dissatisfied with the performance.             Hello Sir, Please Help Me On Issue Which I Am Facing For My Car With Concord Motors . "Tata Cars Are Good But Their Sale And Service Making Them Poor" That Was The Feedback I Got By Competitors Of Tata When I Was Looking For Car For Myself. But I Ignored These Things And Went Ahead With Booking Of Tata Car From Concord Motors Bangalore. Now Its Worst Decision Taken By Me And Whatever Was Told To Me About Tata Sales Is Now Becoming Truth. I Had Booked My Safari Last Month With Offers Available In December Month. I Made All My Payment Well On Time But Concord People Are Saying They Were Not Able To Generate Invoice By 31st Due To Some Issues On Their Side So Now They Are Asking Me To Pay Extra Amount As Per New Price In Jan 2015, Than Only They Will Give Delivery. Its Cheating And Fraud With Customer . For Mistake Done By Them, They Are Asking Customer To Pay For It . Plz Help Me On This. Anand
            Is anyone there to help us??? I doubt whether Tata will take this seriously.Who cares about customer after receiving the money . If they were taking customers seriously like how other manufactures do they would not be in this situation.

            I also made the payment last year but now they are asking for the new price without giving the 333 facility.

            Guys if you want to be happy after buying car just do not buy Tata cars.

            I am not sure should i take the delivery or not .If they had this cheating plan.I would have bought some other cars last year.

            Now all cars price have been increased. We just lost money with this cheaters.

            I do not know blame is on Tata or Dealer but none can give justification here.

              I am writing this mail with absolute disappointment and anger at the way in which I was treated by Concorde Motors as a prospective customer for the Tata Zest. Even after depositing more than half of the car's showroom cost, I was subjected to endless delays, changes in the colour of the car, changes in the terms of sale (where benefits earlier promised were later withdrawn) and changes in the price of the car where demand was made for additional payments to be made for buying the same Tata Zest XMS as apparently the price of the car had changed. For your information, let me put down the timeline of events. I had visited your Prabhadevi showroom on 25th December 2014 to finalise the car deal. I had met couple of officials. To my great shock most of key people were on holiday and all matters could not be finalised. But I gave a cheque of Rs. 21, 000/- to book a ZEST XMS in Red colour. Receipt details: CMIL/02-009. Date of order placed: 25-12-14. I was specifically assured that if I give a booking check on the 25th of December, then the red colour car would be blocked for me. I gave the check to this effect out of pure trust and faith believing that the red color car would be allotted to me. However, I did not know that this was the starting point of my ordeal at the hands of Concorde. Next I visited your Prabhadevi showroom on 27th December 2014 for pending issues. This time around I met many officials.I was told that the red color car for which I gave the check on 25th Dec is not available and hence was asked to accept any other color instead of Red. I flatly refused and insisted that I had given the cheque with the understanding that I will be getting the red color car. I was again ensured that all options would be tried to ensure that I get the red color car and hence was requested to continue with all the other formalities. Again, It was our mistake to believe in whatever the personnel at Concorde told us. We thought that they would do the needful and hence continued with the negotiations. The deal was finalised with the 3 x 3 benefit and price lock. (Extended warranty for 3+1 years, Gold AMC for 3 years, Roadside Assistance for 3 years, Underbody Anti-Rust for 5 years). I gave a cheque of Rs. 3, 52, 448/- as down payment against loan of Rs. 3, 00, 000 from Tata Motors Finance Ltd. The said cheque was deposited and cleared on 29th Dec. When the dealer was not sure about the availability of the red colour car, why was the cheque deposited in the first place? The general impression we get is that Tata Motors is more interested in encashing the cheque then in providing the customer’s choice of the car in time to the customer. On 29th December 2014 the loan official had come to my residence for signing of the documents. Since some of the terms and conditions of Tata Motors Finance were not acceptable to us, it was not signed. On 30th December 2014, I had visited your Prabhadevi showroom regarding the previous day car loan issue. Since it could not be solved mutually, the loan is now being taken from Car Finance, HDFC Bank Ltd. We spent considerable amount of time and effort to arrange for the car finance from HDFC Bank since Tata Motors Finance had unacceptable terms which they were not ready to negotiate. We had sent a mail on 30th December post the meeting at your showroom listing down our needs and requirements. However, we did not receive any reply to this mail from anyone in Concorde or Tata Motors. That gave a clear message to us that Tata Motors is not interested in customer satisfaction or customer benefit. In the new year, there was a surprisingly long period of lack of communication from Concorde Motors to us on the exact situation prevailing on our order. We tried to call the concerned officials multiple number of times but there was no reply from the respective personnel at Concorde. Finally, on 8th January 2015, we received a call from Concorde informing that there is no 2014 model available to be allotted to us. We were offered 2015 model at the revised 2015 prices. This in effect meant that we were asked to shell out Rs. 27000 more to buy the same product which we had signed up for on 27th December 2014. We were also informed that we will not receive the 3 year AMC earlier promised to us. This in effect meant that I was expected by the dealer to bear additional cost of Rs. 42000 minimum ( 27000 cash upfront and loss of 3 year maintenance o[censored]pto 5000 p.a.) for an issue where we were not in fault anytime. We were very clear right from the start and had never made any changes in our preferences for the type and make of the car which we wanted. The dealer also considered us to be fools so tried to pass off the alloy wheels as an additional benefit being provided to us at no additional cost which in fact was a regular component of the 2014 model. When I had signed up to buy the 2014 model, how can the alloy wheels be shown to me as an additional benefit. This is again mockery of the customer wants at the hands of Concorde Motors. Tata is such a trusted brand name and we never expected such treatment of the customer at the hands of Tata Motors. We are thoroughly disappointed and angry at the treatment meted out to us and have made up our mind regarding the purchase of the car. The following are the minimum requirements which should be offered to us else we would be forced to cancel the deal and would have to ask for refund of all the funds paid by us till date without deduction of any cancellation charges.

              I am also in the same page i made the full payment on 26 to KHT Whilefiled now they are telling the same story what you heard from Concorde I do not know what to do.I am really pissed off with their cheating behaviour.

              Because of this Harassment new car happiness is going away..we will be losers in both the ways whether buy the car or not buy the car.

                Its didn't even run 3 months /3000 KMS my car has become the worst which I have ever seen in my life.

                Show room: Ebony auto, Near Nagawara, Bangalore, Karnataka.

                1) Gear box became like play box which is like very sensitive (As like touch screen )
                2) Engine sound and pulley sound is more than a diesel engine.
                3) Fan sound which i never faced such sound in cars.( As high as aeroplane thrust sound)
                4) Even though clutch has been adjusted for thrice from the time i bought my vehicle within 3 months now it is for the fourth time to adjust.
                I lost interest in going around showroom each everytime.
                Enough is enough i would like to request Tata to suggest me on this whether my problems will be taken to consideration or Should i go legally to rectify my problem.

                Kindly take this with priority and do the needful.

                  This is in regards to my vehicle Tata sumo Gold reg no MH 04 GD 1524 which is a T permit car and it's on business in a private firm.I gave my car for repair on 22nd Dec wherein they said the failure would not be covered under warranty because i missed my fourth service and i had no option but to agree to this however the failure was nowhere related and had not occurred due to the service which i missed Now since i asked them to repair the car and will pay it from my pocket its been almost 20 odd days the car is still not ready and this time it's not my fault that i m gonna bear the losses, it's because of Tata motor's because they did not and could not arrange the part which was not in stock due to whatever reason . Now since because there is a delay and i have incurred tremendous loss because of this since I had to pay my two drivers who are on payroll and also the car which was just stationery for all this days i had to pay my installment amount when my car could not do business for all the days where it was at your workshop I want some1 to look into this and work out a solution for the loss . This has been the worst service i have ever received in my lifetime My last option if you guys cant help me is Consumer forum i am definitely not going to take all the loss i have suffered Regards Peter Fernandes [protected]

                    Hi, I own Zest XT and really not happy with the way issues are tackled at TATA. After buying Zest in Oct 2014 (which is my first TATA car) from TATA Oberoi in Noida Sec 63, I felt happy as car is really nice and it reflects how much TATA must have invested in it. However, over a period of 3 month I am now reconsidering any future relationship with TATA or recommending TATA to anyone. Below is the sequence of issues I came across 1. Right after 15 days I started encountering issue with car getting stopped while driving (frustrating when you are in heavy traffic or traffic signal). For this I visited twice to Oberoi, however, they were not able to identify the root cause 2. Two days back (Jan 12th) I had my car's first service. Then I got to know that it requires Software update, hence, from Sec 63 they sent car to Sec 1. With full fuel tank I received back my car with less than half of the tank. On top of it, there is no explanation even after complaint 3. It also had issue of weird sound beneath car while taking U turns 4. When car was delivered back to me, its interiors were full of dust and door pads (not sure why TATA placed cloth on doors) were full of Greece 5. I complaint for it and post that on Jan 14th my car was taken once again to resolve pending issues 6. They took 6 hrs, however, issue is still pending and cleanliness is not at all taken care of 7. Right after car was delivered, I got call from Oberoi for feedback. Surprisingly, while I am giving the feedback the lady over the phone preferred talking to someone else. When I checked if she is listening to me or not, she said sir please continue and then in the middle of the conversation she dropped the call I am really not sure that if Zest has these issues in just 3 months, how much more pain it is going to be moving ahead. Even after few issues I recommended Zest to many of my friends and relatives in the first 2 months, with a hope the it will resolve soon. However, now even I am reconsidering my decision to be part of TATA family. While I am raising complaint, I am not very confident if TATA is going to do anything about it. Sanjeev [protected]

                    The same situation with me even. I will not recommend anyone if they ask me about the car.

                    Gear box, clutch, engine noise, Fan sound are the problem with my car which is of 3 months old and not even with 3000 kms far.

                    Its brand new car which shouldnt have any troubles for at least couple of years but it started with only two months.

                    Worst car I ever deserve this.

                      Respected Sir/Madam, I regret to say, I am facing oil burn issue day one I purchase my Car & now more than 2 years, please check your system for MH-12-HV-6770 Manza record. In the past "Tata Pandit Auto Service Center Engineer" already top-up engine oil multiple times rather every 2000 to 3000 km and run the car for 200 to 2500 / 4000 km to confirm the issue, my car has already run more than 15000 to 20000 km unnecessary out of total 30000 km.to confirm oil burn again and again. If you check your record you will find my car at Tata service center (Tata Pandit Auto, Sahakar Nagar ) every 2000 to 3000 km for oil burning problem, For example just in last 10000km my car is at 20000km then 22500km then 24500km then 26500km, 29200km and now visiting to service center for just Oil Top up & till date I paid for oil even though it is under AMC except once I refuse to pay for oil. Issue is going on since beginning, we discover when Turbo has failed in Dec-2012 after 1 months of servicing & in just 8 months after purchased new car, and Service Center started oil topping up till date. Now I have feeling, I am just wasting my car running km, time, money, AMC period, Engine Warranty period etc. Or Tata guys are waiting to complete the warranty & AMC period? I am continuously following, I have email thread as well. I don't know if there is no root cause observed at service center then why are not to escalated with Tata Motors? If any vehicle is visiting service center continuously then even no one cares from Tata why the customer is visiting? I have got appointment for Next Schedule Servicing at 30, 000 km on this Saturday 17-Jan-2015 for Sahakarnamga Work Shop. As first step, I am raising my concern here so if there is someone considering consumer complaints so can plan appropriately to escalate & track my problem. I hope I will see some positive steps towards my problem resolution. Or else I am relay frustrated and now ready to take any action. Make a note it is mentally harassing me. As first step, I am raising my concern here so if there is someone considering consumer complaints so can plan appropriately to escalate & track my problem. I hope I will see some positive steps towards my problem resolution. Or else I am relay frustrated and now ready to take any action. Make a note it is mentally harassing me.                           Dear Sir, I have recently purchased a tata zest from Concorde Motors Mumbai. The car delivered to me seems to be defective, at the time of Delivery the car had problems with ignition and the ignition use to stop while driving the vehicle in gear. The authorised person for TATA Mr.Ajay Wankhede from Concorde Motors Andheri assured that the problem was because of Spraying Heavy water at the time of Cleaning and the Water had gone in spark-plug reason which ignition was stopping, he said it would not occur again once the car would heat up properly and water would evaporate. Certain noises in the loose fitting of interiors and ratling noise at the time of driving the vehicle for the first time was also there so I he assured he will fix the issue after an hour of discussion. Later after the delivery there were certain issues like the cars front bonnet plastic panel fitting was loose the gear use to make noise at the time of putting the gear in reverse and issues with central locking and unlocking were also there. Hence I made a complaint at the dealers office and he arranged for pick up tested and rectified a few things of the car at my fuel expense and sent me the car back and when I get the vehicle back to me there is nothing fixed the car is still giving issues about gear locks, ratling noise and ignition issue. Hence there itself I show their technician at the time of delivery and tell him to ask tata for replacement for a factory manufactoring defect, on his continuous request I send the car back to their workshop for further repairs of a brand new car in a span of 10 days once again he does something with the car and when I get the car back still the gear problem and ratling noise of the vehicle remains as it is. He delivers the car and tells me I cannot do anything about it. They have a Pathetic Service and no responsibility for the product they sell. My car is under warranty and I have all the proofs with me Job cards which are made for repairs and issues countered at the time of delivery of a brand new vehicle. TATA says ZEST is something what they have made after 3 years of work, But I say TATA has no experience in making cars they should only make trucks. Please follow up for me and make TATA pay for cheating clients and giving false commitments. It has been : 20 days 900kms 3 Repairs still defects in the vehicle And the first defect encountered at the time of delivery itself. Thanks & Regards, Meena K Shah.                             I have purchase New Tata Indigo ecs LS car from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh near about only 5 months before. Dear sir as complaint I want to inform you, Car was run on the road with 60km/hr speed then the oil filter put out automatically from there hose and whole Oil was scattered in engine. So that one light showing on screen then I immediate stop the car for check up and we have find that situation. I informed all incident to our dealer contact person and customer care also with complaint no.[protected]. Dear sir After reaching the Car in Workshop All staff not behaving properly and Saying all Risk is your own, it means that not a company responsibility and tell me The Car Engine may be Repair therefore the car is Running only 20000km till now. I search many car before purchasing that but I blind trust on TATA product so I have finalize tata car. I remind now, it was my wrong decision ? I request you please help in proper way.                               This is lovekush yadav and I am writting this e-mail in great displeasure. I am working as Section Officer in Election Commission, New Delhi. I have purchased Tata Zest (XM) from M/s Motor Sales Ltd, Station Road, Lucknow. Following are the details of the vehicle:Registration No. UP 32 FV7276Engine No. MAT623226ELH16301 The irresponsible behaviour of the Motor Sales started on the day of delivery of car i.e. on 22.10.2014, when i was given only two service coupon with the car manual. Not only this, the first service coupon was kept with them stating that it will be required for servicing. This was a task, which forces me for the servicing of my vehicle in Motor Sales only. Further, when i asked for the third service coupon, Motor Sales replied that they can do nothing in this matter as third service coupon has not been received from Tata motors. I am continuously asking for the 3rd service coupon, but nothing has been done on behalf of Motor Sales. I have visited Motor Sales in last three month at least ten times. I was also required to change the front bumper of my Zest car. Every time when i made telephonic conversation with tata motors, they replied that bumper is available with them but when i visited the motor sales, no bumper was available with them. This happened five to six times in three months. There is no responsible person available in Motor Sales, who can be contacted. I have contacted nearly 10-15 irresponsible persons of motor sales in recent times. Few of them areMr. Mukherjee, Manager Spare Parts, Mr. Ahmad, Ms. Parul, Ms. Saba, Ms. Seema Khan etc. The behaviour of Mr. Mukherjee was worst. He was treating that he is obliging in giving some information. Actually Mr. Mukherjee does not know, what spare parts are available with them and what are not. Due to his wrong information, I have visited 5-6 times to motor sales. I have also visied Motor Sales on 9th Jan 2015 for the 1st forceful free servicing. The irresponsible bahaviour of Motor Sales continues this time also. I have individually asked the persons for the washing of my vehicle. Sh. Rahesh Yadav was the service adviser, but he does not know the status of the vehicle, he is responsible for. He made a gate pass for the exit of the car but the drying and polishing of the vehicle was not done. I personally asked the persons to kindly dry and polish the vehicle. Sh. Rajesh has also given me a feed back form for the servicing, but he himself does not know what it is or what it contains. Now i am in such a situation that i am thinking that i have made a wrong decision to purchase a tata zest car form Motor Sales.                                 Hi, I am having Indica Vista TDI and registration number MH-31-EK-5193. I have done the 10, 000 km servicing from U motors Pune.They have charge me for wheel balancing and alignment .But that was not at all done as there machine is not in the running condition .I have complaint regarding the same that my car balancing and alignment and I having difficulting in driving the car.They asked to again bring the car to service center they will solve out, but unfortunaly same thing happens with me. If this type of servicing is provided by tata motors, then I think that I have choosen wrong brand of car.Please take some severe action againts such service provider which are actually diminishing the company brand.                                   Complaint regarding new tata zest. This car is worst ever seen in market.fake promises and worst manufacturing. This is extremely sad to see such a pathetic car manufacturing by tata as well as extremely low grade service provision by tata itself.especially when car is hardly a month old which stayed for more than a week with tata service station.!!!such non sense car is this ? First of all claims of making car of international standard is just fake.this car has not served purpose of even cycle to me. Since day of buying this car ..there are issues..which are very very critical . On day one of buying itself there was major issue of head lights and engine stop over at lower rpm (like slowing down car from 2nd gear to first gear);for which dealer has only fixed headlight issue by changing bulb of right head light.about engine issue?it was told that it is due to hard clutch in new car it would resolve with time..there is no problem at all. Problems persisted and few day later there was a warning light on speedometer console which conveyed engine issue due to yellow light of engine.had to send car to company service and had to suffer a lot of hassle by dealer "CArgo motors"... And again they just deleted the codes set the clutch and gave car back to me.. Of course problem persisted ...and started increasing ..like frequent switch off of car on running on highway while reducing the gear to low speed.suddenly dragging of steering to left started (who would be responsible if accident happens with this faulty car?)..following to these problems; sudden stop of music system control from steering mounted switch occurs and non stop reverse gear beep sounds comes ..and smooth control of auto climate a.c. goes off! Can you imagine these many problems in a brand new car? Along with drag of car feel was so horrible as if someone is hitting the car from back.. These many serious issue...again had to take car to service station and now almost since almost seven days car is with " yash motors-narol -Ahmedabad ". These all nonsense now I can't tolerate ...and I'm facing a huge harassment due to this bogus and defective car by Tata.i'm so much in pain now that facing my downgraded image in my prestigious circle and family.I am a huge follower of " make in India "campaign and that the reason I bought tata car to raise those Indian manufactures to highest level possible ...but people are laughing on my decision.You all have failed in keeping up your promises to a genuine high standard customer like me..a doctor ;who has canceled my booking of " Honda city"and bought "zest" just by craze of mine to spend in an Indian brand .tata has proved that Indian brand is at all not for quality oriented people like we doctors.. You tata people are for taxy drivers only. Now -Not only I have lost faith in tata ..but entire Indian manufacturer lobby.. I'm too much angry that I'm not going to leave this matter without taking it to media or court and tata will have to pay the penalty against harassment done to me and spoiling my busy schedule by promising me false commitment of handing over car to me each after noon and then to evening and then to next day afternoon and evening and so on you have spoiled my 7 days on last week. Me, Being a renowned doctor all across state ...I have faced a huge financial loss by canceling all my evening clinic due to your commitments of delivering my car in each evening since last seven days .and as today also you have not delivered my car I can't go to one conference which I have to attend in rajkot and from there I have to travel to mumbai. All my schedule is spoiled ..who would pay for all these?of course tata motors. Now I don't want this bull car ...at all ! you keep it with you and pay my all money back with interest of these one month and also price of my revenue and image loss as still car is with you at workshop. And if above is not done at the earliest ...I am going to take all necessary legal action as well as involvement of media specially during vibrant gujarat festival is going on. Pls resolve the issue asap and give my money back.

                                      Dear Sir, We are facing lots of problem after purchasing Tata Nano LX.We purchased this vehicle on April-2013 from Lexican Motors.But at the time of delivery of vehicle we observe that Mobil is leaking that time we complain Lexican motors they told nothing is their after few days we observe in this vehicle Water is their below the seat beside the battery for that also we complain & demand to change our vehicle.That time that hole is repair.Now my Vehicle is running only 1400 km till second servicing left.But we observe lots of problem. 1. Engine Problem- At the time of starting engine gives sound also engine become heat. 2. Silencer pipe become rust also in body rust happen and all nuts become rust. 3. Light- At the time of running vehicle light become automatically off. 4. Pickup problem. 5. Oil- Consumption of oil become maximum without running the vehicle. 6. Front Glass become spotted also wiper problem. 7. Steering become Jam.also steering coulomb become rust. 8. Fan noice happen. 9. Battery problem automatically start off. 10.
