It has been a miserable experience till now in booking Tata Nexon tagged as the "Safest Car". Is it getting too safe for Tata Motors to even deliver the car?

I had booked my Nexon XMA car (Daytona Grey) from Key motors, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore on 16th July. I was given hope that the delivery will happen within 12-16 weeks. After numerous follow-ups and uncommitted deadlines they are not yet sure when the car will be delivered.

It has been more then 18 weeks since I booked the vehicle and there is still no information about my car's delivery.

My concern with Tata Motors and Key Motors is
1. If Tata Motors for any reason is not able to deliver the car within the stipulated time frame then why have they not bothered to inform the Customer.
2. Is it issue capability or capacity with Tata Motors. Why are they aggressively promoting new models when they should be concerned with completing their existing orders.
3. If we are facing such hassles in the delivery itself, what service can we expect post delivery from the company tagging their car as the"Safest Car"

While Tata motors keep on aggravating the "Safest Car" Slogan, the reality is that they should first stick to their commitments. The "Safest Car" slogan will not take them anywhere if they are not realizing the importance of timely commitment and customer satisfaction.

    There is a problem with the new TATA Nexon petrol XZA+ S in May 2021(HR 87F0633).
    Sometimes the creep function has the issue due to which RMP got stuck at a higher range and it will be canceled until not accelerated.

      I booked tat Tiago and pay online rs.5000 five thousand to Tata motors then shoroom at that time closed because of corona .
      After opening of showroom I demandto refund my amount .
      Then afters following they told you submit ur bank statement then I supply this and other documents thereafter showroom dealer said I am not liable for it . You told to Tata motors head office .then I contact theough customer care they told I will see but no any responce and dealer avoiding refund as well as Tata motors avoiding for refund Tata motors deceive me by not giving refund amount rs.5000/-
      They harrass me mentaly .please refund my amount rs.5000/-

        This is new Tata harrier bearing no ka05 my 1753
        Due to painting or material the back side body part have corrosion and it is spreading
        I complain to Prerana motors Bangalore and awaiting approval from Tata motors
        Therefore send approval and repair the corrosion at earliest

          I have add new touch screen and camera onmy tata nexon(xm), After the fitment, i am facing issues, no touch response, Bluetooth disconnected, Reverse double guidelines, and i cannot get my sensors beep sound, and my air filling machine is useless due to, Useless ports, Really disappointed about tata.

              I booked TATA altroz XT Petrol Red color on 19-OCT-2021. I mailed on customer care, S P VEHICLE, MAKARPURA VADODARA dealer. But They told me that waiting period is 45 Days and if company billed you'll get your car after 5-7 days but today 43 days done but still not any confirmation from the company. PLEASE solve my issue ASAP.

                We purchased a new tata altroz 4 to 5 month back. in this time period car stopped working many time and the service center is not giving any permanent solution for the same.we cannot take this car on a long ride because of the continuous fear that the car will stop working any time.so I want a replacement for my new altroz

                  Iam the first onwer of safari in Rajasthan I have already made a clear dession to preache this new generation safari. But this is the worst choice ever because in my safari every time when Iam on highway speed at 120km and suddenly there is a road breaker and then we slow down speed and down the gear in 2nd number and when I cross over breaker safari engine becomes off every time. in starting days I thought it’s may be due to Iam driving safari frist time and whenever I will be Habitual and after 1st and 2nd service it’s may be resolve. This the main and frist problem 2nd problem is lag problem Iam not taking about all safari it’s may be in my safari but there is no effect seems either I am in sport mode or city mode there is lag between every gear change. In this safari about 3.. to..5 sec lag after changing every gear I have several time visited at service Center different district service Center but problem is still present when I have loosed all hope regarding this issue I made a vedio with covering all problems and I post it on QUESTION MARK ? Chanel on YouTube after that local service Center give me a test drive of another safari but I feel those safari perfect and then service Center driver and machanics drive my safari for around 5km and in 5km They also face same problem which is engine off in 2nd gear after that they took my safari at service Center and after 3 days they give me back this safari and they change clutch plate without any problem and give me back my safari and when I take test drive that time 3 members sitting with me and Iam only and they are 3 person they are trying to convince me that I should change my self according this safari which is totally useless.

                    I am Poonam Gupta from Jammu, I was Purchased a Tata Tiago XZ+ Petrol on 24th Nov 2021 from Feardeal Motors Jammu. I was such a worst experience from this dealer to buy a dream Car. On time of delivery, there is no customer delivery Photography, there is no click with my car, there is no cake cutting or some kind of gift from dealers end. I saw video on YouTube related tiago delivery 99 out of 100 times dealer give special feel in time of delivery to customer, but on my time nobody treated like this. I have 2 more cars except this and on delivery time they give us special delivery perform like cake cutting, hiding car through Cover, artificial key for photography and else. So kindly take a serious action on that kind of dealer. They only want to sale ur product not to satisfied customers.

                      Delivery of Tata NEXon Vehicle got delayed even after 80 days against the commitment of 8 Weeks. Dealer as well as TATA Motor keep the customer in dark on the readiness of TATA Nexon Vehicle and are also not sure on the delivery of Vehicle. I also write a mail to Gokulam Motor, Chennai, Chrompet Customer Care Executives and TAta Motor Customer Care Delivery Team.
                      Unable to get the DElivery Status . There is huge system lapse in dealing with the customer and also unable to give the visibility on delivery which is defintely affect TATA brand image.

                        We bought a new car- Tata Tigor in March 2021. This month we went to Chennai for Diwali and during the floods 2 weeks back, it was Submerged in water. We gave the vehicle for servicing in the nearest TATA authorized Garage - Lakshmi Tata in Ambattur Chennai.

                        We got a call from the garage that the total bill for repairs will be approximately 8.5 Lakhs. The car was bought for 8.9 lakhs in March and the repair cost which does not include the engine and other fine parts is 8.5 lakhs approximately. I Do not understand how Tata manages to sell their vehicle at such a low cost, if the cost of the spare parts are so high. We have been told to rather go for Scrap value.

                        I do not understand whose fault this is. Is it our fault because we opted for a company like Tata Motors, trusting that they make good quality vehicles and unfortunately their brand nee car could not even survive a single flood.

                        Why don't they show it in their advertisements that these cars are only meant for looks and will not survive any Floods/Rains and say that it fine lines- Buying this vehicle will be at your own risk just like investing in Mutual Funds.

                        We will have to bear a loss of approximately 2 lakhs because of the Poor Quality of your car manufacturing. We want an explanation from Tata Motors on what went wrong and who will bear the loss for this.

                          I am owning 2021 Altroz XZ iturbo ran just 2000 kms. I have faced the fuel pipe issue two times in just 40 days.

                          It has been attacked by rodents. But the concern is the fuel pipe provided is of very poor quality and is so vulnerable prone to rodent attacks.

                          Even the pipe provided with domestic gas connections are of very good quality but the fuel pipe provided in a 10+ lakh car is not up to the mark.

                          Why the pipe is provided not in metal?

                          Kindly address this issue as high priority as the fuel leakage may cause fire and adverse impacts on surroundings.

                            RSA and extended warranty

I had booked Tata Nexon with Bafna motors, Pune and they could not deliver my vehicle for around three and half months and I had received multiple messages from Tata Motors, as per the message from Tata Motors I was supposed to get 1 year extended warranty and RSA.

                            One day I received a call from Ankit saying Bafna motors has got some financial issues and they won't be able to deliver my...

                            Hi, My name is Himanshu Raghav. I had booked a Yodha 1200 CBC from A & A Motors(Greater Noida) on 3rd, Sept 2021 with the agreed on-road price of Rs. 7, 70, 000 and the delivery was done on 8th, Sept 2021, from that day onwards It all came crashing down. I am being harassed by the dealership for everything. I have listed the reasons below:
                            1). My vehicle was financed through Tata Motors Finance, the dealership told me that Rs. 7, 40, 950 was received by TMF, and the rest you have to pay, so I paid rs. 30, 000(Rs.7000 on booking and Rs.22, 050 on delivery day) but I was not provided the RO for which I kept requesting the dealership for over a month. Later, I contacted Divya Mam(through lots of contacts) in TMF and she provided through which I came to know that and the amount paid by them to the dealership was Rs. 7, 63, 950. SO, I contacted the dealership regarding this and they told me that they will refund me the excess amount [(7, 70, 000 (on-road price) - 7, 63, 950(TMF paid)-30, 000(I paid)] = -23, 000.
                            So, I was told that this amount will be refunded in a month in September but now almost three months and lots of calls, harassment later, I was given only Rs.4, 432. Now, they aren't picking up my calls and refuse to provide me with my refund. Please help.

                            2). The vehicle I was provided had almost 2000km on its odometer which we were told illogical reasons.

                            3). We were provided with only a single key and after requesting for multiple weeks, they replaced the lock but it was done so recklessly that the lock is very tight.

                            4). For registration they took over a month.

                            Now, I just want my refund in full for which they are refusing. Please help me regarding this.

                              I have vooked the Nexon Ev on August 29, 2021 from Puneet automobiles, prabhadevi, Mumbai, the commitment period given was of 60days, but till now i haven't received the delivery. now they are saying it will take 1 more month.

                              Don't know what to do.
                              Pls guide.

                                    Hi, while booking altroz xz iturbo, they promised me that semi-digital instrument cluster will be provided. But when vehicle arrived to warehouse, it's completely analogue. Also vehicle kept fully dirty there. Once vehicle is cleaned need to check other features too. Your sales person also not very attentive, no idea about technical. People believe in Tata but your employees doesn't keep promises & commitments.

                                      I have booked tata Nexon EV on August 2021 under the promise ofcar delivery by 10 September 2021.but now its end of November yet no response form showroom. Even the sales people were so rude and give answers like we didn't aksed you to book car or we are not manufacturing cars. So fed up of this behaviour.
