The behaviour of staff are very poor, they have no sense of manner that how to talk to customers, how to treat customers .Me and my family were very disappointed with this type of behaviour/service from tata motors dealers.So i hope company take strict action against that type of dealers and my feed back is poor to dealers service .

    I have been a loyal customer of Tata since 2000. We bought 5 tata cars since 2000, indica xeta, then safari storme in 2013, my nexon in 2019 and my wifes nexon in 2021. Also we bought a tiago. The service we got had been better.

    I would like to inform you that my nexon body had started rusting just before 1 year of purchase. I had already informed Kamakhya motors...

    My old parents went to Balaji Motors Aundh to service their Bolt Diesel and they had two specific complaints: One was that the gears were hard and other was, the high beam & low beam fuse in the fuse box used to burn every now and then & they had already changed the fuse thrice. The service advisor ( Gyanoba Mirkale ) gave them an estimate of 21k and then called them the third day and told them that it will be 43000. So finally I decided to get in touch with this advisor and after confronting him I got to know that he is unnecessary changing other parts of the car and increasing the bill and also some of the things he mentioned didn't make any sense for example, he told me that changing the timing change is costing 9500. I checked with a friend who has a spare shop and he told me that the timing chain of bolt & zest is for 2.5k & you can count 1k more as labor charges to the max, he changed both the projectors bulbs and front wipers when both the things( bulbs & wipers) were perfectly fine and were not even told him to changed, I Seriously don't understand how this Mirkale was being so pathetic & illogical. And, finally after the confrontation when he understood that I have a knowledge about the prices of parts he put out a bill of 25k and didn't even solve the main issues for which the car was given for servicing which is the high beam fuse issue and gear issue. To every question about the part, he was like " I have called & only then changed everything". That answer was so easy for him as he also very well understood that my father didn't understand much about the car plus my other question is how can an estimate increased by almost double the price on third day!, I understand that once the actual car is taken on ramp the mechanic understand the issues better and then the prices get increased but in my scenario he didn’t even addressed the actual issues reported by the customer and changed other parts which were I believe perfectly well as my father didn’t have any other complaint than the ones mentioned above and still he mentioned double rate which is 43k!!!.. I have myself worked for a software company that makes software for showrooms & service centers. I am well aware about the shady practices of the service advisors like Mirkale, they don't call customers to inform about the part fixes but to understand the spending capacity of the customer. Seriously, looking at the ratings of this service center I am shocked! Total dissatisfaction with Balaji Motors.

    P.S: I have attached the initial estimate given to my parents on the 1st day and the final bill( in white) given at the end of the servicing without doing the actual work for which the car was given to servicing. Also, in the pink snap of the rough job card you can see his estimate for the timing chain. I can share the whole service bill if anybody wants to verify my claim.         I already filed a complaint about it on 15.12.2021. It is in process now. Now today i am adding more information and actual status of till date.
        I attxching more documents about my complaint.
        The gm of chandrani enterprises pvt. Ltd. Mr. Nitesh initially promised me that they would deliver the car by 20.11.2021. So accordingly i had paid the booking amount ₹21000 on 20.10.2021 and on 30.10.2021 i deposited more ₹25000 in favour if dealer. Moreover, on 28.10.2021 the loan was sanctioned and disbursed and check printed on 03.11.2021 in favour of the dealer, as gm mr. Nitesh promised to deliver by 20.11.2021.
        And now as i've i've already stated earlier that i haven't recieved the delivery even by 16th of dec 2021. And my first emi of the loan has already been debited. Before making the previous complain the when i wanted to have a word with them, none of the dealer and its staff entertained me anyway. After the last complain i made, they contacted me & mr. Nitesh with his customer relation manager has sent an email stating that i would receive the delivery by 19th that is today but till we haven't received it yet.
        Now it's high time i would like to request you to take a serious action against them, it's affecting my reputation in the society and family well initially some of mental health as well.

          I've booked tata NEXON XMS petrol variant on September 21, 2021 by paying Rs. 20, 000 booking amount. (Receipt no. : SMN/NSK/[protected] Under Sterling Motors, Nashik (MAHARASHTRA) Pin : 42 20 01

          By the time I was booking the vehicle, dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle on 15 October On special occasion of Dasehara. So hoping I will get the vehicle delivered on that day. But they didn't responded.

          When I call and ask the dealer on Sept 15th about vehicle delivery he told he is trying hard to find a vehicle to deliver, but he is unable to find any. He gave his sales executive's number to talk. When I called his manager they told they are unaware and are not responsible for his dealer words and they will do some arrangements to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible.

          When I asked for a expected delivery date they told me they will deliver it by November 3rd on Diwali Occasion.

          And next time when I going to ask for the delivery to the sales executive they answer back, TATA company did not providing us minimum order of the cars and it's not in our hand, we are trying to get your car till 25 December on Christmas. They suggest us a choice to buy a another colour car instead of WHITE. Cause another colour is available to deliver now.
          If I'm invested more than 10 lakh amount in car then why I'm compromise in colour, or any other specifications. this is my life savings amount and dream to buy a best car under this price range then why the hell I'm going to compromise about that.

          Now today Dec 19 2021 again I called a dealer guy (One who explained the car features and took booking) to ask about vehicle delivery, he is again telling we are trying hard to deliver your vehicle before the New Year and he is not sure that can happen or not. Also, they saying from the next year TATA can be increased their car prices. If your car delivered before the next 2022 year then it's not an issue but if your car came after Jan 1st then you have to increase some amount in quotation and you have to pay more. Is this true or it just a delivery techniques to force the customers to buy a car what they available now on their TATA showroom.

          My current situation is when Sterling Motors said we're delivered your car in just 15 days then I sold my old car, cause if they really delivered the car then I'm suffering from parking issue in my living location. and then from last 3 months me and my family suffering for many problems due to car like urgent hospitalisation and many more things.

          TATA provide us many features and best safety measurements in the whole country that's why we moved to the TATA but if TATA can't provide their cars to the customer then we have to move on again to the another company but we trust on TATA.

          Please do some justice.

              I have booked tata tiago XT variant from Sree gokulam motors Chengalpattu showroom on 18/12/21.i have emailed for cancellation of booking on 14/12/21.email sent to [protected]@gokulammotors.com and tl6gokulammotors.com as told by the showroom people.Till now I haven't received any refund of my booking amount and downpayment.also no response from anyone.total refund is 40000rs(11000 booking amount and 29000 downpayment).kindly look into this matter and do the needful

                This is with regards to my recent car purchase.
                I have purchased and taken delivery of Tata Punch on 17th December 2021. On the same day I noticed a few scratches on the dashboard and the AC panel is loose and sliding in. I am attaching a photo of the same. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the showroom next day (18th December). However, the employees here are not helping and blaming me for the scratches and not taking any responsibility.

                    today (17/12/2021) I recieved a call from a person named Neha Kumari who was offering me a job ad asked for some documents after that she asked me to pay 1100/- registration fees for employee ID generation and she was offering me a job role of Technical Supervisor and according to my knowledge this job role is only for mechanical engineers then I kept my friend on coference call and he asked her few questions like what is job role? what is eligibility criteria?, what is notice period? and legal mails or documents like offer letter etc. but she was not able to answer the questions she was continuously creating urgency so we disconnected the call I tried to upload recording in attatchments but am not able to upload it so I am attatching some proofs and contact numbers of the person whose name is Neha Kumari

                      I've booked for Tata Punch Adventure with Rythm Pack from Tata Motors Lexus Kamarhati showroom on 3rdNovember 2021. Since then many a times I contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21000 as a booking amount. Please provide me the car within this month or provide me refund. I can't wait for such long blindly.

                      I've booked for Tata Punch Adventure with Rythm Pack from Tata Motors urs car at Mysore showroom on 3rd December 2021. Since then many a times I contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21000 as a booking amount and availed loan for this car, already one Emi deducted from my account and second Emi due on next week. Every month I am losing 4500 as interest with out owning car. Please provide me the car within this month or provide me refund. I can't wait further. I got reward for supporting Indian car maker.

                      I have booked TATA punch pure on November 18 2021 today is march 8 2022 till now I have not got delivery of the car, and the Dealer is not sure about the delivery date,
                      TATA has bad repute...
                      They only seem to be interested in laucnching new cars...when it comes to delivery of their cars to customers they don't bother the delay...sad and poor attitude
                      I booked my punch adventure in February 2022 from RKL motors, Gida, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
                      I have been given false assurances for the delivery of the vehicle for almost a month now but there has been no promise on the exact date of delivery. The sales person isn't very polite and helpful, I have tried connecting with him multiple times but all in vain all he does is gives me a new date of 7-10 days later, and when that date approaches he asks me to wait again for next 7-10 days. I have already tried connecting the instagram handle and facebook handle of tata motors. All they do is provide an automated reply that concerned team is looking into the matter and someone will connect with me shortly. But nothing happens. I tried it two times and I got the same automated reply but there has been no resolution neither have I received any call. I have already paid 1 lakh as booking amount. Please help me with what to do next. This is my first car, I am an ex Tata Employee but I never expected this kind of response from Tata. The faith in tata is collapsing just because of this attitude.
                      Booked in Patna Feb 22 Punch adventure grey they give assurance for delivery in March 22 after some time they offer white color
                      And till date no commitment for delivery schedule
                      Booked Tata punch Adventure AMT grey on May 2022 at SRT TaTa coimbatore., I haven't recieved the vehicle yet and also no promised date.?

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I had booked Tata Punch Adventure AMT at *Chandrani Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Asansol, West Bardhaman, West Bengal, * on *20.10.2021*. At the booking time it was commited in Commitment From the car wiil be delivered within *four to six weeks* i.e. the date of delivery from *17.11.2021 to 01.12.2021* . So, I was hurried and accelerated to early sanction of loan. And I succeed the loan was *sanctioned on 28.10.2021* and after again assurance from the dealer the loan was *disbursed on 03.11.2021 and the cheque also printed on 03.11.2021* . But till date I had not received the car however, it was passed already *eight weeks* . At early dealer stated that the car may be *delivered within 21.11.2021 to 26.11.2021*, but they failed. Again dealer stated the car wiil be delivered within *03.12.2021*, they again failed. Lastly dealer promised that the car must be delivered from *12.12.2021 to 15.12.2021*, but again failed to deliver. The *EMI* of my loan was already strarted on *10.12.2021* and I *paid it on 10.12.2021* . If dealer *had not promised* about delivery date, I had not hurried to sanction the loan as well as not disbursed the loan too early, so that I *had not been paid the EMI*. Now I am *paying EMI without receiving the car* .
                        So, it is requested that to look into this matter and take necessary action against the *dealer*, who appointed *bogus* type of workers to *prevent the goodwill* of Tata Motors. And may kindly send the feedback of action to me.

                          I booked a car in Zedex tata showrooms in Oct 2021, and after sometimes canceling the same on 10Nov, 2021. But on further discussion, I hold my cancellation request. But due to some reason, I decided to cancel the booking, and on 26Nov, 2021. I canceled the same with the salesman's acknowledgment. But now it's been almost 20 days and didn't get my refund back.

                            I own a tata nano cng + petrol car.
                            I would like to bring in to notice to the company about the faulty
                            My car has started showing cng pressure regulator issue at 65000kms. My nearest tata sevice station has Quoted 32000 and say your pressure regulator has to be changed.

                            So i would like to highlight some points and urge company to kindly look in to it.

                            1- how long an cng pressure regulator runs from the purchase of the car.
                            2- why company is offering so high cost for the pressure regulator.
                            3- if the engine itself is made to run for 3-Lkh kms then why the pressure regulator is giving issues at such a low run.
                            3- although it's a newly launched nano cng +petrol then why company is not aware of this issue
                            As its creating a huge price dump for customer for his small dream car.
                            If the maintainance cost is high how can a common man afford this car.
                            4- what should be the next step to resolve this company fault.

                              We booked Tata altroz xm at Lenkeswari Showroom Balangir Odisha on 18th Oct 2021.
                              Its almost 2 month to complete we haven't got any delivery date yet.Again and again we are calling to the dealer and they are not able to give any clarity for this.
                              During the booking time, they told within diwali we will get it.
                              It's their responsibility now to tell us about our booking.
                              Please take the issue in priority as we are waiting from so long .
