I have visited tata motors authorised service center for oil pressure switch change, but after Servicing started my Tiago, but suddenly car started vibration and noise. After 3 days workshop told me that ECU is damaged and need to change which cost me 15k.
I visited for small work but they created big problem. After that I raised complaint but customer care not listened to my query and rejected.
Don't buy tata car, worse service after sales. Workshop owner doing scam and looting customers

    TATA NEXON AMT gearbox oil leakage in 6 month old car

    I purchased TATA NEXON AMT in May 2021 and drove 1700 KM only. It started giving ioil leakage from engine side. When checked at authorised service center they told gear box has leakage and they will replace with new. After leaving car for 12 days at service center they are telling they don't have new gearbox to replace and no idea when will it be fixed.

    Looks like they gave and old gearbox to me with cost of new.

    Hi, I purchased tata nano 2015 model car, I am facing problem in cng conversion, when I have petrol car automatically switches from cng to petrol, and doesn't switch back to cng, when petrol tank becomes empty it start running on cng, how to rectify the Issue, my car has run only 50000 kms and I am facing the issue. Kindly provide solution.

      This is inform you that I was purchased Altroz Rhytm on October month and after one month the left side back tier was burst during running cars.

      I have claimed to this tier through Ujjawal auto, Jalgaon but I have not get fully 100% claimed of this tier.I have get only 40% discount approval.

      I have gone Ujjawal auto after one month for taking the my claimed tier but their employee told me that you have reclaimed this tier then again you get approval and then we have provide tier to you.

      I am not satisfied the service provide by the Ujjawal auto as well as company because usually I want get 100% replacement of this tier because tier is burst within one month just 2800km run a distance.

      The Ujjawal auto people's not cooperate well as well customer service was very poor.

      I think company will rethink About this Ujjawal auto and company services will provide to customer.

      Tata is well known brand of India...also pride for every indiand.I wouldn't imagine this type services couldn't expect from Tata group.

      Kindly consider my complaint and take action against.

        Hello i want to state you that my tata tiago car met with accident 11 months back. As covid sitiation was severe. My insurance claim was not proccessed by insurance company. I got my claim amount just a two days back. As my car was on total loss. I went to our dealer which is called subansiri motors north lakhimpur assam. But the managing team of dealer asked me to pay 50000 as parking fees. So is it legal? As there were covid situation the half year and also no people of the dealer did told me that i need to pay parking fees. Now i want to know is it legal? And if it is so i want to know how much is parking fee for hatchback vehicle as i have asked nearby maruti hyundai datsun. They clearly mentioned that they dont take parking fees.

          I owned Tata Harrier XT plus dark edition, as per Tata Motors dark edition official offers, they supposed to send 1 jacket and 3 shirts as per dark edition promotions. even I registered for it on 24 Nov by follow up below link. https://cars.tatamotors.com/dark-merchandise

          But had sent many follow up(by email and Calls) with Tata motors customer care and dealership for dark merchandising, but no positive response and even Customer care denied to register complaint regarding this matter.

          Tata Motors should response and delivered things as per promotions.

          Request to take this with Company and solve.

          Hi My name is Pratik and owner of xz+ o dark edition nexon. I have bought my car in July 2021 and still awaiting for the merchandise. I had multiple emails and follow up done on this but everything wasted. No one is able to resolve this. I urge tata motors executive to look into our complaints.

            I booked Nexon xms on 7sep21. promised 2 months delivery by the dealership select cars, hyd.
            Now Its 115 days. There is no update from the dealer & from Tata motors. I wrote an email to customer care and i see no reply.
            Disappointed by the delay. Since i planned a road trip during Christmas vacation.
            No tickets were planned earlier so, I am paying 3 times the price.

                I would like to bring to your kind notice the following;

                1. That I purchased TATA SAFARI on this date 18/08/2021 with chasis No. MAT 631572MPG74624 and Engine No.[protected] of vehicle registered as UK 17Q6734.
                2. It is very sad for me to inform you that I am totally dissatisfied with your service because when I reached at Roorkee TATA MOTORS car service center to get my car service done, then every time there is some or the other problem with the software and system. Whereas such technical issue should get resolved as soon as possible as TATA MOTORS Limited is not a small automobile brand. After seeing it’s brand name and hoping to get good and satisfied service from TATA MOTORS we customer opts to purchase car from your company but there is no proper transparent architecture build by you to take feedback from customer that is why I am writing this complain.
                3. After failing to resolve this technical issue at Roorkee TATA MOTORS car service center, they told me to visit them next day, on the next day as well same issue occurred and same procedure was followed for one week. After wasting my time, finally, they told me to either go to Dehradun TATA MOTORS car service center or to Muzaffarnagar TATA MOTORS service center. So I decided to go to Dehrdaun TATA MOTORS car service center but after reaching 85 Km away from my home, they told me that I am late to get my car service done.
                4. While coming back from Dehradun, Again I went to Roorkee TATA MOTORS car service center to know if now they can do it’s servicing but once again their software was not working and they insisted me to go to Muzaffarnagar TATA MOTORS service center. So, unwillingly I had to go to Muzaffarnagar TATA MOTORS service center and gave my car for the servicing.
                5. After so much of struggle where my money, time and more importantly my peace of mind was wasted, my car was not serviced properly. The problem which I was facing before service same issue was occurring while driving it. Now again they are saying that their system is not working. This complete process literally made me frustrated and truly dissatisfied me, therefore I want you to compensate me for the time, money and inconvenience that I have faced because of you.
                6. Therefore, It will be helpful for me and for others in future if you could send this feedback of mine and highly improve your service for customers at Roorkee TATA MOTORS car service center or nearby to it. So, that customers’ car can be serviced properly without any hurdles. Also, if customers face any inconvenience same as I have faced then company should take serious steps for it and provide inconvenience perks/charges to the customers so that same mistakes should not be repeated.

                  I went for guntur Tata motors service for 60000kms service. To billing of 10000 we paid for that service but the is no satisfaction for that service because of we went again 4 times for that complaints in that service problem getting repetly of engine oil lekage from the sump so once again I am going to vist that service center so please take care about of that problem

                      The behaviour of staff are very poor, they have no sense of manner that how to talk to customers, how to treat customers .Me and my family were very disappointed with this type of behaviour/service from tata motors dealers.So i hope company take strict action against that type of dealers and my feed back is poor to dealers service .

                        I have been a loyal customer of Tata since 2000. We bought 5 tata cars since 2000, indica xeta, then safari storme in 2013, my nexon in 2019 and my wifes nexon in 2021. Also we bought a tiago. The service we got had been better.

                        I would like to inform you that my nexon body had started rusting just before 1 year of purchase. I had already informed Kamakhya motors...

                        My old parents went to Balaji Motors Aundh to service their Bolt Diesel and they had two specific complaints: One was that the gears were hard and other was, the high beam & low beam fuse in the fuse box used to burn every now and then & they had already changed the fuse thrice. The service advisor ( Gyanoba Mirkale ) gave them an estimate of 21k and then called them the third day and told them that it will be 43000. So finally I decided to get in touch with this advisor and after confronting him I got to know that he is unnecessary changing other parts of the car and increasing the bill and also some of the things he mentioned didn't make any sense for example, he told me that changing the timing change is costing 9500. I checked with a friend who has a spare shop and he told me that the timing chain of bolt & zest is for 2.5k & you can count 1k more as labor charges to the max, he changed both the projectors bulbs and front wipers when both the things( bulbs & wipers) were perfectly fine and were not even told him to changed, I Seriously don't understand how this Mirkale was being so pathetic & illogical. And, finally after the confrontation when he understood that I have a knowledge about the prices of parts he put out a bill of 25k and didn't even solve the main issues for which the car was given for servicing which is the high beam fuse issue and gear issue. To every question about the part, he was like " I have called & only then changed everything". That answer was so easy for him as he also very well understood that my father didn't understand much about the car plus my other question is how can an estimate increased by almost double the price on third day!, I understand that once the actual car is taken on ramp the mechanic understand the issues better and then the prices get increased but in my scenario he didn’t even addressed the actual issues reported by the customer and changed other parts which were I believe perfectly well as my father didn’t have any other complaint than the ones mentioned above and still he mentioned double rate which is 43k!!!.. I have myself worked for a software company that makes software for showrooms & service centers. I am well aware about the shady practices of the service advisors like Mirkale, they don't call customers to inform about the part fixes but to understand the spending capacity of the customer. Seriously, looking at the ratings of this service center I am shocked! Total dissatisfaction with Balaji Motors.

                        P.S: I have attached the initial estimate given to my parents on the 1st day and the final bill( in white) given at the end of the servicing without doing the actual work for which the car was given to servicing. Also, in the pink snap of the rough job card you can see his estimate for the timing chain. I can share the whole service bill if anybody wants to verify my claim.                             I already filed a complaint about it on 15.12.2021. It is in process now. Now today i am adding more information and actual status of till date.
                            I attxching more documents about my complaint.
                            The gm of chandrani enterprises pvt. Ltd. Mr. Nitesh initially promised me that they would deliver the car by 20.11.2021. So accordingly i had paid the booking amount ₹21000 on 20.10.2021 and on 30.10.2021 i deposited more ₹25000 in favour if dealer. Moreover, on 28.10.2021 the loan was sanctioned and disbursed and check printed on 03.11.2021 in favour of the dealer, as gm mr. Nitesh promised to deliver by 20.11.2021.
                            And now as i've i've already stated earlier that i haven't recieved the delivery even by 16th of dec 2021. And my first emi of the loan has already been debited. Before making the previous complain the when i wanted to have a word with them, none of the dealer and its staff entertained me anyway. After the last complain i made, they contacted me & mr. Nitesh with his customer relation manager has sent an email stating that i would receive the delivery by 19th that is today but till we haven't received it yet.
                            Now it's high time i would like to request you to take a serious action against them, it's affecting my reputation in the society and family well initially some of mental health as well.

                              I've booked tata NEXON XMS petrol variant on September 21, 2021 by paying Rs. 20, 000 booking amount. (Receipt no. : SMN/NSK/[protected] Under Sterling Motors, Nashik (MAHARASHTRA) Pin : 42 20 01

                              By the time I was booking the vehicle, dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle on 15 October On special occasion of Dasehara. So hoping I will get the vehicle delivered on that day. But they didn't responded.

                              When I call and ask the dealer on Sept 15th about vehicle delivery he told he is trying hard to find a vehicle to deliver, but he is unable to find any. He gave his sales executive's number to talk. When I called his manager they told they are unaware and are not responsible for his dealer words and they will do some arrangements to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible.

                              When I asked for a expected delivery date they told me they will deliver it by November 3rd on Diwali Occasion.

                              And next time when I going to ask for the delivery to the sales executive they answer back, TATA company did not providing us minimum order of the cars and it's not in our hand, we are trying to get your car till 25 December on Christmas. They suggest us a choice to buy a another colour car instead of WHITE. Cause another colour is available to deliver now.
                              If I'm invested more than 10 lakh amount in car then why I'm compromise in colour, or any other specifications. this is my life savings amount and dream to buy a best car under this price range then why the hell I'm going to compromise about that.

                              Now today Dec 19 2021 again I called a dealer guy (One who explained the car features and took booking) to ask about vehicle delivery, he is again telling we are trying hard to deliver your vehicle before the New Year and he is not sure that can happen or not. Also, they saying from the next year TATA can be increased their car prices. If your car delivered before the next 2022 year then it's not an issue but if your car came after Jan 1st then you have to increase some amount in quotation and you have to pay more. Is this true or it just a delivery techniques to force the customers to buy a car what they available now on their TATA showroom.

                              My current situation is when Sterling Motors said we're delivered your car in just 15 days then I sold my old car, cause if they really delivered the car then I'm suffering from parking issue in my living location. and then from last 3 months me and my family suffering for many problems due to car like urgent hospitalisation and many more things.

                              TATA provide us many features and best safety measurements in the whole country that's why we moved to the TATA but if TATA can't provide their cars to the customer then we have to move on again to the another company but we trust on TATA.

                              Please do some justice.

                                  I have booked tata tiago XT variant from Sree gokulam motors Chengalpattu showroom on 18/12/21.i have emailed for cancellation of booking on 14/12/21.email sent to [protected]@gokulammotors.com and tl6gokulammotors.com as told by the showroom people.Till now I haven't received any refund of my booking amount and downpayment.also no response from anyone.total refund is 40000rs(11000 booking amount and 29000 downpayment).kindly look into this matter and do the needful

                                    This is with regards to my recent car purchase.
                                    I have purchased and taken delivery of Tata Punch on 17th December 2021. On the same day I noticed a few scratches on the dashboard and the AC panel is loose and sliding in. I am attaching a photo of the same. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the showroom next day (18th December). However, the employees here are not helping and blaming me for the scratches and not taking any responsibility.
