Worst ever sales experience. Booked a car in September 2021 and after 4 months they say it wil still take 2 more months.
The worst part is they put the blame on you and make you feel as if you are at fault for following up about the delivery of car.

My mental health took a toll talking to these bullies and now they are refusing to cancel my booking and refund the money without again giving complicated steps

    I have booked Tata altroz XZ variant with Pondicherry tata motors dealer in the month of October. It has been 3 months and still the dealer hasn't delivered the vehicle and is not telling me the delivery date. Need assistance to get the vehicle delivered soon

    Forgot to mention... I was promised with 45 days delivery and it is 90+ days now. But still the car isn't delivered

      It has been a terrible experience in booking India's "Safest Car", Tata Punch. I had Prelaunch booked a Tata Punch (PURE RYTHM, Daytona Grey) on 10th Oct2021, from JAIKA Motors, Civil lines, Nagpur. At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done in between 4-8 weeks.

      Unfortunately it has been more then 13 weeks since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Tata Motors. Even after numerous follow-ups with Jaika motors, Nagpur . they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant. The only thing I am getting is frustration with let you know answer from dealer .

      My concerns are the following:
      1. Tata motors have been aggressively promoting Punch as the "Safest Car" but the biggest problem is that they fail in delivery commitments. Tata motors don't care about? What is the point of Prelaunch booking when they are not able to deliver it on time?
      2. It seems as if Tata Motors are only concentrating on launching new products while customer satisfaction and delivery commitments are their least priority.
      3. Is the issue with Tata Motors because they failing badly in their commitments? Why are they even making incorrect commitments at the time of booking,
      4. Dealers have been informing me that there is a widespread chip shortage. Then how were they able to sell more than 8000 units of their Tata Punch? So is it really Chip Shortage or attributes of Mismanagement?
      5. I am really worried about my decision to buy punch . Its my first car . I am very unhappy with the wrong commitment by sales person.

      Is this just a tip of iceberg? Will I face more problems when I start driving and servicing my car? I am already in a trap where I have no information regarding the delivery of my car. Had I been informed at the time of booking that my car's delivery would take 2 months I would have booked my car of some other reliable Brand

      Additional Concerns are for top variants you will get the vehicle in 10 days, there is no problem of semiconductors . how come Tata motors are not manufacturing pure rhythm variants .

      Seems no one is updating/responding to the complaints . what's the use of pre-launch booking if you are not able to deliver the vehicle on time . People are booking after launch & getting the vehicle in a week/month for creative & adventure models .
      Really this is disturbing . dealers are blaming tata motors & customer care is not at all responding back .
      I am now thinking of cancelling the vehicle, really very bad experience of getting my first vehicle :( :(

        We have purchased 2 nos. Tata Nexon XZA+ (O) by paying an advance on 4th October'2021 from Heritage Motors (Panchpakahdi) Thane - Maharashtra. The distributor had assured to provide the vehicle within 2-3 weeks i.e. max. by end of October'2021. October month passed but i didnt got delivery. When i touch based dealer, again chain of commitments continued, however delivery didnt happened till mid of Dec'21 i.e. almost 2-3 months. In the end of December, we got 1 car alloted, however till date there is no clarity about the allotment and delivery of 2nd Car. Would like to know from Tata Motors Company whether there is any issue in production, or service. It is surprising that without receiving the car in hand there is lot many followup and commitment issues, God only knows what will be after sale service or resolution of issue that may crop up at latent stage. We have made various oral and written communications with Dealer as well as Tata Motor personnel Area manager, but till date, havent got satisfactory reply on the same. It is also surprising that even the area manager of Tata Motors is clue less about delivery of our vehicle when we spoke to him even today. Reply given was that plant is not producing and told us again to wait till 10th Jan'22 i.e. by when the plant will again start functioning production.

        It is noteworthy that at end of Dec'21, dealer shared the chasis no. of second car but within few hours we were told that the car belongs to other dealer code and chasis number was wrongly got allotted on our name. hence could not be allotted in our name. We still failed to understand that whether this type of case is intentional or merely a human error.

        Finest details regarding issue or chain of communication can also be shared once the issue is being taken up at later stage. Awaiting prompt revert on the query.

          I have a booking for TATA Nexon from Ujjwal Tata Showroom, Dhule, Maharashtra .
          Please note that I got the availability certificate on 21 Sep 2021, and I was promised delivery before 100 days.
          Also I have paid 100% payment for this purchase.
          Now, it's past 100 days we, as consumers had certain plans for this purchase and we are extremely disappointed by this service.
          What disappoints us more is that the staff is unable to answer any of our queries related to this purchase and it's delivery.

          Please help us with this delivery as soon as possible.

            I've booked for Tata Punch Pure with Rythm Pack from Tata Motors Ananya Auto Agency pvt. Ltd showroom on 16th November 2021 but they booked punch pure without any Rhythm pack. Since then many a times I contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21001 as a booking amount. Please provide me the car within this month or provide me refund. I can't wait for such long blindly.

              Payment of 10000/- was made to Mascot Motors Pvt Ltd- Tata Motors in Axis Bank account on same day.

              The delivery Date was[protected] & Tata Failed for their commitments.

              I regret to intimate you that I didn't get delivery of the car on time and also my money is still not received from your end. The paper formalities was already done for refund money.

              Regularly I am following up with your team at Mascot Motors, Aligarh but they're continually giving false commitment and not giving the proper response, because of this I am very disappointed from your team.

                Clutch on my tata harrier 2021 model failed in 6900km (26/12/2021).Reported the same to TATA service at Malayalam Vehicles Vazhakkala.
                After lots of follow up and request TATA agreed to replace the clutch under warranty .On (1/01/2022) after clutch replacement again within 4 km from the service station smoke came from the engine and the same was reported to the Malayalam Vehicles Service Cochin.

                Sir i was take call from tata motors a lady call me who's name Mahi verma and she told me that i was selected for supervisor post for store manager in tata motors and she also told 1150 rs deposite in there company account for security deposite purpose.after deposite the amount she send me offer letter and i was sent the amount and she send me offer letter.
                After 4-5 they contacted me again about training purpose.
                They were suggesting the locations which were far away from my current location.they ask me to paid 5400rs for laptop purpose I
                and then I received that training letter.
                The total amount paid was 1150+5400=6550.
                As I'm student and I'm only one to work in my family as this was all my savingsfor exam purpose.so kindly look forward to this and me paid back as soon as possible.
                This is terrible fraud as they are making us fool under the name of tata motors.
                Look into these as we the common people have faith on tata and they employees.
                And ur making joke o[censored]s.
                This is not good enough. plz tell me this offer letter and training letter is original or fake? If fake plz tell me what can do now and how to understand which is original or fake

                    Hello team,

                    This is to inform you that the rear side tire has burst within 15 days from the day of purchase. I have purchased a Nexon XZ+S (Petrol) from Samarth Motors Gwalior on[protected]. This incident happened when I was reversing my car from my home parking lot. I tried to find some sharp particles which can cause the same, but nothing was found there.
                    The complaint was registered to the showroom manager the same day, dated December 12, 2021 and it was informed by the manager that it will be exchanged. On December 24, 2021, I went to the showroom, the Bridgestone executive took the picture and filed a complaint. After two days, the executive said your complaint has been rejected dated December 28, 2021 and you need to pay for another tire.
                    The car has covered approx. 2.5K KM till now, the tire burst happened when it covered near about 2K KM only. Instead of the company providing an exchange for tire, the customer needs to pay when there is clearly a manufacturing defect. From where this seems to be correct or fair for customer?
                    For your reference, the photo of the tire and complaint form is attached below. Kindly look into the matter and provide the needful on a priority basis.

                      Tata Punch car 50 days old got breakdown on highway that too after 2 days of first service. I have been travelling with my family (5 adults and 2 kids(2ys boy and 3m girl)). We almost had died, whole family was shaken and lost conscious.
                      Suddenly the car pulled towards left side and while balancing it got crashed in divider and crossed to other side of road, when I get down and check I could see 3 tires were burst and 1 was completely removed from axel and turned. we were not even able to push the car off road to let the traffic go.
                      Somehow we got lucky and didn't had any casualty but this could have been cost our life. Such thing is not expected from India's safest car that too within 45 days of purchase and after 2 days from the first service.
                      This incident had traumatized my whole family and still we are getting shaken when ever we think of that moment.

                        I purchased Nexon XZ+S petrol from Samarth Motors Gwalior on[protected] and within 15 days rear side or tyre burst (as straight line burst). I was reversing my car from parking and then it happened, looked for any sharp particle but no particle were found because my car was parked in home parking. I complaint same day to the showroom manager, he mentioned it will be exchange, after some days i went to showroom and then Bridgestone executive came and took picture and after 2 days he said your claim has been rejected, now you need to pay for another tyre. Why should I pay for another tyre my car has run around 2.5k till now and at around 2k kilometres tyre burst and also that's not my fault, it's clearly a manufacturing default, for reference you can also check Mr. Atendra complaint on jan 2019, his tyre was from different company and car was nexon xz+, exactly same type of burst happened to my tyre, I repeat exactly same, how could this possible like exactly same cut happened to the different tyre. I'm attaching photo also, Please look into this. This is the worst experience I received from Tata motors and now I'm calling to showroom manager he is saying We can't do anything this is service centre work, like wow within 15 days tyre got burst and now you are saying I can't do anything, You have to pay for another tyre. The worst after sales service from Tata motors I received. Shame on the showroom owner, If not able to provide after sales customer service with loyalty then why are you running this showroom.

                            Hello Team,
                            Just one month back I have done with 3rd service that is yearly service. But all of sudden Nexon XZ+ started giving problem on pickup. Last 20th December all of sudden i got engine mal function icon and faced issue with engine pickup.
                            Issue Started on 20th December 21.
                            Issue complained on 21st DEcember 21.
                            Place of complaint Adishakti Motors Shivamogga
                            I had 2 weeks plan to attend my family functions. This really frustrating me that all of sudden i had to put my car to service center and to bear cost of Taxi. Who is responsible for all these issue?
                            I had very good opinion on Tata nexon till last week. Now all of sudden my impress on the vehicle is least rating.
                            Vehicle number is KA53MH0117. Contact number [protected]. Now I have dropped vehicle in Adishakti Motors Shivamogga.
                            Could you please speed up service and try to resolve the issue at the earliest. At service they are telling still 4 to 5 days required to resolve the issue.

                              I self owner of Tata Nexon XZ with Chassis No. MAT627225MLN82021 purchased in 2021 November, It's been a month and While traveling to Gandikota my car got break down and i heard huge sound from engine and stopped my car. With the help of towing my car reached kurnool tata motors service center.
                              Service center team has informed me that is a manufacturer defect from tata motors as there is no external damage to vehicle. The damage has occurred to the engine bed which hugely impacted driving shaft cut down and engine has dropped down.
                              As this is a major concern, I am not confident to drive this vehicle as this is the major issue happen to me within a month of purchase this vehicle.

                              Please look into this concern seriously and make sure with replacement as my vehicle tenure is one month old. I did not expect this from tata Nexon as this is a 5 star vehicle.
                              Will not I will lost trust on Tata motors which I had till now. Please reach out to me on [protected].

                                From day 1 there are issues in car
                                Initially there was voice in staring so staring rack was changed

                                Now there was voice from back after mutiple connect with service centre they checked open my whole car destroyed its roof and still issue is same

                                They should be punished and i shall get a replacement of my car

                                Why is shall bear all this in the new car

                                Why i should suffer

                                Now there is voice in accelaration also

                                    I have bought by TATA Tiago XZ+ on 01.01.2019 at GURUDEV Motors, Arumbakkam, Chennai-600 106., Since i bought my car i faced lot of issues with the new car., Since last 2 years i changed Kilometer board, door lock set, fog lamps, head lights, stereo set and i finally came into problem with Air conditioner.

                                    Before that, i have claimed in warranty, even peoples in service centers will tell that, i have to pay for that without giving me knowledge about warranty claim, i will fought against them and claimed warranty, and finally now Air Conditioner Problem, they telling that "its a coolant coil Problem" it will cost around Rs.6000 to Rs.10000 and you have to pay for that and we cannot claim warranty for this, because warranty period has expired on 22nd of december 2021, i have left my car on 24th December 20201 regarding this issue in Hygiene Motors, due to my critical condition, i cannot able leave the car at service center at the moment., Issue happened in Hygiene Tata Motors-Velappanchavadi, Chennai.,

                                      Address: Wasan Motors, Chembur Deonar, Mumbai

                                      My Nexon MH 03 DU 63xx purchased 6 months ago, and Fitted at Wasan Motors Deonar, Mumbai Workshop with Official Tata Authorised Blaupankt Android System for Premium price compared to other Systems available in Market is giving Multiple PROBLEMS from Day 1 of fitting.

                                      The only reason of fitting this Blaupankt was because l did not want my Car Warranty to go void by fitting other Branded BUT Cheaper Android Systems in Market. Yet l find that it's giving me more headaches than being o[censored]se to me.

                                      The Workshop Manager gave me number of one Mr Raja (Blaupankt Engineer/Service Representative) BUT inspite of repeated phone calls to him and telephonic assurances by Him regarding visit at site and fixing the problem, till date, neither Mr Raja nor his representative has come even once to Address the Problem.
                                      Either Refund my money or have the Faulty Android Replaced with New One

                                      Made multiple email complaints to Wasan Motors and Tata Motors Customer Care
                                      BUT Nobody Responding

                                      It's been more than a WEEK of Posting Complaint here and more than 6 WEEKS for Servicing at Wasan Motors Deonar BUT they still don't give a ### about CUSTOMER Service or Grievance
