I have booked my Vehicle from Tejaswi Motors Hyderabad on 14th September (XZ+O Diesel, Dark Edition, Booking Name- "ANAND V V"). During the booking time, the dealers assured the vehicle delivery by the 6th week, and it's been 7-8 weeks now, I am waiting to hear back from them. It's very disappointing that without any reason being informed, the delivery is getting delayed. The showroom people are not even answering my calls. Why the customers and their trust are taken for granted? I am really worried about the situations and needs after my purchase now. Will it be the same experience? No reply, No update, completely ignoring the customer concerns???? I see TATA tea not responding to any "Delivery Delay" related complaints here! Nice!
