Pathetic service by Riddhi Autocraft, Kopar Khairane

We bought a new Tiago XZA in May 2021 and were due for 2nd service. Riddhi Autocraft kept on calling saying they will pick up the vehicle. They took the vehicle and said they will do the service and brought back as it is!

1. Mentioned that it is not cleaned as there is no water and will take the vehicle after 2 days!
2. Did not revert even after 2 days, we had to call them and get behind them to take the vehicle which...

Petrol smell inside cabin

My Tiago XZ purchased in 2017 has suddenly started emitting petrol smell inside the cabin during daily running.
Even after 3 visits to Pragati Autowheels in Nashik Tapovan area, they are not able to solve the issue.
Looking at today’s scenario with car’s catching fire during running, this is a safety hazard.
Please assist and resolve.

We are happy with our vehicle tiago, but the problem is we have got two car covers in one year, after tearing up of thin cover, we bought new car cover genuine tata one, but it is like balloon and often like parachute it flies off, and go and put it on and on...not a worthy car cover

    Hi Team,

    This mail is regarding Booking Tata Nexon, Model no. XZA+s. I booked this model on 27th July'21 and they promised to deliver it within 1 and half months.
    But I know, normally vehicle delivery will take a maximum 3months.

    And now, 3months have passed and still we haven't received the vehicle on time and are not getting proper responses from the center dealer present in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

    Please take the necessary action as soon as possible else we will cancel the booking and will ensure we never book future vehicles from Tata Motors.

    We have trust onTata Motors, that is why we preferred cars from this company but now it is extremely disappointing to us.

    Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

        I have booked Tata altroz XE Rythem petrol, Great arcade colour at Dealer RR automobile, Satna MADHYA pradesh on date 04.10.2021. they promised to deliver the said car before 20.10.2021. they were failed to deliver. After complaining on TATA customer care vide complaint number[protected], they threatened on call & told to provide before 30.10.2021. Now they are not responding & ask for cancellation of booking.
        As TATA motors being an Original equipment manufacturer, I want to know, who has given him dealership for making fraud & nuisance to their customers. I am very much disappointed & asking to TATA motors to take a serious action towards the Matter. Matter is most urgent

          I have booked Altroz XE Rhytm from Shankar Motor Patna, Bihar on 5th September 2021. I asked them to deliver vehicle on 2nd November 2021. They suggested me to take delivery on 17th September. I told them for sure we need delivery on 2nd November only and they agreed. Now they don't have any vehicle and neither they are able to provide any update. They sold the booked vehicle on 17th September and now they are not able to answer any questions. Even I spoke with G.M of Shankar Motor and everyone make excuse from their end and ask me to speak with other concerned people. And the other concerned people ask me to talk to the next people and it goes on.
          @Tata Motors
          I request you to take action.
          I believe and trust TATA group.

            I booked tata nexon XZA+ on 11th August 2021 @KHT Motors, Domlur, Bangalore. The showroom people told us that waiting time is 8 weeks .But after 8 week they are telling to wait and will arrange the delivery by October month End. Till today no update on the delivery. They simply extending the time to wait. I am really worried if I need to wait further or cancel my booking.

              I have booked my Vehicle from Tejaswi Motors Hyderabad on 14th September (XZ+O Diesel, Dark Edition, Booking Name- "ANAND V V"). During the booking time, the dealers assured the vehicle delivery by the 6th week, and it's been 7-8 weeks now, I am waiting to hear back from them. It's very disappointing that without any reason being informed, the delivery is getting delayed. The showroom people are not even answering my calls. Why the customers and their trust are taken for granted? I am really worried about the situations and needs after my purchase now. Will it be the same experience? No reply, No update, completely ignoring the customer concerns???? I see TATA tea not responding to any "Delivery Delay" related complaints here! Nice!

                I had purchased Tata Altroz xm model from Puneet Automobiles Malad showroom which is next to evershine mall.
                Car got delivered on 8th Sept’21, showroom was supposed to refund back my excess amount of Rs.2549/- which i had wrongly made the transaction to tata motors while making the payment. Today is 25th Oct but still amount not refunded back. Everytime whenever i followups i get the answer from dealer that Accounts team are not ready to refund as u need to buy accessories anyhow from showroom. This is not the way to treat customer. I want my excess amount back at any cost or else will get this matter escalated to higher level whether it may be Prabhash mishra from puneet atomobules CEO or to Dimple mehta. How i can get answer from accounts team like amount will not be refunded back.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I own Tata Nexon XZA+ Diesel 2021 model.
                  Only 6 months since I purchased the vehicle. I received the vehicle from Schakralaya Motors Neyveli.
                  I am facing repeated DPF clogging and check engine lamp issue for the past 4 months.
                  Today is the fifth time this issue has come and it's been only 2 days since I took the vehicle from the service centre for the same complaint(20 days at service centre).I doubt if I have been delivered a defective vehicle for me.
                  I need my issue to be resolved permanently or else i need a replacement PETROL vehicle if there is no permanent solution for this problem.

Ltd, Balasore, Odisha but On 20/06/2021 the Catalytic Converter (Silence Pipe) got damaged and the Car becomes started very badly sound like unexpected sound. Suddenly I have taken to Service Center of M/s. Gramps Autotec Pvt. Ltd and They told its under Warranty...

                    I took delivery my car Nexon inthe month of may.till now they haven't provided fastag..I followed up alot of times sales team...but didn't get any response..not sure why Tata motors has such dealer's.

                      I have purchased Tata Tiago in Apr 2019 and it has run only for just 61, 000 kms. Now the rear beam of the car is cracked and the car has crossed warranty period. Also this is not covered under insurance.

                          My tiago has a problem of engine locked which wa occurring from when i have bought the car last day i have bought the car to the near service station from then i have the car has not started and i have leave my duty and remain in sc another problem is i have to visit the sc in every week to get the back light fixed but once they fix it the same issue will happen again when i reach my house and another problem is the Wrattling noise comming from my cars dicky which the service center never fixed. Now i want u you to suggest me what should i do
                          And the same Wrattling noise is comming from my nexon bs6 top model which i never drove.

                              I had booked an Altroz car of XZ model on 10th October 2021 at ASL Motors, Jamshedpur and was assured that their delivery period was the shortest and that I would receive the vehicle in 20 days. It's been 1.5 months since booking and there has only been hollow promises till date. I havent been allotted a vehicle also and it is to be noted that their sales representative says that from the date of allotment it would take another 15 days for the vehicle to be delivered.

                              There was no prompt intimation regarding the allotment of vehicle from the company side. I have been calling the company almost daily enquiring whether I have been allotted a vehicle and always the response is asking me to wait a few more days. I had booked the silver color for the said model and after 20 days of booking I was asked to change the color again assuring fast delivery in the said color and had to change to grey. Even then its been 20 days with no allotment of vehicle. Today the sales rep asked me to go for another color change and go for a higher model saying that he would offer me that at an additional cost of Rs. 20, 000 which makes no sense as its actual cost is an additional extra Rs. 20, 000. There is no limit for fooling the customer in the name of offers. There is some kind of fraud involved in making the customer buy the higher end version of the car which is not in the interest of the customer.

                              I had booked the vehicle not for luxury purpose to take it and keep it at home for show purpose. I have to travel to my workplace to remote areas as being a government servant. My duty starts on 1st November and I wished to travel hassle free. I have been paying 400 rupees per day by auto as there is no public transport in these remote areas due to the pandemic. Involving in such a huge investment as a car was only to travel for work.

                              I am in urgent need of the vehicle. Thus, I request a delivery of the vehicle which I have originally booked and a refund maybe issued for the extravagant delay and the mental harassment caused by the company. Such behavior and issue was never expected of such a reputed company like Tata.

                                  I have sent a mail to customer care regarding software update.They have told me that they raise the issue and sent mail to concern department and they have given a number of senior person named jithin KV.but from I didn't get any proper response from him also.
                                  Again I started mailing to customer care, but same reply received from them, that they sent mail to concern department, but here also I didn't any response.again today 19.10.2021 mailed to customer to know status of the issue.But they have blocked my mail id
                                  Pls help me solve this issue.
                                  Now they blocked mail id, again how I will raise the issue.
