I am very gratitude as having a TATA car, but I am now very disappointed.I have been using a tata tiago xz+ and it crossed around 28000km in two years. Now 3 tyres in my car completely worn out and can't run with this tyre atleast any more. I suspicious about the quality of tyres, is just below 30000km is very pathetic and unburden for a customer to replace such a short period.

    I booked Tiago NRGA from Select cars, Chandanagar, Hyderabad on 13th September. They promised to deliver by 7th 0ctober. But till today ( November 3rd) there is no delivery happened. They are not confirming any date also. Please help.

      I went to service of my car at apex motors sangrama there the technician told me that your rear twist beam is cracked... He admitted that this is companies manufacturing fault as they are continuously receiving same issues with tata cars.. When I contacted the manager he told they can only provide me 5 percent discount and labour charge but please tell me if this is fault of company why they are giving me only 5 percent concession please tell me what to do...

        Hi,

        I have booked a Tata Nexon from Motogen Tata Motors showroom in Dhanbad. The booking was done on 22/08/2021. While booking the order the showroom persons gave commitment that the car will be delivered within 45 days. But still after 73 days of booking there is no confirmation when the vehicle will be made available.
        The issue was raised with GM then he said vehicle will be delivered by 1 st week of November, but still there is no clue about where is the vehicle. The booking was made under the name of Rishikesh Kumar.
        This is very disappointing for selling vehicle people are giving false commitments and are unable to fulfill it.

                I am Jayakumar from Kerala and my phone number is [protected]. I booked for nexon EV xzplus dark edition on 10/08/2021 in DERIK MOTORS Trivandrum in the name of SMITHA. At the time of booking they offered vehicle delivery within 45 to 60 days. After 45 days I contacted these guys several times and each time they said to wait for one more week. On 26/10/21 they telephoned to me and said vehicle reached and requested to make payment so they can register in the next day itself and thus I paid total seventeen lakhs and 10 thousand rupees, but after that they are not responding to my call.Is Derik motors is your authorised dealer and if so please do the needful to deliver the vehicle at the earliest.

                  Hi Team,

                  I woned a Tata Tiago XZ 2019 model and only 18000 KM drive on normal road no outing no off road/mountain trip from my car till now, when it was in warranty period that time my steering problem started and suddenly steering got locked but i was lucky enough that i was on street road, i called TATA road side assistant and they addressed my problem temporally and issue resolved, after six month again i observed there are some crackling sound coming from steering while moving same issue was addressed during service and resolved temporally with charged of 3.5 k from me, my question here is why this issue is not fixed up permanently and with less usage of my car how much money i need to spend in repairing. We can't expect this quality from very customer loyal and quality oriented company.
                  My request is please help my to fix this issue permanently ASAP as it can be life threatening to me sometime.

                    My self Mr.Rahul Suresh Kelkar Mob No [protected] lives in chiplun/Ratnagiri, State-Maharashtra willing to take recently launched Tata Punch car. I have made booking through your site in online mode dated 19.10.2021. I know that in our region Bafna Motors deals in 'sales and service' of Tata Motors. But not aware about status of Ratnagiri showroom which is nearest to our locality. Also another query regarding booking, that can u provide receipt of booking amount? It is necessary for me to make financial arrangements through bank. As you know bank requires down-payment receipt/s, Quotation, etc.I have not received any booking receipt till date.

                    As I inquired on your website, a call from kolhapur showroom was received by me, but don't know with whom i have to deal in this regards.

                    I have screen shot of booking details pop-up after advance payment amount. Same is attached herewith.

                    My bank statement shows that booking amount transfer to Tata Motors and not any distributor.(Retailer)

                    Pl. Guide me in this matter.

                      I booked tata altroz xz model on prerana motors lalbhag road Bengaluru. After a week of booking I got to know that tata removed some features from the same model like TFT display from instrument cluster and leather steering grip. And nobody bothers to inform about the same. After asking about the same from tata motors and dealership I didn't got any help.
                      And prerana motors sales team is the most irresponsible one.

                        We bought a new Tiago XZA in May 2021 and were due for 2nd service. Riddhi Autocraft kept on calling saying they will pick up the vehicle. They took the vehicle and said they will do the service and brought back as it is!

                        1. Mentioned that it is not cleaned as there is no water and will take the vehicle after 2 days!
                        2. Did not revert even after 2 days, we had to call them and get behind them to take the vehicle which...

                        Petrol smell inside cabin

                        My Tiago XZ purchased in 2017 has suddenly started emitting petrol smell inside the cabin during daily running.
                        Even after 3 visits to Pragati Autowheels in Nashik Tapovan area, they are not able to solve the issue.
                        Looking at today’s scenario with car’s catching fire during running, this is a safety hazard.
                        Please assist and resolve.

                        We are happy with our vehicle tiago, but the problem is we have got two car covers in one year, after tearing up of thin cover, we bought new car cover genuine tata one, but it is like balloon and often like parachute it flies off, and go and put it on and on...not a worthy car cover

                          Hi Team,

                          This mail is regarding Booking Tata Nexon, Model no. XZA+s. I booked this model on 27th July'21 and they promised to deliver it within 1 and half months.
                          But I know, normally vehicle delivery will take a maximum 3months.

                          And now, 3months have passed and still we haven't received the vehicle on time and are not getting proper responses from the center dealer present in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

                          Please take the necessary action as soon as possible else we will cancel the booking and will ensure we never book future vehicles from Tata Motors.

                          We have trust onTata Motors, that is why we preferred cars from this company but now it is extremely disappointing to us.

                          Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

                              I have booked Tata altroz XE Rythem petrol, Great arcade colour at Dealer RR automobile, Satna MADHYA pradesh on date 04.10.2021. they promised to deliver the said car before 20.10.2021. they were failed to deliver. After complaining on TATA customer care vide complaint number[protected], they threatened on call & told to provide before 30.10.2021. Now they are not responding & ask for cancellation of booking.
                              As TATA motors being an Original equipment manufacturer, I want to know, who has given him dealership for making fraud & nuisance to their customers. I am very much disappointed & asking to TATA motors to take a serious action towards the Matter. Matter is most urgent

                                I have booked Altroz XE Rhytm from Shankar Motor Patna, Bihar on 5th September 2021. I asked them to deliver vehicle on 2nd November 2021. They suggested me to take delivery on 17th September. I told them for sure we need delivery on 2nd November only and they agreed. Now they don't have any vehicle and neither they are able to provide any update. They sold the booked vehicle on 17th September and now they are not able to answer any questions. Even I spoke with G.M of Shankar Motor and everyone make excuse from their end and ask me to speak with other concerned people. And the other concerned people ask me to talk to the next people and it goes on.

                                  I booked tata nexon XZA+ on 11th August 2021 @KHT Motors, Domlur, Bangalore. The showroom people told us that waiting time is 8 weeks .But after 8 week they are telling to wait and will arrange the delivery by October month End. Till today no update on the delivery. They simply extending the time to wait. I am really worried if I need to wait further or cancel my booking.

                                    I have booked my Vehicle from Tejaswi Motors Hyderabad on 14th September (XZ+O Diesel, Dark Edition, Booking Name- "ANAND V V"). During the booking time, the dealers assured the vehicle delivery by the 6th week, and it's been 7-8 weeks now, I am waiting to hear back from them. It's very disappointing that without any reason being informed, the delivery is getting delayed. The showroom people are not even answering my calls. Why the customers and their trust are taken for granted? I am really worried about the situations and needs after my purchase now. Will it be the same experience? No reply, No update, completely ignoring the customer concerns???? I see TATA tea not responding to any "Delivery Delay" related complaints here! Nice!
